POSTAL ASSISTANT, PO BARUIPUR, KOLKATA700-144, I AM A EMPLOYEE OF POSTAL DEPT. AND MY HOME ADDRESS IS- 231, RISHI BANKIM NAGAR, KOLKATA-700144, THIS IS A VERY POOR SERVICE. I PAID THE CHARGE TWO TIMES. MY ADDRESS IS CORRECT AND VERIFIED. MY EMAIL ADDRESS IS: [protected]@gmail.com. please arrenge it. please refund my charges.

With reference to your post and our discussion we wish to inform that the EMI for your loan number ending with XXXX5269 was returned by your bank with the reason stated as ""Invalid Account"". We understand that your Bank account number was correct and was duly funded to honor this EMI. We would like to confirm that we have not levied any bounce charges for this EMI and refunded back Rs. 49/- charged as late payment charges. We further state that we have received the foreclosure amount for the loan and the same stands closed. We have shared the NOC/Closure letter for the same at your registered email id.
