The amount was deducted from my bank to bajaj finance without any reason and I'm trying to call bajaj finance no response from them how they deducted my money without my permission and why they deducted I'll settle all the amount and the loan was closed.
The app display dirdbrtnchg ₹354.36 and₹590 ₹590 nearly 1500₹ without any reason
Please help me with this issue and plz mail me [protected]@gmail.com

      They debeting 413 rupees 4 times in 24 hours and cheque bouns 1 and half year before.

          An amount of Rs. 117 is deducted through ecs from my savings account of HDFC bank on 14/12/2021 without any information. I don't have any outstanding amount with this company.

          The loan I have taken has been cleared almost six year back. I totally don't understand after more than 06 year these kind of charges which are totally irrelevant.

          Below is the message I received .
          Your a/c xxxx has been debited by Rs. 117.00 on 14-Dec2021 through Debit Mandate towards BAJAJ FINEMI -BF[protected]

          Kindly refund my amount of rs. 117 at the earliest.

              My concern is while executing the loan process, bajaj finserv executive added "Financial fitness report" into my loan agreement without my consent / any explanation.
              When I enquired about it while approving the agreement, he said that "it must be for loan process & will be cancelled by any time once after approval". And made me sign it forcefully.
              By trusting his words I signed the agreement but once the process is completed...

              In Bajaj app I completely mention that, I have to pay zero for seller but now seller and Bajaj executive is demanding money in form of service charges & Xerox print charges.

                This is to inform you that, Bajaj Finance calling me continuously and also forcing us mentally to purchase their Health Insurance.

                Daily 6 to 7 Calls are keeps on coming from different numbers even after blocking their calls as SPAM. This is not really acceptable. They are just doing mental Harassment to the customers. From Last 3 Months I am receiving such calls daily even after rejecting their offers.

                I hope you will support in this to stop such unwanted calls.

                still not resolved. It is ridiculous that daily 6 to 7 times, I am receiving this voice calls at all possible odd hours from bajaj finserv for asking me to renew Health Insurance from Last 4 Months. I am not interested to take any health Insurance and several times i have requested that please do not call or SMS me unnecessarily.

                Kindly take necessary action immediately.

I dont know the reason for the deduction, the bajaj finserv card (2030***********304) that was send to my address was never applied nor requested by me still it landed up at my place. I totally don't understand after 3+ year they apply these kind of charges which are totally irrelevant.

                                  I have taken a product loan of 25000 loan no: LAN 4480CDGS043994 and LAN 448BEWGS044154, from Bajaj Finserv on Feb'21. Nearly I have payed 9 months. Unfortunately I missed my 10th due. The collection executive called me, to pay the amount I also told him I am in work. So I send money to account transfer but unfortunately amount debited and not credited to him so I ask him to wait. The next day I sent a message the amount will be credited in my bank. but he asked to pay by cash. Next two days I was out of station and I had an emergency and spent the due amount. I should have enough balance to pay. Collection executive ([protected]) came to my home 12.12.21and drank too. His tone of language and behaviour not as I expected.

                                  He used to attack us personally in words . They again and again piont out it loudly that " you only said that you pay it on date and we need it today. We have no option, you should pay, if you cannot pay it, then why you borrow the loan.

                                  He called his higher official by call and that person also came here. I said them " collect it by night 8pm" but the collection executive was drank and behave hardly at last I shouted at him and sait him to go and complain.

                                  Iam typing this for the collection executive behaviour was verd bad and they should know how to handle the customer particularly ladies .
                                  It hurting the whole family including children.

                                      On 3rd Dec I have received sanctioned letter of BT of my Home Loan & Topup for me after validating all my documents & CIBIL. Sale executive has come to my bank to verify the original House agreement & got the required document from my bank for further proces.

                                      Sale executive asked to me to transfer to single owner from my Dad. It was very difficult to convince my dad. But I manage & spend Inr 35000 to get the registration on my name.

                                      Now sale executive is telling Loan application is on hold due to multiple inquiry on my CIBIL. Firstly I was not aware how could be possible but before applying to Bajaj I have been contacted with many Telecallers of other bank & they have raised the query on behalf of me.

                                      Please help me to get loan process or else I need to go to consumer court.
