My name is mohamed abdullah and i got loan from bajajfinserv lending in[protected] and paid fully with loan number 4120CD00015639 . but i got call from some one today[protected] and you have to pay 4050 rupees and the case against you was in delhi police and he spoke like threatening me and am a Crime reporter in chennai's big media and 8 years experienced in same field. I really annoyed with this call and contacted cyber crime immediately and proceeded with my inspector who is very long friend of mine officially and personally. I never expected these kind of call from bajaj side and am ready to face anything, bajaj is trying to thread me. but this is my usual day they are dealing with wrong guy who is fight for good cause for others . ill never easily let it down this matter, even you bajaj call for military. How cheap this is, but till now i didnt get any intimation from bajaj about this and suddenly a call . Bajaj whatever you can do, ill do doubler than you. i need pure explanation about this or this will be considered fraud .

I need explanation of Outstanding amount and you adjusted. I have paid every amount of my loan and nothing more, there is no outstanding from my side.And i have submitted that mobile number to Cyber Crime and openly warning them. If i get any other call from your team side and ask about any fake reason and asking money, this will be turned in to big case.

    Hi, I took Fridge from Kohinoor my account no 4050CD04947041, every time i get a call from bank ur ECS is not deducted (Reason Unknown).. Every new exectuive who visited our home to collect EMI was given all the documents, inspite of submitting my document 3 times still its not been done.. I am facing probelms all the time.. Bank charges also applicable. i really dont know how can a compnay like Bajaj be so careless and Irresponsible.. Customer service should be the 1st thing dey should think off..

      I purchased Sony xperia Z2 in poorvika mobile(shanthi colony, chennai) on May 25, 2014.

      Mobile price - 48000
      cash payment - 3000
      rest in Bajaj Finance i.e[protected] = 45000
      i opted for 12 months emi plan 45000/12 = 3750.
      advance emi paid(4 months) i.e 3750X4 = 15000

      balance 8 months EMI starting from july 5th 2014, and till oct 5th it was all getting deducted normally(3750 per month).i.e i have paid 3750 X 4months(july, aug, sept, oct) = 15000.

      and suddenly i found that on November month the amount was not deducted when enquired about it to the customer care i was told that due to some mismatch my loan was re booked.

      and according to the re-booked loan it shows that i have paid 4 EMIs but the advance payment of 15000 is not reflected.And my EMI has been changed to 4999 per month, the same was deducted for the month of december and january i.e 4999X2 = 9998
      Hence, the overall payment have made till now is 15000 (advance) + 15000 (4 months EMI w.r.t actual loan) + 9998 (2 months EMI w.r.t re-booked loan) = Rs. 39, 998 balance to be paid = Rs.5002.

      But with the re-booked loan it is showing that still i have to pay 19, 999.
      When asked about this to the customer care i was told that the advance payment i made is not reflected.And they need proof for that.From where would i get the proof, as Bajaj finance definitely makes a EMI scheme with pre -advance payment and doesnt give a scheme with 0 advance payment.I even contacted poorvika mobile they were shocked with this issue from BajajFinserv side.

      I am really disappointed with BajajFinserv.I have been a valued customer for past 10years and i am facing this issue first time.And i really need a solution for this.I have even attached the proof from bajajFinserv .Kindly look into this issue.

        Myself V.Mani..using VODAFONE SIM ([protected]) got call from bajaj finserv offering me for loan..due to certain obstacles in conversation..it was assumed that i agree for loan in bajaj finserv...but i dont want it..later i got a msg about the loan detail in my no..please help me in cancelling it...

          hi this is nandakumar from Vodafone on 13th December 2014, I have applied for a personal loan . On 13th of december I have submitted my documents to Bajaj finserv executive mr.viveck [protected] .but till now I didn't get my loan amount . And whenever i call the person he says stupid reasons, Like managers are gone to Thailand trip so we cant take approval and he says .month end we cant take any approval and many more reason .. I want to know when my loan is going to be approved am really frustrated . please revert me asap in positive feed back thank you nandakumar

            ECS Mandate towards EMI Payment "apparently" rejected bank gets deducted!

            I had taken a EMI facility for loan number 405SCE06125359 which after over month of submitting documents got rejected due to a "Signature Mismatch" from my HDFC account. Hence as mentioned, i had to register a fresh mandate with another bank (Yes Bank) i have an account and sent across the bank acknowledgement copy to Bajaj Finance Limited. But a week after i sent the fresh bank mandate, an EMI has been deducted from the bank account (HDFC)...

              I've purchased a Canon camera on EMI and at time of purchase I've been told that I've to pay 6 EMI's each 2901 but as I got SMS asking to pay 7th EMI, I logged into Bajaj Finserv account and found that I've been charged 2665 for camera loan and 236 for BALIC PREMIUM CD LOAN which I have not taken for a total value of 1882.

                hi I have purchased an AC from bajaj finance in April and my Loan#4000CD02786781. For the month of December the ECS got bounced and the collection team started harassing me. I have told them that I will make the payment with fine but they did not stop and are calling me almost like 20-30 times everyday. Moreover, they have surveyed my home and have asked the security incharge of our apartments to check if the person is staying or not. I have made the payment online on 31st Dec 2014 and they have not stopped as yet and call me repeatedly. If the finserv agents do not have a process to check online the daily status then why are they running the services. The callid from which they are making calls are [protected] . Is there any way I can take action against them . Please address..

                  I have checked my eligibility for consumer durable loan in Sony center, it shows that i am eligible to apply for a loan. But unfortunately the loan got approved(I dont know how it was approved while checking the eligibility), now i am not interested to buy anything in sony center i wants to buy a Iphone 6 in univercell. Now i want to change the loan from Sony center to Univercell. Loan: SF19574140 Account Number: 8377736 How the loan got approved without my signatures in sony center?                     Dear Sir/Madam: This with regard to my brother's loan account (Experia ID 8246008). On December 8, 2012, they have deducted an amount of 2390. I want the reason why they deducted this amount. When I called customer care twice, they are informing me that they have only 1 transaction which appears on their screen and they hang up the call without proper response. You people should be having all the transactions on your system and why we should waste our time calling you people for refund and write this mail and why we should provide any proof for you as already you people have there itself. This is surely financial humiliation at utmost level. I think this will be resolved as soon as possible. Warm regards,

My name is Manoj Singh & bought a whirlpool washing machine & EMI was suppose to be 1375 but they have added loan by the name of balic CD for 3329 for which EMI is 417. They have not informed me anything at the time of buying the machine & i am going to instruct my bank to stop the EMI unless this gets resolved. loan a/c no-401BAL05485267 amount-3329 Emi- 417 Thanks & Regards

                        First of all it was not suppose to be added in my a/c without my permission. If this is not resolved ASAP i am not going pay a single dime to you guyz mark my words. This is pure example o[censored]nethical business practice.

                          With reference to my loan account number 4810CD01801272, At the time of payment of installment. i don"t have sufficient balance in my bank account. And due to bank holiday i have deposited my EMI by cash before on day. And i make sure from office that my cheque isn"t sending bank for payment deduction and office staff told me don"t worry. but after deposited advanced payment of EMI by cash still EMI deduct to my account ..Now i m trying to get my payment back but no proper answer i got.. AS per mail conversation they said my refund cheque has been processed on dated 29/11/2014 but today 17/12/2014 my cheque or my amount still not credit in my account..i have visited bajaj office 4 to 5 time between this period...please help me for same... Now yesterday i have received mail due to address incomplete cheque cannot deliver Please collect the same from our Local BFL Branch office. but when i visit branch i do not receive any cheque I HAVE ATTACHED THE BANK PASSBOOK STATMENT AND ADVANCED DEPOSITED RECEIPT SCAN COPY WITH THIS MAIL.PLEASE REFUND MY EXCESS AMOUNT OTHERWISE I HAVE TO TAKE ANOTHER ACTION Yatish kumar [protected]

                              I got mail from bajaj fin that "I would like to inform you that your December month's EMI of your Salaried loan Actt No- 401SAL00405269 has not been cleared from your A/c due to invalid account number. Request you to kindly make the payment of Rs 12298+ 1000 penal towards your EMI at the earliest." My complaint: "You should desist and refrain from unilaterally imposing penalty Rs 1000/-. Did u try to find out the reason, why this EMI bounced on account of wrong ac no., whereas from this a/c ECS is timely deducted since last one year. How can suddenly be ac no be wrong? Moreover, I also informed u that my ac is operative and have sufficient balance, and even then u r imposing penalty. Does any law exist or its totally your way? You are also jeopardising my credit history. It's unfortunate that i took loan from Bajaj Fin. Anyway, i have closed/ foreclosed my loan ac yesterday, and u r requested to pl confirm the same. I also had tried the day before, but sbi payment was down that day. Mukesh kumar"

                                Dear Sir/Madam, Greetings! My name is Mr. Mohan Nirudi an engineer working in Thane. I have been receiving telephone call from (+91 [protected], +91 [protected]) stating that I have not paid EMI hence issuing arrest warrant. Please note that I have never taken any loan from M/s Bajaj Finance Limited as claimed above. I have got some documents showing that a consumer loan of RS 48, 000/- is sanctioned in the name of Mr. Mohan D Nirudi with my date of birth. But the documents (Address proof, Company Details, family details) produced for this purpose along with the loan application form are fake and I can prove that those details are not belongs to me. Most importantly how your company can pass such a loan with the ID proof which is not at all legible to read or identify the applicant with a forged signature beside another signature on the Xerox copy of the PAN card. It is very clear that a Xerox copy of my PAN card copy is sourced from somewhere by your employee and attached with fake documents to get the loan. As per the available documents, this loan was processed by your executive Mr. Deepak at your dealer Kings Electronics (Dealer Code 29043). I have also found that similar fraudulent cases happened to other people at this dealer (Kings Electronics) and it is sole responsibility of Bajaj Finance Services to inquire and terminate such kind of dealers and employees committing to fraud. I am a common man living with my hard earned money, paying proper taxes, obeying the Indian constitution and laws of the this nation, never greedy for any fraud money coming for free. I also believe that your company Bajaj Finance Limited is ensured to deliver what you promise to esteemed customers, partner with the best in the game across the world to cut process time and sift out unnecessary details, put less bureaucracy in our day to day work and more result orientation as your company claims in the market. But you should never allow your company with moral values or your employee to make common people suffer with fraud accounts like this case. This will never bring you any profits or prestige but will definitely leads to bad name in the market. Trust you will initiate an appropriate action to investigate this case and protect me, my rights, goodwill and thus ensuring your customers the best services all the time, looking forward to hear from you.                                   Hi, I was issued an EMI card using which I had taken a consumer durable and requested a bank change before the billing and approval of my loan to the representative of Bajaj Finserv at the retailer outlet who collected all the required documents and the new bank's cancelled cheque. After which I had received a mail from Bajaj indicated my bank details has still not changed and remains the same as old. I had to run to the branch and had a discussion with Mr. Gopi at Coimbatore branch who happened to find the Bajaj Finserv rep at the retail outlet had collected all the necessary documents and also attached the cancelled cheque based on which ECS will be charged, BUT ONLY WRONGLY CHECKED THE BOX FOR OLD ECS INSTEAD OF NEW ECS. For this reason my bank had not changed and Mr. Gopi again took an ECS mandate just in case and also informed the account will be changed. I had sent a mail too to [protected]@bajajfinserv.in only to receive a template mail regarding how to change a bank account with an ECS mandate attached. They have not read the mail and clearly not understood anything out of it. The ECS had still gone to my old bank and to my surprise Bajaj has "PERMANENTLY BLOCKED" my EMI card for no mistake of mine. I am looking for a solution now, hope someone is reading and understanding this.

                                  You would have tried reaching me on December 13th and would not have any response as my mobile had some problem. From December 13t, 2014, post 6 p.m. my mobile is very much active and would like to get a call back as I have received various mails with various content. There seemed to be a "inadvertent problem" due to which my mandate had been rejected, kindly share the details so I could take it up with the concerned bank and my EMI should be Rs. 3888/-(Rupees Three thousand Eight Hundred and Eighty Eight only) but mails and messages from your end says that I need to pay Rs. 4, 238/-(Rupees Four Thousand Two Hundred and Thirty Eight only), which might include overdue charges I think. Kindly do confirm why I should pay extra amount for no mistake of mine. Hoping to get a call back from you.

Registered Mobile # - [protected] Part payment of Rs. 100, 000 made on 6th-December-2014 15:43:22 through ICICI bank debit card transaction till today 11-December-2014 is not reflecting in my Statement of account. I have written many mails to customer care. AND I have visited Bajaj, Anna Salai office many times. Still my issue is not resolved. Acknowledgement received from Bajaj Finserv through SMS is BSMP[protected] on 06/12/2014 15:43:22 for the transaction made. I have attached my bank statement for your reference. I am terribly absent with Bajaj Finserv, as the above case is not resolved even after repeated follow-up. I have applied for Home Loan and it got sanctioned.
