Dear Sir, I purchased a new LG G2 phone from Poorvika Mobiles, Mylapore, Chennai on[protected].Loan Acc No: 403DPF15287388. Loan amount was Rs 21500, of which I have already paid Rs 7168 as advance EMI. Total Disbursed amt was Rs 14117. I was told by the store representative of Bajaj Finance (Ms. Yuva Priya) that my first EMI date will be on[protected], but in the email statement I received about the transaction reads as[protected]. I dont understand how this is calculated? Unlike my 3 prior loans with Bajaj(Fully repaid without a single ECS bounce) all the due date was min of 30 days later from the date of transaction. When contacted the customer care, I was told that ALL the loans which is getting disbursed in the month of Oct 2015, the 1st EMI is by default on[protected]. Without us being kept informed by the store executive nor any terms and conditions being given to me specifically mentioning that[protected] will be my 1st EMI date, how could they automatically schedule my 1st EMI to[protected]???

Also, without my concent, you have charged Rs 1091 under 403DEW15287403 as extended warranty which I did not even request for. I have already placed a request to cancel the extended warranty loan amount under 403DEW15287403 with immediate effect. The service call Number is T1203919.

I kindly request you to take action against this and change my 1st EMI date to[protected].

    Hello,

    Good Evening!

    This is to inform you that I am receiving this mail of Pre-Approved
    personal loan of INR 2, 00, 000 since many days and getting many calls
    from your customer care numbers (i.e. from [protected] & +91 20
    67249100 Sameera). As she told me that there are some INR 11, 000 +
    deductions are there If I opt for this pre-approved loan. I told her I
    don't want any kind of insurance (either Life or Health) and if you
    want you can take your processing fee which would be around 2%.

    On daily basis I am getting calls on this pre-approved loan but she is
    not giving me the proper details and telling the same thing that I
    would get that pre-approved loan only if I accept the conditions like
    the deductions of INR 11, 000 + and now demanding 12, 000 +, if I take that pre-approved loan from
    you.

    I already took a LED "Toshiba 32" TV" loan ( Loan Number
    4000CD[protected] from you this year and pre-closed it many days back
    and also received the NOC from you in my bajaj finserv account.

    Hence I would request you to please try to avoid those deductions of
    INR 11, 000 + and now demanding 12, 000 + if I take my present pre-approved loan of INR 2, 00, 000
    from you and I don't want to have any health / life insurance and
    don't make it as a mandatory for any personal loan.

    Kindly get back to me as I lost much amount by SMSing you through my
    mobile (+91 [protected]) like everytime they are deducting INR 3.00 for
    single SMS by typing LOAN and sending it to 56070 and getting a call
    from your customer care officers and telling the same response and not
    giving me the perfect answer.

    Hope I will get a proper response and in a positive way.

    First they said the processing fee would be 2.99 and now they said they have increased it to 3.75 and they are forcing me to take health insurance (max bupa) and life insurance etc and they said it is mandatory.

      My Name is Srinivas Kalaparthy and I have received a call from Mr. Vikram Kumar Rathode for a collection amount of Rs 14900/- I am shocked to receive this call. The Loan account number given to me on call is 400BAL00129821 which is a BALIC PREMIUM CD LOAN, which is linked to my 4000CD00264717 for an AC that I had taken in 2011, That loan is closed but this additional loan is showing active ? . When I log on to the Bajaj Customer portal, I see this is for Rs 1307 only and was however it shows that I have paid Rs 1090 which then leaves an outstanding amount of Rs 217, If it was outstanding I would expect Bajaj to give me a call at that moment of time in the year 2011 but I have never received any call from Bajaj for the same. Adding to that I have also taken few other more loans from Bajaj and still I was not informed about the outstanding amount And now on 27 Oct 2015 (after more than 5 years ) I get a call and on the call I am being threatened to pay today Rs 14900 with in a span of few hours or will call the police, All this for an actual outstanding of Rs.217 I don’t understand.           I bought a led on durable finance from bajaj finserv last year . my last emi deduction date was 5 oct 2015. but i paid amount through foreclose procedure. i got noc noc on that date. but my amount again got deducted on 7 th oct. i call to bajaj finserv they maid a request on 9 th oct. they said we processed it you will get money on in your account through neft within 4-5 working days.id did not receive any amount. then i mark a mail. they asked about bank transaction i did same, i send bank statement.then again i got auto generated mail we are processing but i did not receive my amount.then i called to customer care they said check was mailled to your home address. but i did not receive any amount. i did not get any call from bajaj for confirmation.

            Please do not take any Personal loan from Bajaj Finserv, they cheat people by showing one amount later at the time of term sheet they will calculate at flat rate which will double your interest rate and they will deduct amount from initial payments as XYZ deductions.

              Bajaj finserv named me as privileged costumer by paying EMI in ontime. But this stupid people getting a sign for EC process for bank and they are not processing correctly and there is no intimation for not processed EC for EMI. I am always handling a amount in my personal bank and i have signed for EC, they have missed the EC for last month for the amount of 450rs and they didnt inform to me that they blocking or EC has not processed. after discussion with customer care i have paid that amount through online on the day itself but still now they didnt unblock my card its nearly happen for a month to unblock the card. I hate service and for they making own mistakes.

                Friends, Be aware that, Bajaj finserv is literally making fraud and cheating the customer in the name of Insurance amount. You will not know that, you are getting overcharged. Please read my experience below and think twice, before taking any loan from Bajaj finserv. Here are the total service requests which got raised on my issue. SRN03591005 SRN03548171 SRN03538750 SRN03519015 SRN03498094 SRN03479437 SRN02344458 SRN02333722 SRN03944582 SRN03998010 and here is the story… I have taken the Personal Loan on 5th August 2014 for Rs.6, 00, 000/-, which got tied up with 2 insurance policies for Rs.21, 667/- and for Rs.4, 021/- (with the strong oral confirmation from many folks of Bajaj finserv that I will get 100% refund, once I foreclose the loan). I had foreclosed the loan on 9th March 2015 in the Bajaj Finserv Office, Tambaram, Mudichur Road and they forced me to pay the entire policy amount at the time of foreclosure (Which is Rs.21, 667 + Rs. 4021). The Executive who was at the Bill counter in Tambaram office told me that, I can get a refund of 50% by surrendering the policies after 1 year. I was shocked and explained the earlier confirmation from Bajaj finserv employees. He discussed with his manager and told me that, I need to take another insurance policy for Rs.2500/-, so that I can get 90% of the premium amount, which was totally ridiculous taking insurance after closing the loan. However, I have paid Rs.2500/- as well for the Insurance, even after closing my loan expecting that, I can get my money back. But, I didn't get the required amount credited. I sent multiple mails regarding this and called your customer care couple of times and I didn’t get a response. Please do not get into their trap. They will show up with all sugar coated words by showing attractive interest rate, but you will end up by losing a huge amount in the name of Insurance.

                I had the same experience .i was told i will get my insurance refund after loan closure and also after completion if one year successful emis, rate of interest will get dercreased.but after more than a year, sent an email about interest rate and insurance,

                But no proper response given.they are askinh written communication to show.
                This is how they are making profit.

                Insurance itself a wasteful this.my insurance is 20 thousand for which i have not received any documents related to it, and added interest additionaly.

                  Dear Sir, This is the complaint I am writing for second time w.r.t same problem. Bajaj finance is deducting excess amount from my account even though I have cancelled the loan account, And making false promises that the excess amount dedcuted will be credited back to my account. Initially I have purchased two products in Bajaj Electronics showroom through bajaj finance, with loan account CD nos: *4000CD11144888*, *4000CD11144899*(loan amounts: 2850/-, 2650/- respectively). After few days due to some problem with the bajaj electronics people, I have cancelled one of the product and hence I also cancelled the respective loan account mapped with that i.e., 4000CD11144899, by sending a request to the same mail id(i.e., [protected]@bajabfinserv.in).The service request no for that is: *SRN03528237*. And It got cancelled also. Now my EMI should be 2850/-, but they have dedcuted 5500/-, which includes EMI for cancelled loan account. Long back itself I have requested Bajaj Finserv people to update their records, but they haven't updated, due to which this month also 5500/- dedcuted instead of 2850/-, regarding this when I wrote to the customer care they said that, They have updated now(reflecting from Nov 2015), since they haven't updated last time. In the starting of this month I recieved a call from bajaj finserv executive saying whatever the excess amount got dedcuted, that will be refunded back to my account.But till now they have not refunded. When I have written to the customer care people regarding this problem they are not responding/replying to my query . The following are the Service request nos SRN04026471, SRN04050139. Really this shows how reckless the Bajaj Finserv is towards its customers.

                        Hi, I purchased a Samsung LED TV on[protected] and I have completed my EMI on[protected] with out any dues. I have the NOC available at the site either. Now after 4 years, people from Bajaj calling me to pay an additional amount of Rs.1187 for insurance which I was never aware of or not informed when I applied for Loan. This is really not fair from a reputed company. Because of this my account is still active and not closed as it is not acceptable. If at all it is mandatory, I should have been informed prior and it should be included in the EMI's. Why do you have to probe it as an additional Loan? and why are you guys calling me after 4 years? I didnt even receive an Email regarding this for the past 4 years.

                        Note: An employee from Bajaj named Gugan, called me and sounded like threatening to put my account under default list in SIBIL if I am not paying. Why should I be threatened or be in default list when I have paid my sanctioned loan as in regular EMI without any dues?

                        Threatening a customer is not acceptable at all.

                          I am following Bajaj Finserv last 60 days regarding CIBIL Data issue. But they are not helping with surety. they are giving me false promises. They reported wrong and duplicate information with CIBIL. By this way I am suffering a lots. This is very painful that CIBIL Disputes are not taken serious any banks and non banks as it is credibility concern of a consumer.                             I have been sanctioned consumer loan and I paid two instalment .on 20/02/2015 i received a message that my consumer loan 4380CD6597549 is cancelled and EMI if any paid will be credited in my account within 15 days but after lapse of 8 month period my account is not credited.

                              My LAN (403SPF[protected] which was sanctioned a couple of weeks before is not credited to my account. Also, I have received all in the invitation letter, loan statement, interest certificate and Virtual LAN. I am really puzzled why these guys aren't paying attention to this.

But they delevered bike without solving any problem . i brougth bike on[protected] not even 1 year got over and also i have given my batery to showroom they asked 1 week to clear my problem . almost 4 days over

                                  Dear Sir/Madam, Recently we applied for unsecured business loan with Bajaj Finserv Ltd through a agent. Last week the loan is disbursed directly to our account. Our loan account is 402PSB14768249. However we never received any kind of mail, sanction letter or any document mentioning rate of interest, processing fee, insurance & other deductible charges etc. They never take any kind of consent from us before disbursing the loan. When we enquired with customer care they had levied so many charges & higer rate of interest which are not acceptable to us.Also they are not responding satisfactorily. My question is it possible for a NBFC to disburse the loan without issuing saction letter or witout our consent? Please look in to the matter urgently.                                     I got personal loan from Bajaj Finserve on Aug -2015, my loan account no 403PRO13825144...before sanction the person who spoke to me from pune assured d interest is 14.99% but after sanction it shows 16.75% fixed rate they also deducted 18000 rs for insurance big amount...then first EMi was not deducted (ECS) From my central bank account even though enough balance is there ...I paid as cash on 12 th sep -15, again this month 2nd Emi on 2 nd Oct 15 also not deducted... My bank charged me for Ecs return charges ...I went to Chennai mount road Bajaj branch ..but no proper reply ..very worst experience. ...I already requested to cancel my insurance & return d amount 18000. No response ... DONT know what to do next...

                                      Hi, I am Ankit from Lucknow. I bought one WRLPOL-REF REFRIGERATOR 205 IM PRM 5S TTN from Reliance Digitel, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow. For the products EMI amount is 1125 but my EMI amount deducted (thru ECS) per month is 2225/- which is more than the amount what it supposed to be. Initially I overlooked the issue for several months but one day when I went through the website of bajajfinservlending, found that an extra amount of 1100/- being charged on every month because of BALIC PREMIUM CD LOAN (456BAL[protected]. I do not understand what it actually is? I was not told anything like this when I bought those products. Why this extra cost is being associated with my EMI amount also i have not got any document regarding this as well? Please clarify me why this extra amount is deducted on every month? Please help!                                       Thanks for your kind response. I would like to inform you that I have a Bajaj Finserv Card ([protected]) with the name Ankit Mishra, through witch I bought a Refrigerator from Riliance Digital Lucknow in the month of January 2015 for that I was supposed to get charged 1125 on monthly basis, however I got charged 2250/- for six months 1125/month for the purchase I did and 1100/month against the loan (456BAL[protected] that I am not aware of even. Please refer the attachment above, same is reflecting in my account but I have not applied for any such loan. According to me I got charged 1100/month extra for continuous six months.                                         Myself Dayanand Salagare, I have applied for personal loan with 10Lac rupees in Bajaj finance serv. one of executive processing my loan her name is Priya and her phone number is [protected]. While processing she assured me there is no any kind of processing, hidden charges and partial payment also available. she agreed for 12.99 rate of interest. As per their procedure i have submitted document and while given document also i have confirmed the loan amount and rate of interest and hidden charges. They are agreed for everything but while releasing loan amount i got call form bajaj finance we are not able give 10 Lac they told we will give 7 Lac and when they are acknowledged mail In mail they mentioned 5 Lac loan amount. But before they checked in CIBIL information as per that i am eligible for 11.5 Lac loan they told. and communication is also too worst with this company. Before this i was processing with standard chartered with same amount with 13% rate of interest. priya executive she assured me we will 10Lac amount with 12.99 rate of interest and she suggested to stop the SC loan process. as per her suggestion i have stopped SC loan. On this loan i have given committment and i have given 2 Lac advance also to some person. Due to this i was lossed 2 Lac. Dont believe Bajaj finserv for loans and dont commit to others. this company is fraud. I am going to give complaint on Bajaj Finserv. Dayanand Salagare - [protected]
