I got a call from executive. I'm eligible for a pre-approved amt of 99k this is based on my existing emi and there won't be any cibil check done and the amount would be credited in my bank acc in 5 days but I was shocked to hear based on the cibil check the req was rejected but how can anyone perform a cibil check without the customer consent

    Dear Sir, My name is raju my loam account number is 22378983 i take 1 refregirator for TMC finace by bajaj i commited for monthly EMI rs 1684*12 and 4 months advance remain 1684*8 month 1 month already debited in my account month of july 5th of every month but how to debit in my account 2900 rs 3rd august i cant understand how to doing in bajaj finserv frod me what is commited and what is do i dont no but its very bad but how to debit they take a chek blank its telling 1684 rs per month but how to do the frod Ur in cheeting me how to debit in without conformation 2900 rs/- in my acount what is that my EMI rs 1684 in a month u can commited me 1684*8 months so how can u debit 2900 rs why u debit in my acount u can take 1684 rs in month of 5th date ok tooo much frod toooo toooo why u given wrong commitements to customers

    This is raju from my login portal ac 22379893 and my loan account number in bajaj finserv acount number 4000CD09956712 and debited other person EMI in my account number 4000CD10479766 in this customer already give the ECS you na so how you debit in my account this customer amount in my account in this customer bouns the cheak so you add my account details of in this customer and you again given the LCD loan ha ha hahhha this customer is loos and this customer given all rights of property so we clear amount for this customer account cheak bouns customer for free gift for LCD i am loss my job and petrol and time and parking charges for your somajiguda office per hour 5rs/- please clear my amount of my LOP i dont want your money please clear my LOP i have also family responceblety and i have a commitment for other clearings na sir i take hand loan for other they will take intrest for 10rs per hundred and you enjoying my money so please i requested to before i go next step clear it next time i meet you with press in your somajiguda office all charges for you paying na i no tenction i will do because i am take security of me na

      Hi, My name is Vinod Satpute and today I got a call from so called advocate and delhi police threatening with arrest warrant. This is so funny that it was related to my brother's purchase of some LED product from bajaj finserv. They claim me as guarantor in this purchase, even though I've been never submitted any documents for this purchase. I've politely communicated with them, but the person started to abuse me on phone. Even the same person called my wife and started to threaten on the arrest warrant issue. I planning to go for a legal action with this company. I'm consulting my lawyer to take further actions. This is to just make aware all peoples who are engaged or may thinking to purchase any thing from this finance company. Think twice because they simply forward our telephone numbers to anyone even though it not related to us. Beware!

            This is to inform you, that today I called your Customer Care to know about Business L for my company. But, before that I had asked about my personal EMI card application which I have done at the time of purchase of my product. I came to know that my EMI payment was not regularly debited from my account, so my EMI card application was rejected.

            With this regard, I want to bring your attention that I have attached my Bank Account Statement from where my EMI amount used to be debited, with your concern's own NOC certificate and L/Statement. Now, being an independent citizen of India, with the RTI Act 2005, I want to know why my EMI card application was rejected. All the details of my L is given below:

            1. Name- Mr. Soumya Mallick
            2. L No.- 410DDF04162411
            3. Tenure- Ten Months
            4. Amount- Rs. 21100
            5. EMI Amount- Rs. 2110
            6. Status- Cleared
            7. Cibil Score- 811

              This is Vivek Tewar from Pune. I have paid the bills and the overdue charges the same month I missed my installments. It's been a year now and have visited the Bajaj finance office in chinchwad a couple where I was advised that the database will be updated. Also, I receive numerous call where I mentioned that I have paid the bills and can visit again to show the same. This has now become a mental torture for me. But the only response that I get is we will check and get back to you, but no one has ever got back to me. Today I received a message stating that my CIBIL ratings are at stake if I don't pay the bills. Attached are the soft copy of bills.

              Post the complaint launched on your website there was a frequent email chain with the complaint number being provided and the receipts being updated in their systems.                   This is Akhil Nair from Ahmedabad, Gujarat.I was having a consumer loan with you for a washing machine. In that loan account i have completed all the payments with bounce charges. 3 emi were bounced n i have paid that in cash to ur executives with bounces charges of 350 each i have recpt for the same.Still i have not got an NOC for the same.Instead of that i m getting calls everyday that 350 bounce charges is still pending. Yesterday on 22/07/2015, i got an call from this no.+91 [protected], n one of the executive called me for the same bounces charges.i explained him the whole situation but he ask me to go to bajaj finance office.which i dont have to because i have completed my part. now that executive started abusing saying "teri aukad nhi h 350 bharneki" :mandir me jaake bethke bhik maang n all... This is not the way to treat the customer. I want you to look in to this matter because this is a matter of your company reputation n customer relations...pls kindly look in to this matter

                    Hello team, I had taken a bajaj consumer durable loan for a fridge in 2011 (cust id 4637662). The last installment bounced as I had changed my bank account. The bajaj finance team collected the last installment in cash with cheque bounce charges . but now after 4 years I received a call today 21st July 2015 from a lawyer named anil Singh asking for 5000 rs or he will send the police. He also said that he sent notice to my house but i had changed my address. He says as i was unable to make it to the delhi court today police will come to my house. I cannot understand if i stay in mumbai and took the loan from mumbai why is the case in delhi and how did it reach high court without a case in local court? I checked the reason and he informed me that it was because I did not pay the amount . please help.

                            Received a call from Prathiba from Personal Loan department (expressloan team) stating that was eligible for a preapproved loan. Lady took all the details pertaining to PAN No. IFSC code and bank details. Lady prathiba advised that loan would be disbursed in 48 hours time. However did not receive any loan called the personal loan helpline no but did not receive any response was advised that the loan was rejected. Want to understand when its a preapproved loan why was it rejected. Have got Cibil score and have never defaulted on any of the payment. Did not received any mail or confirmation whether loan was approved or rejected. Service provided is really bad. Kindly look into the issue and would request resolution to the problem. Call was received on 26th June 2014.

                                  My Name Rajisireesha i was applied for CD loan SF 23606830at Bajaj Electronic at Jubilee hills, it was approved for the Rs 75000 and i was made the payment of Rs 2550 through my Credit card then the executive told will delivery with in 2days and very next day one guy came to my home from Bajaj Finance for a verification and he was taken all information from us then next day your Bajaj finance Executive from Showroom he call me and told me that your file was rejected. May i know the reason why it got rejected.. I am also working has a Customer care Manager in Sai Service Station.Please find the Attachment my bill and Pancard... Regards Rajisireesha [protected].

                                      Dear sir, My sister and i bought a A/C in viveks Adayar in Bajaj finserv loan in may month using EMI option through ECS, but from the month of purchase Bajaj finserv has failed to take the ECS and when we asked about it they said they will revert back, but suddenly on 13 july 2015 around 3.30 pm my aunt got a call from [protected] number saying that he is Mr kumar and coming home to collect the EMI which was weird for us we asked him why they collect it in ECS he started talking so rudely so my sister who bought this on her account called him to ask the details he stared shouting at her and asked her to return the product, she said that she has balance for both the months in her account and for that that guy has said that she doesnt have enough balance so she asked him to mail it he started to threaten her to pay it before 5 pm she got scared and shared his number to me so i spoke to him, he replied in a rude way and said that you after all bought this in load and telling that he is the prime minister of the country and asks me to come to Bajaj Finserv if i had guts already one more complaint has been registerd on the same person. we need a proper response.                                       Sure I will do that but already a complaint has been lodged with the misbehavior on the same number [protected] named Mr kumar on consumer complaint but action have not been taken, I need an explanation on this and my sister also had directly mailed to Bajaj Finserv mail id but it has no response. Do consider this as very urgent issue because we have decided to take it to knowledge of Commissioner of Chennai and file a complaint on gundaas act. we have already been waiting from july till date but no actions has been taken against that person
                                      Bajaj Finserv team I would like to bring to your notice that no actions has been taken against the complaint I had given on 13 July I2015 on a gundaas threatening call from the number [protected]. I have been waiting from the date that would get a call and my sister has already mailed to your Email id regarding this complaint she dint even get a reply. And there has already been a complaint registered from this mobile number [protected] from another customer of yours. Hope you guys are encouraging These Kind of agents. i need a proper response from your team cal me on [protected].

                                        I have applied for personal loan with bajaj it already has been approved its is showing on experia I'd and also showing the net disburement amount and next instalment date but not received the loan disburement payment my loan account number is 5770PL11017599 the phone numbers on the website also is not answerable please do the needfull waiting for reply
