I have purchase a oppo mobile on EMI in Bajaj finserv, But When I see the detail in app it shows CPP Fone Safe, Which is activated without y permission.
I am not acceptable to pay this cpp charges...
Cpp loan number :5L1DFSHS187670

So please cancel it as soon as possible.

Is bajaj finserv a scam ? A cheating company ? why they activate a plan without customers permission ? Need to file case against this, because many of the customers has the same issue ! Totally irritating!

    I bought new mobile from Vadakara MyG two weeks before and I didnt ask for the CPP Plan . I got message next day that saying "Thank you for choosing to buy CPP FoneSafe Classic. Bajaj finserv Membership No: IM9111412 " . What is this ? Is bajaj Finserv scam ? I called the customer care and they told me its activated mistakenly and they will cancel it . after 9 days(12/29/2021) again i received a mail regarding same .

    this is really cheating !

    How it will activate without a user permission ?

            I have been receiving multiple phone calls regarding the loan offer everyday for more than 5 to 6 times. I am neither interested in taking loans, nor interested in taking the phone calls from you. I request you to kindly remove my number from your list, else I would be taking the legal action for intruding in my personal time.

              On 23/12/2021 i got a call from Bajaj finserv executive regarding the upgradation of the limit of my emi network card to elite card. He made me understand many perks of the card upgradation like
              1. Limit will be increased to 3, 31000
              2. It will be a physical card delivered to your doorstep
              3. Cash limit of 50, 000
              4. Vouchers worth rs 16000
              And many more

              For all this he asked for the upgradation fee(rs 2999). I repeatidily confirmed him about the details as the details were varying from the details given on website . But he convinced me by saying that these details are with executives only and soon will be released on website too.
              I paid the said amount on 24/12/2021.
              On 26/12/2021 i got message from Bajaj finserv that my card is upgraded as per my request. When I checked the details on M wallet the limit got increased to 30% of the present limit .

              I called on customer care number but it was coming no. is invalid. Complained through email but got no response.

              This is really disappointed to know that a reputed company like Bajaj finserv is fooling it's customer like this

                I had applied for flexi loan from bajajfinserv. It's executive explained me about the processing charges and we agreed on INR 5000 as processing charges. But before loan disbursement they charged me 23000. Added many additional cards and policies.
                Please don't go with bajajfinserv. As they tell less chages and then automatically deduct a lot from your bank.

                        I am getting too much calls from bajaj finserv, if you don't pick up while driving then getting back to back 4 missed calls. I have never applied to bajaj finserv nor any subsidiary to bajaj company. Not sure how they got my number, please stop spamming on my inbox & calls. Please have some respect to "right to privacy". I am never gonna do business with bajaj finserv, worst company ever, they even don't follow TRAI DND rules, don't think @bajaj_finserv you are bigger than govt authorities, one more call from you, i am gonna sue you.

                            Every month I make advance emi today 27th dec 2021 I came to pay advance emi for both loan so I said cashier I want to pay for both loan he said amount 17200/- to be paid so I paid him when I got receipt I asked him why u giving one receipt he said that I have put amount on the one loan then I raised my concern to him asking for why it was done tat way he refused to sort the payment upon the cashier and charan, Manjunath P spoke rude way and was not taking steps to sort the issue rather they were rigid and considering his colleague support I tried to ask manager details but refused to provide that also cashier himself argued saying myself manager and none staff were ready to provide the manager details nor contact details when I asked there names to cashier and collection department name they themselves have named different which is not there real names please escalate this immediately

                              This is in reference to an OD Facility I have availed from Bajaj Finserv.
                              Reference No - 401SPF86750129.

                              Bajaj Finserv is a huge organization and should not have taken more than few attempts to resolve my concern(s). I have been following up for many months and there has been no resolution or even a useful attempt with a mind-set to resolve the problems I have been facing.

                              Its more than 20 months of continuing follow ups and changing timelines. I'm still not getting any resolution for any of the points as mentioned above. Rather, i have been patiently paying the amount they have asked for. Reiterating the issues via this platform once again

                              The agreement you are referring to does not carry my signatures. To check for the signatures your department also asked me to submit my PAN Card (carrying signatures) after which there was no answer. Therefore the below points including forged signatures were never agreed to (interest rate, converting OD to Loan/EMi system)

                              Further, there has been not one but many important issues which are never answered from your side.

                              1. I sincerely have requested earlier to not deduct any amount from my account, until the issue of "Wrong Commitment & Fraudulent Practices" gets resolved from your end. (but you keep trying to do so, why?)

                              2. It's not an OD facility. (Wrong Commitment)

                              3. Conversion of OD facility to Loan and EMI system, (Never agreed on this, instead i have repeatedly shouting and requesting on mails but my request is to fall on deaf ears.)

                              4. Insurance added while I denied it in the beginning (Against my will, fraud selling)

                              5. Form never signed and agreed on (your copy does not carry my real signatures, as I still have the blank form with me) - I guess this being the most extreme case of fraudulent activity.

                              6. Total amount I have availed using the facility is Rs - 3, 69, 000/- and the amount paid so far is Rs. 3, 62, 239/-.

                              I have no clue on how you calculate your EMI as there is very little left to be paid.

                              7. Very Important - ECS is stopped in the month of November' 2020 and you have been notified about the same (reference to my previous mails). I will not bear any charges pertaining to bounce / bank rejection.

                              Your ECS is stopped because you unauthorisedly have mentioned details like - Total Amount - Rs. 178, 632, 400/- and pending amount - Rs. 178, 632, 400/-

                              My only pending dues towards you are that of Rs. 6, 671/-. I'm willing to close the account by paying the mentioned amount only.

                              I have already sent you notification & notice respectively via the consumer complaint platform.

                              In case any of your collection team harasses me or my family, I will not hesitate in reporting the matter to local police and law authorities.

                                      While applying for loan was only informed about processing fees of 1% and one time fees of 4999

                                      However I have now been charged credit vidya fees and 2 types insurance fees both of which I do not consent to.

                                      As per the message from bajaj I have even replied to opting out of insurance within 3 days fo policy issuance but no acknowledgement.

                                      Credit vidya fees is salt on burn wounds.

                                      Request bajaj to solve my complaint and refund me both of these unnecessary fees which was not informed to me

                                        I been using Bajaj EMI card since a year, my limit was also 1.10lakh, all my loan re payment was getting debit on time and none of my loans been overdue, slowly slowly i foreclosed all my loans, finally all my loan account was successfully closed from both the ends.Today when i went to purchase a gadget from vijay sales, that time i came to know my EMI card has been blocked because of my credit score, till the time i was using this card, i had never faced issue of credit score, as all my re payments were on time, i had closed all my loans 2-3months back, everytime i saw my card was showing active in status in baja finserv application, but blood this company without informing me they blocked my card, no text no mail, such a cheater company, i even mailed them, no proper customer care to contact them, worst company and cheater apparently.
