[Resolved]  Bajaj Finserv — created mobile insurance fraud way

I, pinky halder, [protected], residng at 23 simla road p. O manicktala, pin code-700006,

I had taken a iphone 5s 16 gb mobile from systematix media, via bajaj loan a/c no - 410dpf26180079

But reason is that, after some days i received insurance kit at my postal address. It was mobile insurance (Insurance loan account no : 410dfs[protected]. That time i went to phone shop where i had taken my phone and said i purchased only phone. I have not purchased any insurance for this mobile.
I didn't any signature for any type of insurance paper.
So how is possible without my signature & information?

Thats why i m sending many mail. But i want from them proof copy where i had given signature for this insurance.

But they were unable to provide.

And insuranse amount showing rs.2299 and right now with penalty show rs.20785 this is totally fraud.

And thats why my civil record showing down.

Sir please look this matter asap.

Long time this purpose has been mentally harassed and tortured for me.

Please see in attachment of Fraud Mobile Insurance E-Statement .
which I had not paid any single amount.

Mobile phone should be miss place somewhere when i am driving . My mobile phone with dual sim card should be miss . So i want to claim my Insurance .

The card was expery date was crossed now how to activated the cards. The cards should activated with same as old card. We have used for the through the online purchasing. Requesting kindly activated same as old card
