My name suryabhan chaudhary i have two bajaj runing emi 1st - 401dpfft228191 which pay due amount 5999 through paytm on 8th jul 2020.
Emi 2nd - 401ecffs358038 which pay 6460 through paytm but bajaj finserv debited unauthorized money 295rs, 4times from my account in aug2020, sep 2020.
I have my all loan noc. Please check it revert my money.

Total amount of rs 9808 hass been deducted by you and still need to check what the hell is this. Why your bank is looting my money its fraud. Please return my amount immediately or else i will compaint to consumer court.if this happens again i wont pay the emi i will pay directly to bank and cancel my ECS

I don't have any loans nor any liabilities with Bajaj Finserv as on date. Earlier I had a loan which I paid fully and on time. Last emi was around 6months back.

Now thay have debited rs 2167 from my sb account, maintained at SBI, on 05.09.2020.(screen shot attached)

Bajaj Finserv — cancellation of digital cpp tele binding

I have purchased a SMARTPHONE on emi from bajaj finance, my emi 1663rs.
But now received msg from bajaj finance that ur emi is 1820/- PER MONTH, after that i checked my loan details the digital cpp telebinding (277 rs per emi) activited without my permission.

It's totally fraud, i'm not capable to pay this cpp charges

295 deducted from my account name of mendate bajaj finance but i am paying my emi on time then why its happening with me

Rbl customer cear executive call me and tell me my credit card all ditels 16 digit no. And expiry date and
My all transition and next month amount payable ditels and he speek me my credit limit incris 75000 to 105000 so one otp in my maile id so sare customer executive

My biggest mistake to belief on bajaj finserv and availing emi facility.. All emi i paid and foreclosure the loan before due date.. But in the mean time they intentionally changing my credentials against the emi card so that i was unable to login further and also they issued a loan amount of rs. 10000/ in their wallet and asked me forcefully to avail this and continuously charging emis for that loan which not availed by me.in the meantime time without any intimation they extended my loan tenture and asking me to pay extra amount also blocked my emi card which did not show any records now i am receiving threat to avail this service and asked to pay extra money and also asked to extend further the loan tenture but i did not agree with this policy and did not want any extension of that loan i want to survive from the black hand of bajaj finserv.. Kindly help me out this my life is in denger due to the bajaj finserv organization authority.. Might be my life will go shorter and i'm here to survive only for few weeks due to their threat and blackmail.. Help me out this and punitive action needed this kind of scoundrel for future.. Within past 6 months (March 2020 to august 2020) bajaj finserv has debited rs.6096 from my bank account.

After successful debit for each month of emi payment, they have taken a transaction fail fine amount of rs.295 rs in august and rs.295 in april.

Also a huge amount of rs.1000 and rs.4506 was debited from my bank account my bajaj finserv.
The wort part is all these unauthorized debits are not shown in bajaj finserv's account statement. But it is clearly written in bank statements that it was a debit by bajaj finserv.

But the bajaj finserv says that they havent done that, the bank would have.
So we contaced the bank, an bank officials says it was debit by bajaj finserv

My name is om nagar i am a consumer durable loan customer in bajaj finance. I ahve purchased a product in 13/05/2019 for whcich emi have been completed. But why the bajaj has deducted rupees 295 twice from my sbi account let me know and kindly refund my amount as soon as possible.

Is [protected], sir actually my one emi of bajaj got bounce in[protected] due to covid loackdown, branches and everything was closed so i was unable to deposit cash in my account, my loan is cleared and i have noc by bajaj finserv, but now amount of 295/- is deducted from my account in this week of ecs failure charge, sir please stop this ecs failure charges and give my amount refund back, because in full lockdown when branches and everything was close then i was unable to deposit cash, sir my overall emi record is very crystal clear, so sir help me as soon as possible, i will be thankfull to you.

I am bought mobile from c. D collection, vyara and bajaj finserv which finance to me for mobile and they given gifted to me cashback offers provide for amount of rs.6000. And they collected extra charges 600/-, perposed for cashback security they called name of "aru gift vouchers" now all emi 7 paid again 8 and remaing only one emi, they are cheated to me no any replay to me but not received cashback offers so kindly request
To you for action against bajaj finance ltd, and i uploaded some y mobile 's screenshots and offered video to me for redeem of cashback offers

An amount of rs. 117 has been deducted through ecs from my account of hdfc bank without any information. I don't have any outstanding amount with this company from long time and i don't want to keep this card with me. I don't need this card. I totally don't understand why they have applied these kind of charges which are totally irrelevant.

Please block this card and refund my amount as soon as possible.

Hdfc bank a/c no [protected] has been debited by rs. 117 on 27th aug, 2020.

I took a personal loan of amount Rs. 50, 000/- in September 2019 from Bajaj FinServ with EMI of Rs. 2770/- pm for 24 months (Loan account 498PSTFA758134.). Since then EMIs are being deducted regularly from my s/b/a/c @2770/-. However, recently twice within a week (19 August & 26 August 2020) Rs. 295/- each time has been debited from my bank account towards mandate fail charges. Since I am not in fault on paying my any EMIs, how mandate fail charges can be deducted.

My loan is running with them for which EMI is deducted every month on 2nd and not once also my EMI has been bounced or felt short. But today 26th August 2020 y i randomly received a msg from my sbi account mentioning that rs.295 has been deducted due to mandate fail charges. I don’t get it why???

I am having a cpp asset protection loan account no. 5410CDFV160915 and policy no. AC3403542, payments for which are being deducted from 02.04.2020 onwards. I've contacted helpdesk a number of times as I've not received any policy bond for my protection policy but no progress at all. Everytime they say that they will mail in 2 working days but no mail received till date. Really disappointed with the service they are providing. If generating a mail is taking them this long what will be their credibility in case of any claim of assets. Really disappointed with your services.
