Its a torture to get these taped calls multiple times a day. Bajaj should be banned or prosecuted for this nonsense. They call from various different numbers such as eg.[protected]. Even though it is blocked once, next time a new number is used to call.

Bajaj elite emi card was provided to me at cost of rs. 4777, however it was not provided with the credit limit as promised. Also it doesn't works online. Last year i made a complain in this forum after failing to contact bajaj finserve customer care through several effort that they are deducting money every year for some nonsense card & making call everyday to make life hell (C2806027). In march i have purchased ac from supreet electronics, the guy from bajaj finance (Akash - [protected]) told me to take loan from bajaj with zero rupee charge. I agreed and take loan, he has processed loan for 46k though ac cost only 36k with 1500 as processing fees later on. I straight away say no to loan but have already submitted documents. While purchasing with bajaj emi card through the online site like flipkart & amazon. Otp not generating during the transaction. Instead of otp fresh nach update required. Msg coming to registered mobile no. So called to bajaj finserv customer care & as per them the following documents submitted to nearest bajaj finserv.
