Ticket issuing and change due

This is to notify to the concerned BMTC authorities about the wrong issuing of tickets, conductor demanding more than normal ticket fare and failure of the conductor to give back the proper change in the bus 238U .
I boarded a bus called 238U /5 with the vehicle reg numbr KA01F9495 as per the ticket dated on 4-4-2016 from nagarbhavi circle towards kalyanagar( a stop before moodalapalya circle).
Since i was new to the route...

I am very disappointed about BMTC CONDUCTOR miss behaviour with the passenger, he was talking in mobile phone continuously and he was talking with passengers very rudely and he didn't returns the changes of Rs again the ticket Eg Rs 3 or Rs 4 Rs 2 like simply he was replying No change, I observe this when I was board bus on dated 3/4/2016 evening around 9 PM bus no KA - 2144, route no 36 A, AVALAHALLI TO MEJESTIC BMTC...

Bus stop needs immediate repair

This is regarding the 'Kristal Campus' BMTC bus stop located near the Yamare Village (after Dommasandra) on Sarjapur road that got damaged couple of months back when a lorry hit the stop shade.
I want to bring to your attention that the stop needs immediate repair as it has gone totally damaged condition and there is no place for passengers to stand at all.

Abusive bus conductor

This is a complaint against the KA 57 F 299 bus conductor. This bus plies between ITPL to Banashankari (500 CA). This incident happened on 15th March 2016. No buses after 22:00 from hebbal to mathikere

It's very inconvenience for people who are working late evening or late night... I find many people standing at hebbala bus stop to go towards mathikere...after 22:00

Many people including ladies, girls, children board private cabs and buses to reach their home... Which is unsafe...

Bmtc should put buses towards mathikere from hebbala .i.e. Late night services at least till midnight......

Volvo bus driver hit my car and sped away

Today I noticed something in BMTC bus. It surprised me to hell. I was not knowing that our karnataka bmtc buses will promote other states stuffs so proudly when our own state is in need of that.
Today i was travelling from Varthur kodi to HAL in SBS1K, KA 01 FA 2245 or 2285 bus number. I saw BMTC promoting Telangana places posters. I am wondering Why is Karnataka BMTC is promoting Telangana Tourism so proudly?

Poor maintenance

My colleague and I boarded a Volvo 335E bus from Richmond today, 22Feb2016. The seat condition was shabby and AC maintenance was pathetic. There was dust from AC duct falling on the seats ( photos attached). No wonder whether we get affected by allergies too often. Pay exorbitant ticket price and get diseases free in BMTC !!!
Hope this post wakes up responsible authorities and appropriate action taken, so we commuters will not have...

Corrupt conductor

This is to bring to your notice that bus conductor of bus no KA-01-F 9404 does not issue tickets to passengers even after taking money.
Today on 21st of February 2016, at 4.25PM, me and my friend boarded the bus from SILK BOARD to UDUPI GARDEN. We gave 10 rupees and asked for 2 tickets. To which he replied he will give later. When bus reached UDUPI GARDEN, the signal went red. So i asked him for tickets before getting...

Lost my bus pass along with my voter id

I have lost my Volvo Bus Pass with Pass No: 047451 (given by my corporate company) along with my Voter ID (EPIC NO: TYA0617662) both in a pouch. If reported please let me know. Is there a way to get a duplicate pass issued?

Since BMTC need original ID proof to have a bus pass, we will lose pass along with our original ID cards if both kept in a pouch or any kind of wallet. Is there a way to keep Xerox id proofs...

Misbehaving of bus conductor

Irrational behavior of the conductor

I have not seen any BMTC buses having separate seat alone for conductor. However, primarily conductors are not supposed to sit and relax when on duty. Today I got into a bus (KA[protected]A - Blue bus - Bsk to Hebbal) at 7.45am near ragigudda bus stop.I had to get down in RMZ ecospace stop. Bus destination was hebbal. Mosquitoes in Volvo

The Bus that leave from KBS, (335E) was full of mosquitos and couldnt get rid of them on the whole ride, As it was a AC bus and The ventilation is central, nothing could be done by the cunductor either.

But what can be done is, Atleast Minor cleaning of the bus on daily basis...

I was coming from banaswadi to tinafactory on 30.01.2016 around 14.00 o clock by 500D route bus and no. is KA-053 F-76. With out any reason The contractor has pushed me to get outside. i had bmtc monthly pass( ID no.[protected] but he do not care and nothing listen to me. Also he used bad language.

Now i request to consumer department to give me exact judgment against this behavior....
