I had applied online for physical bajaj emi card on bajajfinserv.in dated 29/04/2018. Thinking i'll get card within 2 weeks. (As per there site)
But after 2 weeks i didn't get card, when asked they sent mail telling it takes 45 days to process.

My question why they written in site "apply online will be sent card in 2 weeks".
Pfa of there site screenshot & there email reply.

My payment transaction no. Nmbk[protected]
Bajajfinserv making customer fool by showing false promise.

Please take action.

    Hey this is Vishal yadav
    I Financed a Samsung led TV in December 2017.
    The Bajaj Finserv loan guy told me that card will arrive with in a month.
    But its May 2018 and still the EMI card didn't arrived.
    Like what is going on.
    This is my loan details
    Loan application no. 401CTB62586115 on owner name: Virender Prakash Yadav.
    EMI card is not received yet.
    I have applied for the in December and still, I did not receive the EMI card.
    This my humble request to the authorities that please send EMI card as soon as possible.
    Or otherwise I will cancel my EMI card with in a month.

      I, randhirsingh kshatriya, is what you can call a platinum customer of your company. I have completed 12 -13 proposals in the last 20 yrs without defaulting even on a single occasion. You had issued me the emi card without my permission, which has not been used by me. I have stopped using your services, inspite of that you have deducted service charge of rd 117 directly from my bank account. Is the card a debit or credit card for which you are deducting service charge? Can it be used for any other purpose? You had not given any information about the service charge with the card. Main question remains unanswered, how did you deduct service charge thru ecs when from last 4 years there has been no transaction with your company??

        I dont have any requirement or never gave my details to anyone or anywhere with regards to bajaj finserve. Yet they keep calling me everyday at 2 pm and other odd times in the evenings from different numbers with their automated voice calls. I have blocked 20 numbers at least and they still keep calling me. Its very annoying and the people who do it should be put behind bars.

          Daily 5 to 6 times phone calls from very own Bajaj Finserve end is very irritating. I have requested earlier too to stop calling me on my no but aghast to see no action at their end. While Driving, while meeting, while roaming I am getting calls.

          I am not interested to take loan . So please stop the same if not then I shall move to consumer court.

              I have been harassed by calls from bajaj finance and all your related companies including bajaj insurance.

              I have no idea how this spamming company has acquired my data since i have not applied or subscribed to any online / offline calls or offers from bajaj finance or insurance. Further, there is no subscription or requirement of loans that have been done from my end to any of the loan aggregates, who might be selling data to this spamming company called bajaj finance.

              Please note i have already made 2 complaints to trai and one on your website earlier despite which i am repeatedly disturbed atleast 15 times a day by various different dsa"s or your captive centres. It is getting on to my nerves.

              Please stop this harassment.

              every day i am getting calls from bajaj finance from various different numbers. i have been writing to their cusomer complaints cell, to no avail. please help.
              Every month inr 118 rupees debiting from my account. no clear information about this charges in website or message/email. its not even showing in app.

              no customer support. given call centre numbers are completely use less. no option to speak with representative

                Dear team,

                I have recently purchased one bluestar 1.5 ton 3-star ac using my bajaj finserv emi card. During validation and confirmation process, i haven't opted for any
                Insurance/extension of warranty against the product, i have purchased but i have received an intimation after few days in my mobile that an insurance/extension of warranty (Of policy name : cpp asset care) - 410bew74355648 of an amount 2712/- which is completely without my consent. Please see my original loan account is loan a/c - 4100cd74355438.

                Since then, i am trying to reach bajaj finserv using customer care number but there is no option to talk to any customer care representative and it is going in a loop. I have also tried to reach out to local bajaj finserv contact but that is in vain as well. I have raised a ticket in bajaj finserv portal but haven't found any reply.

                It is really frustrating and i am really worried that a company like bajaj is following unethical means. Requesting your urgent intervention and help me to remove the additional cost of 2712/- from my existing emi of the recent purchase.

                  Loan no.4120vs64709796 & 64709837, recovered rs 1500/ in double times i. E rs 1500/ instead of rs 3000/ pm. So far rs 9000/ recovered instead of rs 7500/ loan amount upto date 05/05/2018. Please refund the rs. 1500/ and close the loan and also issue noc. Actual the staff informed that they have cancelled the wrong loan no. 64709837. Three times i went to the said office, but they told that they have cancelled the one account which is not related. Whereas three emis have been recovered after my complaint.

                      Hello,

                      I have paid all the emi's of product i purchased by suing bajaj loan. Now unnecessary bounce charges are applied towards loan as few emi's were bounced in the past. Now agents are calling and misbehaving however i am the father of such type of agents. I # them up as those # wholes can't do anything to me. Many times they told to meet here there but they don't come as i roan with my baseball stick. Bloody looser now i am telling i will not pay a single penny. Do what ever u can do.. Bc mc bajaaj ke dallo. Izzat se 1000 rs le jao warna apni maa # thukao.

                            Dear bajaj finserv,

                            I am so sick and tired of people. I have a running loan (404spf[protected] with you for which month emi is 2531. I switched salary accounts and for last 5-6 months the ecs is not being honoured. However, every month i try to make payment online via your website and paytm before 2nd but i can't since your websites wont accept payment before 15th. And then i am being asked to pay over due amount because of your process mistakes.

                            Now i see outstanding over due amount of 3400 something on my cibil. It is not my fauly if your website will not accept payment online on or before the due date.

                            Besides your collections department is full of # holes. They dont know how to talk to customers, neither they know how to write e-mails. They have my contact number updated there ([protected]). Still they call up my mother. This is unacceptable.

                            Stop calling my mother and remove this overdue charges from my account and cibil. Else i will stop making even monthly emis. I wont care if cibil gets affected any further. I am a journalist by profession and very well know how to use my contacts.

                            Get this resolved at the earliest.

                              I'm genuine customer paying all the emi without any backlog so i want to unblock my emi card because my card is inactive i already reported to local branches but they are not responding properly, i'm using bajaj fiserv since 7 years regularly i'm paying all the emi there is no backlog. Please kindly tell me what is the problem? Then i like to continue the services with you. Please fix it soon.

                              I completed my emi n Sep itself but last emi paid it's late so they blocked my Bajaj card.. I called to consumer care they told in March they unblocked my card but still I didn't get
                              my emi card is blocked.i tried to unbock card on online .but have no use .recently i note card is still blocked .please try to help me.

                                I have purchased a phone with EMI rate of 12 months. The retailer said after the payment of my 4th month the card will get delivered. now its 10th month, still I didnt reveive the card.
                                I have applied for emi card online by paying 412rs through my debit card, but i have not received the card or even any details from your end.
                                Secondly, trying a so-called customer care number where in there is no option to talk to any person who can resolve this.

                                  There was no prior discussion about the monthly emi amount, processing fee of such a huge amount & difference in rate of interest.

                                  -the amount which was promised to me was 1, 90, 000 after all deduction which in itself is very high.
                                  -interest rate was informed to be 18% (Which is almost 7% greater than current market rate).
                                  -emi amount is still unknown.

                                  I will accept the pre-approved loan only on the terms informed to me.

                                  These are the terms which were informed to me.
                                  -interest rate is 18%.
                                  -processing fee after all deduction including insurance & pre-emi payment deduction (Until 1st or 4thjun’18) should be 10, 000 (Which also is very high compared to current market rate)
                                  -amount that should be credited to me is 1, 90, 000 for the loan amount of 2, 00, 000.

                                  I don’t wish to accept the loan if:
                                  -the rate of interest is more than 18% (I still wish to request for a lesser rate of interest).
                                  -emi don’t start from the month of jul’18 (1st of 4th jul’18 as per your policies)
                                  -if the total deduction is more than 10, 000. (I still wish to debate on the 10, 000 deduction too).

                                  I still would like to question on why i have to take insurance when i have insurance from my company, banks from whom i already have loans from???
                                  & the processing fee of such a huge amount???
                                  & rate of interest of such a huge amount.

                                  I was still planning to request the rate of interst to be matched with or give 1 or 2 % more than the market rate as well as reduction of the rate of interst & suddenly i got a test message with the approval & amount also got credit which is totally not acceptable.

                                    I have taken a personal loan from bajaj finserv as a case of emergency. I was told the rate of interest is 17% and loan amount is 2 lakhs. Although it is very high interest rate and because i need it emergently, i took the loan. After sanction, i came to know the rate of interest was 18.83%. I paid 6 emis without any overdue till date. When i checked now i am shocked to see that i am paying the loan at interest rate more than 30%. I am paying emi of rs. 6472 for 60 months, which comes total payment of rs. 388, 320. No one informed me such a high interest rate. I am supposed to pay emi of rs. 5169 at rate of interest of 18.83% for 60 months. I tried to contact them but in vain. Kindly help me. Please take necessary action and save me. I am shelling out hard earned money extra for no fault of mine.

                                      Dear bajaj,

                                      Please note that i have paid all the emi charges along with the late charges fee but still my card is permanently suspended by bajaj.. I do not know the reason so requesting you to please unblock my card as i need to purchase several things through bajaj or let me know any alternative way to get new bajaj card..
