I purchased Sony xperia Z2 in poorvika mobile(shanthi colony, chennai) on May 25, 2014.
Mobile price - 48000
cash payment - 3000
rest in Bajaj Finance i.e[protected] = 45000
i opted for 12 months emi plan 45000/12 = 3750.
advance emi paid(4 months) i.e 3750X4 = 15000
balance 8 months EMI starting from july 5th 2014, and till oct 5th it was all getting deducted normally(3750 per month).i.e i have paid 3750 X 4months(july, aug, sept, oct) = 15000.
and suddenly i found that on November month the amount was not deducted when enquired about it to the customer care i was told that due to some mismatch my loan was re booked.
and according to the re-booked loan it shows that i have paid 4 EMIs but the advance payment of 15000 is not reflected.And my EMI has been changed to 4999 per month, the same was deducted for the month of december and january i.e 4999X2 = 9998
Hence, the overall payment have made till now is 15000 (advance) + 15000 (4 months EMI w.r.t actual loan) + 9998 (2 months EMI w.r.t re-booked loan) = Rs. 39, 998 balance to be paid = Rs.5002.
But with the re-booked loan it is showing that still i have to pay 19, 999.
When asked about this to the customer care i was told that the advance payment i made is not reflected.And they need proof for that.From where would i get the proof, as Bajaj finance definitely makes a EMI scheme with pre -advance payment and doesnt give a scheme with 0 advance payment.I even contacted poorvika mobile they were shocked with this issue from BajajFinserv side.
I am really disappointed with BajajFinserv.I have been a valued customer for past 10years and i am facing this issue first time.And i really need a solution for this.I have even attached the proof from bajajFinserv .Kindly look into this issue.
