    I am really frustrated with this Bajaj Finserv mobile insurance plan (Even with this fraud company). First of all when I buy my new Samsung mobile phone, it was finance by the Bajaj but their executive gave me a Bajaj mobile insurance worth of 2000 INR without asking me, he just signed-up for the insurance (Included with my EMI plan) even didn't asked me once. After the 1-2 months when I saw the details on my EMI statement on Bajaj mobile app, I saw they're deducting additional something 160 per month for insurance and I asked the person who financed my mobile phone then he told me the truth. I was very angry but he said, it'll be beneficial for you etc. etc.

    When, my phone screen was broken then I applied for the claim, they totally frustrated me for 2-3 months and then they gave me the claim money (700 less on the price of 4500 i paid at service center) after that i applied for the claim, recently again. They frustrated me a much more this time, I waited almost 4 months to get my claim money of 4500 but they asked me several times for things like, send us the documents via courier (2-3 times, each time cost 2-300) etc. and after the 4 month they only sent me 3300 while I supposed to get 4500 claim money. I definitely wanted to register claim against this fraud company. I mean last time I spent 4500 for the screen, about 1500 for the courier services, 300 times calling them etc. but they only gave me 3300. I mean, they covered all the money so why need to buy for the mobile insurance? what's point? their support services is much worse.
    I don't expect any resolution from here or anywhere else, but I just wanna say don'
    t ever buy mobile insurance from Bajaj.

      Bajaj finemi-bf debited 117 from my account
      Bajaj Finserv customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

        An amount of RS 117 is deducted through ECS from my savings account of Punjab and Sind Bank without any notice. I don't have any loans and outstanding from Bajaj finance. I don't know the reason for the deduction.
        Kindly refund my amount of RS 117at the earliest

            I have no outstanding loan or emi pending from bajaj but 117 rs have been deducted from my account. Please provide me the reason for deduction along with refunding my money and stop this process in future as well

              Bajaj Finserv offer me professional flexi loan with goo amount of insurance, processing fees and interest. Due financial need I had availed the same. Loan has facility of multiple part payment and multiple drawdown of loan during loan period.

              But today they suddenly block drawdown limit with reason mentioned as our credit policy and payment history. but till date all due I have paid along with heavy delayed charge if any.

              It should not get block as i am paying due regularly.

                After i get call from bajaj finserv on feb 2020, i was informed that elite emicard would be provided for lot of benefits in future and card fees 5000rs can be paid in three emi. April 2020 was my first emi and since i was affected by covid and my brother on behalf of me, opted for moratorium since i was not there to provide any details to pay though the amount is small. In the month of june, i tested the card to try for pre-approved personal loan but customer care said there was improper payment some years ago and i assured them there is no such thing. Then i got irritated and raised request in the portal to cancel emi card mentioning bajaj finserv false informations. That emi card was deactivated since card fees not paid and i havent used that card also. But after some months, everytime i raise a request to close the card, without intimating me, they closed the request but not the card

                After one year, now 2021 I am receiving legal notice to pay 15000rs since I have taken a loan of 5000rs and not paid that loan. I am shocked that no loan is provided and no tangible benefit from that card and I have raised complaints and sent emails asking I need the first call recording with the customer care who issued the card because I was not informed that this is a loan and informed only as card fees and now customer care is not responding to my mails nor providing grievance officer number

                Now my CIBIL is marked for one negative account and score is reduced drastically and bajaj finserv lawyers keep calling me and customer care is not responding to my detailed complaint letter

                kindly help here since there is no loan amount I received nor i utilized and it is all in the paper and closed but yet my cibil is affected and demanding 15000rs to pay

                  I applied for personal loan vi google pay refered prefr loan play store by bajaj finserv company details bellow.. register as

                  They told loan approved for 125000 and 4000 processing fee 500 offer so 4000 process fee..it high but due my need saturday i process all details and submited loan application online ..
                  then i waited for two todays but no response as office leave..so today i received vi watsapp all process completed please sign agreement page for loan dispursoal..i was shocked 117034 rupees only i will recieve and 7966rs processing fees and 7315 x24 months i have to pay for that its over priced as showed in gpay portal Is very less .so immediately make a call to customer care to stop the application quit the loan .. custore name

                      They will call me and told me about elite card, he told me with in 7 working days you will get a physical card and you can withdraw cash from the atm, daily limit is 25000, with in 45 days, after that we can option for the emi, i am totally impressed
                      I am just think its spam
                      But he told me all the transaction of my bajaj emi card, i pay 2999
                      After that i don't any confirmation from bajaj finserv,
                      Very bad experience

                            Hello My name i Bhupinder Kumar, I am From Hoshiarpur, Punjab.I am the custmor of Bajaj Finserv. I paid my 3 OF October, November & December
                            on 28th Sptember, 2021. But on 2nd October, EMI of october month is again debited.When i talked to customar care number, they told me that the Advanced EMI paid between 5th to 25th date of month, That's why the status is not updated. They told me the Advanced paid emi amount will be credit back to my account before 12th october, . But i never get my money back after or before 12th october. I don't know but can i do ?

                                I did not apply for BFL EMI network card and Bajaj Finserv company charging me card's annual fee for last two years.
                                As I did not apply for BFL EMI network card, am not using BFL EMI network card, I don't want to use BFL EMI network card Bajaj Finserv company illegally deducting BFL EMI network card's annual fee from my bank account for last two years.
                                I am trying to contact Bajaj Finserv company's customer care regarding above issue but Bajaj Finserv company's some contact numbers (customer care) are not in function, some numbers are incorrect, some numbers are not existing, and some numbers have not options to stop unwanted / unused BFL EMI network card. Bajaj Finserv company's customer care department is totally useless for customers. I am thinking Bajaj Finserv company is doing this intensionally to keep unwanted (not apply by customer but issued by Bajaj Finserv company) BFL EMI network card active, to deduct cards annual fee from bank accounts of thousands of customers like me.
                                I did not apply for BFL EMI network card, but Bajaj Finserv company issued it so cancel this card and refund me my money which are charged as EMI cards annual fee.

                                    I have an EMI card of Bajaj finserv. I have done shopping by using that card. But now it invisible. I can't see the EMI card details in any of their apps. So I want to know my Bajaj EMI card details....

                                    Hi, this is to inform you that I was harassed in several ways by bajaj finance as they've given my some kind of insurance without the permission of kusum as she don't require any insurance but bajaj finance sales guys made the insurance himself without the consent of the customer and she didn't agreed to it and they setup auto debit too into her account by some kind of fraud due to which she's been harassed till now as they deducted the insurance premium back in march/april 2020 she keep on trying to contact the bajaj team but due to covid and all no response from their side and her email was not registered so she's getting email not registered reply from them etc so it was like climbing Mt. Everest to contact bajaj finance team and then at last she's no option left and contacted bank they suggested they will investigate the matter till then it's better to withdraw the money from account to avoid further deduction towards bajaj insurance which she did and then it all started they keep on trying to take the money and bank keep on bouncing due to which customer paid around 7000 rupees as bouncing charges to the bank and alot of harassment and unable to use any kind of banking services due to the fraud by bajaj insurance!

                                    Now later they started calling kusum to pay the emi etc but nobody replied regarding insurance that was issued fraudulently they said not their fault etc just pay the dues they don't care what happened etc even someone over the call also threatened to kill and misbehaved over call as well kusum being from a good family thought not to report to police to avoid any unwanted attention in neighbourhood but bajaj finance collection department keep on threatening till now so this all explains very well how she's been harassed over the several months by BFL and seek compensation from them thanks.
                                    They accepted their fault later and refunded the insurance premium amount after 5-6 months of harrassment screenshot attached for the same as they accepted later it was their fault but still I'm being harassed by them and seek compensation for being harassed and fraud done by them with me.
