Today i was traveling from kadubisanahalli towards silk board through bus no ka-01 f 3469 today i asked conductor about last stoppage of the bus but driver stopped the bus somewhere in the road and said this is last stop and forced me to get down..
and he started shouting at me very badly he was about to slap me i think he was consumed alcohol thatswhy he started abusing me without any reason .. BMTC should take strong decision against these goons... instead of waiting them to do something wrong with girls..
when i tried to capture his foto then he tried to push me so i took th help of traffic police inspector at silk board traffic police hub and they scolded him and then i managed to capture his foto...
thanks god that police officer was there and helped me but if they do these kind of misbehave at any desolate place then who will come to help us...
i really salute that police officer who helped me and said me SISTER..
for your reference i am attaching ALL the photographs please look into the matter .. i will put a police complain also for your convinces but hope for any disciplinary action from your side also

Dear Sir, With reference to your complaint this is to inform that the said crew of route 500DG/5 vehicle no 3469 has attended the enquiry on[protected] and in enquiry it is ascertain that the crews are not at all accepting your allegation as before we sent a message that on[protected] the crew who has attend the enquiry based on photo but he has not at all performed the duty on the said vehicle 3469 so pl confirm the crew we are attaching the photo of this crews are pl. confirm us date and time we will fix the confronted enquiry at this office.

    After observation of several times, I want to bring two kinds of complaints to your kind notice and suitable action., please.

    Route No.15-K only one trip in the morning from Ilias Nagar to Shivajinagar trip timings between 9 a.m. and 10 a.m.

    Complaint No.1. :

    I notice that pilferage by way not issuing tickets for small distances in between stages is a corrupt practice. There are hardly commuters in this route. Therefore he takes it as granted that no checking will come.

    Complaint No.2. :

    The behaviour of conductor is not good and does not care for the commuters. He does not answer properly to the commuters when they ask the route via market or vidhana soudha, etc.,

    During discussion with fellow commuters, the same complaint is heard.

    He spoils the driver's attitude also because of his wrong doings.

    In all probability a transfer to other route particularly avoiding him in the morning trip that is the only trip leaving Ilias Nagar at around 9 a.m is a better solution.

    As a matter of fact, this is the better course of action if BMTC authorities really taking this in to cognizance, as commuters have no prejudice or vengeance against BMTC crew.

    I would say there is no need of inquiry and just shift his duties to other bus route will make good enough for BMTC revenue as well as commuters' care.

      Bmtc has become the most unreleabile transportation service.
      Bmtc has no respect or value for public time.
      Public will be just waiting for bus and they dont come.
      10 or 15 mins change in schedule is acceptable due to traffice. But stoping plying for buses as and when they need is not accepatbale.
      Route k3 hsr layout to basaveshwarnagar the most unreliable service.
      So many ppl just wait for it for long long time.
      There is no bus service from kormanagala to jayanagar 4th block. Two prime localities doesnt have proper connnectivity.
      Bmtc expects people to travel in public trasport but they are not motivating public in any sense.

        I am a regular passenger from Nagarabavi to Guestline stop on Hosur Road. Kindly increase the frequency of 410 F /410 FA as plenty of bus passenger go by private vehicle by paing money in the absence of sufficient busses on that route.

        I take 600F bus from Banashankari Terminal to Guestline & Guestline to Banashankari on return. The driver stop the bus as he wishes in order to take more people into the bus. Is it possible to take the bus through Chandapura & Bommasandra Fly Over as there is no traffic management in that area. Some times we may have to spend 30 to 45 minutes. Kindly have a study and shift the bus stop either to beginning of the Fly Over or to the end of the Fly over. Also at Hosa Road the time given to main road is less and more to cross roads. Kindly have some study. The drivers stop the bus before Garebavi signal and pickup passengers the same at Bommanahalli. Kindly have a check on this and punish the driver for ope ing the hydraulic door.

        There are lot of students travel from Yelahanka new town and yelahanka
        to Kristu Jayanti college, K Narayanapura, Kothanur PO, Bangalore -77
        but there are no direct buses to travel. The college timing are 9am to
        4.30pm. The students finds it difficult to travel as it takes for them
        to change 3 to 4 buses sometime and by the time reaching the college, all
        energy is exhausted. Request please can the authorities look into the
        students problems and put some direct buses to the K Narayanpura, Kothanur
        route please.

          I was riding on my vehicle from kundalahalli signal. The volvo bus (Ka 01 fa 1537) which was on the left side of the road suddenly cam to the right side of the road.Inspite of me honking he didnt even try to slow down. I stopped in the next stop and scolded him for his reckless driving.Instead of being guilty about it he started of with an argument. I was soo irritated and was getting late to work i noted down the bus no. And left the place. This is not the first time this is happening with me. I had enough of it soo thought of putting it up here. Hope some strict action is taken against these kind of issues.

          This is quite common especially in the ORR. I don't want to blame an individual bus driver for it. It is the wayward behavior that we are accustomed to. Broader consensus is required on these issues. Difficult to say it starts with an individual or the system.

          First of all a platform needs to be created, that would bring all complaints come together and an opinion is formed.

            Dear Sir :

            I am regular traveller in 335E BMTC Volvo bus from Domlur to Marathahalli bridge.

            Bus Number - KA - 01 - FA - 1680

            Today Wed 01-June-2016 ; I boarded 335E Volvo bus from Calrton tower at Domlur bridge (opposite Diamond district). It was raining heavily and bus was

            crowded. I was standing on second row seat next to lady and her 5 year old daughter. The bus conductor wanted to pass through and he held my hand and roughly

            speaking to me he pushed me. I asked him why he was talking in rough language and asked him to speak softly and behave himself.
            Before even I could realize, he pushed me so hard that my laptop bag and umbrella fell on the ground and I was thrown back.

            I was assaulted and beaten up by Conductor - he pushed me, hit me on my face. He was also behaving roughly and pushing women passengers. Conductor also

            threatened me and used racist language. I have lodged complaint in BMTC call center - Complaint Number BMTCC10163351 and also on BMTC website BMTCC10163355.

            Pl help I am scared for my life.

              Today i was travelling from sony signal, koramangala to btm layout, 16th main depot arround 10 a. M for which the fare in an a. C bus is rs 35. Bus conductor took 40 rs and said i will return 5 rs by the end of your journey. As my journey was about to complete i asked conductor to give me 5 rs back and he said i don't have change and if you have change of 5rs than only i ll give you 10 rs back. This was ridiculous behaviour from that conductor. It's not like 5 rs is a big thing but if he would have said me earlier this thing than i would have ask from fellow passengers about money change. The bus no. Is ka09, fa1429. Please insure that conductor should not repeat the same again with other passengers in future.

                I took a 500 CA with the number 2380 from Kalamandir to Spice Garden at 9:15 on 30th May, Monday. The Conductor took 20 Rs and gave me a ticket for 15 Rs. He didn't return me change. Also, the bus was very crowded so he went right to the front so that I could not ask him for change again. At the Spice Garden bus stop, I got down and went to the front to get the change, he denied and as the bus started moving, he quickly got on the bus and ran off.

                  Yesterday had got in to bmtc bus (Ka01 f 4439) at 11.20 approx, the lady conductor refused me to give ticket and she used bad words to scold me. Actually i was on call and waiting with money to conductor as she was behind the gents session, as soon as she came near to me i gave money to get ticket, but she scolded me for talking in phone, and refused to give ticket and asked me too get down from the bus. I also had exact change 14rs in my hand.
                  I got down in mid of wilson garden police station stop.

                  Everyday we have to nearly half an hour to get shivajinagar bus from wilson garden, inspite of this, if this conductor behaves like this and made us to get down in mid of station and creating problem for us to go to office on time

                  Please take action on that lady conducter, this is really shameful on her behavior being a women.

                  How can she ask about my phone calls and who has given her permission to make passenger get down /drop off in mid of travel not in bus station.


                  Im trusting bmtc and sending the mails, to help all passengers and society for safety and hassle free travel.

                    I had to travel @ bmtc bus ka 01 fa 594, from route big bazar at 08 pm to swami vivekanand metro stop.
                    Driver supposed to hit two wheeler and one hp lpg gas truck somehow he could escape and started shouting at every passenger.
                    Conductor took bribe 4 times 10 (40) rupees and refused to pay change found very arrogant.
                    Feeling ashamed of travelling bmtc

                      Bmtc and bangalore basic corruption woes — > frequency is not the issue with bmtc. Sometimes i see 4, 500 cs coming together. Sometimes none for 30 mins. There is complete anarchy. Buses don't follow timings at all. Sometimes they halt in ecospace for 15 - 30 mins, on a single stop. Sometimes in kr puram for 30 mins.Incentivising conductors and drivers is fine. But there should be adherence to timings, which is never there. Worst of all, if i ask at silk board, which bus is going to start first, "conductor says, i don't know". Now that is the joke of the century!! Can you at least have some timing sign boards? Doesn't he know who is going to start first. But this cannot happen with this the complicity of bmtc. Complained to bmtc so many times. No improvements. Exasperating!!!

                        Hi this is vignesh and i travelled in bmtc 500ca (Volvo) from agara to banashankari on 19.05.2016 by evening 4.30 p. M and i got one day a/c bus pass for rs-140 by giving him rs-540, then he wrote rs-400 in my pass and issued pass but i seen that conductor had lots of 100rs note on his hand and atlast in banashankari due to my urgent work and some thought i forgot to get my balance back. So i kindly request someone help me to get that rs-400 back.

                          This is to inform you that, the bmtc bus from bangalore ka 01-f-9439 he over took from left and hit car's left side mirror (Its completely broken) it happened on 18-may-2016 at 12:05 pm, and when we stopped this bus regarding this accident he behaved very carelessly with me and my mom and telling us to pay 5000 for cancelling the bus trip we were not not sure how to handle this issue so took photo and let him go. I have attached my car mirror's photo and the bus photo please find and please take this complaint seriously and take serious action against the driver.

                          BMTC — No Bus From ITPL to Banashankari From 5:30 to 6:30 every Day

                          Daily I am not getting any bus ie 500CA from 5.30 to 6.30 all the buses will take u turn at Vydehi Hospital

                          BMTC — rudely behaving conductor

                          Bus no. 9534 . route 284 d at 5.30 pm. 1.6.2015. It has become hallmark of many bmtc conductors to behave rudely even with lady passengers at the top of their voice. Very disgusting for respected common man to travel in bmtc buses.

                            Today when travelling from home i took a metro to bayappanahalloi and then from bayappanahalli to whitefield i took at metro feeder bus. The route was mf-1. I initially brought a ticket to big bazaar stop near prestige shantinikentan and later go to know the bus was going towards vyedehi hospital so brought another ticket. The second time around since i did not have the exact change for the ticket i had rs500/-. The conductor was harsh rude and told me to wait until he gives the exact change. The cost of ticket was rs12/- and i had paid rs502/- and had to receive a change of rs490. But the conductor told to wait till my stop comes.. When i was about to get down conductor gave me change of rs290/- and drove away even before i could count the exact money given! Mind you all the notes given were of rs10 and rs20/-.

                            Being a middle class family guy i need my money back!!!

                            I want to know is it a crime to buy a ticket. Is it a crime to use public transport!!

                            When people think o[censored]sing the metro service and bmtc service to reduce pollution in bangalore this is how we are treated!!!

                            BMTC — No buses g3 in evenings

                            There are no buses in mg road stop g3 in evenings during 4 to 5 .. Daily I have to wait for 1, hour there is incharge here utter waste.. F we ask him where is bus he l tell wait until it comes.. Please provide buses during this time

                                  I felt really horrible seeing the conductor speaking to customers. He was not ready to provide change even if we requested him while getting down. For asking him twice, he started using Kannada slang words like "Shaata, muchkond hogo boli magane, hal udarastini, sule magane" and all.
                                  Is this the way he speaks to a customer?
                                  People will get bad opinion about the government seeing such conductors. He should be warned to behave like a human.

                                  Serious matter. Please kindly look into it and resolve.

                                  BMTC — G2 bus very irregular

                                  G2 bus from Brigade road to electronic city always runs late in the morning and evening also. Passengers have to wait for 45 minutes to 1 hour to board the bus which never comes on time.

                                    Im a daily user of bmtc volvo bus service and i used to buy the monthly volvo pass (Rs-2, 350/-) every month. For almost 3 yrs im travelling using the monthly volvo pass and my regular route is from bsk to itpl and vice versa.

                                    I notice from the past 1 month that the volvo bus frequency from bsk to itpl in the morning hours is getting very less and most of the days there is a 500ca bus coming for every half an hour. Since bsk to itpl is a main commutation route for all the it people, half an hour of no bus, brings lot of crowd at the bus station and almost all of them are regular volvo bus users.

                                    From morning 9 am to 10 am, there are 2 or 3 buses only coming to the bus station. We people are paying so much money for the service and the frequency of the volvo but we dont get both from bmtc service.

                                    Please take necessary action to resolve this issue.

                                      I would like to bring to your notice about misconduct of your employee (Conductor) of route no 201 m/8, ordinary, depot 06, bus no ka57 f0047.

                                      Today (07.05.2016) i boarded this bus at raggi gudda at 3 50 pm. To police station indiranagar (Kfc stop). I was a first time traveler in this route. Before kfc bus stop there is a signal and the conductor wanted us to get off the bus there only. People who wanted got down but i told him politely that i would like to get down at the bus stop as its much further. He got pissed off at this and said sit inside in singular (Holage hogi kuthko). The signal went on for a second time as it was a long one and with all due respect i asked him where is the bus stop is (As the signal continued for the second time i couldn't locate the bus station) and this conductor started shouting at me saying that its not the work of the conductor to inform the passengers where the bus stop is, he used singular language. All this only cause i said that i will get down at the bus stop and not in signal.

                                      I am a responsible doctor and a female passenger. The way the conductor spoke was a total harassment in public and i request you to take strict action for this misconduct. Such aggressive and misbehaved people are not safe public servants. Please teach your staff as to how they should to behave with commuters specially women. I have his photo too clicked for further reference and also a complaint lodge through bmtc customer care.

                                      BMTC — G4 bus frequency

                                      There is very less g4 bus in the route it is hard for the public to travel as all the buses are crowded every time due to less buses and we have to wait 40 minutes for one bus. Please look into the matter

                                        Dear sir/madam,
                                        I am manikanta.. Today i.E., on[protected] at 12.00pm in the afternoon i reached banshankari signal to catch the bus. I saw the bus number ka57f831 which runs between banshankari to attibele and i went near to it... Before getting into bus i enquired with respective driver whether the bus goes to my place or not?? And finally i got in with his confirmation. But after getting in the respective bus conductor started abusing me to get down and even slapped me... But i never turn up and hit back. Because i am confident that, i can get justification from your department.. The conductor has slapped and spoke words like 'ra' and get down from mybus... How can they behave towards customers like that, when they are surviving with money of customers like me... I want severe action against the respective conductor by removing his job or giving apologise on behalf of him... Hope my issue gets justified...

                                        BMTC — Toll free number not working

                                        BMTC toll free number[protected] is not connecting. When dialed automated response comes - "Sorry, we can't process your call". This is happening from long time.
