I have 2 loan accounts. 4220CD08371500 & 4220PL04083667. My ECS is on 5th of every month. This month there was no debit for both loan accounts from my Bank account even though it was sufficiently funded. I tried to make payments online through consumer portal but it showed that I did not have any overdue EMI's. I waited for the Mandate to be represented but it did not happen. On 13.05.2015, I got calls from [protected] & [protected] stating that I DID NOT pay my EMI's. So I again went to the consumer portal & made an online Payment for both loan accounts. The receipts of which I am attaching herewith. On 16.05.2015, I receive a message that my EMI card has been deactivated!!. On 17.05.2015 when I check my bank account, I'm shocked to see that on 16.05.2015 the ECS mandate has been represented and the EMI amount has been debited from my account even though I have made the payment on 13.05.2015. I tried calling the Customer Care no. on[protected], it is always busy and I was not able to connect for more than 3 hours. I went down to the branch in Mangalore and found that there was no one except a lone cashier and a Security guard. I waited for around 45 mins till I got to meet with the cashier and he checked and informed me that the ECS deduction on 16.05.2015 is not reflected in my Loan account. I am herewith attaching my Bank Account Statement. I request you to please go through the matter and reverse the extra EMI deduction as soon as possible. Also request you to improve the quality of Customer Care Service and provide dedicated personnel for Customer Service at your Branches. Really dissatisfied with customer service.

    EMI date changed from 5th to 2nd without my notice. Then Bajaj Finserv is asking for the proof which says the EMI date will be 5th. I asked them to send me the proof where I have signed and agreed that the EMI date will be 2nd. If not I have asked them to send me a copy of any notification letter or e-mail which was sent to me because Iam sure that they have not even sent me any notification. Even while purchasing a new product the EMI date informed to me verbally was 5th. They are not able to provide any proof and just playing around with their customer. Please check and let me know. I would consider to settle the account with Bajaj Finserv and take legal action against them. Reg number with Bajaj acc: [protected] PAN: AFNPN1504Q Regards Kunal

      Bajaji Finserv trying to do the cheque bounce harresment with my mother in law, even we have sufficiant fund in bank, bajaj finserv aritificially shows PAYMENT STOPPED BY DRAWER, and advised to check with bank, then we approached indian bank and they confirmed they have not stopped the payment. more than a year we dont face this issue from bajaj finserv, from april2015 they are trying us cheque bounce harresment, need your help. 4030CD02912856 4030CD02943714 4030CD05109816 403SCE05574868 regards devaraj V [protected]

You were clearly aware that I had other means such as Kotak, Citi and private loan( Document can be produced to support this) and you were aware of the same but you insisted that I hold on as you have Rs.0 foreclosure feature and I trusted you and waited but you never mentioned of a charge of Rs.10, 000 at all, this is unethical on your part. I hereby affirm that had I been told about this Rs 10, 000 Charge I would not have taken loan from bajaj at all and this is an established fact which even Miss Shweta would agree. EVEN SHE WASN’T BRIEFED ABOUT THIS LOAN PROTECTOR CHARGE BY YOU. This is professional misconduct on your part. It is an established fact that you have already charged me Foreclosure in the name of Some Loan protector that too without highlighting it or bringing to my knowledge. Providing half/no information is misrepresentation and this case is a perfect example of it. If a lay man is given a copy of the Writ petition to be filed in the High court one who is a regular and pro in the field(Lawyer) would definitely have to explain him as to what the contents exactly mean in spite of the lay man knowing the case as the document involves certain complex legalese. In the same way you are bound by duty to inform me of the Charge . I have taken many unsecured loans and this is the first time I am coming across this and the same Appears to be a Rude Shock. By doing this you have just shattered my trust in dealing with Bajaj finance . Continuance of this type of act would tarnish the image and goodwill of the brand Bajaj. I want this problem fixed and do not want any charge(insurance) failing which shall be left with no option but to find a solution to my problem . This email received after collecting all required documents from me and I got repeated calls from Rohit Kumar <rohit.[protected]@bajajfinserv.in> that the Loan Amount will be credited to my Salary/Savings account by EOD, 6th May, 2015. Then he again confirmed that it will be done or 9th May. Today is 12th May 2015 and still the Amount is not credited to my Salary/Savings account.                 But i would like to tell you, that, getting the correct loan amount in the right time is very important. If time passes by the importance and requirement of the loan gets diluted..

                People take loans to meet some contigency situation, which are very time dependent and if organisation like bajaj provides this level of service, then it is always better to go for other companies, who atleast provides a correct SLA timeline
                Same thing happened with me. Today evening I got loan relationship guide with loan disbursement letter also. But since 30th Apr my loan amount not credited.

                      Hello, I, Mukesh Ratnani had purchased the LG refrigerator and Toshiba LED from Channa Electronics (Rakesh Electronics) Shalimar Bagh, Delhi. It was partially financed by Bajaj Finserv. The installment was decided Rs. 8287 for eight months. The installment was auto deducted from my Axis saving bank account in month of april 2015 correctly. Now, the concern is the extra amount of Rs. 6250 has been deducted extra in the month of May 2015 along with amount 8287. The bajaj finserv account numbers are 4010CD08007844 and 4010CD08008247. We have checked with Bajaj finserv company they denied that there is no transaction showing in their account. Then we contacted Channa electronics, they are also saying that per their account with Bajaj finserv, there is no extra transaction showing with amount 6250. It's been 8 days, there is no status from both organisation. Please help us to get the amount of 6250 back. Awaiting for positive and prompt response. Thank you. Regards, Mukesh Ratnani

                        after getting the phone on the emi card, after paying a downpayment ideally the emi should start after 2 month. before the due there was no calls...but today since 5 hours i am gettinf 15 calls asking me to make the payment... where and for what these people are harassing since morning even though i informed i will do it till eve because i am attending a marraige.. still the same continously... was it not the finance companys responsiblity to call prior and inform about the glitches happen during the time of processing the loan amount...

                            HI I am Prashant Patil from andheri. i have complaint with bajaj finserv EMI card no [protected] and i have 3 emi's running. I am not happy with bajaj finserv services because bajaj guys are seriously Harassing me. I have the receipt which clearly mention i already paid my Rs 690 on 07-04-15 but still bajaj finserv recovery guys are calling me 10 times every day for same i realy fed up with you guys.And every time i am giving them same info still they are saying we don't have details give us 1 more time. And on 02-May-15 bajaj finserv guys have crossed the line. bajaj finserv agents are calling me since morning saying "Sir aap ka emi due ho gaya payment kab karoge ?" when i said " aaj toh 2nd may due kaha hua ?" agent said "woh hame nahi malum aap ke account me bals nahi tha isliye emi bounce ho gaya toh abhi aap ko payment karna padega jaldi abhi aap woh kaise bhi karo" i mean whats wrong with bajaj finserv people those guys are going to charge me for bounce charges and late payment charges still guys act like we have done a crime that our emi is bounce. i already spoke to bajaj finserv cust care agent few months back for date change he said thats not possible but every month still 7th day emi will deduct automatically if you keep sufficient balance Now tell me if my salary comes on between 1-7 every month depend upon holidays which i cant control then why cant you guys understand. Even after that i am paying bounce charges and late payment charges without any complaint. So i have only 1 request sort out this issue as soon as possible because i am not going to pay my any emi's until this issue is solved. for bajaj finserv And i want EMI conformation on mail or direct contact no to bajaj finserv's ansrable authority because in my company while doing work answering mobile is strictly not allowed. So in case I missed your call i can able to call back without wasting my time on IVR which never works . And i am also sending 1 mail to consumer fourm for same. Note: checked attachment for recipt of Rs 690 and screenshot of my bajaj Emi account which saying i missed 2 payments i cant understand that also. Further the above mentioned subject kindly note that I am G.AMARENDAR WOKING AS A DENTAL SURGEON IN THIS FIELD FOR for 5 years. In the due course of my HOSPITAL business I was offered business loan from BAJAJFINSERVE Financial services and I have availed the same. Also I have been paying them promptly for the past 13 MONTHS . BAJAJFINSERVE LOAN ACCOUNT : 4000DL01408578 The above said loan is business loan with equated monthly installment. I have been promptly paying the installments till last month(MARCH 2015) and due to the health issues of mine and in my family, my business has come down drastically and I am facing a severe cash crunch due to which have not been able to pay the EMI payment this month on a prompt time. When things were going bad I had informed to assistant manager mr.sreedar (assistant manger for business loans) and his team members, for the time of a 1 month maximum . and they are no where concerened about my family health condition and my condition . inspite of pleasing for several times they are threatenening me, and harassing my family with abusive language and mental agony to pay a 1month EMI. they are ruining my reputation at all the places . I cleared my 40% of EMI 63399rs. Out of which I paid 20000, amount even though where I was in a totally effortless less condion due to my illness and family health condition. Not even considering my profession I had to attend the customer calls of bajaj almost 70 to 80 calls and 100 messages with replies everyday leaving my patients and my family .as you know patients are the only source for my income . recovery people started coming to my residence without any intimation when I came to Bangalore for my financial and hospital work for my parents treatment . mr.sreedar(mob.[protected]) making the recovery person srinivas to stand infront of my residence whole day and spoiling my social image wid my neighbourhood, we requested the person to come inside my home and sit, he dint listen as per his superior guide line mr.sreedar. it was so embarrassing in my family to face this sort of situation when neighbours enquiring this issue with parents where their health condition is in poor state. I responded each and every call of the bajaj management, when driving also as I coudnt attend the call some how I managed and sent them a reply taking help of my accompanied brother . requested the bajaj recovery people in a very pleasing manner sir . But so sorry to say dat I had to listen a very abusive response from mr.sreedar and team, . They humiliated me and never shown us the identity and tortured my family wid abusive words .They stating that 99 banks are different and only bajaj is different . This is nothing what you are experiencing the consequences would be unimaginable if you don’t pay the EMI. SO IF I DON’T PAY THE EMI DUE TO MY FINANCIAL CRUNCH, THEY ARE READY FOR ANY ILLEGAL OPERATION TOO. RBI guidelines for all the banks sir. They tried to make me understand that bajaj is a monopoly business family . The wonder is they never treated me like a customer, I am still facing them like an accused criminal . The words from Mr.sreedar when arrived in a drunken state to my place on 2nd may 8.30pm spoke to my brother in a very abusive language and yelling in my colony intentionally to the top of his voice, literally to make my neighbour to watch the caliber of bajaj revovery people . I my brother could not even react to these and then he started threatening my brother saying that I have not even experienced 50% of damages he can possibly cause. Its no where in the LAW written that a 1MONTH EMI due will cause “ SENTENCE TO DEATH “ . May 3, 15 SUNDAY around 11.00 am he came with 5 people in a car and rushed in to my house when only parents are at my home threated my family and my father as he a co-appliicant not even considenring as they already know their health condtion is bad . They created a horrible situation today at home and make my parents suffered to tears . as I was helpless on phone requesting several times that I will come and make the payment and for very short time permission for making the payment . here I am attaching ( AUDIO RECORDING ) the sensible words from your manager sreedar and the threatenings of your bajaj management . Their approach towards the collection is totally illegal and has put me in to a tremendous amount of fear and mental agony. I am sure you are aware of the fact that in situation like this bajaj should approach the honourable courts to legally recover money and obtain the necessary court directions for recovery of the payment due. Instead of collecting money legally and following the guidelines for recovery laid down by the Reserve bank of India, bajaj have resorted to illegal ways to recover money which is totally against the law. Hence I would kindly request your good self to please take appropriate action against the said collection agents of bajaj and save me from them. We have decided to file criminal case against the so called above mentioned recovery persons . Thank You.

                                HI I am Prashant Patil from andheri. EMI card no [protected] and i have 3 emi's running. I am not happy with your services because you guys are seriously Harassing me. I have the receipt which clearly mention i already paid my Rs 690 on 07-04-15 but still your recovery guys are calling me 10 times every day for same i realy fed up with you guys.And every time i am giving them same info still they are saying we don't have details give us 1 more time. And on 02-May-15 you guys have crossed the line. Your agents are calling me since morning saying "Sir aap ka emi due ho gaya payment kab karoge ?" when i said " aaj toh 2nd may due kaha hua ?" agent said "woh hame nahi malum aap ke account me bals nahi tha isliye emi bounce ho gaya toh abhi aap ko payment karna padega jaldi abhi aap woh kaise bhi karo" i mean whats wrong with you people you guys are going to charge me for bounce charges and late payment charges still guys act like we have done a crime that our emi is bounce. i already spoke to you cust care agent few months back for date change he said thats not possible but every month still 7th day emi will deduct automatically if you keep sufficient balance Now tell me if my salary comes on between 1-7 every month depend upon holidays which i cant control then why cant you guys understand. Even after that i am paying bounce charges and late payment charges without any complaint. So i have only 1 request sort out this issue as soon as possible because i am not going to pay my any emi's until this issue is solved. And i want EMI conformation or direct contact no to your ansrable authority because in my company while doing work answering mobile is strictly not allowed. So in case I missed your call i can able to call you back without wasting my time on IVR which never works . And i am also sending 1 mail to consumer fourm for same. Note: checked attachment for recipt of Rs 690 and screenshot of my bajaj Emi account which saying i missed 2 payments i cant understand that also.                                     ave bought samsung A.c through bajajfinserv lending account number 465BAL00001487... with this finance ur company agent startd an accidental insurance policy which account no is 4650CD00001486.. through E.c.s all emi for 11months of period was duly paid except last final instalment which got bounce bcz of some bank techincal error... never mind ur company employee came to my home for remaining amount as A.c instalment was Rs2250, accident insurance emi was Rs380 which in total is Rs2630 which i gave ur company agent in CASH and he gave me receipt n said to me ur loan emi for both loans are now over... bt ur company employees play a trick and took 2250 as a.c e.m.i last instalmnt but Rs380 which i gave for accidental insurance e.m.i was took as penalty for last E.c.s not transfer..this loan account is ended on 8/12/2012.. from that time till yesterday no phone call from ur bajajfinserv has come to me to tel me tht last emi of accidental policy we treatd as penalty.. bt today suddenly some fraud call obviously from ur COLLECTION TEAM came to me that i m an advocate and u have to pay rs 4700 for ur last emi including penalty... then again some1 cal me and use cheap words n said pay tht amount today itself.. i m goine to file an F.I.R against bajanfinservlending and legal action taken, if my problem is not been solved in next 48hrs and that gunda cheap calls must be stop right now.. my actual amount to be paid is Rs380 bt bajajfinserv asking to pay 4700rs.. as 380rs was also not my fault still i m ready to pay tht bt not a penny more than that..And mind u from 2012 to 2015 nt a single cal, msg, mail came to tel me tht i have some amount remaining to be paid..this fraud is been done just to increase n bigger the amount of rs380 to 4700rs by adding penalties... total fraud... kindly revert me soon as possible my email id is [protected]@yahoo.com mob-[protected]

                                      We had purchased a Bluestar AC from a local dealer on 11 months installments financed by Bajaj Finserv. Loan Account No.: 4030CD08493126 The Bajaj Finserv executive at the dealer had taken all the required documents and cheques and ECS mandate form. On the first installment becoming due, we got the following email from Bajaj Finserv : ECS mandate rejected by your bank, pls submit a fresh mandate form and cancelled chq to our branch to regularize future EMI's to avoid CIBIL impact. We are trying to pay the first EMI online but there is no provision of paying online through RTGS or NEFT or Net Banking till the time your installments are overdue. No lending company or bank is offering such less online services. Today is my due date if tomorrow they are charging overdue fee then its not accepatable.. Bajaj Finserv team should allow the online EMI due payment via net banking for consumer durable loans etc. Kindly resolve this issue ASAP.
