My name is om nagar i am a consumer durable loan customer in bajaj finance. I ahve purchased a product in 13/05/2019 for whcich emi have been completed. But why the bajaj has deducted rupees 295 twice from my sbi account let me know and kindly refund my amount as soon as possible.

      Myself vinod panday, my a/c no. Is [protected], sir actually my one emi of bajaj got bounce in[protected] due to covid loackdown, branches and everything was closed so i was unable to deposit cash in my account, my loan is cleared and i have noc by bajaj finserv, but now amount of 295/- is deducted from my account in this week of ecs failure charge, sir please stop this ecs failure charges and give my amount refund back, because in full lockdown when branches and everything was close then i was unable to deposit cash, sir my overall emi record is very crystal clear, so sir help me as soon as possible, i will be thankfull to you.

        But my emi amount will be available on 01.09.2020. So, why this amount debited from my account?

          I am bought mobile from c. D collection, vyara and bajaj finserv which finance to me for mobile and they given gifted to me cashback offers provide for amount of rs.6000. And they collected extra charges 600/-, perposed for cashback security they called name of "aru gift vouchers" now all emi 7 paid again 8 and remaing only one emi, they are cheated to me no any replay to me but not received cashback offers so kindly request
          To you for action against bajaj finance ltd, and i uploaded some y mobile 's screenshots and offered video to me for redeem of cashback offers

            An amount of rs. 117 has been deducted through ecs from my account of hdfc bank without any information. I don't have any outstanding amount with this company from long time and i don't want to keep this card with me. I don't need this card. I totally don't understand why they have applied these kind of charges which are totally irrelevant.

            Please block this card and refund my amount as soon as possible.

              I took a personal loan of amount Rs. 50, 000/- in September 2019 from Bajaj FinServ with EMI of Rs. 2770/- pm for 24 months (Loan account 498PSTFA758134.). Since then EMIs are being deducted regularly from my s/b/a/c @2770/-. However, recently twice within a week (19 August & 26 August 2020) Rs. 295/- each time has been debited from my bank account towards mandate fail charges. Since I am not in fault on paying my any EMIs, how mandate fail charges can be deducted.

                My loan is running with them for which EMI is deducted every month on 2nd and not once also my EMI has been bounced or felt short. But today 26th August 2020 y i randomly received a msg from my sbi account mentioning that rs.295 has been deducted due to mandate fail charges. I don’t get it why???

                  I am having a cpp asset protection loan account no. 5410CDFV160915 and policy no. AC3403542, payments for which are being deducted from 02.04.2020 onwards. I've contacted helpdesk a number of times as I've not received any policy bond for my protection policy but no progress at all. Everytime they say that they will mail in 2 working days but no mail received till date. Really disappointed with the service they are providing. If generating a mail is taking them this long what will be their credibility in case of any claim of assets. Really disappointed with your services.

                    This bajaj finserv has a page on facebook. They announced many people as winners. They took everyone's id proof but gave prize to only few 7 to 8 people only. Dere were more than 25 winners. All other are not given the vouchers . Now bajaj is denying to give the voucher

                      Sir i have applied moratorium for last 3months but bajaj finserv auto debit fun in my account due to insufficient balance my account gone minus. And pepoles are suffering for fund in this situation kindly be helpful in this situation pls extend the payment dates and allow the customer to pay their loan till this year end with low penalty

                        I was sold two Health Insurance Policies, one for my mother (Susanna Nunes) and one for me (Kevin Nunes) in 2017. I last renewed these policies in Aug 2019. They were supposed to be valid till 10th Aug 2020.

                        The Bajaj Allianz Health insurance policies were offered to me since I am a customer of Bajaj Finserv. After taking complete payment of Rs. 16, 672/- My Policies were cancelled Mid term without any intimation or reason. Especially during the Covid times when insurance is needed the most, my policies were cancelled without any notice. I realised this only when I contacted Bajaj Allianz and Baja Finserv for renewal of the policies. They have not allowed me to renew the policies either. Till date after repeated attempts to get a reason for this I have not received any feedback or help. I want to renew these policies, please help me do the same.

                          There is no reason why there has been this deduction out of my savings account. This is a very difficult situation for me and every rupee is very important. I had only 600 in my account. How can you guys take all the money from the savings account without any notice. This is unlawful. I had a words with icici, they said this is done by bajaj. Please check and refund my money.
                          All the emi has paid on time.
                          Pls refund the amount.

                            This is mahesh i took a loan in bajaj finserv if 1.5 lakh as a personal loan and i payed for 1 month and lockdown started so i opted for moratorium and after 2 months i got a call from them saying you got pretty approval loan of 1.5 lakhs if you want submit form in call and they told me within 2 hrs amount credited in bank so its covid lockdown time i have no salary and i thought of take loan and it will serve in emergency and i can pay once i rejoin job but later after 2 hrs i came to know they just closed my old account and said they activated new loan with 5 years tenure and almost i need to pay double and in this covid time they playing with us using cheap tricks on same day i visited office and gave return letter explaining situation and they told they will change it into old one and till now no update and asking me to pay even lockdown time now i lost my job and they are calling continues about it my number [protected]

                                This is to bring to your kind notice that there is no default payment from my side to pay the company namely Bajaj Finserv.

                                In view of above I want to bring to your notice that Bajaj Finserv have done the transaction on 20/08/2020 on my account for which my bank has debited Rs. 295.

                                When I contacted bajaj finserv there is no response from them and they say the charge are debited by my bank and bank manager says its bajaj finserv who have initiated the transaction for which they have debited and bajaj finserv not giving any response.

                                  During moratorium there is no reason why there has been ecs hit on my savings account no. [protected]. This is a very difficult situation for me and every rupee is very important for us. How can bajaj finance hit ecs & charging against bounce charges, this activity is clearly a violation against rbi guidelines. This is unlawful. Please refund the amount of Rs.295/- and waive off the bouncing charges.

                                      While everyone is aware of the moratorium period, bajaj has come up a new rule of deducting balance the way they can. For what an amount of rs 117?- has been deducted from my account on 16 july . It is not right we are struggling with jobs due to lock down no salaries or may be half salary with which it is not possible to run a family and these people are deducting as they wish without even informing to the customer. CMP mandate given by a customer is not your private property that when you feel you can deduct amount. Please refund the amount back at any cost. Single penny is very important for us at this time.
