An amount of rs. 117 is deducted through ecs from my savings account of bank of maharashtra. I don't understand after 1+ year they apply these kind of charges which are totally irrelevant.

Please refund my amount of rs. 117 at the earliest.

      I have been getting unwanted calls from bajaj finserv for the last 10-15 days about 4-5 times a day and in spite of pleading them to remove my number from the list repeatedly, they keep calling me. Kindly help someone.

        I took a personal loan of amount rs. 39000/- in jan 2020 from bajaj finserv with emi of rs. 3, 250/- pm for 8 months (Loan account 402dpffn958810.). Since then emis are being deducted regularly from my s/b/a/c @3, 250/-. And loan has been cleared in august. However, recently (15 sept 2020) rs. 295/- has been debited from my bank account towards mandate fail charges. Since i am not at fault for paying my emis, how mandate fails charges can be deducted.

          I'm using bajaj finserv emi network card. I have no any arrears. On[protected] i have purchased a watch in amazon using my emi network card. My due date for first emi is on[protected]. But on[protected] rs.295 was debited from my account saying "debit mandate fail chrg txn dt.[protected]bajaj finance".

                Respected manager!

                I mailed you first time for the issues as I thought you would be the right person to talk after all the problems faced by your service department.Hope you will consider it on priority.

                I have called so many times in your offices but nobody has ever responded to my calls. (My mother taken a policy for the entire family but due to coronavirus we are not able to pay the EMI that's why i told the service person to stop my policy right way but you people deduct money from my bank which is unbearable as well as I have mailed on your customer care to cancel my policy in the below mail but there is no response from your end even they deducted my money yesterday as my money is hard and earned and I have saved it for my personal use but it seems that you guys were ridden me and my ongoing EMI are bounced because of you, so now you tell me if someone is not interested to proceed for the policies that means you will pressurized them for the money ).Your representative abused me on the call with such a lame words "agar aukaat nahi hain to kyu li thi policy" now I don't want to proceed with your company.

                I have been meaning to talk to your persons about the transaction that was made from my account by yesterday (06.09.2020). Now until this day I have been very lenient with your customer service department and although your department behaved with such negligence, I was still very cooperative with you but now my patience is running thin with every passing second and if soon I will not hear that my refund voucher is ready I will take a legal action against you for this fraud when even i don't get any insurance papers in my hand.

                  I have missed emi 5470 rsand i have paid through bajaj online. Acc :403MPD60680303. I have took loan more than 2000000 lakhs rs in bajaj and missed this 5470. No body intimated through mail and I didn’t no it’s pending. I have paid all loan correctly and missed this 5470 rs only. You are charged more than due and reduced cibil score every month 100 and 200, and, 300 . What is this bajaj. How much you have get profits by customer like me and showing your true face. Send me NOC for this account immediately.

                    Few days eralier i got a call from bajaj fiserve ltd about some health card. I told them that i am not intersested. But on[protected] rs - 707/- is debited from my bank account by bajaj finance ltd. So i went to the local office of bajaj finance to ask about the issue and they told me that it is for that health card. I told them that i dont want any health card from them so if they can refund my money. They told me they can't help me in this matter as it is debited from the main office not from the branch.

                    I request the authorities to look at the matter and please help me to resolve the issue.

                        I was having mobile loan in bajaj electronics, one is loan is cleared before another loan is running but due to covid time in moritorium period emi payment was debited lately even though bajaj & icici both have deducted bounce charges 6times in two months. As stating that on 2.4.2020 balance not maintained due to which cms auto bounce happened by system. But 6times with 2-3weeks of time. One time i would have considered due to non maintenance of emi amount. However whole india where. Lockdown & loss of job. These banks has doing fraud. Kindly take action against of them. And requested of you to kindly make arrangent of bounce return charges.

                        Note: my loan detail can fetch with my link mobile number & also enclosed only 2bounce charges enclosed herewith.

                          My name is arjun singh prajapati
                          I am a bajaj finserv emi card holder since 8 years.
                          I purchased a mobile phone from flipkart by bajaj finserv emi card.
                          Mobile total cost was 13499. And it converted on 6 month emi. Emi is rs. 2250 monthly emi.

                          I have sufficient amount more than rs. 2250 in my saving bank account (Pnb). My emi date is 02nd of the month.

                          Bajaj company deducted 707 rs. Unnecessary.

                          Kindly register my complaint. And refund my amount as soon as possible.

Sangrur (Punjbab), whereas as per my statement of account, the item has been mentioned as led 40" of haier for rs 23000.00 whereas the item led 32" having market value of rs[protected]. The amount paid by me is attached as per statement of account issued to me by bajaj finserv.

                              It is to inform you that I have paid Rs 16100 and insurance amount @ Rs 113 per month for five months amounting to Rs 565, Total Rs 16665.00. The excess amount be refunded to me with rate interest of 25% as per orders in vogue. The main culprit is your dealer at Dirba be dealt severely. Ity affects your image.installed led box pic and model no pre mail attached

                                My queery is upto march 2020 i paid all emi s for bajaj finserv from april 2020 i had applied for moratorium and i recieved the messages from baja team.

                                My bank given the details ecs/nach details on that april and june month i am applied moratorium
                                But bajaj team
                                Presented the ecs /nach and bank charges applied for me approximately (18*590) rs10, 620/- deducted from my account because of bajaj mistakes,
                                No one is responding from bajaj team by call or email.
                                Please take neccersary action in this issue.
