        Hello Sir/Madam,

        I am writing to you as a request to move an electric pole that is in front of our property and comes right in front of the proposed gate to enter the property.
        The property and electric pole is located in plot #127/2 in Karishma Hills community in Turahalli, Subramanyapura, Bangalore.

        I request you to move the electric pole to the side of the property at the earliest as per your convenience. Please let me know if you need any additional information.

          The street lights present near my home are placed very far from each other and there are areas which are very dark at night, additionally the trees cover the light from some of these light poles so the road is always dark and scary to commute at night, and also there have been incidents of theft due to the absence of street lights.

          So please do the needful and please install Street lights in front of my home

            Address was supposed to be

            But address updated was

                On 15th dec in our road @2nd cross, Bhimajyothi lic colony, Basaveswaranagar, Bangalore 560079 which comes under your N3 subdivision, has left the left over materials in front of our house.I complained personaly to AEE of Bescom on 17th dec morning.Today also I reminded to his WA and called him...But your personale are highly disrespectful and gives evasive replies

                  Last month I had paid my electricity bill at Bangalore one office and this month that amount as again added to this month electricity bill
                  When I went and enquired about it
                  They said that the person who as working here as given u fake bill that it shows u that the amount as been paid
                  Now who will take responsible for that
                  They are saying us to pay the money again

                    Employee very reluctant on wrong billing and took away the meter. Even after repeated complaint the bill was not corrected. Now even after paying Rs 6000+ for an vacant house additional the billing is continued without replacing the meter.

                            Ia m surrender temporary connection to bescom july 20. While surrender the connection, Security deposit Rs. 6993 and Temporary meter balance amount Rs.1288 is available for adjustment. I am given request letter to the office on 29.07.21 for adjustment to.R.R number- N9EH9302. But Security deposit only adjusted . Meter balance amount till not adjusted.

                            Bescom has disconnected full building power,
                            because Landowener and builder has not paid money for their emplty flats
                            For Bescom, It is easy to disconnect full building and other tenants who pay regular are suffering.
                            Now kids have 10th exam from 29th Nov21.
                            Thy cannot study and impact.

                                We are 15 families currently living in the apartment. Out of 92 flats - 32 flats are sold by builder. All 32 flat owners are paying their monthly bills on time, even then, BESCOM is disconnecting the power supply to the entire building because of empty or disputed flats electricity bill not paid. This puts all the other resident, genuine customers, for no fault into trouble. Is it right on the part of BESCOM to disconnect the power supply of the customers who clears their bills on time, every time?

                                We need immediate attention on this issue.

                                Every flat has a separate meter and individual power supply with isolation.

                                    An electric pole close my house is bending towards my house, it is hazard to life & property please straighten the pole.
                                    I have raised a complaint through bescom whatsapp on 26/10//2021, & written complaint on 16/11/2021.
                                    On 23/11/2021 two of bescom officers came & observed & told that after pole bending concreting done to pole base so that it is not possible to straighten & insulated main wire provided there is no problem. Then I have requested them that I will remove the concrete base please straighten the pole. They replied no & left the place.
