The above named agent has been continiously harrasing me for installments by telling that my three installments are due whereas my only one installment is due till date since i am out of station he is harrasing my mom at my residence and is continiously calling me up and also harrasing me.
I would be highly obliged if nessary action is taken against him
I had purchased a two wheeler bearing no wb 74-aj3950 in the year 2016. Whereas from my end i shall surely pay my two wheeler installment along with the required fine.

    After 8 months of payment last month was really miserable. I got "n" number of calls from bajaj call centre insisting me to do the payment.
    I have already provided my authorization to bajaj to auto debit the amount from my account, then why am i getting calls. I tried calling their number its no use because you cannot reach an agent you will always hear the automated voice. Next try is that raised the request through mobile app, the one good reply or a common reply which will say that your payment is in presentation.
    No information about the issue. When i cross check the statement i came to know that the ecs has been rejected by the bank. After 8 months of emi how come a bank will reject the payment. Something is not right.

    Now all of a sudden i received a call from the call centre stating that a guy will come to you house kindly sign the ecs mandate form.

    Iam still thinking whether to sign or not. Also without informing they have reduced my emi card value.

    Once bajaj finserv was the best, but now its not.

      I have taken 7 loans for home product by using bajaj emi card. I have been paying my emi amount on the correct date. Resently 05/07/2017 one of my due amount is 4, 250/- (4030cd[protected] but they have added some extra amount in the due without my knowledge and made my cheque bounce. I have the bank statement proof that i was having the due amount of 4, 250/- in my account. Bajaj collecting agents contacted us and talked rudly and badly to me and my husband. They made us so depressed and they gave mental trouble by calling frequently every one second. That agent names are udhya ([protected]) & ravathi. I have the recording calls they have talked me. The mistake is done by bajaj finserv and because of they mistakes i have to pay fine amount in my bank as will as in bajaj finserv. Kindly requested to solve my problem and i need my loss amount.

          After buying a camera from amazon.in i got a sms after 2 days telling me that my EMI card is blocked due to low cbil score and asked me to send latest report showing Score more then 750.

          I did the same, I sent a screenshot of my cbil score which was more then 750 to
          [protected]@bajajfinserv.in asking to unblock the card..

          but i got reply that they cannot do it now. they might do it after 3 month.

          this is rubbish..

          1st they never told me about such thing before blocking my card, and now they have no clear clarification about blocking my card...

          2nd i never missed emi and already have completed 3 emi. I have been a complain free customer, but still you did such disturbing thing.. after this how can anyone have trust in BFS

            I took a consumer loan of inr 13450 for a samsung mobile j5 prime 32gb, the first emi will be deducted on 2nd september 2017, what shocked me is that without my authorization these people have added another loan named as

            Digigital fone safe - insurance account number: 404dfs48224291
            Insuarance amount - inr 1799, emi - inr 300 for 6 months

            This is a fraud/ cheating / falsification thing that they have done, i just dont understand how can they take ecs from my bank account without my permission, this is the totally illegal.

            This bajaj finserv has become cheaters - i did not expected this from them

              The loan was completed in last year refer card no:"[protected]". I have two issues with bajaj finserv:

              1. I was harassed and tricked into buying a emi card. The agent charged an extra 400 saying it is card fee. He never mentioned there was a fee. He just gave me a bunch of papers and took my signature. Very unethical business.

              2. Recently i saw a line item in my bank statement saying bajaj emi card "emi card" fees of rs. 117. Money was directly debited from my account. How and what is this charge for? Do you guys expect me to take loan from you all my life?

              I dont need this stupid card or your service in future. I am going to tell everyone i know not to use your service.

              Please escalate this email to the highest authorized person and refund the amount immediately. And pls block my card. There is no standing instruction to let you debit my account & i am going to instruct my bank the same.

                  I have taken a consumer durable in 2015 during that time agent collected 300 for emi card fee but i did not receive any card till now. My experia shows some details of card and it is inactive
                  Recently 471 was deducted from my account bajaj emi card fee, please refer above transaction number
                  If the card is inactive why was the fee collected. If the card was active why i did not receive any card and we are promised no annual charges for the card then what does 471 refer if it is the fee for joining why is the card not delivered contact [protected]@bajaj... No proper information provided contacted toll free number no one responded, poor customer service...

                  I will totally depressed . Why I can't shop.
                  My limit is 80000
                  I applied for the Bajaj Finserv EMI card and my Axis Bank account has been debited by Rs 471 on[protected]. ECS/BAJAJFINANCE LI/579SCE18416487. I also received an SMS which said I had pre-approved Bajaj Finance to deduct this amount.
                  But I have not received any confirmation mail from Bajaj Finserv.
                  I think its some fraud.

                          Hello bajaj team,

                          I have received a call from +91 [protected] and that person explained about for which i was not eligible then is said thank you. Then he started abusing for which i repeated same and i said, i could hear what you said and mind your language. Then he said i did not say anything, i said your company will check that voice recording and i will raise a complain. He said ok and rejected the call.

                          Then he called me from a different number and he started abusing me for 7mins and he was challenging me to raise a complain and see what ill do to me. He was threatening to kill.

                          Should i take this to police or will you solve this.

                          Will be waiting for your response. I have the voice recording ill start sharing in social media if i dont get any response from you.

                              I had 3 loans with bajaj finance and i have re-payed 100% amount of all 3 loans. But recently from my savings account additional amount has been transferred to ddr bajaj-auto-transfer.

                                  Hi, this is sathish from salem. Today we have visited viveks showroom in salem and planned to buy a refrigerator and we were discussing about the finance option.. The sales person asked my bajaj emi card to check the loan eligibility. I showed it to him at the same time he called to bajaj finanace loan executive and told my card number then asked my date of birth... Within two minutes i have received an sms from bajaj finance states that your loan sanctioned and you have to pay emi... I asked the person about this, how can you process and sanction the loan without my knowledge... He is talking very rudely and his behaviour is very worst... I am totally disappointed with the way of reply and his attitude.. I never expected such reply from bajaj finanace executive... Very very worst.. Total trust on bajaj finance...?

                                    What the hell yar..?? From last two days i m desperately calling you tel no.:[protected],[protected],[protected], in the hope that i got a loan against my degree for further pg corses but no one even bothered pick a singal call... And also update the conatct no provided to ur side... Max conatct no are wroung... Too much irritating... And also i was registered for loan online a lot times but as no one call me... So can u have some humanity then plz call me back...

                                      I am getting a message from the bajaj finserv constantly saying that my mandate has been rejected by your bank, to register click here https://www.paynimo.com.

                                      I tried to register, but field to make payment of rs 1/-.

                                      I am constantly trying to contact bajaj finserv, but they are not reachable.

                                      Can you please looke into this asap.

                                      I got the message yesterday also at around 03:14 PM saying that the mandate is rejected by your bank, to register click here https://www.paynimo.com.

                                      This message came even though I got a confirmation from the Bajaj Finserv team saying that they have stopped the SMS and Call to my registered mobile number.

                                      Kindly let me know whats going on and this is hampering my work during the office hours. Also this is making my both physically and mentally distrubed.

                                      I am continuously getting messages and calls from Bajaj saying that Your mandate has been rejected by your bank, to register click here https://www.paynimo.com.pnyM9VNEK..

                                      My emi has been going from the bank for over a year now andd suddenly the called person says that if you dont register here your next EMI will bounce. He asked me to register on the link and make a Rs.5 transaction to activate my account. I sensed a fraud and called up a Bajaj Finance executive whom I know and have been dealing with for the past few years for all my loans and he mentioned that please do not register a it may be a fraud and if the next EMI bounces then he will call me to make the payment at the branch. But I want to ensure that my credit history does nnot get impacted because it is not my fault if the bank systems are being updated without notice. If at all my emi bounces for the next month I want Bajaj to ensure that there is no penalty charges levied upon me and that it does not impact my cibil score as I always maintain the balance in my account for the EMI.

                                        Bajaj finserv from chennai but no land line is provided and phone calls received from them to collect the documents and cheques from the customer for opening the overdraft loan account. But there is no proper response from them and have a doubt whether they are operating in chennai or not. So no one cannot provide their bank cheques and id and address proof. Someone may be used for wrong thing.

                                        In their web site they are not providing such loan type and have a careful.
