Today 16 oct 2020 around 3:45 suddenly my acount got debit for rs707. When i checked in Yono Sbi i got to know it was bajaj finserv who deduct the amount . All emi i M paying on time also i am a regular customer of bajaj finserv after that also uselesly they are deducting that much amount in the name of Cmp. I want my money back. My contact no.     My no is registered in DND after that also bajaj team is calling me 2 to 3 time in a day . I want to stop this.

      Hi Team,

      This is to bring to your attention, that I have been facing issues with Bajaj Finserv regarding multiple bouncing charges applied on my account of outstanding for Rs122 (I was not aware that I owed this much as no one called or notified me )against which they have debited Rs 5000 as bouncing charges.

      I have just received communication that on goodwill gesture they have waived off the outstanding & bouncing charges will not be refunded as owed money.

      The concern here I have is no one came back to me telling me that I have outstanding and if not paid then bouncing charge will be applied, the last payment made by me was 1724.

      Bajaj staff communicated with me over WhatsApp in the initial days of lockdown and now they are declining, that they don't talk to customers over WhatsApp. This is a totally unacceptable situation that charging 5000 bouncing charges against an outstanding of 122.

      The only hope, I am left now is from your team if this can be resolved as a matter o[censored]rgency. I am already facing financial challenges and on top of that my hard-earned money is taken by them with no proper rationale that is causing mental distress.

        As I was in dire need for money so I applied for an online personal loan in Bajaj Finserv (I got their number online). They asked for money as soon as I could and I did paid for everything, the total money I paid is RS 38, 697.17 and they still haven't sanctioned my loan also they aren't picking up my calls and even if they pick up they aren't resolving my issues. I also asked to let me speak to the Managing Director but they aren't letting me talk to him/her, also they are talking in very rudely manner.

          Dear Sir,

          I have purchased two Mobile online form Bajaj Finserv app with insurance, bur now when i want to claim the same as my phone got damage in accident but there customer care is denying for providing the service as they don't have any policy reflecting at there server. I want keep on mailing & request the same everytime they gave me the different number & different id but not the solution . Please help me I'm feeling scamed.

            It kind for your notice that, i am niranjan yadav, and one off my loan frim bajaj finserv. My principal amount become around 16500 and company tajen full payment of 23300 rs. As i am paid full amount before date of my closer. So only principal amount should be taken by comany, no intersest should be taken due to before settlement of loan i.e. 16500.                 Respected sir,
                i am Niranjan Yadav, R/O Shivji park khandsa Road Gurgaon. due i am explaining the around 7000+ amount deduct by Bajaj Finserv. as our prime minister and finance minister of India announced no EMI during the lock doun. but Bajaj Finserv company unnecessary 14 times 295 amount as they claim bounced charged of EMI during the lockdown. and 10 times 450 amount as no EMI payment charges.

                our country has democracy and our prime minister becomes our face of the country. Our country served according to the law of India. but this kind of company not follow the rule of the country and order of the govt. RBI specially announced no EMI for three months and extend further up to Sept 2020.

                please I am facing so much problem against the bajaj finserv and I have much depression due to an unaided situation created by this company. Due to COVID 19 much need the support of people but this kind of company harrest the people due to unnecessary amount deducted from the account. please do the necessary action as per law and refunded my amount. i am in the stage, suicide. please help my family.

                    My EMI Details as follows

                    From 04-10-20 they are calling me for payment thrice a day through online or G-Pay as auto-debit is not possible though my account was sufficient money for EMI.
                    last month also I paid in cash along with extra Rs. 450.00 and discussed the problem and they assured from next month it will be regularised .
                    I have desired to pay through Mobile apps, but I was shoked the amount to be paid Rs. 5950.00 instead of Rs. 4927.00 . They charged extra Rs. 1023.00.
                    Please tell me where is my fault and why should I pay through online or other way along with bounce charge .
                    Previously all EMI was auto debited and never call me for payment. This is my last EMI . I must suggest to all relatives not to avail loan from Bajajfinserv .
                    My EMI network card blocked since Feb-20 . They told it will be unblocked within a month, but till today it remain block . Now I am decieded to removed the card from my account.

                      I went to Vijay Sales Sec 18 to buy led and have done the financing through Bajaj finserv.
                      Now I can see that "Bajaj Finserv Health EMI Network Card " have been alloted to me. Have not requested for this card and I am getting these messages.

                      "Greetings! We acknowledge receipt of Rs. 707 (Inc GST) towards Bajaj Finserv Health EMI Network Card fees. Your Health EMI card has been activated. To view & download Digital Health EMI Card click."

                      Request Bajaj Finserv people to cancel the cards and revert the charges.

                            No of installments : 48 (attached the Schedule letter for your reference)

                            As per agreement & schedule it was supposed to complete by October 2020 but now it got automatically changed to 50 installments instead of 48 for availing 1 month moratorium, that for for the principle outstanding of just 50, 000 when i have availed moratorium. I am here with attached the EMI schedule where i have been agreed for 48 installments.

                              My name is yogesh tandel and i had used bajak rbl credit card from october 2018 to january 2019. I had paid my outstanding balance in may 2019. I also confirm with collection agent and collection manager that my card is closed, after 16 months 1 recovery agent of bajaj came at my home and told that i have a due of 12, 000. I didn't use card since january 2019 and i had paid all my due in may 2019.

                                      but they have added CPP Loan account: 413CTBGG685425 amounting to 2965 without my approval, which I received through text message on 30.09.2020...
