[Resolved] Bajaj Finserv — unhappy with the service | |||
I own a bajaj emi card from past few years, nad was a regular user with bajaj card. But off-late bajaj is becoming a pain in my life...in the past few months my was blocked without my knowledge and i had to follow it up with my interest to find out the reason. Service providers did not have that little concern to update on why the card was blocked.. Had to write several mails and had given alot of reviews from my end but off no use. On the 14th nov 17 finally i get a mail from bajaj saying sorry for the inconvenience caused and card is being unblocked and i hv 1, 50, 000 card balance.. Believing that i had been to girias but to my surprise my card is blocked again... I needed an explanation I am totally unhappy with the kind of service bajaj is providing to its customers and putting them in lot o[censored]nnecessary trouble Was this information helpful? | |||
