HI I travel daily fom bommasandra to kudlu gate via BMTC buses. Today I gave 100 rs to the conductor for a 19rs ticket and he was supposed to give me 81 rs back. Instead he wrote it on the back of the ticket as usual and when my bus stop came, i found him standing at the back row facing the other side, without hearin my repeated calls, as a result I couldnt collect my money. Hi,

Today I boarded a BMTC bus around 7.40 a.m at JP Morgan to Ecospace and the bus driver is riding the bus very rashly. Even the city buses are much better. As, we were not able to stand inside the bus and all of a sudden he use a break. There is no safe travel under his driving. Now- a- days, the BMTC bus services are going very worse.

It's a kind request to increase the bus frequency for madiwala to adugodi route.
In the early morning around 6:30 to 8 o'clock the bus frequency is very less and whatever buses are coming for this route are fully rush, so it's get difficult for us to reach adugodi by bus and forcibly we have to take auto which are charging more than the normal rate. So it's a kind request to look into this matter and do the necessary...

Intolerable misbehaviour of Bus conductor

Hi,

I had been travelling by 600/2 from Silkboard to Kudlu Gate and as the bus was extremely crowded and I had a big bag was unable to buy ticket. Bus was extremely crowded, when conductor was passing by he tried to touch me very badly and I gave him an angry look and he went away. Later when I purchased ticket and gave him exact change of Rs.12, he gave me a ticket of Rs.5.
I protested a lot, told that I will complain...

500b/d bus not available in the yeshwanthpur bus stop

In yashwanthpura bus stand from morning 9.30 am to 12.00pm there is no bus for tin factory as well as maratalli, they are all standing and wasting their time in coffee shop.

If we asked tc will tell there is jam so no bus but in the depot-8 there is lot of 500 bus standing and all the drivers and conductor standing and wasting their time. And once they started 4 buses are moving at a time, it causes the loss of bmtc also.br...

Misbehavior of the conductor of the bus.

Bus no : ka-50 f 0075. Bus name : 45 g. Timings : between 8:20 am at majestic bus stop on[protected]. The conductor was misbehaving with a guy because he was not knowing kannada language so as to communicate with him. He used vulgar words like "nen amman", "bhonsadiwale", laude k baal, "sule maga"and etc. Being knowing hindi he didn't talk in kannada and said this is karnataka and we provide u food, water, shelter and u shud know kannada....

Conductor misbehavior

Respected officer.
Hereby i k, baig request you to take necessary action against the conductor of bus route marathahalli to shivajinagar at morning hrs. At 0700. My daughter even after producing bus pass and identity card he demands coll fee receipt daily. What if we didn't pay is he going to pay our fees.

I request u to take action against him intentionally he is troubling my daughter....

BMTC Bus

Yesterday I travelled through BMTC AC BUS KA01FA1842 unfortunately AC was not working but conductor charged full ticket fee. Why we should we pay for full fare if we are not get the same in return.

In any such cases either bushes should not run or the conductor should not charge full fare.

Govt must take some attention towards consumer satisfaction and stop charging more in such cases...

BMTC bus pass issuing authorities not doing their duty.

Conductor not issuing ticket

I was travelling from madivala to jayadeva in bmtc bus KA01FA434 at 8 30 pm on monday 1 Aug 2016. I gave money to the lady conductor but she did not give me the ticket. Instead she gave me some crap paper. I kept asking her, she still didnt give me and did the same with other passenger.

Please take strict action against this corrupt and adamant lady conductor....

Conductors will not refund the balance amount

I was travelling in bmtc bus this early morning at around 7:30 am. Volvo bus conductors will not refund the balance amount. They will simply write at the back of the ticket the amount that they need to refund. Sometimes passengers will forget to collect that amount back in haste.

Mr narasimha murty attendence clerk of depot no 30 has not given the correct releving letter and attendance letter to the persons who got promoted from bus conductor to traffic controller in the year 2016. BMTC 171 series buses are not stopping at bus stops
