I taken a consumer durable loan from Bajaj finserv. due to job loss i do not paid EMI from past two months i.e. April 2018 and May 2018. some loan recovery agent called me to repay the loan but i said to him about my situation and i said i will pay my past 2 dues at a time in June month of 2018. but they are not accepting and harassing me and my wife by phone calls and at my home also.

    Dear bajaj team,

    My name is shalini, im the existing customer of bajaj finance. We have taken bajaj loan and paid 3 emi's and we got the pre approval offer for rs. 46, 000 in our account. When we are planning to purchase the product it show "card is inactive" and the show room people try to login with our proof it got negative remark.

    If we want to speak with the customer care. Its one of the worst experience because there is no proper contact no.

    If we send mail to [protected]@bajajfinserv.in without resolving the issue they will mark resolve and close the complaints.

    I request you guys to activate my card so that i can purchase the product. Waiting for your positive revert.

      Bajaj finserv has wrongly linked my phone number and residence address with the person who has taken loan. Started to receive calls for the non-payment which i have not even taken the call, tried to explain the callers but they were not able to understand as they seems to be un-educated. Visited the branch at residency road, bangalore and gave an written complaint but still receiving calls. I was assured that my profile will be de-linked from the actual loan but there is no use. Person by name rajesh from recovery department called and used all abusive language to repay the loan. Again today one person by name santosh called stating he is calling from delhi court and need to pay the due amount. I really do not understand so far i have sent more than 50 mails, tried to explain to more than 10 people through phone and in the branch but seems like none of them are educated to understand the issue. Bajaj please rectify this issue. Kindly someone advise me on this. Regards, swaroop

      My loan amount is 22500 for tenure 8 months=2813 as calculated by them but Rs1200/- taken from me without any valid receipt for what? Still not understood, Kindly help on same asap.

        But bajaj is asking me bring cancel order forn from flipcart which is not possible becz i didnt made any double payment only paid for one order and also bajaj is not providing me transaction id details for those two loan accounts when contacted flipcart they are asking the payment details and transactionid of bajaj side so tgat they will refund and they also provided me succesful transaction id and details but bajaj is acting in total reverse not at all helping me of getting information about whom im paying without my knowledge i suspect a fraud going on through my account getting double emi for single order with two loan acounts in which one is not to my aprroval

          In sudden rs.117 debited from my account which is making me highly irritation and i will not going to use this card anymore.

          I am highly demotivated because of this action from bajaj finance and will never go to such finance option no more.

          Take action to revert back to my amount and cancel my card immediately.

          If no action, then this will be treated as illegal and will be informed to others to avoid to go for bajaj finance.

            I applied for bajaj finserv emi card on 19th may recieved message that the card is approved and have to pay 412 rupees and after making the payment i recieved another message that the payment is successful and give missed call on [protected] and the card will be activated in 4-5 working days after successful payment. Today is 5th day no communications from your side tried to give missed call recieved a message saying this number is not registered with us though i have given missed call from the same number which i used during login as well as the number on which i recieved all the communication from bajaj you people dont have any customer care number where we can talk to the executives i just want to know when the card will get activated my details are: name: vrushali ulhas mhatre

              I’m extremely annoyed and frustrated from bajaj finserv. I get 4-5 calls daily from them and from different number.
              It is not only frustrating but unbearable for me.
              Now if i’ll get any calls from bajaj finserv ivr or from your people i will levy mental harassment & trauma case against your organization.

                Today, i have noticed that rs.117/ has been debited without any authorization from my idbi bank saving account.

                I am shocked to see this, please reverse and credit it back to my bank account.

                Please let me know why and by whose authorization have you debited this amount.

                I have nothing pending with bajaj finserv. I don't have any loans with you.

                I expect the amount to be credited to my idbi bank account immediately with proper explanation from your end.

                  Bajaj finserv card was blocked due to late payment and till now it hasn't been unblocked. When i called the customer care service they informed me that it will take few days and will be unblocked in a few days but till now the card is not unblocked. There are no current monthly installments left. All the installments are now complete.
                  I request you to please unblock my bajaj finserv card.

                    I observed there is a wrong debit of rs.117 from my axis bank account with the following transaction id and details, i am shocked to see this, please reverse and credit it back to my bank account. This is pure pilferage from many accounts as i see many customers having the same complaints.

                      Team, i have been informed to pay the balance amount which was pending for a week, due to health issues i could not contact them pay the amount or attend their calls. One employee from baja tarnaka hyderabad (Sulochana), the way she called and busted on me making me to write this complaint, she certifies me a fraud customer. This is shamefull for the company for hiring such employees. I can never ever have business with you all because of that employee i complety lost my patience. I will repay amount and baja please improve customer service

                        I brought new mobile on April 10 in Avadi Chennai. Mayur mobiles shop. Your executive Kamal logged in to your finance. After few day I came to know that your executive was also logged in to the mobile insurance for my mobile without my knowledge. He is did not utter single word about that, this is totally unfair. I do want to cancel that mobile insurance. This is not an honest service. This worst behavior in terms of services. This is my registered mobile number with Baja finance is [protected].                             I had applied online for physical bajaj emi card on bajajfinserv.in dated 29/04/2018. Thinking i'll get card within 2 weeks. (As per there site)
                            But after 2 weeks i didn't get card, when asked they sent mail telling it takes 45 days to process.

                            My question why they written in site "apply online will be sent card in 2 weeks".

                              Hey this is Vishal yadav
                              I Financed a Samsung led TV in December 2017.
                              The Bajaj Finserv loan guy told me that card will arrive with in a month.
                              But its May 2018 and still the EMI card didn't arrived.
                              Like what is going on.
                              This is my loan details
                              Loan application no. 401CTB62586115 on owner name: Virender Prakash Yadav.
                              EMI card is not received yet.
                              I have applied for the in December and still, I did not receive the EMI card.
                              This my humble request to the authorities that please send EMI card as soon as possible.
                              Or otherwise I will cancel my EMI card with in a month.

                                I, randhirsingh kshatriya, is what you can call a platinum customer of your company. I have completed 12 -13 proposals in the last 20 yrs without defaulting even on a single occasion. You had issued me the emi card without my permission, which has not been used by me. I have stopped using your services, inspite of that you have deducted service charge of rd 117 directly from my bank account. Is the card a debit or credit card for which you are deducting service charge? Can it be used for any other purpose? You had not given any information about the service charge with the card. Main question remains unanswered, how did you deduct service charge thru ecs when from last 4 years there has been no transaction with your company??

                                  I dont have any requirement or never gave my details to anyone or anywhere with regards to bajaj finserve. Yet they keep calling me everyday at 2 pm and other odd times in the evenings from different numbers with their automated voice calls. I have blocked 20 numbers at least and they still keep calling me. Its very annoying and the people who do it should be put behind bars.

                                    Daily 5 to 6 times phone calls from very own Bajaj Finserve end is very irritating. I have requested earlier too to stop calling me on my no but aghast to see no action at their end. While Driving, while meeting, while roaming I am getting calls.

                                    I am not interested to take loan . So please stop the same if not then I shall move to consumer court.

                                        I have been harassed by calls from bajaj finance and all your related companies including bajaj insurance.

                                        I have no idea how this spamming company has acquired my data since i have not applied or subscribed to any online / offline calls or offers from bajaj finance or insurance. Further, there is no subscription or requirement of loans that have been done from my end to any of the loan aggregates, who might be selling data to this spamming company called bajaj finance.

                                        Please note i have already made 2 complaints to trai and one on your website earlier despite which i am repeatedly disturbed atleast 15 times a day by various different dsa"s or your captive centres. It is getting on to my nerves.

                                        Please stop this harassment.

                                        every day i am getting calls from bajaj finance from various different numbers. i have been writing to their cusomer complaints cell, to no avail. please help.
                                        Every month inr 118 rupees debiting from my account. no clear information about this charges in website or message/email. its not even showing in app.

                                        no customer support. given call centre numbers are completely use less. no option to speak with representative
