Sir ji, I, bharat bhushan gupta, applied for loan in your company for laptop. and my loan application SF 24541965 has been approved on 05/08/15. but sir your sales executive as name vikas in jayanti bazar Jaipur is torturing me not telling me satisfactory answer. and he is asking for a personal party for himself from me or one thousand rupees. I have called him about 100 times and I have waited about 40 days. I have not paid him so now he is giving me negative answer. sir, I m a government servant sir when I m facing such critical condition then what will happens with the others. sir you should take immediate action against such cheap type executive who spoil my dream to present a laptop to my wife. I can purchase it on cash but he cheat me for a long time of 40 days. every day I hoped that today I will surprise my wife with a present but he spoil every thing. sir if can understand my pain then you must take immediate action. thanks with utmost hope

      Sir I suresh kumar takenpersonal loan from Bajaj Finserv and my loan completed on Aug 2015. The last EMI was 05 Aug 15, as per their computer statement, the loan completed in Aug 2015. Therefore, there is no sufficient money in 05 Aug 15, due to this the last EMI was lapsed. In view of the above, the Bajaj Finserv staff contact me on 25 Aug 2015 regarding my lapse on last EMI and alternatively he collected the amount of Rs 1824 + 350 (EMI +Fine) = Rs 2174/- on 31 Aug 2015. (Payment receipt No 9912728). Once he collected from me, the next day Rs 1824/- deducted on 01 Aug 2015 by Bajaj Finserv . I was shocked and approached our coimbatore branch office for the same for refund, he told that the same to be credited in your account on 08 Sep 2015. But till date the same amount is not credited in my account. So I request you to instruct Bajaj Finserv why double deduction by coimbatore branch and their head office. Once our amount was lapsed the charged Rs 350/- as fine and I asked from you and Bajaj Finserv for refund of my money alongwith fine charged by them or interest for the period.         Dear Sir I have currently encountered illegal deduction from SBI bank that I had purchased some kind of product and yesterday night I recieved message from the Bajaj Finance app that Rs.2357 has been deducted which has been purchased from Reliance Store as printed in the receipt but today when I enquired in reliance shop they told me that the accused has purchased from other seller and has named Reliance (in R Mall; Mulund Checknaka) as it's seller.           Hi Friends, Please don't take any personal loan or any other loan from this worst company which causing lot of troubles to customer. Charing extra amount like Insurance Amount and Extra EMI amount when compare to other banks. This organization caused lot trouble to me to cancel my insurance amount and refund the amount. And the employees in this company are trained to cheat the customer. Customer service is also very bad. While taking the loan they charged for 18000 for insurance. they told me when i closed the loan, the insurance amount will be refunded. After closing the loan this people are telling that they can't cancel the loan only surrender can happen. After a lot of struggle and conservation i agreed to surrender the insurance policy. Worst thing i don't receive any Insurance documents. After surrender the policy also they are refund my amount. Please do the need full. This organization is very big cheating company. I am common man, i can't wlk through to court, please do the need full.

          I am calling continuously to your stupid customer care for my refund amount, even sending emails. But no proper reply from my emails and no information from Customer Care even.

          From now onward i will not recommend any of my friends and relatives to go with any of Bajaj products (Insurance, Bikes, lights ) not even single product. I am going to put all this complaints in Facebook, Tweeter all social networking sites.

                  Waste customer service and bad response from their employees at their Bangalore Hosur road branch, I have provided the bank details for changing the the linked accounts for current EMI for ECS in the month july 5th 2015 but still now it is not done and also they are not accepting the advance payment for EMI at their hosur road branch and if pay through online they accepted it and again after 10 days of time the amount is refunded back to my account and now they are charging bouncing charges and one is responding at their customer service..

                    100 people's call each day, but no proper update is provided. Then they are ready to charge the penalty, I'm damn sure will not pay the penalty sinc it's the mistake from their side. Not satisfied at all. It's the money from my blood and sweat haven't looted anybody need an apology. Even the executive doesn't talk properly they just talk the way they want

                      An executive of bajajfinserv Mr. Raj Bhati guided me for the benifits of loan and placed a loan Amortization chart on my computer and asked foe opting the flexiloan that he mentioned only for doctors, now when the first EMI debited from my A/c mentioned for ECS it was more than what mentioned in chart, he said sir by system error it happened it will be rectified but he passed on a month then two times EMI amount was debited from my account and credited back to my account, then again i asked for it why so? He asked his senior for this problem, same ways his senior asked for bank statement i went to branch for that then gave bank statement to Mr.Raj Bhati, then same thinf happened with second EMI debited n credited back and amount of EMI was more than mentioned in chart, now Mr. Khitiz came with Mr.Raj, they both inspected the chart again in my computer they assured me for reverting the amount debited more in EMI, now its third installment debited is again is wrong EMI, now they are not responding me on message & phone, so I am forced to complaint against them for forgering me, misguiding me and pitiching the wrong information about the product and also for the poor service availability. i need to ask for solution of this problem or i have to go further legal. kindly admit my complaint as soon as possible.                         Hi this is Rafiq Ahamed and my Bajaj EMI card last 4 digits are 9712. This card has been blocked 4 days ago without prior intimation. I did not even use this card for a single time. I cannot contact the representatives in Bajaj Finserv. In their website, they gave a mail ID [protected]@bajajfinserv.in. I mailed to them via this ID several times with no response. At last, today (06/09/2015) I got line to their customer care and he told me that my personal loan has been rejected so only my card was blocked. In fact, I applied for a personal loan there. At that time, the rep told me that within 3 days, I can get the loan amount in my account, but after 10 days I did not get any information. 11 th day, i received a call and he told me that they will be coming for verification the next. At that time, i told him that I do not need the personal loan because i have arranged the money in the interim. At that time, they did not give me information that if i cancel the personal loan, i could lose the EMI card. now the card blocked. The communication system in Bajaj Finserv is very poor very very poor...

                          I am Mohammed Asif from Hyderabad, i have got finance from bajaj finserv and signed to pay of RS.1779+1833=Rs.3612 EMI, But instead of that i have been charged the bill of Rs.3967 i.e; 3612(actual amount)+255(additional amount)=RS.3967, so i tried to contact customer care but unable to reach the executives and when i opened the loan details from bajaj finserv website found it as "BALIC PREMIUM CD LOAN 400BAL13649052 Active", i want to know why it is charged unless i sign any of the document to pay Rs.355 as loan, so i want to make it inactive so that my bill amount would be reduced per month.

                            I am Asif from Hyderabad, instead of generating bill amount of (1779+1833= EMI RS.3612) my bill has generated as EMI RS.3967 and that makes my total to be more than the finance which i have signed on the documents, when i check my loan details in bajaj finserv it has been showing additional amount of RS.355 as "BALIC PREMIUM CD LOAN 400BAL13649052".i want to know why it is generating like that and want to make it inactive of Rs.355(which is additional amount).

                                Hello, I am existing customer of bajaj finserv i am using EMI card of this organization more than 2 years i have done frequent transactions they have frequently mailed and called to take an option for emergency loan by using EMI card service with 18% interest rate. even though interest rate secondary but here when customer in really need they played game like visit nearest branch and again go to main branch they will say that this plan will come in next month even if we go nest month if we ask the same the same answer but customer support people say it is there u can visit, improper contact no in there portal they won't update their original contacts. customer has to visit more than what they need finally customer will get know bajaj people made us fools . for this kind of fellows need to teach a lesson . regards Jayaraj

                                  Hi, I have bought a Refrigerator through Bajaj Finserv . After that My 1st EMI date was 2nd of Sept-2015. Due to some issue from MY bank my ECS mandate got rejected so I visited Bajaj Finserv Madiwala Branch-Bangalore and maid the advance EMI on Aug- 23rd. Till today the amount which i Paid is not reflecting in customer portal I have contacted the customer care but the response was very poor or worst. Since 2 week's am continuously doing...

                                  This post is to highlight the rude and insulting behavior of team member/employee of Bajaj Finserv named Mr. John Bohr and Mr. Rakesh (named by same person over call) for collecting overdue payment of a single EMI missed due to some unforeseen circumstances and for which i agreed to make payment online with-in few hours of the call. But Mr. John insisted that the online payment method is not working and in need to mandatory make cash payment immediately otherwise the Consumer Durable with will be removed from my house and sold to collect the payments pending. I continue to insist that the payment will be made online after 6 in evening as the total EMI is not available with me in cash and i have a NEFT transaction pending which once cleared I will use it to make the payment/ I even insisted i have rs 3, 000 in cash with me (total EMI amount Rs. 6988) if they agree i can make that payment right away in cash and remaining payment I will make online as i will leave for Office in evening and will only be able to make payment from office. But Mr. John continued to insist that i make payment right away other wise my durable will be taken back on immediate basis despite the fact that all EMI till date is paid and only last month EMI was missed which i agreed to pay latest by 7 in the evening. I also informed that this payment would have been made yest itself along with the other EMIs but i dint had the Loan Account #. Later after prolong discussions and threats made by Mr. John, he agreed to accept the part payment which i made online (as oppose to John insisting that online payment portal in not working-- which was a huge lie as i was able to make payment easily using the Bajaj Payment Portal). I have made payment of Rs. 2900 online after which Mr. John stopped his threats and agreed to wait till evening. The threats and abuses can never be acceptable and the company providing the finance is operating as a business entity bind by the corporate laws and procedures. They are not performing charity of any kind and also the employee hired by the company must be thought ways and manners with regards to how to handle situations such as these. They may have targets to achieve and commissions to earn but this cannot be done at the cost of customer respect and well being. After the entire conversation got over i even contacted Mr. Nishir Yadav said to be the senior manager of Mr John and responsible for all his actions but the reply which i received from him was more surprising.He response to my complaint was first make the payment and then we will think about your complaint. Already sent out an complaint email to Bajaj Customer Care and few of the member mentioned above (only if their email ids are correct and also their names as true caller gave me a different name against their mobile #). WIll for few days (3-4 days more) and then will initiate legal proceeding. I have not paid the part payment pending yet as i want these people to contact me and first resolve my concerns. If they want they can come and collect the LED and take it away. I will get this resolve in court of India as that's the only option left.

                                    We had purchased two cameras in August 2013 (Customer ID[protected] on EMI from Reliance Digital, Fatimanagar. Our last payment due date was in April, 2014. The last cheque had bounced, so your recovery team executive had visited my residence and we had paid him cash amount (of Rs. 650+ Rs.350+ Rs. 2125) on 10.04.2014. Please refer to the bill. no.6303658 and 6303659, which had settled our bill finally. But, since then their have been repeated phone calls claiming that we had not settled the bill completely. In spite of giving them the details of our bill repeatedly they continued to bother us. At times there would be several people calling our numbers asking for an amount of a meager amount of Rs.350, which they claimed that we had not paid. Ultimately we stopped taking their calls. But, the height of the matter reached when there was an SMS on my Mobile No. [protected], summoning us to court on 2nd of September. I visited the local Bajaj Office in KPCT Mall, Fatimanagar, thoroughly bewildered. The officer checked the status and confirmed that we are right in our claim and it was the problem of the recovery team because they had not recorded the transaction properly. I have collected the proof of the settlement of our account from your office and at attaching the same. I have the SMS on my mobile too for proof. To settle this issue I had to take a day's leave from job in the middle of a very busy schedule. And the harassment has been extremely tormenting.                                     Sorry, but I do not understand your reference to the penal charges. What are the charges that you are talking about? Do you mean to say that even after making a full and final settlement, after getting a clearance certificate from your office, there is something more that Bajaj Finance charges? Please go through the photographs which we have attached with the previous mail. You will find that I can make penal charges against you as the case stands now, and not you.

                                    To begin with there was no pending amount due at all that you would charge us with. We had paid the entire amount that was billed by you. It was a mistake on your part to have adjusted incorrectly. So, you have done us no favour regarding it.

                                    The issue now is not only of the harassment done by your recovery team even after we had settled our account, but also of sexual harassment by an employee of yours, who has also tried fraudulently to compromise my savings account.

                                    I hope to see you resolve that.
                                    Sorry, but I do not understand your reference to the penal charges referred to in your answer. What are those charges you have mentioned, may I know? It has been explained to you repeatedly that we owe you no charges at all. The full amount billed in our name has been settled more than a year ago. Therefore your claim to have shown us goodwill does not apply in this case.

                                    Moreover, the issue no longer is only about settlement of the bill. It entails sexual misbehaviour of an employee towards my wife, which is unpardonable in all circumstances.

                                    We await your stringent and exemplary action in this matter, so that such is never repeated in future.

                                      Its been more than 20 days now, I had lodged a Complaint with Bajaj Finserv, but still it is not resolved. I have called the customer care several time and wasted so much time but still the issue is there. Case- Some fraud person has misused my card and purchased an electric item worth 56000 from one of the electronic shops (Metro Mobile) in Aundh, Pune. request Id - srn03609881 I had reported this issue (srn[protected] immediately after Bajaj Finserve called me for the Verification call (against this purchase) on 12_aug_2015. and the customer care assured me that don't worry the Loan account will NOT be generated because the verification call has failed. They assured me that the matter will be resolved in 48 hrs (that is by 15_aug_2015) request Id - srn03669770 I was assured that the issue will be resolved but when I recheck my Bajaj Finserv login portal on 26_Aug_2015, I was surprised to see the a Loan a/c 402DPF13848323 has been generated and the EMI Due Date is showing[protected] Loan Account 402DPF13848323 Loan Amount 56, 000.00 EMI Amount 5, 600.00 Tenor(In Months 9 EMI Due Date [protected] This is the WORST experience I have ever had in my life. This is mental harassment. I have wasted lot of time in talking with Bajaj Finserv executives

                                      Similarly I have also been cheated exactly in similar way. I have written talked to finserv. My emi is due on 5th Sep'15 as well.

                                      I am not getting any response except that investigation is in progress. No reply to my email which I sent 3 days ago. Even after intimating Finserv they do not seem to be bothered. I am now worried that they will hound me for money and later downgrade my rating somewhere else.

                                      I suspect that Bajaj finserv employees have reused my earlier loan papers which I hailed submitted to buy LED TV at that time. This time they have used same papers to buy Apple Mobile costing 58200/-

                                      They are violating RBI rule : Making use of PIN compulsory while using there card. Anyone can misuse your Bajaj Finserv card - anywhere, anytime, any amount...!!
                                      I think as there is no resolutions, its high time and I have to lodge a Police Complain.
