We have bought an a. C on may 05 2018 and the e. M. I amount for same is 3197 rs for which i requested for the extended warranty and the customer care person said that the e. M. I will nearly 3700.. But now i have received a message that the e. M. I will be 4595 rs.. I think u have added the insurance policy for which we don't have any intrest.. If it going to add insurance e. M. I please cancel the extended warranty to is adding message below for ur reference.. Plz solve the problem as soon as possible

I'm customer of Bajaj finserv limited my loan AC number is 5L6ECF63961921 my problem is that the EMI is already debited from my bank account but I'm still receiving messages and calls from company forcing me to pay EMI + penalty charges of the same month in which they already debited amount from my bank account

    We payed 35000 rupees to byjus with bajaj card and we again asked to return our money as well as our application for byjus and they returned 25000 rupees but we didn't got remaining 15000 rupees even after 2 months. Without our fault our card is blocked since 2 months. And now we are not able to buy any other things through bajaj emi card. So as soon as possible unblock our card

      Bajaj finsrv charge huge amc 1.2% (Annual maintenance charges) charges every year just for maintaining loan amount every year along with initial processing fees. They did not convey these charges before loan, i am already charged with processing fees and amc and on questioning about it their answer is "clause 2.7 read with clause 2.9 (A) of the loan agreement executed between yourself and bfl, clearly specifies that bfl reserves a right to revise any charges that are to be applied for the loans, which has also been clearly read, understood and agreed by you." so please dont sign this clause in documents because they can change their fees policies any time. I want these charges to be canceled from my loan account

      I post this tag only after contacting [protected]@bajajfinserv.in, and the answer i got from [protected]@bajajfinserv.in is written in tag that "clause 2.7 read with clause 2.9 (A) of the loan agreement executed between yourself and bfl, clearly specifies that bfl reserves a right to revise any charges that are to be applied for the loans, which has also been clearly read, understood and agreed by you." This not ethical to change charges associated with loan at any time, charges should be fixed and should be well told prior to loan and should remain same throughout the entire loan term as specified to customer at start of loan.

          Hi team,

          Today, i noticed that on 26th april 2018, my canara bank sb was debited for inr 117 by bajaj finance through ecs and also on 28th april 2017 debited with inr 99 with same. I do not have any pending loan amount or any relation with bajaj finserv and i also don't have any kind of card from bajaj finserv.

          Its serious concern how such a company can easily deduct money from unsuspecting people. How could the bank allow such transaction without customers knowledge. I need my hard earned money back soon. Bajaj finance will loose its credit for such unauthorized collection of money from people. I also put a complaint regarding same on complaint board and also seen you have deducted this amount from lots of people. This is very disrespectful behavior from your side for your valuable customers. By doing this you are losing your value and trust worthiness from your customers.

            Dear Sir,

            I am holding HDFC bank saving account, My account got debited Rs.117 for Baja Finserv annual fee for EMI card. I was paying my EMI a year before and there was no pending payment. But for this free card, all of sudden they started to deduct amount from my account without my knowledge. It seems to be unauthorized and compliance issue, how HDFC allowed to deduct this amount for Bajaj.

            ECS must have expiry date and it will be active till the EMI period oly. No one used to allow auto debit for card annual fee. Bajaj Finserv misused this option or I was not aware when signing ECS documents. It is totally cheating. It is a big scam.

            How you are charging fee for the free card?
            I was told that it is free card.

            For annual fee, how you enabled the auto debit from my saving account. Dont smartly place the comnent. You are not sharing my ecs mandate document which i signed to deduct amount from bank.

                I don't have any requirement to use emi card xxxxxxxxxx5203 for any purchase.
                Why have i been charged rs. 117 as card inactive fees which is debited directly from my savings account without my consent.
                Do you want me to use this card even if i don't have any requirement as present
                Card is valid upto march 25 then what is meaning of inactive?
                Four times called on customer care number but didn't connect.
                This is a unethical act which is not expected from a big company like bajaj finserv.
                I am loosing my faith for this company.
                Please reverse the amount as soon as possible.

                  I aleem mohammed requested my phone binding policy on may 30 th hdfc customer care replied on 2nd one executive (Venkatachalam :[protected] begumpet bajaj fin serv branch) called us and said your policy was cancelled and the amount will be repaid within one week today we called him he used very abused language my brother was an illetrate and i and my father was handicapped we went to begumpet bajaj office twice and kukatpally hdfc office we spent more than 2000 for autos. That venkatachalam saying how much spend no use. He used the word lanjakodaka put the phone in teledu. We are very small people we sell clothes on footpath we paid 23 emissions out 36 on time. This is ramdan month we were on pasting that too today friday we were hearing this abuse words what we have to do i beg you please cancel my policy and return my amount this 15 is our ramdan we don't have money please respond quickly and please take action on that venkatachalam i beg you all again i am uploading my family photos if there is any humanity is still there please see the photos

                      We had purchased a phone from Vijay slaes through Bajaj finance and they have charged us bounce fees for May which we payed and have a receipt now for June also they have charged us bounce inspite of money being in our accounts in May & June. Now they are saying that it takes 45 days to start the ecs process so last month bounce charge he cant return and this month also it is sowing bounce which i have to pay. To which i said i will not pay anything extra apart from my EMI amount so the person said that I am not capable of buying a phone and is filing an fir against us.

                        दुकानदार ने बोला कि emi offer पर आप ले सकते हो हमें कोई प्रॉब्लम नही हैं।
                        पर bajaj finser employ बोलता हैं। फ़्रीज की क़िस्त तो बना देंगे पर आप को incurance प्लान भी लेना पड़ेगा। क्योंकि मैनेजर साब नही तो आप की फ़ाइल cancel कर देंगे।
                        जैसा कि मुझे पता हैं कि यह कोई ज़रूरी नही है ।

                          I had taken two loans from bajaj finance.
                          As soon i foreclosed the loan, started getting sms on emi card offers and getting calls from number which true caller shows "customer care" he asked me some details about me by call and asked me for tell me the number which shows in SMS that means OTP in between 10 minutes i informed bajaj finserv executive and did some process with his manager and tell me that dont worry we cancelled that transaction and i left that office. One fine day i got message saying "your order has been dispatched of rs 64900" immediately i went to the customer care and asked informed them about the message. They said you can ignore the message there are no transactions reflecting. I also asked them to block the card. he confirmed the same and asked to destroy the card. After 20 days, i am getting a message to keep the funds in my account for the emi. That too for 3 loans. And again I went to the shivaji nagar pune branch he told me to mail us on [protected]@bajajfinserv.in and also go to vimannagar branch for more information.I have written several mails and no response. I went to that branch too and then the lady told me that i didn't get your mail and asked me to mail on other mail id that is something "greivanceredressal" i did it. But i dont get any mail revert.
                          I do have the recording which says the card is blocked. Also having all the proofs and documents as well as cyber cell registered complaint. There are several complaints with the same issue. Bajaj is purposefully doing fraud transactions. Consumer court please help

                          What should I do now?
                          consumer court please help me in this case cause no one is helping me and trying to stay away from this.

                              Dear sir i have recieved call on bajaj and they speak About cpp asset plan i told them dont want that asset service but they Activated cpp asset membership my membership number is IM1424600 plz cancel and deactivate the plan asap and conform the details in my registred mail id plz I request you to deactivate the cpp asset care immediately my emi date is 2nd july before that plz close the issue

                                Dear, instead of solving my ecs return problem, the lady sitting on landline table no.[protected] at your pune branch giving arrogant answers during telephonic communication.
                                Very bad & poor service from your team. After having sufficient balance my ecs is getting rejected. Awaiting for your urgent call & send me the nach mandate form, so that i will your pending work. Hence, i won't pay any penalty charges for the same, as the mistake is from your end.

                                    Also please noted that the loan it's been showing in my cbil score.

                                      I have taken a loan from BFL long back in the year 2013 and i have paid all my dues long back today i have got a SMS stating as under.

                                      The Amount financed for loan A/ C ending 2598 is Rs 36697/- with an EMI of Rs 4588 the total tenure to the loan is 8. The D/P recd towards the loan is Rs 0/- .

                                      You can avail your NOC by following simple steps:

                                      1. SMS: Type NOC<Loan account number> and send it to [protected].Eg: NOC XXXXXXXXXXXXXX



                                      2. Login to your Experia (Customer Portal) using your Customer ID/registered mobile number/Email ID and password or through mobile OTP

                                        I am exits Bajaj Finance customer. I had completed lone 5 loans
                                        but I come know that my emi card was blocked with out any prior notice. I find out this while i try to apply for next loan.
                                        I try to conduct customer care by call but got replay as my customer number and card number was wrong. Could you plz able to tell me what is reason was the card blocked. and what can i do for reactive my card again.
