Hi I am Hem Kumar Sharma .on 3 April 2015 I did online payment from my credit card ( Rs 299) for EMI card and requested to send on my residential address updated with company, which avail me Rs 50, 000 loan amount.The company was sending me numerous times the sms for the same.Email form receipt also received. After waiting for 12 days i send e mail to bajaj on April 12 'for which i got the following reply on April 15, 2015 Dear Customer, Thank you for writing to us at Bajaj Finserv and showing interest in EMI Card facility. We appreciate your interest in choosing Bajaj Finserv as your financial partner. Unfortunately, at this point, we are unable to process your EMI Card application in line with our credit policy. We request you to provide us scanned copy of the receipt of payment of EMI card fees to validate our records and refund the same. EMI card not received Transaction Reference No. CCMP[protected] I did the need full and requested to refund my money, which is not done yet i have all the email now the company sending me copy paste reply every time whenever i send email i havent received EMI card, nor i want any emi card now. i want my money back. in every email they send stating that the card was sent across to you by Speed Post Courier service on 13/04/2015 by Airway bill num – EK[protected]IN. i have checked there is no card send
