I have recently taken Overdraft facility from bajaj finser, however I am extremely unhappy about the service. I asked for 1 product and without my knowledge they have activated so many products and charged me for the same. this is a good way of top up sales, however this is completely unethical.
I am trying to reach customer care for support however Its highly impossible to reach the customer care and when we send emails we get no response. First of all they activate products without knowledge, and when we try to use the facility it does not allow us. This is very pathetical and unethical .

      Everyday I am getting 5 to 6 times phone calls from bajaj finserve, regarding taking loans or upgrading the account. Now
      I am soo disappointed that I decided not to use their
      any services in the future.

      Can you imagine that I got a call at 7:00 pm today also?

      So please stop the unnecessary calls if not then I have moved to consumer court.

        I have already completed my loan before 4 month. Company has debited 1180 rs. From my bank account without my concern and information. How can they take my money like this without my concern when i have already paid them huge interest and insurance money and useless different charges to get small amount. I have already recieved the noc from them then how can they debit amount without my concern.

              Hello Bajaj finserv,

              It is ridiculous that daily 4 to 5 times, I am receiving this voice calls at all possible odd hours from bajaj finserv for asking me to take loan. I am not interested to take any loan and several times i have requested that please do not call or SMS me for loan requirement..

              Kindly take necessary action for stopping phone call at my number else I will be forced to take action against Bajaj Finserv for disturbing me on and of[censored]sing several different numbers

                        Hi now bajaj finserv finanse team behave like illiterate, according bajaj finserv team giving me 0% Loan by taking policy and policy benefits take by company..
                        But at that time i have need money so that i am ready with that condition, but after take policy again and again force another policy etc..
                        And at last time aakash verma from finanse team saying need 7% transaction charge of my loan amount, this happen after 3 month..
                        According bajaj team in starting saying complete process of only 25 days max..
                        And now complete 3 months..
                        I think bajaj finanse team dont know the all rules and conditions...
                        So now I am taking action on bajaj finserv + aakash verma with fraud case + harassment..

                        Hi All respected sir,
                        I am share with you my all Loan journey, please help me because of my money & time is waste at this pandemic situation..

                        I am received a call by bajaj employee, according her offer 0% rate of interest Loan by taking policy, this policy benifit taking company, so at that case I am ready because I need money at that time, after that I am taking policy on 50% pay then time to transaction after 1 month, but at that time aakash verma from finanse team saying me please complete your payment 100% or pay 7% transaction charge, after that I am complete 100 % payment, then after 2 month aakash verma saying your file is ready and now time to transaction, but after 20 days saying your transaction failed so you need pay 7% charge..
                        So at that time my 3 month time is waste & also my policy money waste..
                        So please my request help me in this case..

                          Without my agreement, they are issuing my loan

                          Hi,

                          A person called me on phone and he was convincing me to get bajaj loan or whatever the product he was saying. I never said them that i want it. I have given some basic details to him like PAN, current organization, current city where i live in. As I don't want that service, I have stopped receiving calls from them and at the same time I'm busy with my office work.
                          And that person directly applied loan on my name.br...

                            I am really frustrated with this Bajaj Finserv mobile insurance plan (Even with this fraud company). First of all when I buy my new Samsung mobile phone, it was finance by the Bajaj but their executive gave me a Bajaj mobile insurance worth of 2000 INR without asking me, he just signed-up for the insurance (Included with my EMI plan) even didn't asked me once. After the 1-2 months when I saw the details on my EMI statement on Bajaj mobile app, I saw they're deducting additional something 160 per month for insurance and I asked the person who financed my mobile phone then he told me the truth. I was very angry but he said, it'll be beneficial for you etc. etc.

                            When, my phone screen was broken then I applied for the claim, they totally frustrated me for 2-3 months and then they gave me the claim money (700 less on the price of 4500 i paid at service center) after that i applied for the claim, recently again. They frustrated me a much more this time, I waited almost 4 months to get my claim money of 4500 but they asked me several times for things like, send us the documents via courier (2-3 times, each time cost 2-300) etc. and after the 4 month they only sent me 3300 while I supposed to get 4500 claim money. I definitely wanted to register claim against this fraud company. I mean last time I spent 4500 for the screen, about 1500 for the courier services, 300 times calling them etc. but they only gave me 3300. I mean, they covered all the money so why need to buy for the mobile insurance? what's point? their support services is much worse.
                            I don't expect any resolution from here or anywhere else, but I just wanna say don'
                            t ever buy mobile insurance from Bajaj.

                                      Bajaj Finserv offer me professional flexi loan with goo amount of insurance, processing fees and interest. Due financial need I had availed the same. Loan has facility of multiple part payment and multiple drawdown of loan during loan period.

                                      But today they suddenly block drawdown limit with reason mentioned as our credit policy and payment history. but till date all due I have paid along with heavy delayed charge if any.

                                      It should not get block as i am paying due regularly.
