CPP Asset Care wrongly done by telebinding

My Name is Ishan Dalwadi, My Customer ID 84744272,

I have taken Finance for Whirlpool Washing Machine Bloom Wash 360 of Rs. 24800.00 Loan Account 4130CDGG118198, Since the day I have taken this loan I have been called from Bajaj Executives many times to take CPP Assets care

but they have added CPP Loan account: 413CTBGG685425 amounting to 2965 without my approval, which I received through text message on 30.09.2020...

but they have added CPP Loan account: 413CTBGG685425 without my approval, which I received through text message on 30.09.2020 at 20.08 PM

Please cancel CPP Loan account: 413CTBGG685425

Further I have not been provided with Welcome Pack or any other t&c including Free look Cancellation period policy and still I had informed the cpp grievance redressal team to cancel the insurance within 15 days of activation

    Dear Consumer Complaints,

    This is Vikash Sharma I have an ongoing personal loan from Bajaj Finserv my loan account number ( 407PHT[protected],

    I have taken moratorium on my personal loan and it has been approved by the lender Bjaja Sinserve for 5 months from April 2020 to Sept 2020, due to covid 19 pandemic and as per the RBI guidelines.

    The ECS return charges applied because of Bajaj Finseerv has presented EMI's multiple times in a month to my bank account during the moratorium period and the bank charged me around Rs.7500/-

    Now, the bank and the loan lender both are helpless to reverse these charges what should I do?

    Consumer court team, Please help I have some medical emergency all my money deducted by the bank now I don't have money to survive in this pandemic.

      I have a 5 years PL taken in 2018 with a facility of clearance thro ECS on every 2nd of month. The mandate for EMI thro ECS clearance was not presented on the day in Oct 2 (being a Gazatted holiday) and not the following day (Oct 3) too despite my account had sufficient funds. I logged in to the BFL app and was shocked to see that the EMI was showing as overdue with penal charges.
      I have mailed twice on Oct 3 and Oct 5, 2020 on my concerns to V care support of BFL but they have not responded.

            My emi for ongoing loan no 414DPFFS536716 is going to end by[protected].but i cant foreclose it by their app.the payment page is not loading after submitting my details such as mobile number and email address.there is no options for advance payment too.Please resolve my issue so that i cant visit bajaj regional office for payment directly..

              Baja has incorrectly being charging me for ECOM INSURANCE TELE BINDING whithout my consent. services have become highly pathetic money is being debited as when they feel like I need a refund for this amount as first emi for 333 has been debited also need the insurance cancelled.

                  Hi,
                  I have received an SMS from bank that Bajaj FINEMI-BF has debited my account for Rs. 117/-, I don't have any ongoing loans with Bajaj, but this comes as a surprise and serious action has to be taken against them.

                  i did not authorise for any ECS for this transaction. How do we take this forward and avoid such illegal transaction and safety of our hard earned money.

                    My sbi account has been charged 295rs twice on 20/09/2020 and 02/10/2020 by bajaj as "mandate fail charge txn" even though I haven't bought anything recently using my bajaj emi card and I don't have any active loans.

                    Both the times, they haven't even informed me anything regarding this charge even before or after I was charged. I want refund for both the charges or else give me a good reason for why I was charged twice without any prior notice.

                                    I took a personal loan from bajaj finserv, which had an interest of 14%, offered me after filling 2 installments, convert your loan into a flexi loan, the offer was as soon as the interest rate was converted to 37% before converting to a flexi loan.
