Dear sir/madam,

I have availed a personal loan from bajaj finserv (Loan account no 4050pl[protected] due to unforeseen circumstances i have not been able to pay my emi for the last 2 months and have had irregularities on my emi's.

I have had multiple emails, whatsapp communication with the following collection employees of bajaj finserve :

Area collection manager
Deepak pawar - collection executive

I have left my current organization and currently looking for employment for the last 3 months which is why this financial crunch

I have a wife who is 34 years old and he's been harassed by your collection team.

Recently i got a call from my previous employer that they have received an arbitary notice from bajaj finance to represent them in court on my behalf.

The collection team have been calling on my official number which does not belong to me since i have left the organization and harassing the person who is using the number

This is harassment and legally not permitted, i would urge you to please stop these asap

    It is inform that i received a call from bajaj finserv rs.10 charging for bajaj emi card no and pin no and also he told all my details about bajaj finserv. I know that it was a fake call and the guy who call me for demanding as 10 of amount taken. My question is how they got my number??? Who gave my details to them?? I m awaiting for your favourable reply

      I want to deactivate my bajaj finserv emi card xxxxxxxxxx1894.

      I have no pending emi to pay.

      I was promised that this card is free.
      But now they are charging annual inactive fee of rs. 117/-.
      I do not want to pay any annual inactive fee. Please deactivate the card immediately.

      Please ensure that I do not want to receive this fees of 117. Was never agreed too probably signed and you have a hidden clause somewhere. No representative has informed me of the same. There is no link to pay this amount as well
      If you want me to pay I will this one time however I want to ensure that I receive no further calls/emails or charges to myself

          Please deactivate my bajaj finserv emi card. I am not using it. I don't have any pending transaction to date.
          An annual inactive fee of rs 117 will be collected as on 23rd nov 2017, as i have received the sms stating the same, which i will not agree.
          Please deactivate this card as soon as possible.

            Please check why my emi card is blocked. My payment is not irregular or bounce more than one. Bajaj finserv recover his interest rate as bounce charge or late payment. I already paid my emi but bajaj finserv can't clear in bank than emi bounce and apply charge. I dont know why bajaj finserv give fix date for emi when bajaj finserv clear cheque any time in month after emi date lapsed.

              Bajaj finance team has been harassing me every day by calling 5-10 times in a day. It appears like they have grudge on their customers. I called their office here several times, and in spite of several reminders, there is no improvement. Please ask them not to call me so many times in a day and it is becoming a nuisance.                 Hi i have purchased samsung galaxy of rs. 20, 590/- from flipcart through bajaj emi card and i have cancelled on the same day and it is refunded by flipcart and after several reminder the bajaj is unable to cancel the loan and due date is approaching

                Bajaj look the issue serious and resolve the same asap

                  I applied EMI card when I borrowed loan on 2015. Till date I am not received my card. In Bajaj finserve customer portal login my account it's shows that card is blocked and not yet send courier. I don't no why it's happen, I paid properly my all emi's and close the Loan 2016. But till date I am not get that Emi card and also my NOC. If anyone guide me how to get? My account customer ID is : 27454646

                    This shall not be satisfying feedback from Bajaj. I have purchased many things through Bajaj but due to my employer issue I was unable to clear dues in time but I have closed all the loans and so requesting you to check all the past transactions and unblock my card after checking cibil record.
                    pl unblock my emi card as i clear all my pending loan amount.

                      I have taken a od facilities​ in month of july 2017 from bajaj fin. I have closed my od in month of september 2017 and i get noc from them also, but september 2017 they have applied cheque bounce charges as same discussed to them and after long discussion i have sort it out as they accepted their fault but in oct 2017 again they have applied cheque bounces charges. I am so frustrated with this company and i have every discussion record in my registered mail id.

                      Request to you help to me in this case because my cibil score is hitting now.

                            I have taken bajaj finance loan of rs 17990/- for my vivo v5 and my loan account number is 401dpf47423935 i just now had a look into my statement there was a term called subvention charge of rs 1262/- i want to know the exact reason why it has been mentioned like that???

                            Also check why you guys added my above loan with personal loan which was of 102000/- now total amount is showing 112000/- and interest rs showing according 112000/-...??

                              I am using bajaj card from last 3yrs, i am also doing regular payment of my emi, but still my bajaj finserv card is blocked, i unable to connect your customer care,
                              I want to know the reason why my card is blocked. And kindly help to reactivate.

                                My loan account number is 5570cd34576113, i have not received my semi card yet. When i contacted local bajaj finserv office, they are not responding properly. They are telling you have not applied for emi card. But i have already paid for the card during the purchase and have confirmed it with the dealer where i have purchased the product. Please help me out...

                                  Hi my name is harjeet i received elite emi card for which i paid rs4777. I was told the limit will be 300000 but insread its rs 240000 and cards are blocked i cant use the, relationship manager not responding to my emails i tried calling [protected] but it puts me on hold for hours and no response, i sent email to [protected]@

                                  I received call from [protected] from bajaj finance and the guy was asking me to pay Rs 20 to get those cards unblocked why would i have to pay money to get those new cards unblocked what was the Rs 4777 which I have paid them

                                    Bajaj finserv credit card dept. Gave me a offer for gold card free of cost and annual charges but it was upgraded to platinum and charge will rs 999/ year. It was done without my permission and i sent a email on[protected] to cancel my request. I again received a message on[protected] and it was mentioned that your service query has been successfully closed
                                    On[protected], i again received a message that your credit card returned undelivered. But now they sent me a bill of rs 1178.82. So it is fraud with me
                                    Take a necessary action and give me relief from bajaj finserv such kinds of harassment

                                    I have opted for bajaj finserv elite card by paying an amount of Rs.4777/- for which I was assisted by Miss. Shweta Chavan but even after one month I have not received my elite card & also vouchers for Rs.30, 000/- which I was briefed about during my membership. Now they have stopped responding to my mails also.

                                      I have financed a product from bajaj finserv for which i am paying all emi on time but after that an amount of rs. 295 has been deducted from my account every month. I have compliand earlier about this and got my money back but again this month same amount has been deducted from my account. I have sent the mail 1week ago to bajaj finserv regarding this but they didnt respond. This time they are saying that my bank has deducted this amount even if its clearly mentioned in my bank statement that the deduction is from bajaj finserv. I request you to help me to get my money back also i want assurance from the company that it'll not happen again in future. Attached is my bank statement ad mail from bajaj finserv
