Hi, My Name is Bhushan Vairal. I am existing Bajaj Finance customer. I had completed more than 5 loans
but I come know that my emi card was blocked. Without any correct reason. My cibil is also good. Please look into this.

    I have pre-approve Loan of RS.58000/- As Here I attached Screenshot of My Massage.Your executive Call me and told that you have pre-approve PL offers But When I applied to that Loan offer via application no:-B2C[protected] That application is rejected After submitting All documents like Adhar Card, Pan card, Photo, Check in Name Of Bajaj Finance.

    Is that Possible in a Pre approved offer.?
    Please Sir resolve my query...

    Hi Bajaj finserv,

    It's very sad that I get calls from Bajaj Finserv every day, 4 to 5 times, at all hours of the day and night, wanting me to take out a loan. I'm not interested in taking out a loan, and I've told you before that you shouldn't phone or text me if you need a loan.

    Please take the required steps to cease calling my number; else, I will be obliged to take legal action against Bajaj Finserv for harassing me on and off with multiple phone numbers.

      Order is place my me by mistake while checking on products on bajaj market web, there is no option for cancellation
      I called customer service they said within 48 hrs order will be cancelled, that was my first call on 6 October the very same day on which order is placed, no cancellation is done, next day on 7 October I called agin same they said I also emailed them same reply of within 48 hrs, I called naxt day ie today on 8 October no cancellation is done meanwhile I am getting shipment status from seller and in 2 days product will be delivered, still no cancellation has done

        I have placed order by mistake while checking the products but there is no option for cancellation which is weird, as all ecommerce online stores have that, to cancel order customer have to go through weired time taking process

        I called Called there customer support they told me politely be rest assured as I have send ur request on high priority and will be cancelled within 48 hrs
        No cancellation is being done, I called again on next day, same story
        I called again next day same story, meanwhile I am getting sms from seller about shipment, now in 2 days shipment will be delivered and yet no cancellation is done I also emailed them in reply they said 48 hrs,
        Thing which bothered is that why there is no option for order cancellation to cancel order straight away from there itself, why customer have to wait for 48 hrs after calling and mailing them, and after that also my complaint is not yet resolved.
        I haven't encountered any online shop which dnt have cancellation button on there web page or application

            Bajaj finserv calls are very irritating i got daily 7-8 or more calls i always added in blocklist but they call with different different number, kindly stop calling me otherwise i will file official FIR against them, my number is [protected]

              We have taken the loan in from Bajaj finance of 312000/- but after deducting processing fess and some unwanted insurance policies then my final disbursement amount is 290000/- almost 22000/- rs deducted and till now I have paid 13 Emis of 9610. 13*9610= 124930 Rs I have been paid and 2 days back I have raised the request for foreclosure the executive has called and his still my outstanding is 275000 really I was shocked but I said I'm ready to pay 230000/- but Bajaj finance is not accepted kindly check my attached SOA and other documents kindly do the needful.

              This pandemic were facing the lot of financial problems but the bajaj finance is always trying to looting money from customers account.

                Dear Sir, My name is Sanamula Hepsibha. loan NO 400PSTFM482871
                I would like to bring to notice that, Bajaj Finserv had provided me a loan of 85000/- RS on 19/11/2019 with EMI of 3750 for 36 months with rate of interest per annum 16%. During the Covid pandemic situation according to RBI I had raised a moratorium request for 6 months but now Bajaj Finserv has increased EMIs to 50 months with 33.01% of interest rate with out any intimation. When I went to Bajaj office in regards to this issue, they had treated me very badly did not respond properly and they are saying its according RBI and cheating me.
                Sir, kindly look into this it is very very bad, for 85000/- rs these people are charging more than 2 lakhs which is very bad.

                  My loan account number is 595CDDEK823425. The loan has been pre-closed remitting all the dues and charges. On December 4th 2020, my bank account was debited for rs.295 twice as a mandate fail txn charge.

                  Again debited money on the following dates:

                  14th June 2021- CMP Mandate debit rs.117
                  18th February 2021- Mandate fail chrg txn rs.295

                  I mailed the customer care and they said it has to be done from the bank's end. When I asked the bank, they said it should be from Bajaj.

                  They are deducting money whenever they want to. Please consider this at the earliest.

                    but you guys take my amount and send me a message you have one overdue pay your EMI with bounce charge what is this.

                    I paid my EMI's correctly you guys made a wrong statement with the worst working website to raise a request.
                    I don't know what to do now. They are providing a worst service contact for clarification kindly help me out from this cheating finserv company.

                      I have purchased a mobile on EMI from Flipkart by using Bajaj finance EMI card, my EMI 4500rs
                      But now I checked my loan details the digital CPP tele binding loan amount 3289rs (412rs EMI) activated without my permission.

                        Dear sir / madam
                        I have received call from this number by saying bajaj advocate Prakash [protected] he is threatening us to pay 90000 and then after some conversation he is asking is 45000 immediately

                        Loan number (403lcfex226481) after moratorium there was no cheque presented by bajaj and no intimation was given, our actual overdue Is RS 27746 and its shows plus other due RS 16350 I don't why this for

                        We still have RS 27746 in our bank account
                        We thought it was going well

                        But they threatening us to pay immediately 45000 by using harsh words

                        Please help us to get solve it

                          I applying to Bajaj Fiserv EMI card through online portal & I complete my KYC & make a payment of 567 rupees through GPAY UPI app, my money was deducted and in GPAY apps they show money send successfully but from Fiserv I got a message which says that payment was unsuccessful, I also check in Bajaj Fiserv website their also show same think, payment link open for repayment, so I am requesting you please give my money back or process my EMI card.

                              I tried to contact bajaj finserv customer support.

                              But after 4-5 hour they simply sent message your query got resolved.

At the time of taking loan, your executive said me that your loan emi date will be 10th, but emi should be coming on 2nd. my salary comes on 7th every month, so kindly change my emi date 10th. earlier you have charged the emi return charges of rs. 295/- per emi return and till now you have charged or debited my bob a/c of rs. 295+295+295. kindly waieoff my return charges and confirm. after your confirm then i will be paid oct-21 emi. regards prakash kumawat 9784241617

                                  I had taken loan from Bajaj Finserv in 2012, then of amount Rs20980 LAN401BAL00245415.
                                  I had paid all dues and interest then. There was some non payment bounce of Rs260 and there was mismatch of signature in PDC. I received only email on 21/03/2013 the last mail that all my dues are clear.
                                  But Bajaj Finserv has added grievances for each day till 23/11/2018 and I received email that I have to pay Rs15797.
                                  Bajaj Finserv was dormant till 2018 from 2013. I had no idea of this amount. How can Rs 260 become Rs22535 on 05/10/2021.
                                  Bank had not informed me of bounce.

                                      I was unable to pay my emi correctly due to pandemic. I also opted in for moratorium. Now my card is permanently blocked. I have cleared all my dues including bounce charges and additional charges..
                                      Please help me in unblocking the card
