I was promised that the bajaj emi card is free.
But now they are charging annual inactive fee of rs. 117/-.
I have received only as sms, no bill (Neither physical copy nor electronic copy)

I need to know

1. Why am i being charged an inactive fee? Does this mean that bajaj finserv is penalizing me for not buying any appliances this year?

2. Why no bill has been dispatched to my address?

    Sir, ashish this side. I have taken a consumer durable loan from bajaj finserv. My emi is deducting on time from my axis bank account but my query is regarding my emi card. Whenever i am trying to make a transaction tgrough my bajaj emi card, i am getting this error "dear customer, one time password cannot be generated due to requirement of a fresh nach (Ecs) mandate. Visit the nearest branch for submission of the nach mandate. Use alternate payment option to complete your purchase. Rgds, bajaj finserv". I have submitted all my documents while taking the loan and still facing this issue. I have talked with bajaj finserv customer care team as well regarding my issue, and one of the guy from their customer care team has suggested me that if i have an account in axis bank then i can do it online, and he asked me to do the transaction of rs 1. As per his suggestion i have done the same and after doing the transaction successfully i got this mandate id[protected] and my transaction id is[protected]. But the sad part is that still after going through all this process i am facing the same issue and still not able to use my bajaj finserv emi card and even their customer support team in not helping me in this. This is really something which you can't expect from a responsible company but bajaj finserv is doing this. Please take some action regarding this.

      I have been issued privilege card [protected] in nov. 2015 without my consent. I have requested you before to cancel my card but to no avail. If you did not cancel my emi card & inform me within 7 days, i will complain to rbi about your malpractices and demand action against you & also compensation. You are also requested to remit the fee charged last year.

      I am try to place an order through amazon after choosing the payment option as bajaj finserv it is requesting for OTP and I am not receiving any OTP in the registered number

      Tried reaching customer care, dropped an email and tried all means of contacting bajaj finserv but no help !!! WORST SERVICE EVER SEEN

        I paid closure amount of 9k change to an executive called Sunil from somajiguda branch along with his manager. Both came to my home and collected the amount saying the account will be closed. When I visited the branch today after a long time they said the amount only paid as 6k change and there is a Balance amount of 4700 to be paid. This is insane service I have ever got. Don't know how to complaint. There is a big line in the branch for the counters.pathetic . I might go to the police station for this. Please help someone who can.

            bajaj finserv creditvidya fees 4999/

            I have been charged 4999/- as credit vidya fees. Which was never informed or i am aware of.

            I dont want any credit vidya report or never i was informed about this. As per my email while sending ok the only charge mentioned is od activation charges which is flexi fee.

            Need the repayment of same at the earliest. If not will go to consumer and rbi for hidden charges leveraging on customer and false promised before...

            This is regarding my bajaj finserv emi card (Customer id:[protected], i am a customer of bajaj since long time, i have been paying the emis on time all are auto debit and i never had any problem, from few days bajaj executives calling me hell number of times and asking me to pay the emi but all the emi’s has been auto debited already, i told the same with them but still they are calling me again and again,

            Today i received a call from a person named charan tulasi from phone number [protected] and he has been asking for the payments and i told its been auto debited and he started raising his voice and started abusing me with bad language,

            This kind of behavior is not acceptable and why the hell he should call me and abuse badly when i paid the emi’s on time???

            And i question bajaj finserv that how can you hire these kind of persons who spoils the reputation of company, i am not going to bare this and i demand bajaj finserv to get back with an explanation, i need that fellow should be given punishment and a apolozy immediately,

            You don’t have right to abuse any customer, you guys degraded my dignity and intentionally insulted me with intent to provoke breach of my peace and you cannot do it in democracy country, verbal abuse is a crime under the indian penal code (Ipc) and i can file a criminal complaint

            I have a record of the conversation that i had with bajaj recovery fellow charan,

            I need explanation and apology immediately until then i am not going to pay any emi and for this bajaj is responsible,

            If i don’t hear from you immediately i am going to file a criminal complaint

              Very bad experience with bajaj finserv. I want to buy cell phone using my bajaj emi card amount was deducted from total limit but their system does not reflected yet (After 4 days) and no money add back staff very useless and cheap no one ready to help in nashik bajaj finserv office. There is no responsible person in nashik office. I was trying to buy offline still not emi card not work. Worst service given by bajaj finserv. No customer support service

                I had a transaction through Bajaj Finserv EMI Card for the Mobile phone MI A2 on PayTm Mall. My order Order No.- [protected] MI A2 4GB 64GB got cancelled by me next day before it got delievered and I got the Message showing : Refund successful! Rs.15887/- has been remitted through original payment mode. The PayTm has told me too many times that The seller has refunded Rs.15887/- on 16 Dec 18 to your BAJAJFINSERV card. As per standard banking procedures. But still the amount of Rs. 15887/- shows debited in my Bajaj Finesrv EMI card account. Bajaj Finserv Team has informed that they cannot cancel the transaction from here and I have to visit to the dealer or send a scan copy of letter head from dealer to cancel the transaction. How can I do these necessary steps when I have done online shopping through PayTm Mall. Its nearly impossible to do these steps. Please Bajaj team, do these necessary queries with PayTm seller at your own level and clear my debit balance for this cancelled item. My transaction ID[protected]. Kindly clear my dues. I dont want to face any false EMI payment.

Pmbk[protected] to bajaj finance to digital emi card on 26/10/2018 but till now i have not received the card or voucher. No numbers provided by them are working. If called for other number they tell there is separate department for elite digital card. I am not receiving proper response from them.

                      I am very old customer of bajaj finserve and taken many durable loans from Bajaj. But Bajaj Finserve have no facility for customers. They provided only computer generated voice calling no any representative they have to talk with customer and guide them properly . Also they not replied properly in mails [protected]@bajajfinserve.com. I mailed many emails to bajaj for many kind of complaints but they always provided cheap worst wasteful replies. They have only time and representative to force customer to pay due and extra charged amount but they don't have time to guide their customer and help them in their complaints also understand them and also to work in their requirements. My loan no. is 457ECF93238444, I taken mobile in emi from bajaj on October 2018 in 1834 /- monthly deduction . My old bank account of Hdfc Bank has been linked in bajaj finserve. Due to change of Company and job by me my last bank account was changed from hdfc to Pnb Bank. and to changement of ecs systems i submitted ecs changement regarding documents in Bajaj Finserve Branch Kanpur on 12th of November 2018 as per Bajaj Branch Employee requirements like ECS changement form and Cancelled signed cheque. But they not changed linked account and charged late payment fees 450/- due to dishonour of cheque in Hdfc account. I said them many times that i submitted ecs documents in your branch but they don't have value of their customer and their any problem. I mailed regarding this and got mail like they not get any ecs changement form and document from 12th november 2018 to 18th of december 2018. And they don't have responsibility to contact self to their to query regarding this same. Also when their representative asked me in call to pay due bounce charges he also said in worst tone that for this you had to visit time to time to our branch to update it. we can;t help you into this and you had to pay any how bounce charges either into this had mistake of our company or branch. It is the last time when i purchased any thing from bajaj and will never go to choose ever Bajaj again and also never refers any for Bajaj.

                          Bajaj finance deducted 295 rs two times in
                          4 days from my sbi bank account . i had paid emi 2085 + 450 charges but still they deduct 295+295 rs from my sbi bank account. which is not acceptable.How can you deducted same ammount two times without my knowlegde ? .

                          It is not my fault i had paid bounce charges then why 295 is deducted twice from my sbi act plz kindly return the amount .

                          you have a very bad customer care service i was trying to get you but i was not able to talk to your customer service centre very bad service. Deduct ammount without customer's knowlegde.

                              I have bought the fridge in the month of nov 18 and i have paid all charges required for the card formation
                              And processing charges at the time of fridge purchasing. I have observed that the amount of rs 118 has been deducted from my account as deduction of amount from my account info: bajaj fin mndtvrfchgs dec-18. I do not understand that why the above mentioned amount has been deducted.

                              Arrange to credit this amount in my account. Ans reply why this has been deducted??

                                I have a loan with bajaj finserv amount of 3375/- with purchase of ac. Its due date is 05/12/2018. But some problems i can’t make successfully payment on that date. So on 15/12/2018 walk to their office and make payment to office. And clear all due amounts. But at same time same day without any intimations bajaj are debited my cash from my account 3375/- its iilegal. Because our agreement is they can debited my cash only on due date, that is 2 th date of all month

                                After made payment through Bajaj Portal before EMI date, they have awarded 450 RS penalty. Eventhough i have made payment twice in this month. i have attached the payment histroy screenshot here. I have made the payment on 30th NOV but i got penalty. I need to know why they awarded, how the bajaj portal has worked...

                                    I purchased a mobile through using baja emi card worth rs 17990/-. They confused me by saying that insurance comes mix with the mobile price. I said yes to do insurance. After that i got a message that i had to pay insurance worth rs 1849/- extra in an installment every month. I searched in bajaj finserv app. I found that there is another account appeared called digital fone safe. I don't want insurance for my phone. I will keep it safe.                                       My name is s. Krishna murthy. My bajaj finserv card number is [protected]. My registered mobile number is [protected]. By using this service i have taken one product at vijayawada. Subsequently i have received this emi card. I have maintained balance in my sbi account and without any default all ecs payments were regularly adjusted. When i tried to purchase another electronic item, it was told by your service representative that the emi card was manually blocked.
                                      I tried to contact the so many executives of yours. But all of them said that the will be solved at somajiguda head office only. But i have no time to meet the concern at somajiguda office.
                                      If it is possible, kindly release my card from manual blocking.
