My husband had taken personal loan rs.50000/=from bajaj finserv and was paying the emis regularly. Group insurance premium rs.1502/= (For rs.150000 sum assured) was deducted in the loan amount itself. He died within the insurance cover period. They also offered free personal life insurance of rs.150000/=. While claiming the insurance of both, they gave only the amount after deducting the loan balance from rs.150000/= for which premium was deducted. They did not give the free life insurance as they offered. I have submitted the documents to bajaj finserv and i have been asked to contact bajaj allianz. When asked in bajaj allianz, they again persue the matter with bajaj finserv.. I got the following reply from bajaj finserv: with reference to your query regarding claim we wish to confirm that we have received the documents and have forwarded the request to concerned team we would like to inform you that your service request is currently under process. We request you to allow us 90 days to resolve your query. But till now, no response from them and i have been again asked to contact bajaj allianz putting me in loop. Kindly help me please regards puspa singh - [protected]

    I have a Personal Loan going on with Bajaj Finserv and on the 2nd of every month the EMI against the same is deducted. Same happened for this month also. However what I see that yesterday against that same personal loan number they have deducted ECS of Rs. 117 without any reason. Now when I am reaching out to their customer care to know why such a deduction has taken place no one is able to answer anything.

      The ecs charges has been deducted rs.117 from my Citibank account with below details which i have never requested from Bajaj. This is looking like a fraud done by either Bajaj or keb hana bank. Can you refund my my amount back.. Seems like my details are not secured in Bajaj and this is being misuse. This is pathetic.

        I have recently used Bajaj finserv EMI card for online purchase with no cost EMI.. now CPP telebinding was automatically applied without my permission and extra loan amount of Rs. 2199 was added.. Please reactive the CPP membership card before my installment date. Until then my loan amount will not be paid by me..

          Hello,

          Mr Shrinivas and Mr Shailesh Urvasane with num [protected] and [protected] abused me and my parents over call over a mere emi of 5579 which I had assured to pay the next day.

          I contacted Mr Mr Shailesh and informed them about the reason of the delay payment and they assured that I can pay the next day.

          Despite that mr shrinivas of pune branch called my parents, after a heated argument started to abuse.

          Please take necessary action. I have forwaded their recording to a news network so that their abusive language can be heard by the world

                Sir covid 19 effect i cannot pay 1 month emi so bajaj finance apply overdue charges and call again and again 6 emi due i pay emi already continue but i want avoid overdue charges all my account because covid19 effect difficulty please and bajaj misuse my personal loan documents to apply ecs of over die charge 450 to debit my account this month why misuse document very serious matter all customer and he present ess bank again and again and apply to bounce my emi and bank and finance both apply charges very heavy why why why please help me

                  ₹707 deducted from my bank account by Bajaj finance on 16/10/2020.
                  I am paying my dues without any delay for all my loans this is my customer id 33113332. Then for what they debit from my account?
                  I had attached the screenshot of payment detected. Please refund the amount bank at any cost.

                    Saturday night 11.49Pm i purchased a mobile from bajaj site. After that i want to cancel that one but no cancel option available on site. So i emailed to bajaj customer care at 12.15 just half an hour after and till now so many times i write but no cancellation process done.In the mean time confirmation order done by seller, i am also told the seller to cancel the same but he tell no cancellation proceed from his site. Sugest me to cancel the same from Bajaj site. So please solove my problem and cancel my product soon possible.

                      I have buy a phone from bajaj finance on emi and i have completed all the emi on time. But my loan was completed 2, 3 months from todays date then today they will deduct 117 rs from my acount and one more of 59rs. so please refund my amount. and i will attach one photo of my complete loan amount

                          Dear team
                          Bajaj finserv deduct rupees 707 from my sbi account without informing me.
                          Why such deduction.? Because of loan we provide you all our bank details its doesn't mean that when ever you want you can make online transaction. So i request with bajaj team not make such type of transaction with informing to customer by call or email. Now i feel that bajaj finance also not secure for providing bank details.

                                Hi Team,

                                This is to bring to your attention, that I have been facing issues with Bajaj Finserv regarding multiple bouncing charges applied on my account of outstanding for Rs122 (I was not aware that I owed this much as no one called or notified me )against which they have debited Rs 5000 as bouncing charges.

                                I have just received communication that on goodwill gesture they have waived off the outstanding & bouncing charges will not be refunded as owed money.

                                The concern here I have is no one came back to me telling me that I have outstanding and if not paid then bouncing charge will be applied, the last payment made by me was 1724.

                                Bajaj staff communicated with me over WhatsApp in the initial days of lockdown and now they are declining, that they don't talk to customers over WhatsApp. This is a totally unacceptable situation that charging 5000 bouncing charges against an outstanding of 122.

                                The only hope, I am left now is from your team if this can be resolved as a matter o[censored]rgency. I am already facing financial challenges and on top of that my hard-earned money is taken by them with no proper rationale that is causing mental distress.

                                  As I was in dire need for money so I applied for an online personal loan in Bajaj Finserv (I got their number online). They asked for money as soon as I could and I did paid for everything, the total money I paid is RS 38, 697.17 and they still haven't sanctioned my loan also they aren't picking up my calls and even if they pick up they aren't resolving my issues. I also asked to let me speak to the Managing Director but they aren't letting me talk to him/her, also they are talking in very rudely manner.

                                    Dear Sir,

                                    I have purchased two Mobile online form Bajaj Finserv app with insurance, bur now when i want to claim the same as my phone got damage in accident but there customer care is denying for providing the service as they don't have any policy reflecting at there server. I want keep on mailing & request the same everytime they gave me the different number & different id but not the solution . Please help me I'm feeling scamed.

                                      It kind for your notice that, i am niranjan yadav, and one off my loan frim bajaj finserv. My principal amount become around 16500 and company tajen full payment of 23300 rs. As i am paid full amount before date of my closer. So only principal amount should be taken by comany, no intersest should be taken due to before settlement of loan i.e. 16500. So my request remaining amount should retain back to me.
