Am k bhanukiran from hyderabad am not receiving my salary on time.Then also am paying EMI in the same month only.I requested your Employee Mr.rajinikanth([protected])& Mr syed omair ([protected]) and his executive Mr sambasiva rao from collection team ameerpet branch hyderabad.They are harassing a lot & they are using very abuse words with me and my wife. We told them I'll pay my personal loan before MONTH END . Then Also these people didn't vist my house in my presence and instead went to my in- laws house.

My wife have some personal issues with her parents and how come they will go to their house without visiting my house. I am in Ayyappa mala even though they are using very abusive words.

Without giving address consent they went to my wife's account and took the address which is illegal. How can they do that. Did I didn't pay for the past one year or only this month?

It's really the worst.My watchman even informed them that I will come home after 6:30. These both created nuisance with their executives and threatened me alot which is huge disrespect and damaged my reputation saying i am a thief.

I come from a respectful family and completed my post graduation. Due to my huge salary I lost my job because of covid i am facing this situation.

Because of your executives' behaviour I am facing a lot of family disputes. I have all the recordings.

When my Aunt is single at home, how can they enter her house. Without consent of my wife how did they take the address from her profile which comes under cheating and misuse of data.

Creating all these ruckus, what did you people achieve?

For 22, 000 rupees you will behave in this mannerless way. Taking a loan is not a crime.Due to some personal issues I didn't pay on time. That doesn't mean you people can harass even my family when ladies are alone at home.

Please consider my request. I asked Mr Rajinikanth & Mr.Syed to please give me time to pay the loan . He is saying that we are not giving it to you. This is our company .

After cancelation my order how can you debit rupees 999 from my sbi account?for health prime max card order pack. Before debit my account two days ago I was canceled my order.

I got several calls from bajaj customer care from Pune regarding this ELITE card for last 4 months.

My name is RAVI B and my bajaj consumer ID for portal is 10302396 and my phone number is there with them

I paid 2999 for this card on Nov 23 2021 through phonepe and still i didnt get any email or SMS regarding the SAME of the card.

SO is it genuine or a BIG scam to FOOL people? let me know please

My bank account was auto debited on account of LIP 4A4LIPGI066726BCFL2ADMDT02.11.2020 Rs. 3409.00 since I have not purchased any policy. I have lodged complaint in Firozabad office for refund of money but regret to write that no amount is received back till now. I purchased the laptop on May 15, 2019, and I paid all the dues in the month of January 2020. Now I am not using the virtual card and in the month of October 2021, the bajaj finance deducted 117rs and again deducted 117 rs in November month. And when I am trying to call customer care they are not answering. I am asking to block the card, they are not blocking the card.Bajaj finance are cheating the people.

Customer name shivanand Patil and loan account number 557HFDGA628772 has expired on 22/08/2020 and after death there family has paid 30000 and dat loan has covered with 10lakh insurance coverage and now Bajaj Finserv is not ready to settle the insurance and pay excess amount to customer so kindly suggest to who we should report or compliant . thanking you

I bought a product from Royal Oak (Bannerghatta) in Bangalore. I used the Bajaj Finserv as EMI option. Later I had cancelled the product and on 23rd October 2021 Royal Oak has sent the cancellation mail. It been one month still my EMI is not cancelled. Moreover there is 2 months EMI deducted from my account. Without using the product I'm paying the EMI for 2 months. I Never expected this from such a big company.

I'm looking for the refund amount of 12858/- which was deducted as EMI ASAP.

I have received an SMS from bank that Bajaj FINEMI-BF has debited my account for Rs. 117/-, I don't have any ongoing loans with Bajaj, but this comes as a surprise and serious action has to be taken against them.

i did not authorise for any ECS for this transaction. How do we take this forward and avoid such illegal transaction and safety of our hard earned money.

I have taken bajaj finserv flexi loan but at the time of loan processing bajaj executive never told me about the credit vidya fees. But after disbursement of loan they have deducted 4999/- from my loan which is incorrect.
So please cancel the credit vidya fees and refund to my account.

There was debit of Rs 750 with a total of 2 installments in the month October and November. The loan account number is 402RMTHI603102. These deductions were done without my consent or approval and I demand full refund of my money. Your customer services are also unavailable.

Bajaj Finserve has deducted 117 from my account twice. I have already cleared all the EMI’s in due time a year ago so why they are deducting mandate fees now. Please look into the matter and refund the amount deducted.

I have received a message that in my SBI account rs 117/- have been debited towards cmp mandate bajaj finance. I would like to inform that I have no pending loan/ payment whatsoever. I ask, how can bajaj finance indulge in fraudulent practice such as this by deducting the amount of rs 117/- with any information. I request with bajaj team not make such type of transactions with informing to/ confirming from customer by call or email. It is my humble request to bajaj finance to look into the matter and refund the amount deducted wrongfully from my account promptly

The product was purchased few days back from bajaj finserv emi store.
But it is not working right now.
Not able to contact their customer care.
Need to replace the product.

This company has been giving spam calls on my number and its difficult to block them. Its a humble request to stop this unnecessary calls

Received continuous message from Bajaj finance that I have been sanctioned some loan without my knowledge and my emi is due . This is totally fraud I request you to delete my number from your data base and need corrective action against it as it will destroy your goodwill also.
