My name is bhaskararao and my loan account no : 400dpf37185902

I wouldn't received emi card it's been already 7 months. While taking the loan they said that card will dispatched in 3 months. Without any call or visit i got a sms that card has been returned to the nearest kukatpally branch hyderabad. As i was busy with my profession because of that i ignored to take the card from branch. Why because if we need to visit the branch it would take at least 4 to 5 hour to process any kind of request. That was one of the worst service i never seen.

Until know i never missed any emi payment. As i told your executive at the time of purchase that my salary date was 08th to 10th of every month but still they mentioned my payment date in between 01st to 05th of every month. But still i never missed the payment. I make payments using my other banking resources.

I contacted customer care regarding emi card why they have suspended and also visited your local branch couple of times but a very disappointed behavior from your staff. I really wondering that while taking a loan every thing happens in fraction of seconds but coming to service orientation there is no proper communication.

Bajaj is not only the resource for me i have my personal and salaried banking's financials, enough credit card limits, and other resources like capital first etc., if i wanna purchase anything. Do you guy's think that you people are serving at free of cost. That was such a bull #. Bajaj will include there interest amount in the product amount and shows that they are providing 0% interest. Which is a big fraud thing. I am writing this query very very patiently to explain every thing how much i suffered about your #g emi card. Know i don't require your card refund the amount which i have paid for emi card and also i wanna foreclose your loan account. I will pay total emi's in a single shot i don't require your services at all.

What the hell you guy's are thinking. After paying the emi's perfectly if you guy's say that you will block the card that because of missing emi payment. Show me one missed or pending emi in the statement. If your system is not updated that's your fault not mine. I already paid july months emi before the lapse date. So don't send such a # mails to me. If you don't want to send the emi card let it be deduct the amount which i have paid for that.

I need a proper conversation on this with the concerned team otherwise i will proceed legally under ipc sections 420 and 499 as per your mail and documentation commitment.

    This is sukumar from chennai-[protected], i am also one of victim of bajaj financeserv fraud promising and they put robbery charges even handover the cheque immediately to sumatra who sales exective from home loan team and forclosure has been completed. Same time everyday sent a mail to wecare and customergrivance support. They didn't come back to me and waiting for they put me robbery charges (Installment). Loan has been closed and forclousre also done. And my ecs cheque stopped by me due to cheque bounces. Because i don't want go with baja fraud home loan process.

    If any of them have same problem and contact me.. We will complaint about them in rbi grievance and counsumer court. Otherwise they're killing the people like us. By their customercare team.

    My question is that I asked to cancel the loan to sumtra sales person and customercare orally and sent a message within 24 hours after found forgery interest rate and tenure .both didn't take any action why..then returned the cheque with same amount sumtra who sales executive from home loan team when I did closed the loan .fyi-foreclosure or cancellation becasue she only guide me to go for foreclosure . (She was playing my life here again ).
    Waited for 2 months time then she called me and you haver to pay extra amount as 1 lach rupees.. without beneficial of my home loan process. .why...
    Rahul bajaj..started kind of new business stragty to make a money such way..

    The best part is that customer care team both wecare and customergrivenvace (bloOD sucker) never look at my side and causes of my loan cancellation. Once their forgery statement shows across 1 lakch rupees then theyre started to chasing me to sucking my bloOD. ..no one understand my 60-70 emails about loan cancellation. ...

        I have already applied for digital product purchase finance at the vaishanabi enterprise, cooch behar, west bengal, through the agent of bajaj finserv vide application number sf70554795 on 26/09/2017.in this respect this is to inform you that my product model samsung galaxy j7 nxt yet not received till date.

        It is stated here that i have submitted all related documents for online submission, but it is found the agent of bajaj finserv of cooch behar & siliguri circle is wrongly entered the detail in the online form of bajaj finserv in another login id. It is also stated here one personnel of bajaj finserv calling me and verify my details like how old my bank a/c with bank, what is your product name & product no. Price, make down payment through credit card or cash or not and much more. It is mentioned here that i am not bound to share my personal information.

        After that i went to the said shop (Vaishanabi enterprise, cooch behar) to collect my product, but they told me the application has rejected.

        I hope that nobody are not facing this type of harassment & behaviors.

        On 22-Aug -2017, there was one debit transaction for Rs.117 happend to my account from Bajaj with transaction details : CMS/[protected]/BAJAJ_AUTO_CD__4020CD00

        I dont know what is this any why I got charged for this without any notification to me.

        Please let me know why this i happend, and how to stop this from future transaction

            An amount of rs. 117 is deducted through ecs from my savings account of axis bank without any information. I don't have any outstanding amount with this company. Although i dont taken any loan from bajaj finance. I dont know the reason for the deduction, the bajaj finserv card ([protected]) that was send to my address was never applied nor requested by me still it landed up at my place. I totally don't understand after 3+ year they apply these kind of charges which are totally irrelevant.

Just received one SMS saying some annual fee will be charged. I don't know for what this Annual fee is for.                 I applied for the card and my axis bank account has been debited by rs 471 on[protected]. Ecs/bajajfinance li/579sce18416487. I also received an sms which said i had pre-approved bajaj finance to deduct this amount.

                I did not even receive any confirmation mail from bajaj finserv.

                When i try to call customer care, it says my registered mobile number and customer id are wrong.

                Please share details and clarify.

                  I, request to sanction rs.1, 50, 000/- loan on the internet. Day after the bajaj finance service agent comes to my house explains that to take flexi loan rs.1, 50, 000/- for a period of 5 years, i agreed, then they take my signatures on empty application form. The agent was not mentioned anything about the insurance and processing charges till the day before the loan approved and also sanction my eligible amount of loan rs.10, 00, 000/- then they sanctioned total eligible amount. At the end they charged 63889 (Insurance + processing charges+bpi+cpp+ fitness). So my loan total amount that i receive to pay will be 973009+63889+15.0%interest both bajaj is smartly selling the no value added+ stupid insurance polices to the customers. Then i refused orally and sms, but they are not taken, simply they send amount to my account. Loan application no.[protected]. Do not take any kind of loan from bajaj.

At the end they charged 63889 ( Insurance + processing charges+BPI+CPP+ Fitness).So my loan total amount that I receive to pay will be 973009+63889+15.0%interest both Bajaj is smartly selling the no value added+ stupid insurance polices to the customers. Then I refused orally and SMS, but they are not taken, simply they send amount to my account. Loan application No.[protected]. Do not take any kind of loan from Bajaj.

                      After this great service, this might be my first and last loan from bajaj group,

                      Im gonna suggest my friends and relations, do not buy any product or loan through or from bajaj group,

                      Here i was wasted my time and emi card fee but i wont let my friends and relations do same if this issue not resolved.

                          I shocked to see that there is a debit of rs. 194 every month from my citi savings account from 26/04/2017 till 13/09/2017 which totaled to rs.1164. I want the entire amount to be reversed in no time. How come this pilferage could happen to a customer who promptly paid the dues and got the noc also. More importantly, there is no whatsoever relationship exist since the closure of loans on 2013.

Furthermore, this pilferage of Rs.194 keep getting debited from my account every month till now despite my complaint raised about two months ago.
                          I will wait for another 15 days before registering a formal complaint legally against you.
                          Hence, await your call as early as possible to resolve this issue.

I find out this while i try to apply for next loan.

                              We took a home loan of 41 lacks from bajaj finserv. While waiting for the final possesion amount, we called call centre and asked the same and got to know that for the last rs. 2lacks agent has given a insurance without our knowledge. When we message the agent he said surrender the insurance and get the remaining amount but as said by call centre we will only get 1.14k. Why we should bear the loss?                                     My husband had taken personal loan rs.50000/=from bajaj finserv and was paying the emis regularly. Group insurance premium rs.1502/= (For rs.150000 sum assured) was deducted in the loan amount itself. He died within the insurance cover period. They also offered free personal life insurance of rs.150000/=. While claiming the insurance of both, they gave only the amount after deducting the loan balance from rs.150000/= for which premium was deducted. They did not give the free life insurance as they offered. I have submitted the documents to bajaj finserv and i have been asked to contact bajaj allianz. When asked in bajaj allianz, they again persue the matter with bajaj finserv.. I got the following reply from bajaj finserv: with reference to your query regarding claim we wish to confirm that we have received the documents and have forwarded the request to concerned team we would like to inform you that your service request is currently under process. We request you to allow us 90 days to resolve your query. But till now, no response from them and i have been again asked to contact bajaj allianz putting me in loop.                                       Please deactivate my bfl emi card as soon as possible because i don’t require that and it is lying idle and i got message that 117 amount will be deducted from my bank account. And when i am calling the customer care it always says all lines are busy. This card is of no use for me please deactivate it. My details are as follows

                                      Earlier i posted a request to deactivate my card as i don't require it, so customer care person called me on 25.09.2017 and told me that card has been deactivated but still on 26.09.2017, rupees 117 were debited from my account as card fee. This is such a disgraceful act as my card has been already deactivated and i have no connection whatsoever with bajaj finserv but still they deducted the amount from my account.

                                      Regarding the same query, company's executive called me and told me that the deducted amount will be refunded back to my account and I needed to email a copy of my bank account statement for documentation purpose. I emailed the copy same day and its been nearly one month since then. I didn't receive any communication from your side neither my amount was refunded. Is this the professionalism which you people want to show your customers? this is the third time I am writing about this issue here and I hope that this time may be you will be able to spare my amount which you deducted wrongly
