Respected sir /madam,
With reference to the above mentioned subject this is to bring to your notice i regret to inform you that on 16/08/2015 i have purchased samsung refrigerator from kohinoor showroom, santacruz branch through bajaj finserv and also paid extra inr.300.00 for emi card. Since two years has been passed once i. E. On dec 2015 unable to receive because that time i am not present. So i therefore request again in the year jan’2016 to resend it. From your office told me that i will receive emi card after few months, and also received a mail of delivery of emi card but still i have not receive emi.
I am very much disappointed about your services and response.
Details of emi card all i know is my registered mob. No.[protected] so can u please resend me my emi card to my following address

    I have been a customer for bajaj over 2 years now. I have multiple loans with a good track record with bajaj. Offlate, my recent loan application with bajaj finserve has left me with a bitter taste.

    1.in the current case, i was promised of a disbursement with in 72 hours and its completely online. I knew it had happened earlier so i had opted for the same. To my surprise, this time they called after 72 hours and asked for a hard copy of the cheque. My file no[protected]

    2. Some one from the local office had collected the cheque and promised a disbursement within 48 hours. Nothing has happened.

    3. I have been sending mails after mails and the terrible thing is that there is no response from the concerned. The manager from the local office promises of responses but doesnt care. The mails (From last 4-5 days, were copied to [protected]@bajajfinserv.in, yogesh. [protected]@bajajfinserv.in, paayal. [protected]@bajajfinserv.in and recently directed my communications to [protected]@bajajfinserv.in.

    All the while the advantage of bajaj finserve over other banks are the process is paperless and one can able to manage through a dedicated portal. Now with the complicated procedures, it doesn't hold any more edge, its better to opt with anyone who gives a lowest rate of interest.

    As an experience, this is something that i am not used with bajaj so far any how the question is if i have to look for bajaj for my future requirements - the answer is no.

    This is exactly happened with me also. i have . i am following with Mr. Santosh More, but no answer. i have marked my email to paayal.[protected]@bajajfinserv.in, sumit.[protected]@bajajfinserv.in, salpl.[protected]@bajajfinserv.in . No response. This is very pathetic service by Bajaj .My Loan application is[protected] . my loan was sanctioned on 12th . i am requesting to collect cancel cheque, but no response from anybody .
    This is really bad from bajaj team, they are not replying any of our calls, even after so many complains they are not replying.

      This is with respect to the commodity (Treadmill) loan no.: 404sce36663416 taken on march 20th 2017. The dealer took a downpayment of 7350 in this rs.6600 was 2 months advance plus 750rs processing charge of bajaj finserv.

      The dealer told rs3300 will be my emi monthly. For loan the bajaj finserv guys saw my old cibil points and took my pan number and said they will process it.
      They dint took any sign of me on any of the loan documents!!.

      But in my bank account rs3675 was getting deducted as emi, when asked about the extra rs375 the bajaj finserv guys are telling it is for insurance or warranty.

      The extra rs375 is really a burden which happened without consent of me and now if we tell to cancel it, they are telling it cannot be done.

      Remember the processing of loan documents was done without consent of me!.

      Please look into this, so i need not pay anything extra.

        Please find following two accounts in mane of bajaj allianz life insurance co ltd in bank of india vikas marg branch & city union bank ltd laxmi marg branch delhi

        I got call & email from "tusarkapoor. [protected]@financier.com" for loan of rs.5, 00, 000/- on zero % rate of interest and for that i have to take policy from bajaj allianz life insurance co ltd. And also i have to 1st yearly emi of rs.25000/- in advance into bajaj allianz life insurance co ltd below mention account in bank of india vikas marg branch,
        Step by step they were asking to pay money for noc, application fees, for policy endorsement etc
        Total i have deposited 1, 10, 000/- in bank of india vikas marg branch & city union bank ltd laxmi marg branch delhi in the name of “bajaj allianz life insurance co ltd”
        But when i contacted to the manager of city union bank laxmi nagar branch delhi
        They said the account no - [protected] in city union bank limited - new delhi laxmi nagar ifsc codeciub0000502 in name of “ift infoservices “ and not on “bajaj allianz life insurance co ltd”
        But in my axis bank portal the same account number & bank & ifsc code on the name of “bajaj allianz life insurance co ltd”
        So many people deposited money for getting loan in the same account but loan has not disburse yet

              I have registered claim oc[protected]-00002098 on july 1st for my lg 42" led tv. Local technician surveyed it on 5th july.. 2 days after committed visit.

              As per surveyor panel was faulty & same is communicated to bajaj team.

              Panel is not yet replaced even after 47 days after registering complaint.

              Meanwhile i have followed up with bajaj customer care & local technician for progressive updates on my claim status which i was not receiving from bajaj.

              Since entire panel to be ordered from lg they requested 1 month time where no effort was put in by bajaj or concerned team to expedite it.

              Still bajaj team doesn't have any date of resolution of my problem.

              Such third class services is being delivered by bajaj finserv under extended warranty where customer satisfaction is completely ignored.

                as per e mail from your end i have paid rs.4770 and got elite card.But till todate i didnt get all so called facilities for the elite card.still im enjoying the same facilities of my old emi card.Now after this many days when all my requirements which i could do with those coupons and holidays i am not interested in those facilities.So i want a refund of my 4770 rupees which is taken for not of any additional use.More over after getting card neither i am getting e mails nor i could contact them.Till i paid money if they couldnt pick up they were calling me till i pick up the phone.                   I did the mistake of taking bajaj finance loan for some 6 years back. Till this day they call from multiple numbers and sms are sent in bulk numbers starting with +911. Surprisingly they have even tracked my spouses number. They call anytime of the day and if you block one number they have an other number to call you.in day we get 8 calls from this number.

                  Nowadays they are calling from normal number too, its very very disturbing and unwanted. We have conveyed multiple times we are not interested and we will file an compalint.

                  Btw there are many other companies having the above two issues - hdfc, icici etc

                    I have applied for flexi loan in bajaj finserve 15 days ago, initially sales manager at karaikudi told loan will be processed in 2 days, but till now amount has not been credited, i requested for cancel of loan due to delay but customer care representative told loan is disbursed it will be credited in your account, but till date not yet credited. Poor service rendered to the customer. No proper response from karaikudi service branch.

I had filed the online application form where it is said that i am eligible for the loan of rs. 40, 000/-.in order to avail this loan i have to buy an emi card for which i had to pay rs. 349.                       I want to know the status of my emi card because from date to till now i have not received my emi card and i am unable to check the status & track my emi card.
                      Today is 14/08/2017 almost 3 month complete but i did not receive me emi card. I request your to arrange the emi card or rend me any link form tracking my emi card as soon as possible.

                      This is Sankar Kumar Sana, Last month nov -2018, agent of Bajaj Fn has call me for renew of my ongoing Health no OG[protected]-00001749 and i confirm for renew. Bajaj issued loan no 473GIP96214404 of Rs.12, 056/- against my emi card but till date i have not received renewed insurance card. I tried my times to contact finance department but have not got proper feedback. Kindly look into the matter.

                            Is there some kind of joke going on here?. I want immediate refund of excess EMI amount of Rs 11638 deducted. If this time there is no response and refund, I will make sure you guys will suffer in consumer court. What is the use of keeping customer care number when there is no facility to talk to any representative, IVRS does not serve any purpose.

                            I have purchased a LG tv in video tronics show room through Bajaj Finserv on EMI basis and the monthly EMI is 2000, and every month they should deduct from account, but there are deducted Rs 2233/- instead of Rs.2000.So requesting to salve this.

                                    but I come know that my emi card was blocked with out any prior notice. I find out this while i try to apply for next loan.
                                    I try to conduct customer care by call but got replay as my customer number and card number was wrong. Could you plz able to tell me what is reason was the card blocked. and what can i do for reactive my card again.

                                      Respected sir/madam,
                                      Greetings!
                                      I am mathivanan full time ph. D student in pondicherry university. I reside with my wife and kid in lawspet, pondicherry.

                                      Today (10th august 2017) one of your staff mr. Ganesh (Mobile no. [protected]) from bajaj finance ltd., eswaran koil street, pondicherry called me from 4:44 p. M to 4:53 p. M and asked “why have you bounced the cheque this month also?”.
                                      I said on 13th july itself i gave an account change request to mr. Nagappan in his office after paying the first due in person and so asked him to get the updates from him.
                                      Mr. Ganesh didn’t mind that and just insisted me to come to the office and make the payment immediately. I said i can’t come to the office as i will be out of station and i can’t come to the office every month.
                                      At once he started abusing me in singular. He is telling, “it is our fate that we gave loan to people like you?”. He also added, “you are sleeping in the air conditioner bought freely and don’t you have sense to pay the amount?”. This statement is very awkward and un-parliamentary in the vernacular.
                                      He threatened me that, “let me see how you are not paying the due in my office”.
                                      Terrified, out of fear and with a grieved heart i am writing this to you after making my wife and daughter to sleep (11 p. M now).
                                      Please be patient enough to read through the background.

                                      On[protected], i purchased blue star air conditioner + vguard stabilizer from darling digital world, 80, kamaraj salai, puducherry for rs.35, 000/-.
                                      I paid rs.12, 000/- down payment and agreed to pay the remaining amount in 8 equal instalments through ecs (Rs.2, 917/- per month) with financial assistance from bajaj finance ltd., eswaran koil street, pondicherry (As suggested by darling digital world) wide loan account no. 4580cd40307614.
                                      The kyc documents submitted by me are:
                                      1. Id proof

                                      2. Address proof

                                      3. 6 months account statement of my stipend account in canara bank, puducherry

                                      4. Cancelled cheque leafs of my old savings account in state bank of india, coimbatore. (As i didn’t have cheque leaf for canara bank account at that time).

                                      I told them very clearly that i receive my stipend only through canara bank and the same will be used for paying my instalments. The salesperson asked me to sign the blank ecs form for amount 50, 000 telling that they would fill the required details later on. (This is their usual practice, i believe).
                                      My first due was on 5th july and i got sms from bajaj finance to keep my account sufficiently funded in advance. I ignored those sms as i kept my canara bank sufficiently funded in advance.
                                      On 10th july i received an sms stating that rs.3367/- is outstanding in my loan account.
                                      Surprised by this i contacted darling electronics and mr. Navatheethan (Phone:[protected] told me that they have uploaded some 140 customers file at once and by mistake they have mentioned my sbi account number for ecs. So the cheque/ecs is bounced in sbi, coimbatore.
                                      Mr. Navaneethan talked with mr. Nagappan (Bajaj finance ltd., eswaran koil street, pondicherry) and mr. Tamilselvan (Darling digital world, viluppuram road, pondicherry mobile: [protected]) and explained the issue to them.
                                      Then mr. Navaneethan filled a fresh ecs form with my canara bank account details (By then i got cheque book) and advised me to pay the first instalment alone without cheque bounce fee (Even he also assured me that darling electronics will take care of the cheque dishonour fee) to mr. Nagappan, bajaj finance ltd., eswaran koil street, pondicherry and hand over the ecs form to him. I paid rs.2920 on 13th july and hand over the ecs form and cheque leaf to mr. Nagappan.
                                      Before the 2nd instalment due date on 30th july, i received an sms from bh-bajaf to keep my account sufficiently funded. This time i noticed that once again my sbi account is mentioned.
                                      Immediately i called mr. Navaneethan and told the matter. Then i called mr. Tamilselvan and shared my canara bank account details. I didn’t have any of the bajaj finance ltd., staff contact numbers.
                                      On 2nd august i received an sms from “canara bank that mandate reference no:[protected] issued to bajaj finance limited with value 50, 000 and frequency is received today for processing”.
                                      But on 8th august once again i received an sms that rs.3367 is outstanding in my loan account. After so many requests and running from pillars to post they made the cheque bounce!
                                      · is this fair? Can i treat this as intentional or negligence?

                                      · how many days do you need to update a bank account change request in your system?

                                      · if this is not done on time don’t your staff have the responsibility to inform the customer?

                                      · don’t you know that cheque bounce is a criminal offence?

                                      · if you continuously make cheque bounces in my account, who will pay the cheque bounce fee?

                                      Once again i contacted mr. Navaneethan and mr. Tamilselvan and explained the matter. They said they have asked for a service request from bajaj finance and will get back to me.
                                      Leave that aside.
                                      Sir, while i myself proactively take every effort to settle this issue, is this how your employees talk to your customer?
                                      Are your collection staff any different than the unorganized unscrupulous money lenders?
                                      Does he as an individual is like this or all your employees and the entire team bajaj finance is like this only?
                                      Last one month or so i am highly depressed, mentally tortured because of this loan.

                                      Today because of mr. Ganesh words i am very much grieved in heart and spirit. His words deeply hurt me. His tone and the manner he ordered me to come to office created a sense of insecurity within me. I request your kind self to protect my life from the goondas like staff of yours.

                                      Moreover, i need the reasons for delaying the change of account request.
                                      Continuous cheque bounce caused by you is loss of my credibility and low cibil score as well. The bank also charge me for cheque bounces.

                                      I am just a phd student in pondicherry university. No word power or man power or money power like your staff mr. Ganesh. So i request your kind self to treat this as a threat to my life and do justice to me without any delay. Otherwise you would provoke me to take some other course of action which are irreparable.
