Recently I had availed an offer of Personal Loan (OD) viz. LAN: 456PTTHQ527174. However, no information was provided by the company representative regarding CPP LivAssist. The amount for CPP LivAssist was deducted and I came to know it only after disbursement.
I immediately sent an SMS (within 48 hours) from my registered mobile number to cancel LivAssist (Pic attached). However, it was not cancelled.
I request you to cancel LivAssist and refund the money to my bank account.

I am writing this in regards to my credit card bill payment. My credit card number is xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-5401. I recently received a bill of total amount Rs. 53570/-. I have been in discussion with one of the RBL Manager, Mr.Tapan (not aware of his last name)for my settlement procedure and he had assured me to offer help understanding my situation however I have not heard anything from him in the last 10 days.

I would like to inform that I will no longer be able to pay this amount as I have lost my job 3 months back and due to the current covid situation I am not getting any job. I was somehow paying the minimum dues of this card by lending money from parents but it is no longer possible for me to pay a penny hence I do want to settle this in a fair and just manner so that you can have the money you deserve and we can be relieved of the burden of owing you this debt.

I will be able to give rs. 20, 000 off my debts. If agree to settle with this amount, I shall be clearing the dues within the next 7-10 business days. Please understand that I will not be able to pay more than 20, 000 in this harsh situation.

I am ready to settle this as soon as I get the confirmation from your side.

I am highly obliged to you for your help and co operation.

This is very disappointed, today I got msg my sbi account has been deducted with 999/- as CPM mandate which is done by bajaj finserve and now I am helpless to get back my amount. I am paying my emi on time and this fraud is doing with customer by bajaj finserve. If I'll not get my amount back so I ll not pay the next emi to them.

Without my knowledge and approval they have stolen my money from my bank account, It is a very worst finance company I have ever seen. People please be safe and stay away from this fraudulent Bajaj Finance and Finserv company.

Amount will be deducted my Bajaj finserv loan ac/- Rs 17999/- But product order cancelled and amount will be deducted in my Bajaj EMI account and next EMI Date ready 2/1/2022 first emi and xaimoi company say Bajaj finserv solve this query . So I requested to pls cancle my loan .

Hi this is PANDISELVAM from tamilnadu I am complaining bajaj finserve for debiting Rs.117 of emi card AMC in my account without my knowledge and aknowledgement. I sent email regarding this I didn't received any reply from them. Before 4 years back I purchased tv through bajaj finserve emi but I settled that amount for that I received NOC also. But suddenly after 4 years they debited emi AMC charge in my account. This is highly rediculous and I cannot tolerate this. I want the refund amount otherwise I will move to court or banking ombudsman regarding this issue

I never expressed any interest in Bajaj finserv but getting almost 50 calls everyday from them to buy products..please stop calling me for god's sake if you don't want your associate an abusive language.

We have taken home loan from bajaj finance around 1 and half year ago.

Since then me and my husband are getting number of calls in a day to offer some kind of loans.
We have denied many times to them not to call me again.
But they are different persons calling me every time from different number.
As the calls are extremely annoying and disturbing me a lot, I wish bajaj company to stop in any case.

I buy new bike in bajaj finance 3 year i paid the emi nearly end balance only 2 months
now i am unable to pay 2 emi so that the collection agent and manger talking too bad words and taking un necessary talk to me and my parents son i talking the complainant regar collection agent [protected] he number he talk very very vad so tha i registered please take action

Daily i get 6 7 calls from different number of bajaj company please stop this spamming my phone number

I was frastated about bajaj finserv calls. Daily I am getting 5 to 6 calls . Please stop and also most of the friend s daily receiving call. All are decided make consumer complaint.

The amount was deducted from my bank to bajaj finance without any reason and I'm trying to call bajaj finance no response from them how they deducted my money without my permission and why they deducted I'll settle all the amount and the loan was closed.
The app display dirdbrtnchg ₹354.36 and₹590 ₹590 nearly 1500₹ without any reason

Bajaj finserv has deducted 2000 from my account. I don't have any outstanding amount. So please return my money

They debeting 413 rupees 4 times in 24 hours and cheque bouns 1 and half year before.
After sending mail they didn't respond anything.

Bajaj Finserv calls daily regarding loans and promotional offers and its totally irritating.

An amount of Rs. 117 is deducted through ecs from my savings account of HDFC bank on 14/12/2021 without any information. I don't have any outstanding amount with this company.

The loan I have taken has been cleared almost six year back. I totally don't understand after more than 06 year these kind of charges which are totally irrelevant.

Your a/c xxxx has been debited by Rs. 117.00 on 14-Dec2021 through Debit Mandate towards BAJAJ FINEMI -BF[protected]

Kindly refund my amount of rs. 117 at the earliest.

Please unregistered me from your calling list, it's so frustrated to received daily calls for loan.

My concern is while executing the loan process, bajaj finserv executive added "Financial fitness report" into my loan agreement without my consent / any explanation.
When I enquired about it while approving the agreement, he said that "it must be for loan process & will be cancelled by any time once after approval". And made me sign it forcefully.
By trusting his words I signed the agreement but once the process is completed...
