1. I opted this loan in the month of February, 2015 here Sales Person (Shailendra) added one more EMI in this Loan by telling me that it is a Health Insurance for which you have to pay only Rs.300/- Approximately but this been fake to me because it was a LIFE INSURANCE POLICY which I was not aware and when I asked to that SALES PERSON THEN HE SHOUTED ON ME LIKE ANYTHING….However now it is cancelled after so many complaints.
2. ECS for this LOAN supposed to start with effective 5th March, 2015 but due to Sales Person (Shailendra, seated in Croma Showroom in Gurgaon, DT MEGA MALL) carelessness he stated me that it will effect from 5th April but that is also did not happen. Then I myself tried to contact in various places of Bajajfinserv but nothing worked out.
MENTALY Harassment call from DSA : - After all above I had an email id of bajajfinserv from where I got an email to make the payment in that mail I had wrote it that if nobody turned to take the payment then I will register a complaint against you all, then there was many call started coming from a DSA after 18th May, 2015 for the money and every time I stated that I am going out of station on 22nd May, 2015 so will be able to give cheque on 29th May, 2015 when I am back but those people and specially the MANAGER DEEPAK YADAV started forcing me to give payment before that when it was not my fault at all, ESC did not hit because of their technical issue still they forced me and STATED THAT IF I PAY AFTER 29TH MAY THEN THEY WILL TAKE PAYMENT IN CASH.
However I made the online payment on 21st May, 2015, details are given below:-

Available balance: Rs.12, 921.68
Combined Available balance: Rs.22, 921.68

For the same I did not get any Acknowledgment Recipient from Bajajfinserv, also I requested to the DSA MANAGER DEEPAK YADAV to send someone at my home to get it collect the ECS form as they stated that again I have to submit the form but after this payment no one bothers to turned back.
June month payment also I do not know how they will going to take and to keep myself safe from this mentally harassment I have decided to pay online because due to BAJAJFINSERVES’s bad service I cannot afford to affect my CIBIL record.
HUMBLE REQUEST: - Please consider my complaint and arrange to provide proper service and require documents related to my payment and loan.

Bajaj Finserv customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Anyhow, just wondering about your credit policies you have and providing EMI card by collecting 200+ Rs but without activating.
As you have mentioned in your email as below -

Low cibil score - 761, is it low cibil score ????
income - more than 1 lakh per month as a salaried person ...is it low income ????
residence and office verification - everything was verified after i bought your consumer durable loan for my LED tv...
Over all credit performance of the individual across other lenders - i dont have any loan like auto loan, home loan, personal loan, credit cards etc ..- i have closed and paid all my loans and dues to all lenders long before. even you can check with my cibil report attached along with my profile in your portal .
It is not that, i expected your loan and for refusal of loan i m talking against . Better you stop collecting 250 rupees from every customer for EMI card ( which i have no chance to use till now, before handed over to me it was deactivated, but you have given me a de-activated card ??) and forcing to pay insurance which comes around 5, 500 rupees for my LED tv.
Considering all those, better you have fine-tune your system issuing a EMI card . Don't collect 250 rupees and giving a dummy card . Don't force for insurance for consumer products .Your revenue model should be not by fooling the consumer but by proper way of informing the consumer before giving a EMI or loans. Instruct them all your terms and conditions as you menttioned as above. Then no one will offer for your EMI card or loan .
