Bajaj Finserv — mobile loan emi is deducting since 3 years (2 years extra)

I have purchased a mobile phone through bajaj finance loan. The emi is of 1 year after paying the whole amount. Tahn also at any time certain amount of money like[protected] is deducting. I have called the bajaj than they replying hum toh aise hee karte hai jo karna hai karo. They are deducting money like 2 years approximately 5000 extra money and still this process is going on. Please help to get my money back and to stop this deduction of money.

I need to change mobile no for above mentioned Customer ID.

While changing thru portal/website it doesn't work.

It sends OTP to the registered mobile number, which is no longer in use.

Kindly guide me to update without any hassle
