Hi This is sunny koshta, I had applied for personal loan of Rs 60000 almost 10 days back but still not received the amount in my account. I had been told over the call that it will get clear within 2-3 working days. But still it's pending. I have got confirmation that loan amount is approved on 14th application num sf22729300 and since then I am calling on this num [protected] but not getting any solution. Whoever answer the calls gives same reply that I will get clear tomorrow but all I'm vain. Since today morning this num is not answering my calls whenever I am calling they are disconnecting my calls. Hence pls help or else return my all document asap I don't need your loan amt.

      I am your customer in jalandhar city . My all 6 Emi were paid on time but this time by chance it skipped from my mind . Your Collection agent called me up from mob no [protected] on Saturday, i was in delhi on that day and i told that that i will be back on monday and will pay emi . I decided to pay full pending emi as left with 2 emi only . I told him that my brother is working near to your office and i have told him to clear the all payment . He couldnot get time and he said tomorrow he will do it . Your agent again called in the evening and mishibehaved wiyh my wife and used abusive language as i have recording in my phone . Please give the resolution as early as possible otherwise i have to take soe other step

          My EMI Card has been blocked due to no fault of mine. I have 2 loan accounts. 4220CD08371500 & 4220PL04083667. My ECS is on 5th of every month. This month there was no debit for both loan accounts from my Bank account even though it was sufficiently funded. I tried to make payments online through consumer portal but it showed that I did not have any overdue EMI's. I waited for the Mandate to be represented but it did not happen. On 13.05.2015, I got calls from [protected] & [protected] stating that I DID NOT pay my EMI's. So I again went to the consumer portal & made an online Payment for both loan accounts. The receipts of which I am attaching herewith. On 16.05.2015, I receive a message that my EMI card has been deactivated!!. On 17.05.2015 when I check my bank account, I'm shocked to see that on 16.05.2015 the ECS mandate has been represented and the EMI amount has been debited from my account even though I have made the payment on 13.05.2015. It is not my fault that the ECS mandate was not presented from your side, and I made efforts from my side to make payments, but was not able because my account showed no overdue EMI's. I request to immediately unblock my EMI Card, as I have not defaulted on my payments.

          MYself Smruti chhanda debata.My card is blocked due to no fault. Why bajaj finserv unblocked the card i dont know, Very unsatisfactory. I have 2 loan A/C 4230CD20998797 and 4230CD20998844. I was regularly paying the dues as and when they due and there is no default in bouncing of cheque. I had requested to unblock my card by mail and also through C Care but there is no response . I requested to unblock my card immediately as there is no default of my payments.

I tried calling the Customer Care no. on[protected], it is always busy and I was not able to connect for more than 3 hours. I went down to the branch in Mangalore and found that there was no one except a lone cashier and a Security guard. I waited for around 45 mins till I got to meet with the cashier and he checked and informed me that the ECS deduction on 16.05.2015 is not reflected in my Loan account. I am herewith attaching my Bank Account Statement. I request you to please go through the matter and reverse the extra EMI deduction as soon as possible. Also request you to improve the quality of Customer Care Service and provide dedicated personnel for Customer Service at your Branches. Really dissatisfied with customer service.

              EMI date changed from 5th to 2nd without my notice. Then Bajaj Finserv is asking for the proof which says the EMI date will be 5th. I asked them to send me the proof where I have signed and agreed that the EMI date will be 2nd. If not I have asked them to send me a copy of any notification letter or e-mail which was sent to me because Iam sure that they have not even sent me any notification. Even while purchasing a new product the EMI date informed to me verbally was 5th. They are not able to provide any proof and just playing around with their customer. Please check and let me know.                 Bajaji Finserv trying to do the cheque bounce harresment with my mother in law, even we have sufficiant fund in bank, bajaj finserv aritificially shows PAYMENT STOPPED BY DRAWER, and advised to check with bank, then we approached indian bank and they confirmed they have not stopped the payment. more than a year we dont face this issue from bajaj finserv, from april2015 they are trying us cheque bounce harresment, need your help. 4030CD02912856 4030CD02943714 4030CD05109816 403SCE05574868 regards devaraj V [protected]

                    Baja finserv is wantedly bounced my loan ecs without informing me...This will make my good will bad and i am so much depressed hearing its bounced...

This email received after collecting all required documents from me and I got repeated calls from Rohit Kumar <rohit.[protected]@bajajfinserv.in> that the Loan Amount will be credited to my Salary/Savings account by EOD, 6th May, 2015. Then he again confirmed that it will be done or 9th May. Today is 12th May 2015 and still the Amount is not credited to my Salary/Savings account.                       Thanks for the update.

                      But i would like to tell you, that, getting the correct loan amount in the right time is very important. If time passes by the importance and requirement of the loan gets diluted..

                      People take loans to meet some contigency situation, which are very time dependent and if organisation like bajaj provides this level of service, then it is always better to go for other companies, who atleast provides a correct SLA timeline

                        Hi, I have a major concern with the consumer loan I took recently to purchase an IFB washing machine. In the consumer form I signed, the EMI date was mentioned as 5th of every month. However, without any communication, Bajaj presented the ECS on 2nd of May instead of 5th. Why was I not informed? Why did the consumer loan form I signed have a different date from the date of deduction? Please let me know how you can resolve this.                             Hello, I, Mukesh Ratnani had purchased the LG refrigerator and Toshiba LED from Channa Electronics (Rakesh Electronics) Shalimar Bagh, Delhi. It was partially financed by Bajaj Finserv. The installment was decided Rs. 8287 for eight months. The installment was auto deducted from my Axis saving bank account in month of april 2015 correctly. Now, the concern is the extra amount of Rs. 6250 has been deducted extra in the month of May 2015 along with amount 8287. The bajaj finserv account numbers are 4010CD08007844 and 4010CD08008247. We have checked with Bajaj finserv company they denied that there is no transaction showing in their account. Then we contacted Channa electronics, they are also saying that per their account with Bajaj finserv, there is no extra transaction showing with amount 6250. It's been 8 days, there is no status from both organisation. Please help us to get the amount of 6250 back. Awaiting for positive and prompt response. Thank you. Regards, Mukesh Ratnani

                            Today I received a mail from Bajaj Finserv on my personal email address "mukesh.[protected]@yahoo.com" that they are not able find the reason that why the extra amount got deducted. Please review the attached copy of mail.

                            I am not satisfied from your reply. You have already taken so much time. Till date I have not received my amount. Also, there is no assurance from your side.

                            Can you please share the reason that why the extra amount got deducted with same LAN number?

                            And please confirm the date and time when I will get my money?

                            Due to these things my trust has been broken with Bajaj Finserv, I will never finance any product from this company. Also, will give the feedback to others as well that the company is not reliable.

I am not able to understand that why you guys are not able to contact us. If you guys are not able to contact us please provide me your direct number and I already provided statement proof.

                            i complain 9 to 10 times.. the company toll me u receive u r card 7 to 9 days but maximum 01 years.. the card not received till date... please fwd my emi card ... and my mob no [protected]

                              after getting the phone on the emi card, after paying a downpayment ideally the emi should start after 2 month. before the due there was no calls...but today since 5 hours i am gettinf 15 calls asking me to make the payment... where and for what these people are harassing since morning even though i informed i will do it till eve because i am attending a marraige.. still the same continously... was it not the finance companys responsiblity to call prior and inform about the glitches happen during the time of processing the loan amount...

                                  HI I am Prashant Patil from andheri. i have complaint with bajaj finserv EMI card no [protected] and i have 3 emi's running. I am not happy with bajaj finserv services because bajaj guys are seriously Harassing me. I have the receipt which clearly mention i already paid my Rs 690 on 07-04-15 but still bajaj finserv recovery guys are calling me 10 times every day for same i realy fed up with you guys.And every time i am giving them same info still they are saying we don't have details give us 1 more time. And on 02-May-15 bajaj finserv guys have crossed the line. bajaj finserv agents are calling me since morning saying "Sir aap ka emi due ho gaya payment kab karoge ?" when i said " aaj toh 2nd may due kaha hua ?" agent said "woh hame nahi malum aap ke account me bals nahi tha isliye emi bounce ho gaya toh abhi aap ko payment karna padega jaldi abhi aap woh kaise bhi karo" i mean whats wrong with bajaj finserv people those guys are going to charge me for bounce charges and late payment charges still guys act like we have done a crime that our emi is bounce. i already spoke to bajaj finserv cust care agent few months back for date change he said thats not possible but every month still 7th day emi will deduct automatically if you keep sufficient balance Now tell me if my salary comes on between 1-7 every month depend upon holidays which i cant control then why cant you guys understand. Even after that i am paying bounce charges and late payment charges without any complaint. So i have only 1 request sort out this issue as soon as possible because i am not going to pay my any emi's until this issue is solved. for bajaj finserv And i want EMI conformation on mail or direct contact no to bajaj finserv's ansrable authority because in my company while doing work answering mobile is strictly not allowed. So in case I missed your call i can able to call back without wasting my time on IVR which never works . And i am also sending 1 mail to consumer fourm for same. Note: checked attachment for recipt of Rs 690 and screenshot of my bajaj Emi account which saying i missed 2 payments i cant understand that also.
