      Dear sir. I got my new semiautomatic washing machine financed from Bajaj finserve vide ID no. SF21420208 and i got the mail of the approved loan amount. But the representative deployed at LG shoppee Jail road new delhi has taken a cash of Rs 600/- from me saying the company is charging this amount. But this amount has not been mentioned in the confirmation mail. It is requested that cash overcharging may be refunded back to me or the amount may be adjusted in my instalment. Such representative may please be removed immediately as they r looting the customers.

            Hi Need your help in understanding the reason for Harassing the customer Mr syed his mobile number [protected] bangalore from consumer loan collection division abused me a lady customer Mrs kumar with words like " I will harass you" after clearing saying I will pay after 28th of the month he still went on with abusing and said I will harass you then his assistant literally is home every single day and since my small daughter 3 year old and maid are the only people at home, he sits at home and says am not going from here because syed the above mentioned manager has adviced him to do so his number is [protected]. Then I told them please come along to police station I will want to complain their they refused to come.. Now I have no way of dealing with this gundas. How do I take action. Please help is bajaj finance encouraging hooliganism. I even offered come and take back your product what more can I do? My number is [protected] I am escalating this to legal as well for harassment case.

              dear sir/madam iam ramesh.s my bajaj fineserv CD no - 4040CD00290684 actually there was an ecs problem for the payment of above mentioned product so there was person appointed by you who was collecting cash from me of 1st of every month which was to be paid 5th of every month it was been cleared for 10 months of 4, 800 each but later after it had been cleared there was call from you there was cheque bounce charged of 350 rupees but actually it was not so i had not bothered about it but later now yesterday was call from this number [protected] for same matter and had feared me telling that there will be case filed on me for the bounce cheque if not i should pay bounce charge of 350 rupees in 1 hour and they had also gave one advocate number of enequery about this matter and becuase of fear i had paid 350 rupees through online but i should not pay this money its not problem from my side and this problem is your side there is not at all chance of cheque bounce so i kindly request u to take action and enequery about this problem and i need my money back thanks

                Dear Team. i have taken consumer loan in November i.e. toshiba TV i have paid 4500 initial amount and remaining amount they r converted me in to emis i.e. 2250×8 months. Dec, Jan, and Feb emi has deducted from my hdfc account every month of 5th ok. Last month i receive a message from u r side that loan has been cancelled and that amount has been refunded if eligible with in 15days. After 1week i got one more message congratulations u r new consumer loan has been activated this is for 14months emis is 1608 from april 5. I have called so many times in bajaj every time they are giving me new complaint no. I have given a mail also [protected]@bajajfinserv.in also. I dont no how they are resolving the issues. but they are not yet rectify the issue. I have regular customer u can check my record. Kindly taktake necessary action and resolve the issue.                     Hi Need your help in understanding the reason for blocking my Bajaj EMI card with out any reason. I haven't used it for quite a long time and was shocked to hear when i get to know my EMI card was temporarily blocked from Bajaj finserv guys in Girias and it was told to contact Bajaj Finserv Customer care on their toll free number for knowing the reason for such block and unblocking the same, when i called the customer care toll free number i didn't get proper reply as it was IVR, not i got proper reply nor an chance to speak to customer care executive. I wrote email to customer care asking the reason for such temporary block but there reply was "With reference to your email, we regret to inform you that your EMI card is permanently suspended in line with our credit policy.Also we would like to inform you that, we are unable to disclose the reason of card blocking as per our policy"- This reply is not satisfactory and I feel this just an reply for name sak I like to ask the below questions to Bajaj Finserv customer care 1) Like to know why is my EMI card is permanently suspended...??? 2) What was the reason for suspending my EMI CARD?? 3) Why this was not communicated to me earlier when the EMI card was blocked...????? 4) AS CUSTOMER OF BAJAJ FINSERV IT IS MY RIGHT TO KNOW THE REASON FOR SUCH SUSPENSION. When BAJAJ FINSERV IS NOT ABLE TO DISCLOSE THE REASON FOR SUCH SUSPENSION THEN PLEASE ADVICE WITH WHOM I SHOULD ASK FOR THE REASON...???                     I AM NOT AT ALL HAPPY BLOCKING MY CARD WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE / W/OUT ANY REASON. I HAVE CREDIT CARDS, LOANS WITH DIFFERENT BANKS. NEVER FACED THIS ISSUE.                     Bajaj Finserv are cheaters. They first blocked my card temporarily while I was purchasing a mobile phone. Now when I contacted them via Eelectronic mail, the card got permanently blocked. Even they replied that your card got blocked for one of the reasons (and then shared a bunch of list).
                    Actually the thing is that bajaj executives and staffs are cheaters and illiterates. They don't know any thing. Thats why they don't have an executive talk option in their contact us no..
                    Better leave India Bajaj Finserv. Don't spoil our life and money with your nuisanse emi cards you #####.

                      Hi, I have taken a laptop with Bajaj Finserv with Interest Rate of 5.8%(As informed by Loan Executive) from SYNERGY SYSTEMS & PERIPHERALS # CHENNAI, and loan executive said laptop loan comes with interest only, , but in Bajaj Finserv website it was mentioned 0% loan for all consumer durable like mobile, laptop, tv, washing machine etc. I took the loan after argument with 5.85% interest, after few days i received a Loan statement from Bajaj Finserv(attached here) it was clearly mentioned that its 0% interest and total amount collected from customer is Down Payment + Document Charges. There is no lines mentioned about the 5.85% amount collected from me. When i asked about this with loan executive they showed me the delivery order mail, it was again mentioned the 5.85% is the Subvention borne by Dealer, but it was being collected from all customers. As stated by RBI subvention should be collected from Dealer/Manufacturer but all the time it was collected by Customer. I have taken 2 laptop with same dealer and two times they have collected interest from me and both this interest is not mentioned in anywhere in the loan statement. Pls help to refund it. Thanks

                      FYI, i have filed the same complaint with Bajaj Finserv Website, Again i got a cheating reply from that executive and it took more than 10 conversation to make them understand about my complaint, i dono whether they know English or not. Here i have attached the conversation also do check it you can understand they were trying to cheat with false information.

                      Even in the SOA its clearly mentioned about Subvention have to be borne by dealer and it was mentioned 0% interest. Pls check the attached 403SCE08169685_SOA.jpg

                      Charge collected from customer - 749

                      So the total amount collected from customer will be 12417, but they collected 14, 465.00 (including Interest paid by Mfgr./Dealer upfront - 2048)

                      So kindly take action against the dealer and help me to get my money back. They were using Bajaj FInance name cheating all customers and they claiming this subvention from manufacturers also.

                      They are cheating both customers and manufactures with Bajaj Finance Name, so do take action ASAP.

                            Hi Team, I have had a very bad experience from the customer service team of bajaj auto loan. I have taken a bajaj auto loan in the year of[protected] and my loan account number is[protected] After this I have given them PDC for a span of 12 months. The first 6 months they didn't present it in the bank itself, and after 6 month they have presented all the cheques together. Now I was informed from the bank about the same; wherein they had advised me its better to give stop payment rather than the cheques bouncing which I had done during that time because I was also under some real personal problems during those days. Now for the past 4 years I have been trying to repay the money; as it is an amount of 39000 which was outstanding but when ever I am initiating eh conversation with the team I get a very bad response wherein they are telling me I need to repay 3, 45, 000 as it is these many days pending. I am not able to contact the outlet now where I have purchased the bike as it is shut down. Please tell me what can be done in this scenario. I am really helpless I want to get out of it and no one is even clear how to help me and who can help me out with this. Thanks

                              I had applied for personnel loan with Bajaj finserve LAN:- [protected], very first day after application they mentioned it Approved loan then collected all required documents and 1 cancelled check & 2 blank check by name of Bajaj finserve but no update after that when i chased the executive he told me that he can go further after feb month salary slip receiving, and then the again collected my salary slip at 28 feb 2015, Still i am waiting for loan disbursal.it is almost 1 month passed. and now i am calling there customer care number and mailed also but still no responce.

                              Now question is

                              1- If there is any issue then why they are mentioning as approved loan ?
                              2- if Still not possible then why no clarity communicated to me ?
                              3- I need all document return including signed check ?
                              4- Why such unresponsive customer care operation ?

                              Its really pathetic service i have seen ever.

                              Please do the needfull ASAP otherwise cancell my Loan aplication and return all my documents.

When I went your branch and met your executive and took a print out of the statement then I realised that the account(Loan number: 4000CD[protected] was not closed because of that every month you people started charging me due fee. which is 6750 now.
