Hi,

I have borrowed a CD Loan from Bajaj Finserv, Ambala. But from the start of my loan I am facing problems with the company. Firstly they did my Insurance without even telling and presented insurance amount as Loan File Charges which is near about 1500 ruppees ( FIRST FRAUD BY THE COMPANY OR AGENT (Sardar Ji).

Secondly my Bank Account got rejected due to the mismatch of my signature which I am completely accepting is mistake from my end But I received a call from their representative about the issue and was told to deposit the EMI in cash to their Agent in Ambala City which I did. I told to their representative on phone that Please cancel my account details and I will provide you with the new cancelled cheque as soon as I will arrive to my hometown and stop my payments through the cheque and I will pay the EMI in cash till then for which she agreed. But these people keep on putting the same cheque for clearance in my bank account a number of times and for I was getting charged by my bank everytime. Although I have paid my EMI in Cash but the still keep on putting the cheque for clearance near about 6-7 times a month and every I was charged about RS 200. (SECOND FRAUD)

I AM NOT HOW MANY MORE FRAUDS I HAVE TO FACE DURING THE TERM OF MY LOAN.

And when I tried to contact the company, I am not getting any response from them...THEY ARE JUST FOOLING THE PEOPLE IN TERMS OF PROVIDING THE CD LOAN...

I WILL SUGGEST YOU TO NEVER GO WITH THE BAJA FINSERV LENDING AS THE WORST OF THE WORST SERVICE I AM RECEIVING FROM THEM.

ALSO THEY DIDN'T HAVE ANY CONTACT USING WHICH WE CAN DIRECTLY CALL TO THE CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE.

ON CALLING THEIR TOLL FREE NUMBER i.e. [protected]. No representative is available on it.

    GENERAL INSURANCE PHONEBINDING 402GIP01538297 i got a call previous month from bajaj about the abhove mentioned loan, they accepted my request to cancel this insurance...since i have not gotten a single paper about the abhove mentioned policy...n this month the emi has been returened if my problem is not solved then i will log a complaint againt bajaj finserv.

      HI, I got an email on 28 Jun 2014 about some loan taken by me on consumer durable from Bajaj Electronics -MADHAPUR . Also got a mail from Bajaj Finserv about that i need to pay some EMI's now with Loan No: 4000CD03483262 I tried calling customer care but there is no agent to take complaints.         The issues that I am having with the Loan account are just increasing day by day. After so many mails, Bajaj Team registered the ECS service with my bank. The EMI was to start from June month but the ECS was registered by June End. The ECS registration failed this month also and the EMI was credited back to my account. The ECS code which Bajaj team registered with the bank is 1000009(form submitted with this code) and then the team presented the ECS with code 4110117(The code which was presented while deducting EMI). I really don't understand where is the gap. The forms were submitted by Bajaj only, why the team is unable to process the service correctly??? Please respond and let me know the escalation matrix for this as this has been a long time now I am suffering from these kind of issues. All this is leading to making my credit history worst for no fault of mine. In future, I would not try any service from Bajaj Finserv and would not like to suggest this service to any of my friends.

        Hi Team,

        I spoke to Bajaj Finserv Representative on Friday saying that the correct reason for the ECS bounce is not clear till now and I was asked to reply to Wecare after 13th.

        Today, I got a call from Bajaj Representative who was ready to come to my residence and take the cash payment. Even I got a mail as attached.

        I seriously don't understand what kind of behaviour is this. The representative spoke to me as if I am a defaulter and I have not paid the EMI due to my fault.

        Even the attached mail shows the same thing. Last month, I made the payment the same day on which I got the message from Bajaj that the EMI is not cleared.

        This month I did not get any message from Bajaj.

        The behaviour of the representative was really bad. His attitude was not to resolve the issue.

        Really disappointed with the service of the firm.

            My Loan a/c number is 4010CD00946844 I bought a washing machine, with a loan amount, as stated of 21990, 2 advance EMI was taken, 8 months, EMI, were to be continued, total of 2+8=10 EMI's. The Representatives, well taught and trained by the company, to do the Manipulated Cheating activities with the new consumers, They Never ever Told for the Promissory Note, and god knows, who signed the promissory note, as far as I am concerned, I have not signed it, Moreover, For a loan amount, of 21990, how come, they wrote 3 times, of the loan amount sanctioned, by them, when a person has not taken, that amount, that too for no reasons, I can write this on stamp paper, because as far as i know, I have not written it, and have not signed this promissory Note to the best of my knowledge. I have Tried contacting bajaj finance, on both their numbers, wherein they clearly state on IVR, they do not entertain, the consumers, and do not have any option to speak to somebody, intentionally, so that consumer cannot contact them, for their query, complaints and resolution. What My concern now is, They cancel, there FAKE PROMISE NOTE of 75000, and send me a letter stating clearly, that they have cancelled the PROMISSORY NOTE, a clear NOC with immediate effect. I have cleared 9 EMI's out of 10, and my last EMI, is to be taken in the month of aug 2014. But I am ready to clear the last EMI's as well in advance, in order to close, my consumership with Bajaj Finance, for life long as they are doing it intentionally with the consumers, adding Fraudulent Prommissory note, w/o any knowledge to consumers, if they want I can clear that one EMI also in advance, ALSO I want, to state, any promissory note if they make, it should be properly written in consumers own handwriting, so that consumer should be well informed, instead of fraudulently adding it by themselves, Any activity done should be transparent with the consumers. I never had expected such a big brand, can do such a cheat. of adding a fraudulent.

            I have not received any resolution uptil now, Do fix your wrongdoes, this would be last time I am saying it to you, or else, I will be moving further from hereon. You have to have to fix your prommissory note, the mail sent to me no where states anything about the Promissory note as stated in your phone conversation, wherein you told Our email will clearly state the promissory note would be Nullified and voided after clearing my last EMI, which as stated I am ready to Pay any second rather than waiting for the August month to come and then to pay it. Along with Your NOC towards the Loan, I require a certificate from you bajaj finserve which clearly state bajaj fin serve cancels/voids/nullify the promissory note which which was made by you while taking the loan, on repayment of complete loan, you nullify it.

            I already had enough, and can't take it further, you are breaching my patience limit, if you cross be ready then...

              I had applied online EMI CARD from Bajaj Finservlending and in this regard they deduct Rs.250/-from my S.B.I. savings account no [protected] in the name of Dinesh Mohan Sharma on dated 2.6.2014. More then one month has been over I had not received any EMI card. It is therefore requested that required EMI card may kindly be send to me as early as possible otherwise Rs.250/-may be credited in my account as earliest.

                My name is anisha vegdani. My experia id number is 5759668. Yesterday received txt that an emi for rs. 4412 will be deducted on 05/07/2014. Loan #5770cd03116357. It shows for aasan pvt ltd. I didn't purchase any product where the emi should be rs. 4412. So can you please let me know about this transaction. Please make sure that this amount doesn't get defucted on 05/07/2014. Plz stop this unauthorised transaction.                   Dear Bajaj, I lodged a complaint before 7/8 days regarding wrong information in my account details. But till date no response from Bajaj. Now I am strictly complaining about your wrong information in my account. My consumer durable number 4050CD03110577. I bought a LED tv 42inch @50000/-. Your information shows asset description TH-42a410D and total advanced EMI paid is Rs. 16, 668/- These are all wrong information. I purchased Panasonic Led TH-42AS610D at Rs. 50, 000/- and total advance EMI I paid is 17, 420/-. I have a tax invoice bill no. LRD/150983. This means I should get refund of Rs. 752/-.                     I had paid each and every instalment properly, my instalment amount is Rs 2634, in this month, why you people are deducted Rs 3728 in my account, so i need clarification on this and reverse the amount as soon as possible. because i had given another cheque to HDFC Bank Rs 2500/-, if it bounce you people only responsible . i will go for legal action against you people. kindly rectify the issue as soon as possible.

                    This is for your information that, your previous mail mentioned that " amount which you paid as insurance premium" I have note paid any insurance and I don't have any awareness of this insurance, without my knowledge how you people are deducted my amount . this is the experience I have got from you, first you people know how to serve prompt payment customer, at least if you want insurance than inform us at the earliest we will also know, already I had issued cheque to HDFC but till now I didn't received cheque from you ( if you people deduct the amount from my account than why didn't you reverse the amount to same account ) this is very bad that I have chosen you for the loan.

                        I had cleared all the LOAN with BAJAJ on 31st May 2014, LOAN NO.4040CD00651705, but i have been charged EMI for the month June 2014, DON"T UNDERSTAND WHY ??? WITHOUT considering the FULL PAYMENT, We still not have received the closure letter and REFUND of the excess EMI (3000)taken by the BAJAJ Finserv, when trying to reach the BAJAJ AGENT for clarification, calls are not answered and totally ignoring the calls ([protected] - Agent Number )

                        This is very unprofessional response from the company, when we have to pay EMI we receive 1000 calls and now when BAJAJ has to give back something the AGENT GOES MISSING !!!

                        BAJAJ has to understand and value its customer queries and respond in time else it will affect the customer in many ways due to negligence of the "BAJAJ AGENT "

                            Dear Sir,
                            I took one 40 inch Samsung LCD TV worth Rs. 60, 000/- from Samsung Chitrahar, MP NAGAR, BHOPAL through EMI option (Loan A/c No. 4300CD[protected] of Rs, 27000/- agains EMI of Rs. 1500/- as on date 03sep 2010 and also they gave my one insurance with my loan worth Rs.1223/- with EMI Rs. 88/- (Insurance A/c 430BAL[protected] i paid my monthly installment as on time. Unfortunately two emi were bounced due to some of miscalculation of myself but whenever my emi was failed i paid cash at the same day to bajaj representative at my office airport.

                            Thereafter when my loan period is over i feel rest from my side n i forgat about loan and emi... then after two years i had applied personal loan at SBi, that time i asked by sbi regarding shown outstanding in cibil of Rs. 338/- same day i paid the outstanding amount of Rs.338/- through online payment which is shown on bajaj finserv website, , ,

                            Thereafter i took " NOC " from bajaj finserv for my account and i had submitted to the sbi and i grant my loan from sbi. then again i feel quite rest for any type of outstanding.

                            last two month before i applied cunsumer loan at reliance digital at DB mall bhopal i notice that myself defaulter in bajaj system for Rs. 4138/- i went to bajaj office which is at MP Nagar, and i notice that bajaj were charged me penalty of Rs. 4138/- against outstanding Rs.88/-

                            it is not correct and i am not eligible for pay penalty it not my fault due to under given reasons : -

                            1. Bajaj Finserv have not shown any outstanding against me one their web site.
                            2. I have NOC from Bajaj Finserv
                            3. I had never informed from Bajaj Finserv for outstanding worth Rs, 88/-
                            4. Bajaj Finserv representative never came for collection of Rs.88/- and as wel as i never get single SMS from
                            Bajaj but i always received SMS from bajaj regading loan offers.
                            5. I didn't received any single call or notice from Bajaj Finserv for outstanding worth Rs. 88/-

                            This is your kind information please take a suitable action against bajaj finserv and adviced them for reversed penlely against me and issue me NOC for the same. becouse i have to purchased new AC and Fridge but my loan was not granded due to this type of faulty claim charge against me.

                              From past 6 months they are not coming for settlement and in the April month they told they do settlement only in June and the person who came to collect EMI gave wrong number to contact.                                 On 14th April, 2014 I enquired on Personal Loan . My Loan relationship manager Mr. Abhisekh (mobile number: +91 [protected]) was the one to send executives to collect the documents and for getting the signature over the application form. Firstly the form was not filled by me or in front of me. On 16th April Mr.Amit Agarwal([protected]) called me and told me to do a insurance(Future Generali) of Rs.60000. On 20th Mr.Amit send a person to verified and collected all the hard copies On 6th May, One person came and collect Rs.60000.When I got the Bond paper of that insurance on 23rd May, they collect it and told me that loan will be disbursed on 2nd June.When I called them on 2nd they told me 9th will be the disbursement day.On 9th I called them, they told me some mistake had happened, that was their fault, that the loan is converted to EMI not against Bond, but they will solve it and loan will be disbursed on 12th May.On 12th when I called them they are not picking up my phone.At evening I called Mr.Avik Roy(S.M)([protected]) from another number, he picked up my phone and told me that the process is declined.Till Date I have not received a single Rupee Why it takes so much Days to process the Loan? Why Bajaj Finance harass its customers like this? Why so much of highly paid inefficient people working in Bajaj Finance?I need resolution to my problem, please put some responsible person on my task .

                                  Two months back i check my eligibility to avail loan for Laptop in one of the outlets but i didn't purchase anything. But then, i want to avail loan to buy laptop but they are saying there is already one form in my name hence it is showing duplicate, so i have to wait till that form expires or have to get the form closed by the guy who created it.
