      Power outtage everyday for 8-9 hours (12 hours on some days)

      This is motherfcking govt company, most of the hours in a day the power is out because they are busy licking each other ###-, smelling and licking each other buttholes. There service levels are so poor only god can help them. If you live in a BESCOM serviced area your life is fcuked as long as you live there.

        We have been experiencing severe voltage fluctuations in our apartment (refer the address below) for almost 1 month. Its severely damaging the electronics/lifts and also safety concerns within the premises. The response from the department is very poor in resolving the issue even after multiple complaints. The Transformer within the premises is bypassed by the BESCOM engineers and is the main cause for the incident. Request your help in resolving the same at the earliest.

          In the last two days we observed high voltage power fluctuation in the interval of every 5 or 10 minutes. Tube lights starts flickering, fan which is running in the lowest speed suddenly increases to highest speed, we are fearing where the fan will fall from the sealing as the speed is beyond the highest. This happens for few seconds and then gets to normal.

          Yesterday - 4th August, our geyser stopped working due to this fluctuation, two tube lights and one bulb does not work.

          We are really worried as to what other electronic / electrical products will get damaged due to this issue.

          Request BESCOM authorities to immediately fix the issue else we will encounter many other issues as explained above.

            There has been frequent power cuts from BESCOM in our area. The level of fluctuation is almost 3-4 times during the day.

            What was earlier a 5-10 min outage, have become close to 1-2 hr outages.

              Address: MR sannidhi apartments, A block, ,, ramanjinayanagar, uttarahalli hobli,, Bangalore

              Bescom is trying to place/install transformer infront of out apartment entrance, specifically A-block entrance. it creates problem for car entry and exit to the A-block and also create huge traffic jam in this road. Request to please stop doing this activity at this place and try to shift this installation to different place which is convenient to BESCOM.

                    My house electric meter installed by BESCOM is not working, we have given the written letter to "AE" of BESCOM Banaswadi. I requested for Acknowledgement, he denied to give the acknowledgment.
                    After 10 days again i went and spoke for replacement of electric meter, he told to speak to "JE". I spoke to "JE" he told there is no stock of new meter and asked me to purchase a new Electric Meter. I told him the electric meter is BESCOM asset and why would a customer buy a electric meter when it is not working.
                    He got angry and tore the request letter into pieces, asked me to go and wait until they get any old meter if available.
                    I am still waiting for the electric meter to be fixed.
                    I feel like, we are still in british era or some other country, why is this BESCOM employees behaving like they run the BESCOM
                    Can govt please privatise this and make sure they are accountable for every customer service

                                Hello I’m Ricky Satish from Nisarga layout abbigere Bangalore. I had this issue from a long time where the person who comes to provide with the bill walks into the house premises without any permission and leaves with the gate wide open which has been causing Nuisance from quite a long time now since we have our vehicles parked inside the gate our dogs inside the gate our vehicles are not safe when he leaves them open and even the dogs run out and we have to go looking for them leaving our job. So today when I confronted about it to him he started being all rude and told me to put the whole meter outside the house and started telling me that he will cut the power supply to my home and then I’ll have to go looking for him and beg him to come fix it. This was very rude at his part to talk to one of the customer like this. I hope this gets resolved thank you.

                                  Trying to pay the electricity bill for ac no, [protected]. Via bescom but the failed has failed twice.
                                  Amount got debited but payment didn't process at all.
                                  Need to know when the amount will be credited back since it's not only a blocker for my bill payment but also a severe frustration when you lose money to bureaucrat ###*s with complete inconvenience for the following few days when the money doesn't come back to you in time. Not everybody is born with a silver spoon up their arses so could you kindly check and confirm when the money would be credited to my acc. Since I've paid twice the amount already. And the status still shows that the bill is not paid.

                                    Today[protected] sunday around 11am power supply to my house went off
                                    during that time all electrical house hold appliances namely 1.led bulb in the kitchen busted 2, from mixer smoke was observed 3.fridge went off.

                                    power supply came after half an hour.
                                    after power supply was resumed i observed that the MCP trip, MCP was made on and electrical appliances, which were during the power supply failure were not in the working condition.
                                    fridge was connected to a stablizer

                                    we have to repair and bring back to working condition all the appliances, which will cost money and time.the sheer negliance of BESCOM cost unwnted expenditures.This type of situation should not reoccur.Kindly i request you to give us explaination and as a customer you should advice me to avoid this type of situation.
