I am writing this in regards to my credit card bill payment. My credit card number is xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-5401. I recently received a bill of total amount Rs. 53570/-. I have been in discussion with one of the RBL Manager, Mr.Tapan (not aware of his last name)for my settlement procedure and he had assured me to offer help understanding my situation however I have not heard anything from him in the last 10 days.
I would like to inform that I will no longer be able to pay this amount as I have lost my job 3 months back and due to the current covid situation I am not getting any job. I was somehow paying the minimum dues of this card by lending money from parents but it is no longer possible for me to pay a penny hence I do want to settle this in a fair and just manner so that you can have the money you deserve and we can be relieved of the burden of owing you this debt.
I will be able to give rs. 20, 000 off my debts. If agree to settle with this amount, I shall be clearing the dues within the next 7-10 business days. Please understand that I will not be able to pay more than 20, 000 in this harsh situation.
I am ready to settle this as soon as I get the confirmation from your side.
