I had called up the caller in Sec 5, Kolkata to seek a mail for confirmation of payment not recieved for my EMI through online mode(as due to some reason the amount got deducted from my bank but fail to reflect on my BAJAJ Loan account), instead of assisting and resolving the lady verbally abused me a lot

    hi, I have bought LG 42" TV through Bajaj Finserv loan from PAI INTERNATIONAL in mangalore and received the login portal and attached loan details to my mail, In my accounts it's showing that the active loan is two in my loan account page.       Sir, I have taken ac under the loan of 4030cd00236100 with amount of rs.32490 through rajesh who is exemployee of bajaj finserv chennai he told me he will get a approval for cd loan and he will buy ac n give me rs.32000 so I went purchased iin viveks purasaiwalkam branch n he took ac and absconded so I went n enquired branch there mr.murugan n mr.balaji told me that he is fraud guy n they filed case againest him. so i have to pay. thereafter i have paid rs.26494 buy month on month and i lost my job so i missed my dues. on feb 23 i got call from deepak he said calling behalfof bajaj from mumbai n he concluded with settlement of rs.7000 n he will get NOC once the payment is done. n next day morning itself i have paid n sent a mail to him with the receipt. but thereafter no calls n email from him n now his number is switched off. now today i got a call from arthi from chennai high court n she said they initiated a police action against me n when i request her she connected call with mr.karthikeyan who is working in legal dept of bajaj finserv. n he said i have to pay rs.15046 to avoid legal action n get NOC. now i have paid that 15046 also. so totally i have paid rs.57785 instead of rs.32490. so can you remberse the amount of rs.25295 please.

      Can you look at statement that I have paid rs.15046 after the payment of rs.7000 as per your statement you have to repay me rs5396 apart from this I have done payment of rs 3249 with 11 shorts instead of 10 that amount itself comes total sum of rs35739. My dew is 32490. Thereafter I have paid 7000+15046=22046 so I have paid 57785 till date. I have requested you to kindly go through the statement and give me waive of the interest n charges which is extra fined. I paid nearly 58000 instead of 32000 so kindly repay the remaining amount of rs25295 and issue NOC too.

        HI This is regarding my personal pre approved loan which I had applied on 03-apr-2015 of rs 275000rs I had got call as well sms from your department that " Thank you for your appointment with bajaj our representative will meet you on[protected] " But till today nobody has visited to collect my document As well had called your help line No multiple time but body has given me any response then in finally got to know from your CSE that my loan application has been rejected hence I asked him the reason which is not able to tell he informed me that you will get call from our department with in some day but till now iI haven't got any call as well Being with you for more that 6 year and been loyal customer with out and default EMI record This is way I am been treated I am really sorry to say your company don't trust loyalty & Relation of customer for being so long with you Please help me to solve my issue Hope i get some positive response

          My Loan Application number is [protected]. I had applied for a Personal loan for 6 lakhs and the executive (Mr. Nagaraj B Mob:[protected]) committed the following to me: 1. Processing Fees waived to 1% 2. Insurance fully waived 3. 14% interest - I was informed that this will be reduced further after the initial processing. I checked with him multiple times on all the aspects of the loan and he kept on reassuring me that he will not make false promises and that he does this day in and day out for multiple customers. During document verification, a Bajaj executive (Kannan B) called and checked the details and then sent a plain mail stating "As discussed please appove for the loan processing" I asked for clarification of the mail and there was no reply from him or Bajaj. I called them up and only after pushing them, they sent a mail with the approved loan details(Loan details were not what was discussed earlier) Loan detail mail sent to me: 1. Processing Fees 2% - I was earlier assured 1% multiple times 2. Sanction loan amount- 8.30 Lakhs - 2.3 Lakhs extra - This is totally not required and they expect me to pay 2% processing for the whole amount 3. 14% interest - Not changed and they are not even responding when I tell them that they informed that the rate will be reduced further. I feel cheated and wasted a lot of time behind the executives who seem to be lying in broad daylight. I have sent a mail to their internal mailer but still no reply. Now the Bajaj sales rep (Nagaraj) is asking me to reject the offer so that it seems customer rejected the offer and he is off the hook. I am asking for my blank cheques back which they have taken. Why are exrecutives like this not penalised? They should be booked for fraud. Please be aware of these loan executives from BAJAJ. They lie to you. It is worse that hiding the fine print.

              I have very bed experience with bajaj Finserv. I have took one PL at 14.75% fixed. in that after 6 months I have done one prepayment but they changed/ increased my PL's ROI @ 18% without any intimation. When i have started follow-up they just doing false commitment that it will change within 2 working days. But I have done follow-up by 30 times (within 25 days)but still there answer that it will resolve. also i have a words with CCE & i requested them to please transfer this call to your Sr. but they always denied also lot of time disconnect it & always telling that we are Sr. They all are totally unprofessional & don't feel the pain of customer. also they don't know there system/software how to operate In simple words Bajaj Finserv is totally unprofessional & unmanaged organization. due there legacy customer has to face challenge.               But fortunately i have found your intentions on time but again you people don't try to modify it.

              Can you please check how my ROI(rate of interest was increased from 14.7488 to 18%.
              Means up to EMI no. 11 ROI is 14.7488 but after prepayment of Rs. 52709/- it goes increased to 18% for EMI no. 12

              Also It is very difficult to contact your phone banking officer on your costumer care ID. I have already invest lot of hours to case them. But always busy, busy & busy. Three times I had mail same concern but nobody taking it seriously . yesterday I had spoken to Mr. Mohanty he assure me that I will get my complain no. after completion of call but still its pending.

              Again you peoples are sanding statements without checking is properly.

              One honest feedback from my side.

              I have a great exp with Bajaj before 13th March 2015 I have also recommended to lot of persons for same due to services I have received. Infect lot of banks offers me to do balance transfer on lower interest rate but denied due to your service & care about your customer. But now I am feeling totally deffrent because I feel harassed due to your team negligence.

                    Dear Sir, I am V.Gopu, owner of the firm ARUN TEXTILES from Salem-Tamilnadu, for which I have business loan. I would like to close the Loan account No: 459PSB00041030 through full and final settlement as on date. But you have deducted Rs.1, 00, 000/- on the very first day of account opening for insurance and till date I haven't received any details regarding the same. I have been requesting your local office to send the statement of account after crediting the insurance amount to my account with interest from day one for the past 3months. In addition, I also requested your local office members several times NOT TO SEND ECS CLEARING, as I will not pass it and the stop payment has been intimated to the bank already. Any further payments will not be done until the complete statement of accounts have been sent to me including the insurance amount with interest. But I haven't got any kind of response from your local office members. Moreover, the payment for march month has been send to you through RTGS on 02.03.2015 itself which is actually due only on 05.03.2015. For which prior intimation asking NOT TO SEND ECS CLEARING has been done several times through phone and mail to your local office. But there has been no proper response and the ECS clearing has been done by you more than four times after giving the payment. Because of that, I have been charged Rs.1000/- by you and Rs.300/- by bank for each ECS return. I demand proper actions to be done immediately and to credit back all the charges taken from my account, as I claim you as responsibility for trying to take amount through ECS even after paying you through cheque 3days prior to the actual due date. Even after so many mails and calls regarding the same, there has been no response from your side at any cost till now. If this continues I have no option other than complaining to RBI.                       One day i get a call from your customers Service People and they said that they are Providing Loan on 13%. i asked reducing then he told yes. he was speaking very fast i told him twice to speak slowly and he told me "first you hear my thing then i will reply all questions". he completed all the thing and he told me that emi would be around Rs.6300 and then i calculated the it was correct according to 13% reducing. and then i provide all the details what he wants. then i start asking question he just disconnect the call. when i see the EMI details i was shocked that it was around 22% reducing and 13% flat. it was miss saling case. totally wrong. so this thing make totally wrong impression about your all loan i will not take any loan from your side. i thing is good that you are not taking pre closer charges after one month. what can you help me in this case ? if nothing then after one month i will close this loan automatically. If you that person contact then give him good intensive for selling this product but i am sure that will not earn more money out of it.. if you check his leeds then most of the cases you will get company's like this and spoiling company image. this is only to share you that this thing is not going to run your company more time. Currently you have good image in market so i was trying to get in but this good experince for me. i learn good thing from you guys thanks you very much Please help me if you can i have ready to all money back if you are not charging me any thing Have a nice day

                        Hi, My name is Sapna Maity. I opted one loan for SONY LED LED-NEW KLV-32R412B IN5 (5800CD[protected] but along with this loan without my knowledge there is one more loan showing by the name of BALIC PREMIUM CD LOAN for which loan amount showing 5, 037.00 (360 rs per/mnth). i have been told for Health Insurance which is included in Loan amount, nothing extra i suppose to pay. On that note i agreed and signed all the documents without even checking the documents properly. i did not know that my Trust on your company will cheat me like that. Now i want to cancel my so called Insurance which i never wanted with anything extra pay. I will not going to pay anything for this Insurance. Please resolve this as soon as possible and confirm the same. Note :- Sales Person not even provided any documents of Loan or so called Insurance, when i asked for the same they stated everything you will receive through courier, still i did not receive any document. I called him to check the status of my courier after 15 days then he started shouted on me and very rudely behaved over phone and without understanding my issue he stated that come and withdraw the loan where i only wanted to know about my Loan documents and Health Insurance Documents.                             Hi, My Loan account number :403SPF08440173 I took a salaried personal loan of 5, 00, 000 on 26-mar-2015. I was promised by the sales team Gopinath(gopinath.[protected]@bajajfinserv.in) that the processing fees is 1.8% and the interest rate is 16%. I was told that the march month (5 days) charges are deducted as pre-EMI while disbursing the loan. Aaccording to this, processing fee(1.8* 500000)/100 = Rs.9000/ pre emi = Rs.2301/- Total deduction should be = Rs.11031/- But the actual deductin made is = Rs.13, 688/- and the loan amount credited was, Rs.486312/- I am not getting any proper explanation from sales team on why this additional deduction of Rs.2657/ made. Also an insurance amount of Rs.25, 000/ added to the principle outstanding and the principle outstanding now shows as Rs.5, 25, 000/- Can you please remove the insurance amount of Rs.25, 000/ from principle outstanding and mark as Insurance amount ?I was told by customer care that i should pay the full insurance amount in addition to the principle outstanding while fore-closing my loan.This seems ridiculous !. Please help me answering these two queries. Thanks,

                                To whom it concern I am writing this complaint to bring to your kind notice that I have just received a call from +91 [protected], he said that he is a police office, name : Om Prakash Tyagi posted in Bombay High Court. but he did not mentioned his Batch number when I asked for the same. He mentioned that there is a case registered against me and h is not authorise to tell me about the same but he gave me the an other number +91 [protected] which belongs to some lawyer at High court Bombay, Mr. R K Bhardwaj. and told me to call him on an URGENT basis otherwise tomorrow my arrest warrant will be dispatched. After that I have checked these numbers on google and found that so many people have written about these calls. Also, have seen a complaint on Consumer forum. My installments were completed in January itself. Nor I have given any cheque to them, so there is no check bounce as well. Even I have received all the e mails for the payment confirmation. Kindly check and do the needful, otherwise advice me I will take a legal action against them. My Loan Number is : 4010CD02294790 I look forward to hear from you.

                                  I had purchased a TV and refrigerator set through bajaj finserv in 0% intrest scheme ***************** LOAN NO 4150CD00042405 and 4150CD00042402. Although I have cleared everything by 2012 December for the amount they proposed, Bajaj was still taking ECS debit return charges from account until 2014 October. In October 2014, we walked in to Bajaj office at Cochin and after a lot of arguments, they finally settled our amount and gave us receipt that says the loans are closed (status) and settled (in separate sheet). Due to this I have never used my bank account which is linked to EMI for depositing purpose. After settlement, I was relieved and started using my a/c slowly. I had 1000Rs as balance until March 27th and on March 28th 2015, the remaining 1074 Rs was taken by ECS (28-Mar[protected]Mar-2015) ECS DEBIT RETURN CHA 1, 074.00). So what was the point in giving a settlement receipt. I want my money back. I entered into this kind of cheating venture by seeing 0% finance. Now from 2012 dec.- 2014 October, at least 5000 Rs were taken by Bajaj. Now again 1074. This is really cheating. As i suspected all the cheques came to my bank and get bounced again even after settlement.I think my account is still active and it is sent to CIBIL.I have all the receipts in my hand. I feel very sorry for my self for taking a loan by seeing 0% interest. please tell me how to get rid of this problem from my head and get out of the CIBIL problems. If I don't have a solution within one month, I am going to file a complaint in consumer court.

Please be informed that I had already contacted one of your Customer Service representatives and told her that right now, I am unable to pay the EMI as my account is unfunded. Therefore, I will pay two EMIs together next month with the late fee. She told me that there is no problem, you can pay the bill next month. Everything was fine till this conversation. However, I am still getting several calls and messages from you which is very irritative. I would request you to intervene the issue so that I can not get several calls or messages, as everything has already been discussed and I am not in a situation to entertain the calls.                                       when the agent of the above company approached me I have asked if they are giving OD account, they said DOCTORS LOAN FLEXI is same as OD account.
                                      the above said application is finalised and amount transferred to my account without my permission or prior intimation. amount promised is 30 Lacs, but online Loan details amount shown Rs is 30, 30, 000 / and amount transferred to my bank account is Rs 29, 64, 856 / only on[protected] .
                                      I was promised only Rs 10, 000 / is the processing fee maximum . and no other charges I was informed .
                                      Immediately I requested for Cancellation of the Loan, I requested repeatedly calling them and sending e mails and as per their advise I submitted in their office in Somajiguda Hyderabad along with cheque Rs 29, 64, 856 / Cheque No : 444426 dated[protected]
                                      but without processing my request, company has debited my account first EMI amount Rs 72, 084 / on[protected].

                                      As per suggestion of their employee then again I gave a cheque cheque number 444441, dated[protected] for the due amount of Rs 28, 92, 772 / ( Loan amount Credited Rs 29, 64, 856 minus deducted First EMI Rs 72, 084 / ) .
                                      along with request letter for cancellation . They have credited the total amount . but without cancelling the Loan they are harassing me to pay EMI.

                                      till today[protected] I am repeatedly calling them sending emails for cancellation of the Loan.

                                      please help me in the cancellation of the above account which is forced on me .

                                        Dear Sir, To inform you that my mobile no is mistakenly updated for the following loan account No's 403SCE04971109 & 403SCE5394278 & 4030 CD05549713 I have visited twice to your Chennai mount road office at Raheja towers, Mount Road, they haven't taken this as complaint, and they further confirmed this is a error in Date entry. I am getting continuous SMS in my mobile no - [protected] regards to payment communication atleast 3 to 4 times in a month and this is creating unnecessary irritation. Request you to change the contact no of the customer in your records for further communications. If this continues, i will raise the issue to the next level.
