Dear sir
This is to inform you that, the bmtc bus from bangalore ka 01-f-9439 he over took from left and hit car's left side mirror (Its completely broken) it happened on 18-may-2016 at 12:05 pm, and when we stopped this bus regarding this accident he behaved very carelessly with me and my mom and telling us to pay 5000 for cancelling the bus trip we were not not sure how to handle this issue so took photo and let him go. I have attached my car mirror's photo and the bus photo please find and please take this complaint seriously and take serious action against the driver.

BMTC — No Bus From ITPL to Banashankari From 5:30 to 6:30 every Day

Daily I am not getting any bus ie 500CA from 5.30 to 6.30 all the buses will take u turn at Vydehi Hospital

BMTC — rudely behaving conductor

Bus no. 9534 . route 284 d at 5.30 pm. 1.6.2015. It has become hallmark of many bmtc conductors to behave rudely even with lady passengers at the top of their voice. Very disgusting for respected common man to travel in bmtc buses.

    This is in regard to the ticket id 18137 i have registered at the bmtc website pertaining to the change.

    Hi,

    Today when travelling from home i took a metro to bayappanahalloi and then from bayappanahalli to whitefield i took at metro feeder bus. The route was mf-1. I initially brought a ticket to big bazaar stop near prestige shantinikentan and later go to know the bus was going towards vyedehi hospital so brought another ticket. The second time around since i did not have the exact change for the ticket i had rs500/-. The conductor was harsh rude and told me to wait until he gives the exact change. The cost of ticket was rs12/- and i had paid rs502/- and had to receive a change of rs490. But the conductor told to wait till my stop comes.. When i was about to get down conductor gave me change of rs290/- and drove away even before i could count the exact money given! Mind you all the notes given were of rs10 and rs20/-.

    Being a middle class family guy i need my money back!!!

    I want to know is it a crime to buy a ticket. Is it a crime to use public transport!!

    When people think o[censored]sing the metro service and bmtc service to reduce pollution in bangalore this is how we are treated!!!

    There are no buses in mg road stop g3 in evenings during 4 to 5 .. Daily I have to wait for 1, hour there is incharge here utter waste.. F we ask him where is bus he l tell wait until it comes.. Please provide buses during this time

          I felt really horrible seeing the conductor speaking to customers. He was not ready to provide change even if we requested him while getting down. For asking him twice, he started using Kannada slang words like "Shaata, muchkond hogo boli magane, hal udarastini, sule magane" and all.
          Is this the way he speaks to a customer?
          People will get bad opinion about the government seeing such conductors. He should be warned to behave like a human.

          Serious matter. Please kindly look into it and resolve.

          BMTC — G2 bus very irregular

          G2 bus from Brigade road to electronic city always runs late in the morning and evening also. Passengers have to wait for 45 minutes to 1 hour to board the bus which never comes on time.

            Im a daily user of bmtc volvo bus service and i used to buy the monthly volvo pass (Rs-2, 350/-) every month. For almost 3 yrs im travelling using the monthly volvo pass and my regular route is from bsk to itpl and vice versa.

            I notice from the past 1 month that the volvo bus frequency from bsk to itpl in the morning hours is getting very less and most of the days there is a 500ca bus coming for every half an hour. Since bsk to itpl is a main commutation route for all the it people, half an hour of no bus, brings lot of crowd at the bus station and almost all of them are regular volvo bus users.

            From morning 9 am to 10 am, there are 2 or 3 buses only coming to the bus station. We people are paying so much money for the service and the frequency of the volvo but we dont get both from bmtc service.

            Please take necessary action to resolve this issue.

            Conductor took Rs.10 money for the ticket from Bellundur central to intel bus stop, But when i asked the ticket, he denied to give the ticket, it means he is stealing the money

              Sir/ madam

              I would like to bring to your notice about misconduct of your employee (Conductor) of route no 201 m/8, ordinary, depot 06, bus no ka57 f0047.

              Today (07.05.2016) i boarded this bus at raggi gudda at 3 50 pm. To police station indiranagar (Kfc stop). I was a first time traveler in this route. Before kfc bus stop there is a signal and the conductor wanted us to get off the bus there only. People who wanted got down but i told him politely that i would like to get down at the bus stop as its much further. He got pissed off at this and said sit inside in singular (Holage hogi kuthko). The signal went on for a second time as it was a long one and with all due respect i asked him where is the bus stop is (As the signal continued for the second time i couldn't locate the bus station) and this conductor started shouting at me saying that its not the work of the conductor to inform the passengers where the bus stop is, he used singular language. All this only cause i said that i will get down at the bus stop and not in signal.

              I am a responsible doctor and a female passenger. The way the conductor spoke was a total harassment in public and i request you to take strict action for this misconduct. Such aggressive and misbehaved people are not safe public servants. Please teach your staff as to how they should to behave with commuters specially women. I have his photo too clicked for further reference and also a complaint lodge through bmtc customer care.

              There is very less g4 bus in the route it is hard for the public to travel as all the buses are crowded every time due to less buses and we have to wait 40 minutes for one bus. Please look into the matter

                Dear sir/madam,
                I am manikanta.. Today i.E., on[protected] at 12.00pm in the afternoon i reached banshankari signal to catch the bus. I saw the bus number ka57f831 which runs between banshankari to attibele and i went near to it... Before getting into bus i enquired with respective driver whether the bus goes to my place or not?? And finally i got in with his confirmation. But after getting in the respective bus conductor started abusing me to get down and even slapped me... But i never turn up and hit back. Because i am confident that, i can get justification from your department.. The conductor has slapped and spoke words like 'ra' and get down from mybus... How can they behave towards customers like that, when they are surviving with money of customers like me... I want severe action against the respective conductor by removing his job or giving apologise on behalf of him... Hope my issue gets justified...

                  This is a incident today which took place on bus no. Ka 01 fa 360 on route bus no.328 at 8.45 a. M. From domlur to mureshpalya.Inspite of giving rs.12/- the conductor did not issue the ticket and after sometime when asked for ticket, he gave a used ticket for rs.14/- for which i objected, and he spoke very rudely since i caught his corrupt work with bmtc. Hence i request you to take necessary action against such fellow and please revert to me.
                  Checking inspector was not in dress code.Then how dare he ask us to show the tickets no basic dignity and manners

                    Below are the details of my complaint.

                    Bus number : ka57 f 551
                    Date of incident happened : 3rd may 2016
                    Time of incident happened : 6.45 pm
                    Bus route number : 401a
                    Route : peenya 2nd stage to yelehanka
                    Incident happened stop : systems stop.

                    Details of the incident : there where more than 8 people waiting at systems stop to travel for yelehanka. Around 6.45 pm 401a bus came from peenya to yelehanka . But, the driver did not stop the bus at the bus stop.

                    We people managed to get into the bus which was struck in the traffic jam in jallahalli circle.

                    Bus conductor was very arrogant and was scolding us.

                    Please take necessary action.

                      Dear sir,

                      The bmtc bus ka-01-fa-0958 hit the my car (Honda jazz ka-03 mx-3523) at raitara sante near kogilu cross, yelahanka - 560064 around 8.25 am on 3/may/2016.
                      The driver was driving rash and trying to overtake from left side, then hit my car in the back side. Then he was about to hit the walkers on the road, they escaped narrowly. Please take this complaint seriously and take serious action against the driver.
                      The driver was not ready to come police station and he was telling go and complain i will come later.

                        I want to draw you kind attention towards the very rude behaviour of the conductor.he hold my shirt collar because I told him "Hindi me bolo" (speak in Hindi).
                        Actually I am from north part of the India and my mother tongue is only Hindi and Urdu I can't speak Kannada.
                        I shoked ...jab conductor ne mujh pe haath utha kar slap maarne ka ishara kiya.
                        Main bhartiya city (kunnuru, yehlanka route ) se hebbal bus stop aane ke liye bus me baitha then he asked about ticket... I said "pass" but again he asked the same thing then I said pass with hand indication... Par WO mujhse pass dikahane ko bola main pass dikhaya WO ID card dikhane ko bola ...main BMTC ID Card dikhaya... Dekhne ke baad Kannada me kuch bolte hue Jane laga...tab main bola "HINDI ME BOLO" . bus yehi itni si baat pe gusse me aakar bola "aeno Hindi me bolo"
                        Chilane laga main bhi gusse me aakar bola ki mujhse Hindi me baat karo but ek or passenger us conductor ka saath dene lga or dono mujh par maarne ka ishara karne lge par mere baju ka ek passenger mujhe support kra after that aor bhi passengers mere support me us conductor ko smjahne lgen.
                        Par WO mujhse ye bola ja RHA that ki "ye Karnataka hai Kannada bolna padega. Yaha ka khata hai yahan rahta hai toh Kannada bol Hindi nhi"
                        Baat bohot had tak aage chali gai thi.
                        Sir I just want to ask a question if any body want to live in Karnataka... Then must he knows Kannada???
                        If "no" then please take a action against him and those type of conductors because many peoples from other state are living here...aaj main suffered hua kal koi dusra suffer ho sakta hai.
                        And if "yes" then nobody can impose us to speak Kannada .
                        Baat normal si zaroor hai but baat ignore karne layak nhi!
                        Ye transportation company hai 1 day me more than 50000 peoples bus se aate jaate hain Jo Hindi bolte hain .toh in sabko ek bus me safar karne me liye Kannada aana chahiye?

                          This is a complaint against the bus driver and conductor for their inappropriate behavior.

                          They stopped at nagarbavi circle today declaring it to be the last stop where as the last stop is supposed to be ngef layout. The bus driver and conductor spoke rude, indescent and shouted on me and a co passenger for sking them politely "why doesn't this bus go to ngef layout, which is the regular route".

                          They gave the reason that they are on ot and hence they will not be going further to the last stop.
                          The reason is understandable that they will be tired and late. But the way to talk to passengers is to be known. Just because we asked why they are denying to take the bus further, doesn't mean they start raising their voice, talk irrelevant things, and start shouting on us.

                          This behavior by public servants is totally unacceptable and a shame to the department as bmtc buses are operated for public convenience and not according to the driver o conductor's choice.

                            Volvo buses(360B ) do not stop at any of the bus stops from Roopena Agrahara to Attibele even if there are passengers to get on and off the bus. At the Roopena Agrahara bus stop, the bus stops in the right lane of the highway and it's not very convenient to board the bus in the middle of a highway with other vehicles zipping past. Especially when volvos(360B) is so rare ( almost 1 per hour) passengers can't afford to miss the bus, and risk running across the road to board the bus. Please rectify ASAP.

                              Hi,

                              This incident happened today,[protected] in a Blue BMTC Bus starting from Amrita School of Engineering, Kasavanahalli Main Road to KBS. the Bus started at 09:05 from the origin, from where I boarded the bus. This is a full blue bus (not blue & white). I am not aware of the bus number because the digital display on the bus does not say any route number. Instead, only the destination "Kempagowda Bus Station - KBS" is usually written on the digital display on the bus.

                              I gave Rs.20/- for ticket (which costs me Rs.19/- from Amrita School of Engg stop till Jakkasandra bus stop). The conductor told me that he would give me the balance amount of Rs.1\- later during my journey and I agreed.

                              Later, when I reached Agara Lake signal (the signal before the bus stop where I get down), I reminded him of the Rs.1\- balance that he owes me. Then, he told me that I still had time before I got down and that he would give me then. I waited and at Jakkasandra bus stop, just before I got down, I asked him my balance and he asked Rs.2\- change from me and started shouting and asked me to talk in Kannada. When I told him that I do not have the change and that I do not know Kannada, he started shouting at me again (in Kannada). And he left off without giving me the balance money.

                              This is NOT the first time that he is mis-behaving with me by his words. Earlier, 2 weeks back, amidst my journey in this same bus from Amrita School of Engineering, Kasavanahalli Main Road to KBS, he asked to get up from the seat, where I was sitting, claiming, that was his seat and that he needed to sit.

                              As a common man using the public transport facility, I do not expect such rude and harsh behavior from a BMTC bus conductor towards his customers.

                              I have filed a complaint in BMTC website with ref # "BMTCC10161364"

                              I request the authority to take the right action against him so that any such misbehavior can be prevented in future.

                                I took the bus 600FB/2 (bus no KA01F4470) from Silk Board to Kudlu gate and it was 9:10AM on 25th April 2016.The bus was totally rush so there was no space to move in.The bus driver was continuously shouting and trying to touch all the girls who were standing in front part of the bus by saying that move in though he knows that there is no space to move in.Why he was trying to touch every girl?Either BMTC is not recruiting the educated and well mannered persons or they are not making them learn how to behave with the passengers.This is ridiculous.


                                I request you to take necessary steps against this driver who was driving that day.

                                  This is to file a complaint against bus driver in KA01FA623 bus. I got in from KFC bus stop indiranagar and got down at beml. Bus fare is 12 Rs and I gave 20Rs to conductor. He refused to give me ticket and returned 10Rs back. Kept the 10Rs for himself. When I asked again he said bring exact change. I saw him giving change to an older lady later. He was rude and scolded me in Kannada.

                                  This is a common practice of conductors in this route. They take 10 and doesn't give ticket. There should be action taken against such practice.

                                    I had purchased a daily gold pass(Rs 140) and paid the conductor Rs 500. Since he did not have change at time he asked me to take it later. But while getting off I forgot. Is there any chance of getting the change (Rs 360 ) back?

                                      So much crowd but less ac, this happens everyday in bmtc volvo buses from silkboard to itpl. Today after kundanahalli, they switched off the ac and they did not listen to passengers. I request bmtc to look into this issue or travel one day in bmtc from silkboard to itpl. Bmtc charges more for volvo passes, atleast provide quality service.

                                        This is to notify to the concerned BMTC authorities about the wrong issuing of tickets, conductor demanding more than normal ticket fare and failure of the conductor to give back the proper change in the bus 238U .
                                        I boarded a bus called 238U /5 with the vehicle reg numbr KA01F9495 as per the ticket dated on 4-4-2016 from nagarbhavi circle towards kalyanagar( a stop before moodalapalya circle).
                                        Since i was new to the route i asked the conductor about the stops before i took the ticket and this is probably why he took an advantage of it.The usual fare is 5rs.
                                        I paid 10rs and the conductor gave me a ticket (im not sure if he issued it at that particular time or was an old ticket) which was worth 5rs which said 'nagarbhavi circle to moodalapalya'.
                                        When i asked him for the change of 5rs due, he denied and took back the ticket saying that the ticket is actually 12rs, but the ticket from nagarbhavi circle to kalyanagar is not available and asked me 2 more rupees so that he can issue the 12rs ticket.I could not believe him since he was asking for 12rs for just two stops!Since i didnt know the fare, I told him i will give him the money and i want him to issue a ticket from nagarbhavi circle to kalyanagar freshly.
                                        He then issued a 12rs ticket (time as per ticket:17:17:51) but in it was written 'nagarbhavi circle to vijaynagar'.when i cross questioned him why he issued a vijaynagar ticket when i wanted to get down in kalyanagar, he started blabbering saying 'do not eat my head, just get down already' and denied to give me the proper ticket or the money.I kept asking for his name so that i could complain against him, but he did not tell his name, meanwhile i reached my stop and had to get down.
