I have purchased mobile and the ECOM CPP TELEBINDING service is automatically generated with EMI of 213 loan I'd 4B0ETBHQ523267 Mob [[protected]]. It has been made without my consent. Please deactivate the ECOM CPP TELEBINDING before my installment date. Please resolve the complaint before 01/01/2021 . Because the above mentioned date is emi repayment date. I hope that you will satisfy me.

    Bajaj finance agent with phone number [protected] has been calling in the last week of Nov and asking us to make emi payment for Dec. Where as all our emis are ecs. This looks like a fraud.
    And the agent has been talking very rudely like a Rawdi without any professionalism.
    Bajaj Finserv customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

        Dear Sir
        I am Amitava Rakshit [protected], 16/11/2021 one of the Bajaj Finance ltd. executive call me this no [protected] for my pre approve PL & sent one link from BFL then he give instruction by what's app call how to fill the loan application form. complete the application show my emi 11895/- for 60 months but this application not submitted executive told me cut the link & he send another link call again for complete the loan application, This time I am showing emi 14384/- for 60 months. Then and there I told on call executive why my emi getter then previous emi. executive said to me emi will be same as per previous amount at the disbursement time and loan details send by email. this time i should have call recording in this matter but i don't this. I trusted the executive and submitted the application. Same day i received disbursement Rs.471642/-. Next day 17/11/2021 i call the this executive said to him my disbursement amount received but no loan details are received and what is my emi. He told download bajaj experia app. I do this and show my emi 14384/- no change in my emi. Same day i wrote mail to Bajaj Finance ltd. for cancel this type of misguided personal loan and i want to refund my disbursement payment + processing fees 17500/-.(please see the attached mail communication)
        I am living in middle class family, I can't pay the huge extra payment.
        So please arrange close the loan.
        I will grateful to you.

        I am received 2nd link, your excutive call to me & process the link, put my details show my emi 14384/- for 60 months, on call excutive I told that why difference in emi amount. on call excutive said that emi will be same as 1st link.
        I am not interested at 14384/- emi.

        company resolution not satisficed, BFL gave option part payment or tenure change, I don't interest in this option .I want cancel the loan & refund disbursement amount. No need this type loan.

          I was admitted in hospital In December 2020 that time claim was approved in Reimbursement... Now after nearly 11 Months Spine Doctors advised me to go for Slip Disc Surgery... Then I applied For Cashless Claim through Apollo Spectra Hospital Last Week, Company Denied my cashless claim.. Reason saying My Injury is Old... if my injury is old then why company approved Reimbursement claim last year... In just 11 Months my injury got Older???

          Same cashless claim company denied for my wife 8 Months back (Admitted for Covid ) for no reason...

          I m having very bad experience with this company...

          Hope my complaint here will Resolve my complaint soon.

            Incorrect Foreclosure Charges

            When I took the loan the sales representative had confirmed that the foreclosure charges will be 2% but they have charged 4.7%, when requested to reduce they are not accepting and the sales representative is not picking the calls and responding, when the loan is taken for emergency purposes they just take it as advantage and just cheat us, this should stop to save the struggling people from getting cheated, please do something...

            Hi myself Darshan I'm located in bangalore i had taken consumer products from bajaj finserv and the loan ID is Y160CDGR100062 I have one month due and the agency named SSR enterprise which is located in this pin code 560091 The person from this agency is spoiled my reputation in my home and my road as they have come and spoke and told about the loan and all in home and spoiled my respect in family members
            Only for not paying 1EMI they are calling me and speaking very badly. I request you to take any action against this

              Am k bhanukiran from hyderabad am not receiving my salary on time.Then also am paying EMI in the same month only.I requested your Employee Mr.rajinikanth([protected])& Mr syed omair ([protected]) and his executive Mr sambasiva rao from collection team ameerpet branch hyderabad.They are harassing a lot & they are using very abuse words with me and my wife. We told them I'll pay my personal loan before MONTH END . Then Also these people didn't vist my house in my presence and instead went to my in- laws house.

              My wife have some personal issues with her parents and how come they will go to their house without visiting my house. I am in Ayyappa mala even though they are using very abusive words.

              Without giving address consent they went to my wife's account and took the address which is illegal. How can they do that. Did I didn't pay for the past one year or only this month?

              It's really the worst.My watchman even informed them that I will come home after 6:30. These both created nuisance with their executives and threatened me alot which is huge disrespect and damaged my reputation saying i am a thief.

              I come from a respectful family and completed my post graduation. Due to my huge salary I lost my job because of covid i am facing this situation.

              Because of your executives' behaviour I am facing a lot of family disputes. I have all the recordings.

              When my Aunt is single at home, how can they enter her house. Without consent of my wife how did they take the address from her profile which comes under cheating and misuse of data.

              Creating all these ruckus, what did you people achieve?

              For 22, 000 rupees you will behave in this mannerless way. Taking a loan is not a crime.Due to some personal issues I didn't pay on time. That doesn't mean you people can harass even my family when ladies are alone at home.

              Please consider my request. I asked Mr Rajinikanth & Mr.Syed to please give me time to pay the loan . He is saying that we are not giving it to you. This is our company .

                        I purchased the laptop on May 15, 2019, and I paid all the dues in the month of January 2020. Now I am not using the virtual card and in the month of October 2021, the bajaj finance deducted 117rs and again deducted 117 rs in November month. And when I am trying to call customer care they are not answering. I am asking to block the card, they are not blocking the card.Bajaj finance are cheating the people.

                            Hi Team,

                            I bought a product from Royal Oak (Bannerghatta) in Bangalore. I used the Bajaj Finserv as EMI option. Later I had cancelled the product and on 23rd October 2021 Royal Oak has sent the cancellation mail. It been one month still my EMI is not cancelled. Moreover there is 2 months EMI deducted from my account. Without using the product I'm paying the EMI for 2 months. I Never expected this from such a big company.

                            I'm looking for the refund amount of 12858/- which was deducted as EMI ASAP.

                            Raising the consumer complaints has helped me. Loan is cancelled and I have received my refund. But after complaining these guys have taken action on his case. Still Bajaj Finserv need to improve the process.

                                I have received an SMS from bank that Bajaj FINEMI-BF has debited my account for Rs. 117/-, I don't have any ongoing loans with Bajaj, but this comes as a surprise and serious action has to be taken against them.

                                i did not authorise for any ECS for this transaction. How do we take this forward and avoid such illegal transaction and safety of our hard earned money.
