demanding a money even after paid outs tanging balance in may 2019

My name is yogesh tandel and i had used bajak rbl credit card from october 2018 to january 2019. I had paid my outstanding balance in may 2019. I also confirm with collection agent and collection manager that my card is closed, after 16 months 1 recovery agent of bajaj came at my home and told that i have a due of 12, 000. I didn't use card since january 2019 and i had paid all my due in may 2019....

Overcharging on EMI

I have a 5 years PL taken in 2018 with a facility of clearance thro ECS on every 2nd of month. The mandate for EMI thro ECS clearance was not presented on the day in Oct 2 (being a Gazatted holiday) and not the following day (Oct 3) too despite my account had sufficient funds. Unable to foreclose my emi through online

Amount deducted

Hi,
I have received an SMS from bank that Bajaj FINEMI-BF has debited my account for Rs. 117/-, I don't have any ongoing loans with Bajaj, but this comes as a surprise and serious action has to be taken against them.

i did not authorise for any ECS for this transaction. How do we take this forward and avoid such illegal transaction and safety of our hard earned money.
