Dear Team,

I have been charged Rs. 4777.00 during disbursement of Flexi loan on 22/11/2017.

I have immediately asked for refund vide email to [protected]@bajajfinserv.in on 22/11/2017 and in spite of reprated reminders and phone calls and assurance of reversal of the same, till date the money has not been refunded.

Kindly do the needful at the earliest.

      An amount of rs. 117 has been deducted through ecs from my account of hdfc bank without any information. I don't have any outstanding amount with this company from long time and i don't want to keep this card with me. I don't need this card. I totally don't understand why they have applied these kind of charges which are totally irrelevant.

      Please block this card and refund my amount as soon as possible.

      Baja Finserv has deducted Rs. 117/- from my Hdfc savings account without any reason. I don't have any outstanding amount with Bajaj Finserv. How can they deduct any amount from my account while I don't have any outstanding amount. Please refund my amount as soon as possible and block this unwanted card of Bajaj Finserv.       I had purchased a LED TV finance by Bajaj. All loans were clear. Now suddenly after 1.5 years i m getting call about cheque bounce charge of two month. Fist of all where were the bajaj people when cheque bounced happend. They remind it after 1.5 years is it believable?
      second why they do not clear the amount at the time of EMI?
      Without my permission they have sent me message for 1st installment emi Rs.1037/- i have not applied thos loan life insurances phone binding. So Plz Cancel the loan a/c no:442LIP73854289 . CUSTOMER ID NO:42364788. E Ravikumarreddy Mob no:[protected]. plz slove my issue.

Then i got a call regarding CPP, and the amount they told me was 417 rupees and devided this amount from my account.my actual emi amount 2850.bt first month 2880 amount was devided(may). And 2nd month 3267 amount was devided . i want to refund and cancel that Plan.
        So I want you to consider this and deactivate this plan .

          Sir, i would like to inform you that i had visited your corporate office located at s. P. Verma road, patna regarding cancellation of bajaj insurance policy on 15.05.2018. They had advised me to fill up cancellation form if you are not interested in the policy. Accordingly i filled up the cancellation form with a request to cancel the policy because the policy was given to me without my consent. After lapse of more than 18 days, today i. E. On 05.06.2018 i again received a message from bajaj alianz life insurance on my mobile no. [protected] that "your bajaj allianz policy number is og[protected]-[protected]Mediclaim insurance policy - (For bfl customers). Your mailing address is flat no. 301 e block jagmano shree garden apartment ved nagar rukunpura behind ssb office patna, bihar -800014". I am astonished as to why this has happened when i had already given my request for its cancellation well before in the said corporate office.

            I am holding a loan of 402SPF49588191. I need to close this loan by DD which is already with me.But when i visited the your branch they said it can be closed with additional 4% penalty charges.

            As i am customer of Bajaj since long, I would like you to please consider waiving of this charges.This charges are not bearable for me.Please consider waiving of this and send me the confirmation for closure.

            If not foreclose, I have a DD for pre-payment but branch is not accepting that.What is a problem of not accepting a DD for pre-payment?

                I was transferred my home loan from icici bank to bajaj in january 18. Bajaj's two staff mr. Ankit & mis ashvini had come in my home and they explain their plan. They taken sign on application form & on the documents. I provide them pan copy, aadhar card, 6 month salary slip, photographs, 5 cancel cheques. At that time tey told me top up loan offer on home loan. They told me you can get 15 lac rupees loan. I told them that i want only home loan not any other loan. They told me you get free top up loan scheme is that from this account you will charge emi on only withdraw amount or used amount. Example if i used 1 lac rupees from 15 lac then emi will statrt & charge on rupees one lac only. Till there is no emi if you not used amount. Ok then i agree for that. They give me home loan cheque in feb-18. And deposited in icici home loan account by ashvini madam with my wife. On 21st feb-18 7.5 lac amount has deposited in my account by bajaj against top up loan. Immediately i informed to mr. Ankit, he told me don't worry you tranfer this amount in virtual account. I told him i am not able to this transaction. At end of feb month i got sms for emi 14862/- against this top up. I told to ankit he told me you make this emi payment i will be remburse this amount. I visit 19th march in bajaj office in pune branch & meet to ankit. He transfer this amount in virtual account & assure me that this amount will be reimburse to you. Again i told that you cancel this loan i not any need of other loan. Again i paid emi on 3rd april against top up. He told for submitting noc of housing society. He send me format on 30th april. He told after getting noc we solve your problem. I send him soft copy of noc & told that we are out of town for marriage. I submitted hard copy on 21st may. May months emi also taken by him with commitment that after getting noc immediately we will reimburse your deducted emi. 1st june in y account 792293.00 rupees amount deposited by bajaj finas. I told ankit he reply that balance amount of top up has deposited in your account. You transferred this amount in virtual account. When i am trying to making payment balance amount shown 803, 500.00.

                Sir i have applied a bajaj finserv card 1 month ago at a electronic shop near my home . i bought a refrigiretor from there with bajaj finance when ill be able to receive the bajaj finserv emi card so then i'll be able to buy something else from online shopping websites

                  Product having manufacturer issue and it is not cooling as per actual capacity. As per norms we have to process loan at shop and product can't be check at shop. From first day I m facing issue. Please cancel my loan .

                      First i bought a mobile with bajaj finserv and at once when the emi started they started to charge insurance around 200 or 200 plus i forgot after that i bought a mobile and also an ac they started again charging ccp asset care... Im paying my emi without any delay till date and also one of my loan is closed.. But really don't. Know why bajaj is charging cpp asset care without giving any information to consumer.. First time i thought its a part of card activation and new costumer should pay.. But every time they are charging extra money on each product / emi.. And when i tried to call them.. Nothing happened.. Kindly cancel my cpp asset care, which i already paid 2 months and can't pay 6 more months and also such charges unknowingly bajaj is charging frm my bank account without my concern.                         Bajaj finserv company is worst company
                        Bajaj finserv using illegal persons to harash customers.
                        Baja finserv charges high rates of interest they are working proper they are doing lot of frauds they not sending complete details regarding the loan.

                        We are very fair customers we are bajaj services from long time nearly two article are purchased with bajaj finserv card repayed back with any remark.
                        They call again and again give us personal loan to us, at that time executive promise us 15% interestin record they are charging nearly 19.5%.
                        Even though we are with any remark total tenure is 36 months
                        We successfully completed 30 months, last due to bank cash deposit machine issues emi has been missed that is many people calling continuously even at night using unparlament language on us, sending persons to house for harassing us.
                        I asked several times company id card official mail id card they are not claiming the identity may be personal data is giving to third party agencies
                        They are changing interest with out knowledge of the customer and also charging fines very high rate of fines we are paying like a sheeps then who give respect back to us.
                        Bajaj finserv company violating law and illegal activities it is fraud company
                        Place of thief's and decoits.
                        Higher management should check and change this kind of behavior
                        Customer satisfaction is important for any existence
                        Customer care does't connect executive to complain about it.

                          Bajaj finserve is a worst company they are charging high interest rates.
                          Some people are calling again and again repeatedly and using unpalmenrty language.

                            My name is sunita kumari sinha and I have account with bajaj finserv and I will pay emi time to time but bajaj gives me a virtual emi card which is wrong for me I request bajaj finserv to solve my problem other wise I will go to consumer court.                             Bajaj fin service deduct card fee unauthorisely in card no[protected] from my bank. wanted refund and deactivation of card. my bank account show card fee rs 117 for bajaj fin service on 25/05/2018. as i am not applying it how can the company deduct the same without my knowledge . so wanted imidiate deactivation with refund .

Never in my life i will use bajaj again, not sure what good it is doing to bajaj finance when they are making such calls to customers. I want the calls to be stopped with immediate effect.                                 I purchased a smartphone samsung j7 prime worth of 13900/- through bajaj finance from poorvika in kamakshipalaya # bangalore. Now i find that another product naming "digital fone safe 404dfs65536953" is tagged to my loan account. Without my permission without my knowledge how and why this loan is activated. Thistotally unwanted product for me beside this i am astonished for such action of this reputed company.
                                Now, i request to you please raise the complain to this compay and resolve the matter so that i don't loose any money. I shall remain thankful to you. And till now how much amount is deducted from my account in th name of digital fone safe must be refunded to me. This is complete fraud process wthout taking any prior confirmation from customer these mobile fone safe insurance schemes are activated.

                                    We have ordered items order id: od[protected] dt.01.04.2018 rs.28831/- through flipkart. Out of 7 items, 4 items for a value of rs.8252 have been rejected and returned back to flipkart on 09.04.2018. The flipkart also confirmed that the item has been received at their end and also confirm having refunded the amount on 09.04.2018 (Bank transaction id: cs[protected].
                                    The bajaj finance not yet confirmed the refund made by m/s. Flipkart.
                                    As i have not utilized this amount, i request bajaj finance not to insist any emi towards this purchase (4 items) and request bajaj finance to update the record and request to send revised emi for the balance 3 items only. And also request revise my credit limit after taking the consideration the returned 4 items amount of rs.8252/-

                                      I had availed a home loan balance transfer and top-up from baja finserv ltd (Bfl), last year, october 2017. Home loan amount - inr 38, 65, 000 and topup of inr 49, 00, 000 the same was issued and disbursed in 24 january 2018.
                                      As explained, for flexi home loan, interest is charged based on amount utilized. For that, i was asked to transfer back the top-up amount to the virtual account, so that interest is not charged.

                                      However, as explained by their sales rep - mr akshay gupta, there was a mistake made by bfl operations team due to which the virtual account number was not created and hence was not able to transfer back. After 4 months of repeated follow-up they finally fixed the issue and virtual account number is created.

                                      Post this, there were 2 issues that i feel is unethical practice by bfl and the mistake is not actually a mistake but a practice to fleece customers and there may be more like me.

                                      1. The 4 months which bfl took to open the virtual account, then whole amount of inr 49 lakhs was lying in my account, for which i paid interest. This, i feel they do it just so they earn on the interest, since the customer is not able to transfer back to the virtual account due to the so-called mistake.

                                      2. On creating of new account, they have charged me extra interest, and my net disbursed amount was increased to inr 49, 35, 800. Inr 35, 800 more that what was disbursed.

                                      I feel this is unethical practice that bfl is doing to fleece customers. Please do something about it.

                                        I had taken a consumer durable loan from bajaj finance on[protected] for rs 27000 at 0% interest. The loan number is[protected]. 4 advance emi of rs 9000 was paid in cash. The rest was to be paid by 8 postdated cheques of rs 2250 each. The first emi was due on 15/9/2007 and last emi on 15/4/2008. Those cheques were cleared by the bank as and when presented. Please find attached the copy of my catholic syrian bank account during the period. I had enough balance in my account to honour the cheques and none of the cheques had bounced.
                                        Some months later i got a legal notice from bajaj finance claiming i had a pending emi payment. I presented my account statement to the branch manager at that time. He said it was a "technical problem" in their account and will be rectified.
                                        Few years later i started getting harassing calls from collection agents from various parts of india who does not reveal their names and designation saying that i had a pending payment of 2250/- with overdue charges. When i said that all my emi cheques were cleared promptly, they became abusive. These calls come every 6 months and was extremely mentally harassing for no fault from my part. The pending emi and overdue charges was amounting to about rs 14000. When i approached the branch again with my account statement again, they said the manager in charge was not available and that the branch no longer deals with the said account. They gave me a phone number of one mr pravin ghodake in pune, the officer in charge then. I called him and sent a mail on 16/12/2015 pravin. [protected]@bajajfinserv.in with the account statement attached. I told him about the threatening and abusive calls and to sent me an noc/ certificate of loan closure. He admitted that my part was clear and there was no pending emi from my part. He told the issue will be cleared in a months time and the calls will stop. But i did not receive the noc. The calls continued to come every few months which causing immense mental trauma to me.
                                        Few days back i checked my cibil score to apply for a vehicle loan and found that it had plummeted to 651. And the page regarding the bajaj finance loan showing overdue of 900 days from period of aug 2016 to apr 2018. And a written off and active status to the loan. This is very damaging to my credit status and cause prevent banks to lend to me.
                                        I send multiple emails to the consumer support portal of bajaj finance stating my predicament and and attaching my account statement. But i got no response from them other than an automated mail stating the service request number (Sr[protected]. I tried calling the customer care number multiple times from my registered mobile which says that my user id, registered mobile number and the service request number is not valid, and so i am unable to talk to any person to resolve my issue.
                                        This whole affair has been a traumatising experience for me and i have been undergoing mental harassment for more than 10 years for no fault on my part and now i find that i lose chance to get loans / credit from any banks also due to the error from bajaj finance. As of today the pending overdue charges in experia portal is rs 28204. This is nothing but outright burglary from bajaj finance even after paying all the emi promptly.
                                        Kindly help me resolve the complaint, change the status of the loan to closed and correct the damage done to my cibil score.
