Despite of repeated mails no response.Even no customecare services are available.I am being mentally harrassed because of poor services by Bajaj Finance. >Total EMI :12, Advance paid : 04nos.10/05/2104 >Installment 1 on 23/06/2014 >Installment 2 on 12/07/2014 >Installment 3 on 24/07/2014 >Installment 4 on 25/08/2014 >Installment 5 on 05/09/2014 >Installment 6 on 05/10/2014 but still in Oct'14 statement it is showing 3nos of EMI left instead of 2 nos of EMI.Tried to contact at customer care but there is no provision for speaking to customer care or register complaint.Customer care is just to sell products not to address complaints.Really got disturbed from such a poor services.       This is to bring to the notice of the Head of Customer Service and Fraud Prevention at Bajaj Finserv. I had taken a consumer durable loan from Bajaj Finserv at a Croma outlet in Bangalore. I had paid the 3 EMI advance and took a loan of 6 EMI's. I have had no problems with the loan processing and the ongoing ECS debits. My problems started when I received an SMS stating an EMI card has been dispatched to me. I assumed this was part of the loan and that I should receive it as declared by the company. I logged in to my account on Bajaj Finserv, and to my astonishment, found out that the EMI card application was signed by someone else. They have, without any fear, FORGED my signature on the form. I also received an SMS stating the card was delivered early October, but havent recieved anything from Bajaj FinServ yet! I have sent numerous emails to their customer care ([protected]@) and also their supposed Head of Customer Service ([protected]@). I have recived calls from their customer service and their greivance redressal teams, but to no avail. There is nothing they can do except for cancelling my EMI card and refunding the Rs. 249, they fraudulently charged me. I would like to know who is responsible for checking the applications and what measures are these people taking to ensure no fraud takes place. They have access to my personal details and I am not sure what all can be done using this.

Yesterday i received a mail from you for the above SF stating the i got a loan approved. I need to understand what this loan is for. Your communication does not have any details on Purchase date: Loan Requested date: What was bought: Total loan amount: What is the EMI commencing date: Loan number: Customer ID: Bank through which you will be debiting the EMI: I have absolutely no details on this loan.         Yeah! Please rectify this as this is irritating. I took a IPhone from Sangeetha Shop and i believe this loan is for that. However i had made a downpayment of 8000 rupees and the loan amount was for 23004 ruppes in 8 installments. I was told it would come up to 2850 rupees aprox a month. My First payment was due for the month of Aug 2014 which did not go through and i did multiple times contact Bajaj Finance and Sangeetha where i was not attended to properly. One fine day i recieved a call from Sangeetha saying they have misplaced my documents and wanted another set of the same to process. I did provide them with another Set of Documents. After that again i do not hear anything about the loan. My multiple attempts to talk to your customer care failed as i was not given a Loan number nor a CUST ID. I sent messages to the provided phone number to get my CUST ID and loan details however i always get a message saying this mobile number is not registered. All of a sudden i recieve a communication on the same SF number with the total loan amount being 31000 and with an EMI of 3800+ got me confused. I did visit the Sageetha showroom yesterday where your agent advised me that he will rectify this. Now i am totally pissed off with this as i haven't heard anything back.

        Can someone contact me so that i can discuss this further. I will not be a happy person if the said EMI gets debited from my account next month as this is not the agreed EMI nor it is reflecting the advance paid by me.

        I have the bill from sangeetha with me which has all these details if needed.

        Hope i get a resolution soon.

          EMI card not received

          I have applied for emi card online by paying 199 inr through my debit card, but i have not received a card or even any details from your end.
          Secondly, trying a so-called customer care number where in there is no option to talk to any person who can resolve this.
          I am giving the details above. Also attaching a screen shot showing the amount that has been debited. Hopefully you will respond at least.

          Hi, This is Vinay. My Loan(Consumer Durable) Number is:4060CD04994501 My first EMI due date was:05-Oct-2014. As it was my first payment through ICICI which is my linked account, they did not cleared ECS(as per ICICI). . So, I made my first EMI payment(5521 Rs/-) on 11-Oct-2014 through online payment option from bajajfinserv portal(Experia user ID and password). I had put a request on ICICI portal earlier(6-oct-2014) to process and clear ECS towards bajaj finserv every month. They, initiated this on 14-Oct-2014(today) rather than next month and paid payment towards bajaj finserv. So, because of this faulty processes and system. payment was done towards bajaj finserv twice for this month. Kindly do the necessary actions to revert one of the transaction. Sadfully, I am keep on getting many messages by saying my EMI payment(5521/-) is due for oct-2014 and even bajajfinserv portal showing that there is some part of EMI due for this month. I have dropped the same email to [protected]@bajajfinserv.in. But I did got any information about my advanced paid money. Expecting a quicker and valid solution. Thanks Vinay

              Dear Sir I Mr Biman Sengupta Customer ID 1703013 had purchased a TV of LLOYD LED 50" L50N on 12 September 2014 from Trippti Electronics Durgapur. At the time of purchase the Dealer M/s Trippti Electronics had granted me that LLOYD company are providing 3 years of Warranty from the date of purchase and I have also taken 2 years Extended Warranty from Bajaj Finserv. That means I am going to have total 5 years of Warranty as per the dealers version but as per your Statement of accounts showing 1 year Warranty from LLYOD Company, As per my above statement I would be having 5 years Warranty instead of 3 years Warranty as per your account statement.                   Absolute Rubbish!!! I have written so many times to [protected]@bajajfinserv.in, [protected]@bajajfinserv.in and also [protected]@bajajfinserv.in. I have not got any reply.

                  BFL does not have basic courtesy to even respond to emails. Why cant you'll call and speak to a customer?

                  Why should a customer keep reminding you guys for mundane jobs? What is the TAT for such an issue?


                  I have also written to Mr Kakade. If you'll value customer relationship( whatever is left of it), why dont youll close this issue. Atleast apprise me of what is the progress.

                      I am Having a Bajaj Finserv EMI card, I wanted to buy a Nikon Camera with the Scheme of 1Rs down payment followed by 9 months EMI, I went to Nikon Outlet in Ahmedabad, applied for the scheme and I have limit of 37500/- in my card. The problem is they said Bajaj Finserv server was not accepting the promotional scheme. There are boards and advertises coming that says buy Nikon camera at 1Rs down payment and EMI for 9 months and this offer is valid to 30th october. So help me regarding this. Sadly I was disappointed by this service. Kind of false promises by Bajaj Finserv. I hope you come up with a convenient solution. Thanks. Arjun Modi.

                          It is very pathetic on the part of the Bajaj Finserv team for unable my New Bank Ac. No. With Standard Chartered bank aftersubmitting my documents and cancelled cheque for a period of nearly 45 days which resulted in an EMI bounce from previous bank ac. Which no longer is in use due to changes in my employment . I personally have also visited the Lajpat Nagar Part 1 branch where i found my issued cheque lying for a month with the authorities who came up with a very lame answer that they were busy and thus might have forgotten to do afterwhich i offered to pay for the EMI where i was told i couldnt pay in advance and will sort out the matter but it is nearly 45 days and no update has been made ultimately leading to a bounce where i myself has always been very diligent about my Cibil records and i will lead to the highest authorites possible if there is a set back on the same when i myself has been clean.                                     I am disappointed with the way the customer is handled in bajaj finserv. Due to the signature mismatch, My ecs was rejected on 5th sep 2014 though my account had sufficient balance. As soon as I come to know this, I made the payment on 9th sep 2014 and got the ackowledgement email from bajaj. But 1 more ECS hit was done from bajaj finserv and I got a sms on 24th sep saying my EMI bounced. My sb account also debited with Rs. 121 as penalty charges. Could you please stop hitting through ECS and allow me to pay online? For this let me know the procedure to be followed. Balasubramanian
