    Hi, my name is lokanath pradhan customer id:26790148 i am exits bajaj finance customer. I had completed 4 loans
    But i come know that my emi card was blocked with out any prior notice. I find out this while i try to apply for next loan.
    I try to conduct customer care by call but got replay as my customer number and card number was wrong. Could you plz able to tell me what is reason was the card blocked. And what can i do for reactive my card again.

      There was no bounces from my bank account even then bajaj finserv has blocked my card.
      You are a fraud company, i recommend everyone not to trust on bajaj finserv.
      I have not received any call from bajaj finserv regarding this. I came to know about this when i recently visited big bazar and they refused payment through bajaj finserv card.
      When i called customer service then i was told that they have sent message. But there was no email or phone. And actually i have not found any message too.
      There was no bounces recently and it was confirmed by customer care operator mr. Hadi. Even he was unable to find the reason for block.
      I am taking it seriously, i want to file complaint against it legally.
      In june 2017 i have visited ahmedabad office that time. They have provided me noc & assured that there will be no issue regarding bounces or block. I have also received an email from bajaj finserv but unfortunately they have written my name as 'hardeep'. This was strange to me if they are writing to me then they should have written my name.
      Now when everything is going well then bajaj finserv abruptly blocked my card permanently which is unbearable for me and insulting too. This how unprofessional they are. I am very angry on them and disappointing.

      I have taken loan of 1lack . i have paid all instalment now asking for NOC, but there employees are not providing me . alway stating that your noc still not came from mumbai. please dont take loan . now i m faceing big problem due to noc ... solve my question or else i will go to court

            I am writing regarding loan number - 400ecf59829678. May i know when did i spend on flipkart? That too on 8th dec 2017 as per the email you people sent me? I havent purchased anything from flipkart from the past 2-3months & your system shows payment of emi of something that i never purchased. What is all this? What is going on? Just because you people can auto debit, are you people trying to take advantage? I can show screen shots of flipkart also, you can cross them with flipkart as well, also the loan amount details show the same thing as last loan account details where the transaction is closed long back. Even during last time you people have troubled me & i had to write more than 100 times to get the trouble & stress cleared.

            What exactly you want to do is what am not understanding? Before 7 days for sure i will close my account. Thanks for all the trust you have shown, but i cant trust you people anymore. This is really bad, showing & asking to pay emi even when no purchase is done.

            Thanks alot for your valuable service towards me so far. I better stay happy with other sources which are truly trusted & worthy than this kind of thing from bajaj.

            Thanks for all your service, please let me know how to close all the bajaj account permanently. If you want some charity, i will better do & permanently close bajaj account. I want to close the account, there is no trust in it.

                  With ref to the above details i have received more then 100 calls from bajaj finserv team from aug 2017, they were promoting a card to me (Bajaj finserv elite card), on 9th sep 2017 i have paid rs. 4777/- for the this elite card. As per the marketing lady i was supposed to receive mahindra holiday voucher and more along with elite card but i have not received. Almost 4 to 5 times i had called to you call center most of the times call waiting is more than 40 minutes. Every time they mention there is a system issue

                  Your team people called me daily 10 times till i make a payment of 4777 after they received money not even a single call or mail

                  I request you kindly send me my mahindra holiday voucher immediately are please cancel my elite card and give back my money

                  I have applied for elite card after receiving so many calls from Bajaj finserv and lastly I have received only on card when I was assured that I will get one more add on card with shopping vouchers worth Rs. 30k. Already they have declined my previlege card and now no one is responding to my mails. Inspite of visiting the BAJAJ FINSERV branch there is no positive action or reply. This is a very bad kind of service BAJAJ is providing. Every time I am sending mail at [protected]@bajajfinserv.in, I am been provided a new SRN number but no action is been taken. Till the time I made a payment of RS. 4777/- I used to get a call 10 times in a day and now when they have received the amount no one is bothered to get the problem solved. Kindly resolve the issue or refund my money back.

                    I bought a samsung galaxy on nxt mobile price rs.12900 and philips hair straightener price rs1899 combine of rs 14799 from flipkart on 21 sep 2017 by using bajaj emi card but i cancelled that products order no od[protected] on 22 sep 2017 and refund process of hair straightener amount rs 1899 was already completed to bajaj by flipkart but samsung on nxt mobile refund was delayed so bajaj finserv started a loan account no 406ecf49918040 then i complained about this loan because refund process of rs12900 was completed on 16 november 2017 by flipkart to bajaj. But bajaj cancelled this laon and disbursed it and started another loan no 406ecf58165111 of rs 11000 emi will starting from 02/01/2018 so i request you sir please help me to cancel my loan account no 406ecf58165111. I am sending all my loan cancellation attachment from flipkart and also sending the refund transaction details sent by flipkart to me below :

                    Refund update: rs.12900 has been refunded to your on by seller and will be credited by[protected], 02:42 pm in case of any delay, please check with your bank using ref no pzt[protected]wg1506.
                    Also, refund reference no pzt[protected]tea0404 and bank transaction id cs[protected]

                    I request you please help to cancel my loan account no 406ecf58165111 because i am having mentally problem from two months because of this loan for that i don't bought any products and how can pay this amount that i was not bought any product. Thanking you

They told me to resolve my loan problem within 2-3 days but they can't cancel my loan and my EMI will starting from 02/01/2018 and I already sent them my loan cancellation details so please help me what can I do now. I am mentally disturb from this loan because I cancelled my product on 21 sep 2017 two months before and they are not cancelling my Laon till now. Thank you

                      I own a bajaj emi card from past few years, nad was a regular user with bajaj card. But off-late bajaj is becoming a pain in my life...in the past few months my was blocked without my knowledge and i had to follow it up with my interest to find out the reason. Service providers did not have that little concern to update on why the card was blocked.. Had to write several mails and had given alot of reviews from my end but off no use. On the 14th nov 17 finally i get a mail from bajaj saying sorry for the inconvenience caused and card is being unblocked and i hv 1, 50, 000 card balance.. Believing that i had been to girias but to my surprise my card is blocked again... I needed an explanation

                      I am totally unhappy with the kind of service bajaj is providing to its customers and putting them in lot o[censored]nnecessary trouble

                        Please close my bajaj finserv emi card no.[protected] valid from 11/13 to 11/23 by tomorrow and confirm.
                        I am not interested to avail loan in any form bajaj finserv.
                        Unnecessarily they deduct fees from my bank account in the name of annual fee for emi card.
                        Highly surprising that using my mobile no [protected] a text msg is sending "tgifs summer" to a mobile no [protected] and also sending a text msg "cuug[protected]" to 54242 on 07/12/2017 at 12:32 pm. The same text had been send before also. Thus company is miss using my mobile number. So immediately i want to cancel the card.
                        There should be provision to cancel the emi card online.

                        Thank you. But the company have not clearly mentioned whether they have cancelled the EMI card or not in the above text.It is to be mentioned here that one of the female employee of the company called me today(11/12/2017) at 14:59 pm from a number[protected] to my mobile no [protected] and she asked me about the detail of my bank account and my PAN number and my e-mail id and my date of birth. She insisted me that otherwise the card will not be cancelled and only then I told her my PAN no and date of birth.
                        Moreover, it is noteworthy that again using my mobile no [protected]the same text has sent "TGISF summer" to a mobile no [protected] and also sent a text msg "CUUG[protected]" to 54242 on 08/12/2017 at13:16 pm.
                        Let me know two things:
                        1) Whether the said EMI card is cancelled or not?
                        2) Is all those informations; my bank A/C details, PAN no, e-mail id, date of birth are truely essential to cancel that Bajaj Finserv EMI card?
                        Hope I will get proper reply and right service from a national level company.

                          Want to surrender my insurance policy, but not getting any support from the executives or bajaj, even there is no number through which i can contact bajaj customer care executive. I am really pissed of with it.
                          When they were offering the loan they called me up several times. But now they are not responding to it even.
                          I am trying since past few weeks.

                              Bajaj finserv has been continuously harassing me by making marketing calls from different mobile numbers every time. I am tired of identifying and blocking their numbers, but still i continue to receive these calls.
                              I have written thrice to their customer care mail id and they have confirmed back to me in writing that they would ensure my number is added to their dnd registry as well and calls would get stopped in next 48-72hrs. Again after a month they start all over again by calling on same mobile number.
                              This is nothing but harassment and has to stop immediately.

I think its juz cheating card...my amount is waste to buy this type of worst card..plz resolve my issues, do needful...

                                I Pradip Mazumder here by declare that I applied a personal amount 350001 and 8%floating rate of interest.But I received a message from Bajaj finance that regret to processes loan amount on 4th December.I talk to a Bajaj finance representative Arnav naskar mob no:[protected] that my application rejected .please close my file and return my document.But one higher officer repeatedly insist me to accept loan 250001 with high interest and high allocation charged.I denied new term and condition.But unfortunately I received a message your loan amount 250001 and roi 13.83% and net disbursed amount 233957 .I tottaly upset and depressed attitude of your sales department of kolkata.it is tottaly frwad to me and mislead me with wrong information. I lot of suffered .please give justice immediately nor I have to go court

                                  After visiting 4 times in thane branch of bajaj finserv i able to submit the documents for nach (Ecs) mandate. Now 20 days gone.

                                  My bank not received any documents and no response at bajaj finserv end.

                                  Thane branch people taken signature on blank nach (Ecs) mandate form and cancelled cheque. When i asked them why like this then they said we will fill up the at our end.

                                  Now my point is where is my documents gone and what purpose they taken my documents. There is any responsibility of bajaj finserv to take care of documents and inform to customer.

                                  My issue simply closing by bajaj finserv team on bajaj finserv website.

                                  I got two calls yesterday one in the morning from social media customer care team to confirm the issue.

                                  But second call is very strange.

                                  This call I got from Thane branch and one lady called me.
                                  She was confirmed her as she was the lady who taken my NACH mandate form, PAN card, Aadhaar card my photo and cancelled cheque.
                                  Now she was requesting me to send the documents again by courier.

                                  I asked: What happen to my documents which I already submitted?
                                  She said: We are misplaced them.
                                  I asked: If it used by someone else then?
                                  She said: No it will not happen. It may gone for verification and may rejected.
                                  I said: I'm not received any rejection confirmation.
                                  She said: Then they may miss out by us.
                                  I said: If anyone use those documents then?
                                  She said: No it will never happen, send me one more copy of documents. We will process them.
                                  I said: No! I never send again. First tell me where is my documents.
                                  She said: She will call me back for the same again.

                                  But till now I'm not received any call from them.
                                  I'm waiting for call now.

                                  I used Bajaj EMI card many times for my Laptop, Refrigerator, LCD and AC from many years.
                                  All loans got paid and closed.
                                  Now I planned to use it again but why Bajaj dealing with me like this I'm not understood.
                                  And that too for stupid KYC which already there with them.
                                  Even they don't have proper plan to complete the KYC for existing customers.

                                  I don't know but stupid plan and stupid people are hired to process the KYC Bajaj.
                                  I think Bajaj management should think about it seriously.
                                  I don't have contact to send this message to Bajaj management.
                                  If anyone have then forward this and give my reference.

                                  Yesterday again I got the call from social media customer care lady.

                                  She asked: do you got a call from Thane branch.
                                  I said: Yes
                                  She: can please re-submit the documents?
                                  I: No problem! but I want to know what happen to my last submitted documents? I want written note on it.
                                  She: OK! you will get the call from Thane branch again by EOD.

                                  But till now nothing is received.
                                  I will wait for the proper response.

                                  My intention is not wrong. Bajaj management should know what is going on in Thane branch.
                                  I faced lot of problems to submit the documents at Thane branch.
                                  Too much arrestment for simple KYC.

                                  I taken leave to submit the documents in Thane branch.
                                  And what I got ? Nothing.

                                  This is the ultimate solution given by Bajaj now.

                                  As discussed and confirmed to send me the mail stating that you misplaced my documents at you HO and requested to submit the KYC documents again and this time you will complete the process on high priority basis.

                                  But I'm not received any mail from you on misplaced documents.

                                  After one week wait I submitted my KYC documents personally at your Thane branch but till now I'm not received your mail stating you misplaced my documents.

                                  Top on this I got a mail stating that you received my re-submitted documents and you will process in 15 to 20 days.

                                  THIS IS YOUR HIGH PRIORITY PROCESS?

                                  There should be a big penalty on it like you take from us when we miss EMI.
                                  My loan account no is 4240cd51221094. In this aacount my mobile no is not register so i am not able to check my loan detail and statement.
                                  Please register or update my mobile no [protected].

                                  I also contact to customer care what they are still not update my mobile.

                                    I was approached by bajaj telesales representative informing about the service where i will be sanctioned an amount which i can borrow any time i need using a portal and pay just the interest as emi and once i repay the amount no interest will be charged. I was also told that there is no additional charge for this service except for an insurance for 3k to which i agreed. The agent who came to collect docs also did not say anything about additional charge nor did the verifying agent. I was given an approval for 10lac of which i said pls sanction only 1lac as i don't need money at the moment. I also re confirmed that amount would not be given unless i go to the portal. Suddenly i got credit of 92k out of 103000/- loan amount rest 11k is deduction. I immediately tried to reach customer care which does not allow to talk to agent. I since 1 hour of disbursement have dropped 3 complaints on the online portal which they have but to no use.

                                      Once again i am back to square one with this stupid company bajaj finserv. I feel so frustrated and disgusted that a reputed company like bajaj finserv can be so irresponsible and incompetent. Last month i had submitted a complaint and then i got a call from the company's representative who advised me to go to the branch and pay my remaining dues to close my loan. I did exactly what i was advised. My service request number for loan closure is srn14367731 and i got a message on 28th october that it has been processed. I was adviced that once this has been processed my loan closure will be done and i will get my noc. Now after almost 3 weeks i happen to get calls from mumbai office stating that my emi is still outstanding. Its disgusting and frustrating as i really dont know what else i have to do. The mumbai branch tells me that the pune branch has not updated my details. Its not my fault if its not updated. I already paid the amount and i already have an email and a recipt for the same. If anyone from bajaj finserv is reading this please contact me and get this resolved. My experience has been a nightmare and i will put this on social media and make sure that none of my friends deal with bajaj finserv. My email is [protected]@gmail.com.

                                        Dear sir, i made payment for a advance 2nd emi against loan no: 404cdd57860246 on[protected], on official bajaj finserv app using my sbi debit card, for which the actual due was on[protected].
                                        But, on[protected] it again debited from my bank acount. The screen shot of my bank transaction is uploaded.
                                        Please revert the amount as early as possible.
