I am disappointed with the way the customer is handled in bajaj finserv. Due to the signature mismatch, My ecs was rejected on 5th sep 2014 though my account had sufficient balance. As soon as I come to know this, I made the payment on 9th sep 2014 and got the ackowledgement email from bajaj. But 1 more ECS hit was done from bajaj finserv and I got a sms on 24th sep saying my EMI bounced. My sb account also debited with Rs. 121 as penalty...
