personal loan moratorium bouncing charges and tenure increase from 36 to 51 emi

Hi,
I have applied for moratorium facility provided by rbi mail screenshot enclosed with mail attachment still bouncing charges deducted from my bank account today for rs.1390 statement enclosed with mail attachment also my loan tenure is increased from 36 month to 51 month. Please clarify the details or ill take legal action against bajaj finserv.

Nach mandate presented multiple times

Dear Team,

I have opted for moratarium multiple times and Bajaj Finserv also agreed for the moratarium also but still, on[protected] Rs 16116 deducted from my Account Which was my last final EPFO settlement of my last job, now I don't have any money left. Just think that I have to pay 16116 as BOUNCE CHARGES.
In this situation Bajaj Finserv hampered me.

I want refund of my money....

rbl bank super card by bajaj finserv

I have seen many complaints regarding the same fraud done by bajaj finserv rbl bank. How they are looting customers by providing free card and charge 750rs.in name of r shield insurance without customer's consent and i have been cheated the same way. They tried to convince multiple times for my consent but i always denied it and then they finally charged it out of consent. Seems like they have made this useless card just to collect 750 from...

We have got a new refrigerator through bajaj emi. It is our responsibility to pay our monthly emi without delay and we stick to it no matter what. wrongly charged from my saving account

deduction from my hdfc bank account

On 16th sept 2020 an amount of rs 117/- got deducted from my hdfc bank account _6495 towards bajaj finemibf[protected].

I tried bajaj fin customer care but ivr not allowed to register the complaint.

I never interacted any bajaj company guy for loan/etc so how come this happened.

Need immediate refund otherwise i will file a complaint!

Today (17-sep-2020) i have noticed that rs.117/ has been debited without any authorization from my hdfc saving account.

I am shocked to see this, please reverse and credit it back to my bank account.

Please let me know why and by whose authorization have you debited this amount.

I have nothing pending with bajaj finserv. I don't have any loans with you.

mandate fail charge taxn rs. 295

Respected sir,
This is with regard to the amount of rs. 295 which was debited from my sbi account by bajaj finance for not maintaining the required amount when the last date for payment of the approved loan had already been paid only on 02.08.2020. However, in spite of the said payment two deductions were made subsequently on 08.09.2020 and 16.09.2020.
It is therefore humbly prayed that bajaj finserv shall return/ reverse...

I took a personal loan of amount rs. 39000/- in jan 2020 from bajaj finserv with emi of rs. 3, 250/- pm for 8 months (Loan account 402dpffn958810.). Since then emis are being deducted regularly from my s/b/a/c @3, 250/-. And loan has been cleared in august. I'm using bajaj finserv emi network card. I have no any arrears. On[protected] i have purchased a watch in amazon using my emi network card. My due date for first emi is on[protected].
