There was debit of Rs 750 with a total of 2 installments in the month October and November. The loan account number is 402RMTHI603102. These deductions were done without my consent or approval and I demand full refund of my money. Your customer services are also unavailable.

      An ECS amount of 117 /- Rs withdrew from my bank account without my knowledge. Presently I don't have any live loans or liabilities from this institution. Two year's before I was taken loan and its completed without any dues. I was received NOC also. this kind of charges which are very irrelevant.

      Kindly refund my money back at the earliest.

        Bajaj Finserve has deducted 117 from my account twice. I have already cleared all the EMI’s in due time a year ago so why they are deducting mandate fees now. Please look into the matter and refund the amount deducted.

            I have received a message that in my SBI account rs 117/- have been debited towards cmp mandate bajaj finance. I would like to inform that I have no pending loan/ payment whatsoever. I ask, how can bajaj finance indulge in fraudulent practice such as this by deducting the amount of rs 117/- with any information. I request with bajaj team not make such type of transactions with informing to/ confirming from customer by call or email. It is my humble request to bajaj finance to look into the matter and refund the amount deducted wrongfully from my account promptly

                  Received continuous message from Bajaj finance that I have been sanctioned some loan without my knowledge and my emi is due . This is totally fraud I request you to delete my number from your data base and need corrective action against it as it will destroy your goodwill also.

                        I am getting frequent call regarding loan which I am not interested for.it is really frustrating and irritating though I requested them to put me in donot disturb mode and not to calle but around 10 to 20 times I am getting calls daily which is disgusting and annoying.                           Hi this is Ayesha
                          I bought a LG refrigerator recently, after that I got a call from bajaj she was speaking in Telugu which I dont understand... And she said as a privileged customer bajaj is offering extended warranty, so I asked do i have to pay any charges she said no, and asked me to press 1 to activate, and language was telugu i was not able to understand and pressed 1, after that I got message that 6K extended warranty was approved. This is Bajaj fraud, i can see many customers who complaint same thing, they use this communication differences and force you to take extended warranty saying its free
                          I wanted to cancel my extended warranty
                          Please stop the extra extended warranty premium policy
                          I don’t want extended warranty please cancel my extra extended warranty.

                              Hello Sir/Madam,

                              My name is Jasvir Singh. I took a personal loan from bajaj finserv in March -2021. Over the call I was told about a lower interest rate which was around 11-12 %. But they started charging me 19.25 %. Which I denied paying. In a pandemic, their customer care number was not working and I was not able to reach them. Their office was also closed. So I stopped paying EMIs and raised a dispute request. They called me and started forcing me to Foreclose the loan. I agreed but they started asking around 8% foreclosure charges per anum. So I denied paying that much because my loan approval was 124999 but they credited only 114999, the rest of the money they cust down as service charges. So then we agreed on the settlement. I paid the agreed settlement amount in July and they closed the loan. But in CIBIL it still shows INR 22 as overdue for the same account under my name. This whole incident is affecting my CIBIL. Their customer care guys only ask to send the report by email but nothing happened and it has not been updated yet. I am not able to apply for a home loan due to their fraud and mistake.

                                It is ridiculous that daily 4 to 5 times, I am receiving this voice calls at all possible odd hours from bajaj finserv for asking me to take loan. I am not interested to take any loan and several times i have requested that please do not call or SMS me for loan requirement..

                                Kindly take necessary action for stopping phone call at my number else I will be forced to take action against Bajaj Finserv for disturbing me on and of[censored]sing several different numbers
