    Hi Sir/Madam,
    I called on phone number [protected] and when I asked I want to check my bill payment is done or not, he asked for K-Number then I replied i can give you account number, then he said, "Jitna bola hai utna bata".. then I checked the bill and unable to find out K-Number then I whatsapp him the image of bill. Then I inform him I whatsapp the bill can you check it. Then he start using abusive words like
    jab is number pe whatsapp hi nhi hai to bheja kaise...
    K-number nahi pata mc, bc and many more...
    then I asked him name and he start using more abusive words...
    I want to file a complaint against him and want a proper action on him so in future no other customer face this.

      We have given a notice claiming that we are using electricity for iron. Every month the AE visit our Apartment have noticed that we are using charcoal for iron, even then they have raised a charges 150 and above unit per month. We have been enquiring on providing 1kw commercial meter but they are not responding and even not clearing the dues. Kindly help to clear the dues and getting the new meter.

        It's been 6 months I have shifted to Grand Duke Villas Byagadadenahalli which falls under Anekal. Electricity/Power supply has been pathetic, hardly we get 4-6 hours in a day. When we get power it's either single phase or low voltage.
        Customer care number is always busy or not working, no AE or AEE receives the phone call. Almost everyday we raise complaints regarding no power or low voltage, there has been no action at all from BESCOM

        Not sure what is to be done and whom to complain.

          I made a payment of Rs 3549/- for electricity bill using UPI. The transaction was successful and the money was debited from my account. However, it was not reflected in Bescom's account. No receipt was generated, no acknowledgement mail came. Here are the details of the transaction

              Hi I am a resident of Chowdeswari Layout Marathahalli Village near Trinity School. From last few days it has become a regular routine for frequent power cuts in our area at day time as well as late night time. Since we are working from home it becomes real harrassment with such frequent power cuts. On calling BESOM personel are simply addressing the same with no specific time limit and reason of the power cut. Everytime new person will address the phone and are really very rude. Some days power cuts are from 10am in morning till 8pm in evening. And apart from that frequent power cuts are regular now and being a resident of the area I am really frustrated about the same as it is hampering my daily life.
              I would request the concerned authority to look into the matter immediately and do the needful and take action against the persons involved in the same.

                Every week there is a power cut in our area. Always they will say UG cable replace, transformer issue . Every week not even missed one week. If you people doing like this how can we work from home ??? When it comes to due while paying electricity fee your employees will come as soon as possible. first provide the better service.

                    We have been facing several issues with Bescom since 2018
                    1) In Hirandahalli, the landlord was being provided inflated bills to extort money from us. Power surges were being caused which damaged several home appliances Daily severe fluctuations in power alongwith powercuts.
                    2) In TC Palya residence, once again the landlord was instructed to pressure my son to pay an bloated bill on the threat of having our connecction cut. Power siurges were caused in this house too damage to appliance
                    3) At the current residence, the meter was changed exactly as my husband travelled abroad in November "21. We have not received a single physical copy of the bill (aren't getting any intimation of meter readings) but online payments are being shown which my son is paying regularly. Here too frequent and severe voltage fluctuations are being caused.

                      Hi am goutham singh resident of Bangalore i make my payment via my HDFC credit card auto pay which gets deducted on 18 of every month and same thing has happened for my March bill but unfortunately it has been credited back to my account which i was not aware till my April bill got generated we still have end payment date till[protected] but today[protected] one of their employee (devaraj kengeri satellite town branch) just entered into our house premises with out any permission and directly cut our main fuse wires with our even asked one about that issue or asking us to pay with in due date and just walked away with out giving any clarification all this time he was on call when we were trying to tell him what has happened and now it's been 3 hours and yet they have not given the connection back where has we went and made the payment on the spot at BESCOM kengeri satellite town branch.

                      All above bill end date is 22 of this April, Devaraj has to be held accountable for his actions and rude behaviour and he has to be severely punish and thought work ethics

                        For the last 5 days, your ELECTRIC POLE is continuously getting short circuits and producing lots of sparks also. It is very very risky for the people staying near the pole.

                        Could you please check this short circuit issue from your end at the earliest and fix it as soon as possible.

                            This is the incomplete address mentioned in the bill .

                            Correction : right pincode is 560093, along with apartment name 'Anugraha Classic' and house number '#002'
                            none of which is mentioned
                            Wrong pincode has been mentioned as 560016 instead of 560093

                            Please do the needful to correct the errors ASAP.

                              Hi, there are increasing voltage fluctuations at my residence (1305, 14th cross, second stage, Indiranagar, Bengaluru 560038). Lights are flickering, fan is barely running throughtout the day. Only late night it becomes stable. please fix this issue.

                                I made an online payment of 1806inr for bescom via billdesk. The transaction failed, but hdfc bank account is showing 'withdrawl' of this amount.

                                Our payment to bescom monthly bill from bescom online services portal https://bescomrural.nsoft.in/ was made using billdesk internet banking option, and successfully paid from our hdfc bank account.

                                But we received a "failure" from billdesk as shown in attached picture, but our savings a/c has been debited.

                                Please look into this.

                                      Mr.basavaraj abbigere devision bangalore this person was have any patience to wait just 2 mins and behavior like a rowdy with a ladies and I have tell him give me for 2 mins to make the payment but that guy dnt gaving me 2 mins also for payment and after they destroy the electricity meter and they gone but I have make the payment @12 pm and then updated to bescom helpline till 3 pm its not there any action from bescom now I have called bescom service center they had told me come and gave the payment confirmation and then we ill gave the reconnection if we have to go there y did they have helpline and y they r working
