Today 16th Sep, 2015. I boarded the bus no. 2040, Volvo 500, mentioned till Vedehi Hospital from Ecospace and asked for a ticket till BEML laylout. I am not a regular passenger on that route(Whitefield office).
The conductor (dark complexioned, mustached, a little bald) gave me a ticket for Rs 35.
After sometime asked to give Rs 10 more as the actual ticket is Rs45 and by mistake he had issued one of Rs 35.
After receiving the Rs10 he didn't give me any ticket, asked me to collect the ticket of Rs 10 after Marathahalli Bridge.
When I asked him for the Ticket after Marathahalli Bridge, he started shouting and misbehaving asking whether I was going to build a house with Rs 10. then when other passenger also supported me, he asked me to buy another ticket of Rs 15.

This fellow should be suspended and punished to teach him a lesson and as and example for other conductors

    The BMTc buses (towards KR Market) are not stopping at the esteem mall stop (Hebbal Dairy Gate). It is very difficult for commuters as we have to run into the bust traffic, which is usually congested to some how manage to get into the moving buses... The buses destined to KR Market by pass the service road and go via the highway(Airport Road). with construction work going on in one side of the road, our lives are being challenged every day as we try some how to manage to board one of the buses in order to reach our workplace.

      Hi I daily travel in BMTC volvo bus as usual was in KA 57 F1136 500CA bus from Banashanakri to ITPL. the bus was stopping for long time at Silkboard. i just politely asked conductor to start its too late.But the cconductor abused me in very rubbish slang.He is from north karnataka.Even though am from North Karnataka am ashamed to say he belonged to that part. Kindly take strict action against these guys.It has become regular activity, they indulge in such activities with passengers Thanks Ningangouda

        Dear Sir/Madam I am Azmir from Hosa Road, Bangalore. On 03/09/2015 at 5:30pm I was travelled from electronic city to Hosur Road junction in BUS no G3 (KA01 FA2239), driver of this bus not stopped in Hosa Road bus stop and while moving in signal he wants us to get down through front door which near to driver seat and he dint open back door. I asked him to open back door, but he denied to open, driver and conductor started bad words on me. Not only to me they behaving very rude behavior with public. Kindly take action on this issue.         Dear sir/madam m Roopa from Hosakote. before month my monthly pass id card was expired since i didnt knew it but i allready took pass i have written the id number on the pass. The TC also told this is first month not a problem next month u renew it. But checking came n ask me to pay the fine. as i done mistake i paid it. But that bus conducter tarchering me like anything from dat day if he saw him he is using bad words about me he took my number forcley he asking give 2000rs he ll call evry day n he will send bad masgs also plz help me out in this his mobile number is [protected] bus rout was From wagata to market only this i know plz help out.

          Dear 'Sir, My daughter aged 12 years travelling on bus No. 317 A, alighting at TC Palya Gate was asked to get down at the RED Signal light instead of the Bus Stop today (01 Sep 2015) Bus travelling from Mayo hall towards Hoskette. This kind of treatment is always seen with the bus conductor if the Signal turns to RED. He has refused to stop the bus at the 'BUS STOP" On insistence, and my calling the bus conductor through my daughter's phone he has stopped. But has scolded and verbally abused my daughter very badly. This is dangerous and cause harm to the children Please ensure that corrective action is taken.

            Ticket# 003207 Bus# KA01 FA 2380 Date :31st Aug 2015, 9AM Travelling by 500 Volvo, from Dodda-nekkundi to Intel on ORR. Bus is over-crowded with double the capacity and damn hot. Inspite of my repeated requests, the driver/conductor was not willing to increase the AC.

            With thrice the ticket price of Volvo, when compared to normal non-AC buses, it is a big waste of money if the AC is not good.

              When travelling from yeshwanthpur BUS stop to Vidyaranyapura enroute on 24/08/2015 at 4 pm BUS conductor abused for boarding an senior citizen as she had a delay in climbing BUS steps.Kindly consider the complaint seriously as even senior citizen is also not spared in our country.

                Hi, Please provide few more frequent K3 buses like 60A. we have to wait for almost one hour for the bus. At times the buses are ot coming at the right time also and so we miss the bus. Also kindly requesting to provide seats and shade at the bus stop. Just one sign board for bus stop wont help if you the buses are not frequent.

                  This happened to me today[protected] at brigade road G4 busstop. This conductor, named tammanaa(not sure) always demands the ticket though i have a yearly pass.just because i told i wouldn pay the extra fare he pushed me outf the bus, hit me and gathered all people around telling i spoke some bad word.In fact he spoke all dose to me and insulted in public. He also threathend me calling a few cops from around and told i will not spare you, will see how you survive and all. i kindly request the concerned authorities to help me out of this situation. may i please get the email id to lodge a complaint against this person

                    Dear Sir, I would like to bring to your notice that today the conductor and the Driver of Volvo Route no 500 D with registration no KA01-FA 1541 intentionally did not stop the bus at Banaswadi @ 7.30 am even after seeing me coming running towards the bus and after tapping the bus by hand. Immediately after 5 minutes, I was able to get into route no 500A and reach Tin Factory and then entered the same bus which I missed . At Tin Factory this bus was stopped for 10 minutes and when asked the reply got is this is a junction and they have to wait for collection. After entering the bus I enquired why they did not stop at Banaswadi and the reply got from the conductor and the driver was very abusive and used vulgar knowledge. After few minutes before the bus could reach KR Puram Railway Station the running bus was stopped by the driver and said the battery wire got disconnected which I feel should not happen electrically. And all the commuters were transferred to 500A. We hope you select the best employees for Volvo service but in this case the lady conductor is very indiscipline always and never meet customer expectations . Morning we will always be late if we get into the bus where this conductor operates. The contact no displayed in the Bus for complaints[protected] was not getting connected through out the day. Better you display an alternate no for emergency. I was able to get the witness signed by one passanger . I request the concerned to interrogate particularly the lady conductor who always stops the bus at every stop for a minimum 5 minutes and reaches Silk board lately .                       On the 18th of august 2015, i boarded a bus 500D from Kammanahalli bus stop till Sarjapur signal. Bus No. (KA 01 F 2863) I paid the conductor 30 Rs and he had no change with him at the moment so he said that he will give me 7 Rs later ( the ticket cost was 23 Rs). Right after i reached bellandur petrol pump i asked him for the change, he denied that he has no change with him, even though his bag was full of it. He instead was getting rough with me. He told me to give him 3 Rs change, but i told him that i don't have it. He started touching my bag with his bare hands. I protested that how can he touch my bag, as he had no right. He slapped me on my head. And as i stared screaming and shouting he took out the change from his bag and gave it to me, just to cool down the situation. But i didn't take the money, as i was saddened by how can a government employee serve the local citizens with this kind of snobbish rustic behavior. I threatened to lodge a complaint against him, but he was least bothered about it, saying that i can go on with the complaint.Sir kindly look into this matter as everyone cant afford to own a personal car, and if the government, which is of the people, for the people & by the people. Where should we go. Without proper action against this rascal will give him more courage. And a slight change can make a big difference.

                        Dear Sir, I have taken a bus on[protected] from Majestic bus stand to N.R.Colony. Bus no. KA 01 F4483. 210F at 10.55pm.Before get into the bus I asked the conductor weather the bus going to N.R.Colony or not and he said yes.When buying ticket he get 50Rs from me and told me the bus will go upto Basavanangudi and gave ticket for 50 Rs.When I asked about this he PUSHED me in chest and told me that I know how to give ticket.Another passenger who get ticket from Majestic to Banshankari gave 32Rs and bought ticket.I know that Banashankari is after Basavanangudi and I asked the conductor why did you give me ticket for 50Rs.he doesn't give any responses and told me to go and sit down and PUSHED me again in chest.I went to the bus driver nd told my issue.he doesn't even cared what I am saying.They left me at Basavanangudi circle-1km before N.R.Colony and told me that bus will not go on this way at 11.45pm.                           Bus route no 500 CA broke down at kundanahalli colony, all passengers were asked to get down and asked to other BMTC bus with the same ticket. Many of the passengers got into the bus no- KA-01-FA-1677, the conductor (a lady) refused to allow the passengers in that bus. though the driver of the bus and the break down bus conductor tried to convince, she refused and got out of the bus. she said that, she will allow the bus to move only if the passengers from the other bus got down, all the passengers had to get out of that bus. This behavior by a public servant is not acceptable That conductor is not fit for the job. The management of BMTC should take immediate action and give her maximum punishment

                            Myself ravi kumar S - Contact No. [protected]. Today morning got into a BMTC bus near Kengeri satellite town. The fare was 21 rs upto studio circle. Conductor asked me to give 1 rupee change. I did not have, told him the same. He told he to did not have and started yelling at me. He is commanding have proper change else do not get inside the bus as the bus is his property. Many times the same conductors take 22 rs and never give one rupee back. When i told you are no body to me to tell not to get into the bus, he is telling me then come and collect the change in the depot, let me see how you will take change from me. I again told him don't tell me that to come and collect at depot. Meanwhile the driver stops the bus in midway and asks me can you hit me now, do it. I never told i will hit him. He now raises his hands on me to hit me. Two three co-passenger comes to rescue and says this is not the way you behave as a public servant. then one person gives him one rupee. The bus No.-KA 01-F2385, he told he and the bus belongs to Depot 26 yeswanthpur, do wat u can. I would hereby request the concerned to take necessary action on the Driver and Conductor and also please eliminate the 1 rs. tickets and round off to nearest and also please make necessary arrangements to provide change to these people. mainly teach them how they should behave with the public.                               The K4 bus which is assigned to come to C V Raman Nagar Bus stand at around 7:15-7:20, does not come on time. Today it came at 7:45. Many students depend on that bus to reach their schools and college's on time. Also the bus doesnt not come regulary. Many times it has not come to CV Raman NAgar at all. Due to which we have reached our respective college's very late. I request the concerned authorities to please look into the matter, since it has caused lot of problems for many commuters. Thank You

                                No conductor in the bus while the frequency of bus is less on route (340 A). Reg no: KA01FA1117 bus has only the Driver operating as conductor date 08/10/2015 time 9:00, Women seem to be facing trouble because of this as men keep walking past them getting down and up only through the front door because the other door remains closed all the time.Since the bus frequency is less on this road there is lot of crowd in the bus which is really troublesome for the women standing in the front and the tickets processing is also slow. This is a matter of concern and i request the BMTC officials to look in to this and make sure that there is a dedicated conductor for this route. Thank you,

                                  Dear sir/madam, I would like to bring to your kind notice that in google route map and description we find BMTC stop in front of PES Engineering college, Hosur Road, but till date none of the BMTC bus stop in front of PES college, after Hosa Road jn., bus stop directly they stop to Konnappana Agrahara bus stop. Kindly request you to look into this matter seriously, because if they stop in front of PES college it would be very helpful for the people going for job and school to board bus from PES college. Also please see to it while return i.e. towards Silk board the BMTC give stop opposite to the PES college, that will be in front of White feather convention hall/ Greenview hospital. Kindly look into this matter seriously. Waiting for your fast response. Also other matter I would like to bring to kind notice is change problem. This is the matter in BMTC bus increasing day by day. Bus conductors will never give Rs. 1 or 2 change to the passengers, they just write at back of the ticket or ask from the passengers for the change. Now every time we won't carry change with us most of the changes will get over for bus itself. If suppose we ask for the change to the conductor, both conductor and driver will speak rudely and rudely they ask us to get down from bus when we reach the destination. Sir kindly see to this matter very seriously and on top priority. Because passengers are facing problem on this issue a lot. Otherwise what they do if two persons are getting down on same destination and both as to receive change from conductor what the conductor do he will give change in one person had and ask other one to take from him. Now at night 9:30/ 10 PM where there will go for change and its not necessary that if they get down on same stop there route will be different, now they can't go at back of one for change, its conductor responsibility to provide proper change for the passengers. Sir kindly look into this matte seriously and request you to take immediate decision on this. Waiting for your fast response to solve this matter. Thanks and regards, sandhya

                                  Dear Sandhya With referce to your complaint this is to inform that every day BMTC has deployed line checking staff in 3 shifts to conduct surprise line check to determine the on filed lapses. Further please provide vehicle number / date & time of the incident to identify those who are not giving authorised /desiganted bus stops & not issuing proper change & ticket.

                                    Dear forum, iam a doctor ( a cardiologist)...i routinely travel from huskur gate to jayadeva my workplace...today morning 4-8-2015, i boarded bus no.KA01FA5953, and took a seat almost immediately, i had the 21 rs in my hand ready for my bus ticket...howver the conductor did not approach me...only when the bus reached bommanahalli did he come to me and ask...he was very unruly on giving my ticket asking me why i did not take it earlier...the words were baayilla nimaggae????( loosely meaning ... dont you have a mouth?)...if such impolite and unruly conductors are allowed a free run, the public will be dsheartened and we could witness many ugly scenes...he should be punished !... by BMTC

Taking not of your complaint this to inform that it is the responsibility of both conductor and as well as the commuter to issue and to buy a ticket when ever the commuter board the bus. Further please provide the ticket copy to our mail ID [protected]@mybmtc.com, because the vehicle number which you have provided in your complaint is not in BMTC vehicle numbers. BMTC

                                      Conductors never give Rs1or 2 back. If there is scarcity of change, please round off the ticket fare to nearest round figure, instead of commuters losing money everyday to such conductors. I do understand that commuters also should be carrying sufficient money, and ask conductors before they get down from the bus. There are also many instances where the conductor would not give ticket for 1stop, instead take Rs5. To curb such things officers should randomly check as many buses as possible.
