Hi,
I have received an SMS from bank that Bajaj FINEMI-BF has debited my account for Rs. 117/-, I don't have any ongoing loans with Bajaj, but this comes as a surprise and serious action has to be taken against them.

i did not authorise for any ECS for this transaction. How do we take this forward and avoid such illegal transaction and safety of our hard earned money.

    My sbi account has been charged 295rs twice on 20/09/2020 and 02/10/2020 by bajaj as "mandate fail charge txn" even though I haven't bought anything recently using my bajaj emi card and I don't have any active loans.

    Both the times, they haven't even informed me anything regarding this charge even before or after I was charged. I want refund for both the charges or else give me a good reason for why I was charged twice without any prior notice.

      Recently I purchased a laptop and a CPP tele binding for was activated without my authorisation.
      The CPP tele binding, loan account number is :- 425DTBGG524197.
      The details of the laptop loan are mentioned below.
      I request please cancel this insurance which is activated.

              My register mobile no [protected]. I have bought sa led t. V. On emi from bajaj finance on 30-07-20. Now i want to cancel the extended warranty of cpp asset care policy.

              My asset care policy number is 4m5bbtgc487688, my emi will start from 01-september-20 so do it fast. Please cancel cpp asset care policy.

              Also i tried to update my email id through bajaj finance customer login but not able to update at my end so please update it as

                    I took a personal loan from bajaj finserv, which had an interest of 14%, offered me after filling 2 installments, convert your loan into a flexi loan, the offer was as soon as the interest rate was converted to 37% before converting to a flexi loan.                         I am getting call from bajaj finserv 2 to 5 times daily threating me of police case for bounce charges for my active loans. I am unable to pay now as coronavirus is affecting my work. As i am paying my EMI every month and already said to officials about that and for the charges i will pay when my EMI will over. But Madam From Bajaj is threatning me of police. What should I do. please Help me

                          Without my consent, Bajaj has been activated cpp plan of Rs 2199 nd it's been included with my mobile EMI .

                          Request you to pls get this check nd cancel this membership as we don't have given such request for the same..

                          If it's again repeated in future then will do a call log in consumer court..

                          Have already contacted to cpp customer care as well as bajaj customer but no one is ready to listen anything...

                            In bajaj finserv portal its showing only one loan amount pending which is i already paid i. E.[protected].
                            And 2nd one end to 2nd august but bajaj finserv team msg me for esc charges

                            Also bajaj finserv executive told over the call (4xxecfxxxx2476) this loan account also closed but when i am sent mail to bajaj for stop ecs then tem will sent mail 7000 amout pending. But showing in portal outstanding amount is 0 and end date 2nd august.

                              Bought a mobile (Id : 533ecf[protected]) and the cpp telebinding (Id : 533etb[protected]) of ₹1, 402 automatically started without any of my consent, it wasn't connected to my account for repayment and now the repayment amount has gone up to 17, 405, and i don't know what to do or what even is this ecom cpp telebinding. I want to cancel it as soon as possible because i'm not capable of paying that much amount of money for something i didn't even needed or ordered. So please cancel it.

                              We are also getting calls for lawyers and bombay police and they are saying that they have issued an arrest warrant against Amjad khan (My father) and we have to pay the amount as quickly as possible and also our bajaj card is blocked.

                                  I'm a bajaj finserv customer. I took a loan in apr, 2008 on behalf of samsung ac. And i've paid all the emi's. And also i got no dues certificate from bajaj finserv app. But on[protected] rs.295 got deducted from my sbi account by showing the transaction details "- mandate fail chrg txn dt:24062020 bajaj finance". I dont know why bajaj finserv deduction. I request you please refund the amount and ensure bajaj finserv never do such things like this.

                                    In the mid month of July, one of the customer executive called me about health insurance policy but I told him I have already a health insurance plan...but she gave me a offer on the basis of personal loan bazaz Finserv .Then I inquired about the policy which can include my in law's and asked for the premium.Then she booked my policy without taking my consent or confirmation.After some days, I received a message that you policy will reach out on this date.I have tried to make phone calls on customer care but no one picked up my calls.After that I have written a mail.yesterday I have received a hard copy of that policy...amount are deducted from loan account...this a fraud

                                        I have taken loan for mobile from bajaj finserv ltd. And i paid the full amount to bajaj finserv ltd and obtained a `no dues certificate` from bajaj finserv ltd on 30 aug 2019. It was observed that there is a deduction in my account for 3 times on 27/08/2020. I went to the bank and bajaj finserv ltd for queries for unfair deduction but i could not get any satisfactory answer either from bajaj finserv ltd or bank? If my loan account was closed then how they deduct the money from my account?
