Emi bounce date 2 nd Feb .
Requested to tele caller for 1 week duration.
Still get more than 30 calls everyday.
Threatening and abusive "Teri aukad hai kya" " saale" "ratalya" "bhik mange kyu Aya tha hamare paas" etc the words being used .
Is this how Bajaj treats customers ?
I have had 3 loans from Bajaj in past all closed now . How can u people talk in such language .

    Receiving calls for loan almost everyday atleast 2 times. I have told the executive to remove my number from the calling list, to which he says that it is a computerised auto call. Have already activated ny number on the DND list. This is so harassing, especially when you are in office or in any meeting.

        Amazon already Refunded amount of 32, 999/- on[protected] but loan was not cancelled loan account no Z20ECFHW560544 am thinking to file case aganist them on monday.

          Company named peb metal( owner Santosh Kumar )took loan and given phone number of our company named next steel building solution.
          Bajaj representative harass and call every month because this person don't pay.
          I have shared all detail with Bajaj team but they cannot remove my number from there system.
          We will have to take legal action if matter not resolve now. This is 3rd such month of harassment

            Am Sumit Dangi my mob num is [protected], i brought my phone through Bajaj finance .as executive said my order is eligible for 3000rs cash back, once i cleared my first 3 EMI's without bounce, i can get cashback, already paid 4EMI;s without bounce, this is my 5thEMI, but still i did't get my Cash back of Rs 3000, Loan ref num is "579MPDHK576666".

              On 27/1/2022 via their website I had applied for a detailed Cibil report for which a payment of Rs. 199 was required and after paying the said amount via Bank reference id:[protected], the page failed to load and I did not receive any refund from their side and neither did I receive my cibil report.

                I recently availed a personal loan from bajaj finserv and my loan account number- P515PPT3798611. I have been provided with cpp plan and a health insurance with this loan and the amount for the same has been deducted from my loan amount. However, i am in no need of cpp plan and health policy. Therefore, as i am still in free look period, kindly cancel my cpp plan and health policy and refund me my money back.

                  I had currently two active loans through Bajaj Finserv for Rs. 1921 and 1646 respectively. Loan numbers are 580GIPHE939344 and 580PSCHP832887.

                  I already paid the EMI through their app on 30th January 2022 and also got confirmation same day, but on 3rd Feb 2022, they again deducted same amounts from my account.

                  This is not fair, they should not done this, please look into it.

                    When I checked the Bajaj Finserv app for account details - Company going to charge 4999/- as credit vidya fees. Which was never informed or I am aware of. It completely bypasses the information.

                    I dont want any credit vidya report or never I was informed about this. As per my email while sending ok the only charge mentioned is od activation charges which are Flexi fees.

                    Stop the traction or else I have to raise a complaint to RBI for hidden charges. which is completely unprofessional

                        I noticed that in my sbi account statement rs 117/- was debited towards cmp mandate bajaj finance. I would like to inform that i purchased a LG TV under 9 months emi scheme and and i paid Rs 6350x9 months and thereby settling the emis and all without any dues. Again bajaj finance deducted the amount of rs 117/-with any information. Because of loan we provide you all our bank details its doesn't mean that when ever you want you can make online transaction. So i request with bajaj team not make such type of transaction with informing to customer by call or email. Now i feel that bajaj finance also not secure for providing bank details.

                        My humble request with bajaj finance customer keep hopes and faith in you. So kindly dont loose your customer for this kind of mistakes. I hope necessary action will be taken against this and the issue will be sorted out soon

                            Bajaj always calls me for no reason. Bajaj has started charging me 1699 for no reason. I have not taken any kind of service from them. In my app, it shows ECOM CPP TELEBINDING. Please help me. cancel it right now.

                                  I availed Bajaj Personal Flexy loan and Loan account number is 400SPFEX355732

                                  Their sales team sold this to me saying that I can use this loan with all flexibility as the name says its a flexi loan where I don't need to make any part payment or forcloser charges.

                                  It was made very clear that whatever amount I withdraw, interest will be charged on that amount and I just need to return principle and interest amount back. I was also told that if I withdraw amount on 1st of any month and deposit back within 20 days then only 20 days interest will be charged with other charges

                                  Now when I want to foreclose my loan, Bajaj is asking me to pay 4.X percent forecloser charges which is a loot and a well planned scam. Now they are asking me to produce a written document where sales person told me that no forecloser charges would be made. However their sales team is still selling this product with same expectation and same stories. I need help here as it was a flexi loan and I paid very high interest 14 percent in beginning and then changed to 13.5 just because to have flexibility and got scammed by Bajaj.

                                    I have applied for bajaj fin super card on line with the help of bajaj fin credit card executive ..he also applied for card protection amount Rs.599 dated 15/01/22..but the next day i got message that your application for credit card is regretted..i contacted there executive so many times but he is not responding.. i have also given complaint on there customer care portal through on line but not getting any response ..so pl do the needful to resolve this isue.

                                      My name Rampala Siva Kumar, I have taken loan in Bajaj Finserv in the year of 2018, from the date on wards i have paid my EMI dues till date, but in the Month Of January 2022, i haven`t paid my EMI due because of some financial criticality. when i went to my work on sunday i.e; 30.01.2022 Mr. Vinod collection manager, without any information arrived to my home and called me i said him this month and next also not possible to pay dues because of financial criticality also they levied late payment penalty. even after saying about my situation he shouting in front of my house premises with me over the phone at that time my family(my wife, mother and my father ) got humiliated and disturbed mentally.

                                      while in call he is provoking me and demanding me to pay the EMI amount. I clearly told him that if necessary i will go settlement either this month or by month end but now i don`t have money to pay. he is not yet all listening to my words and provoking me and demanding EMI . how he shouted in front of my home, attaching my call record as well in video format(can provide original if required).                                       In this Regard I`m expecting clear off my entire loan which is outstanding and delete my entire account and give back my cheques which they are having while providing loan. I don`t want future relationship with this bank any more. As they damaged my reputation in my village. Or else im expecting resolution from Bajaj Finserv on this

                                        I recently took one personal loan from bajaj finance on 14/09/2021 with loan account no. : U34RPLHI721706. To this loan account, they added a CPP Liv Assist insurance plan, HDFC Group term Insurance and Max BUPA Health insurance plans. I was not aware of these deductions until one of my friend informed me today after viewing the statement. I have contacted CPP's and Bajaj's Customer care to cancel these plans but I'm not getting any proper response. Please help me to cancel these two insurance plans from my loan account.
