Dear sir,

I am daily traveler for hebbal to jp morgan. Sir in this route am traveling since 10 months i am feeling very irritation to travel in mainly 500 d series dept 28 buses. Sir manyatha,, nagawara, kalyan nagar, ramurthy nagar bridge, tin factory and again in kr puram railway station they will stop 5 to 8 minutes. 75% all volvo buses of dept 28 and few of the buses of dept 25 buses will be doing this. Especially in the kr puram railway station untill train comes they will wait. One day one bus came to kr puram railway station at 8:32 am and train came at 8:46 am after that by 8: 51 am they left from railway station stop. If we ask driver and conductor some of them they will scold us using some bad words. Especially from dept 28 one driver will come he is late he will not take bus before 5 min in each stops. One day we are around 8 people asked him he said you can get down from the bus he is telling. We are not feeling like it is "public transportation", they will behave like there own way. If some traffic inspectors asked them to move also they scold the traffic inspectors itself. If any bus came and over take them means again 5 min they will wait sir. Sir regarding this we complaint so many times to dept manager 28 he taking serious. We complaint so many time we collected and gave the bus numbers also even though there is know use.

Actually hebbal route they will be a more traffic also because of that we are starting early also due to this kind of behavior of driver and conductor we are facing lot of problem sir.

Before that i used to travel from 500 ca, 335, from the buses of dept 13, dept 25, dept mejestic (7) and kadugodi dept never faced this kind of problems 2 years i traveled in this buses never felt like this before. Here last from 10 months itself we feeling some kind of irritation.

    I am Divakar. Today (24th October, 2016) I had on boarded into a BMTC bus at Tin factory and took a ticket for silk board. I gave Rs.30 since I did not have Rs.23 (actual charge) and the conductor wrote Rs. 7 in the backside of the ticket.

    When HSR Layout stop was crossed, I had approached him to get Rs.7 but he told me that he can give only at the last stop even though he was having change.

    After reaching silk board, approached him to get the balance money. He gave only Rs. 5. When I asked remaining Rs.2, he pushed me back. I did not except this rude behavior from a Government staff.

    Though he had Rs.2 change, denied to give and openly told he cannot give it. I had told him that I would raise a complaint and he dared to raise it.

    I told him that I am recording the video and dared him to tell that he cannot give the change, but he remained silent.

    I have faced lot of issues to get the balance in the past while commuting between tin factory and Silk board and today has gone to the extreme.


    I have attached the Bus ticket, Conductor Photo and video recording. I am requesting the concerned departments to initiate an enquiry and take corrective actions to stop such atrocities.

    Note: After reaching Silk board, Driver got down and conductor went to Driver seat.

      Today (21st oct) i took bmtc bus from laksandra bus stop to christ college as i was not having rs 5 change so i gave him rs 10, the conductor took the amount and he did not gave me the ticket (His intention was to keep the amount with him only), again i asked for the ticket then then he told something in kannada and he gave me the ticket from 7th cross wilson garden to muneshwara devasthana (Pfa) and was asking for more rs 2. When i told him that for one stop the charge should be only rs 5 only the he started shouting on me in kannada. It was a very bad experience with bmtc. The conductor behavior was very rude and he use to cheat the passenger and bmtc also. Its not about my extra rs 7 but this is just to bring this to ur notice that how the passenger are facing problem just because o[censored]r corrupt conductor who are willing to keep the fare with them without giving the tickets which will directly go to his pocket. Hope some action will will be taken against him.

        Respected sir,
        I am Srilakshmi and I want to lodge complaint against conductor of bmtc bus number KA01 FA-1122 who rudely behaved with me.
        This incident happened on 24th of September 2016. I was travelling from tinfactory to silkboard. I got into bus at tinfactory. Conductor passed by me when I called him to issue ticket. He didn't listen to me as he was taking to the driver while he walked through. He came to me when I called him again. Then he started scolding me and takes to me in a rude manner. I said him that I called him but he didn't listen. He got angry and started talking without any respect.
        I request to tell the conductors to give respect to women. To respect their passengers. When we are giving respect to them, we expect at least little respect from them. Atleast they should not talk to us in singular tense.
        My humble request to all conductors to talk in a mannered way with women. Remember you also have women at your home. How might you feel when someone talks arrogantly with them.

          Hello,

          I would like to bring to your notice the circulation of fake notes via BMTC bus conductors.

          Today is not the first time. But I would like to mention this incident as now it is too much to take.

          I boarded a 356CW bus from Roopen Agrahara to Electronic city via flyover to SBI stop today(21-Sep-2016, 11.30AM) Ticket no: KT 18 786874.
          I gave 30 rupees for a ticket of 25 rupees. The conductor gave me a fake 5 rupee note, when I asked for a different one, he said “That passenger gave me, I am giving you”.
          And he went away. Initially I thought he didn’t have any change with him. Later noticed a lot of passengers gave him 5 rupees change. But he didn’t bother to give me.

          Before getting down I requested him to give a different note as no one would accept it if I gave. To which he started speaking loudly and again said “I didn’t get it on my own, the passenger gave I gave to another passenger.” And though he had change he forced me to keep the fake note. I gave it back to him as it is of no use to me and got down the bus. So I paid 30 rupees where I should have paid 25.

          If a passenger hands a fake note, the conductor could ask for a different one. There is no need to circulate fake notes. Even previously a conductor gave a note with a completely crooked print on it. Even a kid could say it is fake. He said take it or leave it.

          Does this mean each time we don’t have change we have to pay more?
          I hope you look into this and take required action.

          Conductors in BMTC are not accepting ID cards like PAN CARD, AADHAR CARD etc which bears proof of age for claiming senior citizen concession. Please update list of documents to all operating staff and publish the same in all bus stops.

            We would like to inform you that the k5 bus from bagalgunte to koramangala was serving the peak hour need to the travellers on this route for office and collage passengers, this service is been cancelled for past 15days which is causing trouble to hundreds of passengers in this route.

              Hi,

              I was travelling in 500 D today morning around 7.30am, KA-01F-4605 and was getting down in ECO space.
              I was getting down from the bus and was holding the bar on the door, before I could remove the hand the driver started closing the door. And my hand and my bag was almost caught in the door and the bus started moving.
              I don't under what is the hurry to close the door when he can do that even after moving 100 feet after the stop.
              If the driver is in hurry and doesn't want anybody to get down or board the bus, I suggest he simply ply from Hebbal-Silk Board without any body in the bus.

                i travel by KIA6 from Kadugodi bus station to KIA Airport to my work place Airports Authority of India Air Traffic Service .KIA Bangalore.The driver of the bus KIA 6 /137 name srinivas badge number 8739 behaves with arrogance since an year i am observing .His driving is rash with abusive languages with unwanted delay by stopping every where even if there is no designated stop.i feel he should be removed from driving Airport buses and send for counselling. Passengers travelling by the bus are at high risk.please do the needful immediately.

                  I stay in 5g block of anjanapura in ds max stone hill apartmnt
                  at the circle of anjanapura tulasipura main rd.215 t used to come sometimes.Most of the times they do not go to to the tulasipur but go to the depot jamboosavaari dinne.Very rarely they come and drop us at the circle close to the apartmnt.We are 100 residents have to get down at anjanapur mosque and walk thry the lane leading to the fire stn and the tulasipur main rd which is not very far about 1.2 km but the lane is full of wine shops and mutton shops .In the late evening we get scared to walk on this road.People of all sorts walk on this road.Whoever travels by 215 bus to anjanapura is a punishment for us.The buses are over crowded and so tired we feel and the nightmare of walking thru this line awful.Pl see that 215 t buses ply more so that we can ladies reach home safely.Even at 6.30 pm these buses cancel to go to the destination.We request you to arrange till ds max apartment closer to fire stn anjanapur

                    I have a student's pass to travel from Indiranagar to Ganesh Bhavan where my college is located. The pass indicates change over at KR Market. On 16th Sept 2016, 8:00am I boarded the 314M (Bus No. KA 8600) bus which goes directly from Indiranagar to Ganesh Bhavan. The conductor forced me to buy tickets since it does not go through K R Market even though the originating point and the destination point is the same. I strongly feel this is not correct.

                        My friend is mentally ill disabled candidate. He had physically handicapped busspass. One day suddenly they seized his buspass mentioning that he is not handicapped even though he submitted his mental ill disabled certificate. When he tried to explain about his disability that it doesn't appeare externally but it is internal problem they refused to hear at all and treated like culprit.
                        I just want to know that mentally illness candidate are eligible or not for free bus pass.

                          These is to complaint u about one of your bus conductor, who was really humiliating & also charged & push me like an animal and I'm surprised he know Hindi too
                          First he don't give my balance & after dew minutes when I asked for my balance he told me something in Kannada that come behind & there was hardly any crowd so I said I'll drop in next stopped & give my balance then he immediately pull me & push me behind for no reason & he tried to charged me also twice he was very aggressive as a civilian I also can create a seen there but what is your employee are doing was correct??

                          If these is how they abused your passenger's which are you customer's with whom you all r depend on then these is a shame for your service... & These also can other region if a person have impression about your state..
                          The person who co.e for recovery also ask people in a manner way & u have all gangsters gather in ur employee..

                            Hello sir/madam. It was about 15 days ago when i was travelling to malleshwaram by bmtc bus, someone stole my wallet. I couldn't even find him. I was so disappointed with the services provided by you. I thought that it is over now but yesterday, in the way to mylasandra from rv college, some one stole my mobile. It's the second time in just 20 days. I would like you to take up this issue as it's not safe for us to travel by bmtc buses now....

                            Hi sir,

                            I m feeling very bad to say that BMTC buses most of the time disobeys traffic rules. some of the examples are like they never stops on the bus stops that are near to colleges and schools as they think we have pass and we will not buy tickets. Another thing is I have seen at various places when there is red signal also they just move on. one more thing is that they drive somewhat in rush they usually stops the buses when you are near to met with accident.
                            I request to please take care of these. I don't care about any other things, I just want to make them stop at appropriate bus stop as instructed by BMTC council. so that our monthly/yearly pass will be some kind o[censored]seul.

                              Hi,

                              Today 27/08/2016 I boarded into a bus from Richmond circle to go back home.. the incident happened around 4:30pm in between Richmond and mayohall near Joseph college.. it was just an argument between the passenger and the conductor.. the guy was such a Smal n innocent guy who dint knw kannada the argument grew n this conductor started hitting the passenger with the punching machine on his head and the passenger started to bleed soo badly till the driver stopped him to do tat he was hitting him soo badly.. is this the way the public service is given that threatens life.. there are pregnants children who travel in bus... I recommend a strong action to be taken against the conductor. The passenger was forced to get down on d way.. kindly help in resolving this and take a strict action and provide us safety to travel in peace. it is highly disturbing.

                                HI I travel daily fom bommasandra to kudlu gate via BMTC buses. Today I gave 100 rs to the conductor for a 19rs ticket and he was supposed to give me 81 rs back. Instead he wrote it on the back of the ticket as usual and when my bus stop came, i found him standing at the back row facing the other side, without hearin my repeated calls, as a result I couldnt collect my money. The ticket details are here:

                                How can I get the money back.

                                  Today I boarded a BMTC bus around 7.40 a.m at JP Morgan to Ecospace and the bus driver is riding the bus very rashly. Even the city buses are much better. As, we were not able to stand inside the bus and all of a sudden he use a break. There is no safe travel under his driving. Now- a- days, the BMTC bus services are going very worse.

                                    Hi,

                                    It's a kind request to increase the bus frequency for madiwala to adugodi route.
                                    In the early morning around 6:30 to 8 o'clock the bus frequency is very less and whatever buses are coming for this route are fully rush, so it's get difficult for us to reach adugodi by bus and forcibly we have to take auto which are charging more than the normal rate. So it's a kind request to look into this matter and do the necessary as soon as possible.

                                      Hi,

                                      I had been travelling by 600/2 from Silkboard to Kudlu Gate and as the bus was extremely crowded and I had a big bag was unable to buy ticket. Bus was extremely crowded, when conductor was passing by he tried to touch me very badly and I gave him an angry look and he went away. Later when I purchased ticket and gave him exact change of Rs.12, he gave me a ticket of Rs.5.
                                      I protested a lot, told that I will complain but he said there is no point complaining and he was not at all scared. Post that also he was misbehaving with me which was intolerable.

                                      Please do take a strict and urgent action against him and respond to my request or else I will go to nearby police station today evening and get him screwed.
