I sri prabhakar v j aged 61 yrs with handicap pass no 133684 y-16 sno 13486

Wish to state that when i boarded the red coloured volvo of bmtc bus the conductor asked for the circular and did not permit me .

But when i took the medical certificate at victoria hospital they said we can board the red volvo bmtc bus .

As i am prone to slip due to amputation of the foot . Please send me the circular in english and do the needful

    My colleague and I boarded a Volvo 335E bus from Richmond today, 22Feb2016. The seat condition was shabby and AC maintenance was pathetic. There was dust from AC duct falling on the seats ( photos attached). No wonder whether we get affected by allergies too often. Pay exorbitant ticket price and get diseases free in BMTC !!!
    Hope this post wakes up responsible authorities and appropriate action taken, so we commuters will not have to put up with travel inconveniences.
    Added to this, the bus could not go at a good speed, not because of traffic but such was the state of the bus.
    The bus details are available in the ticket, copy of which is attached.

      Hi,

      This is to bring to your notice that bus conductor of bus no KA-01-F 9404 does not issue tickets to passengers even after taking money.
      Today on 21st of February 2016, at 4.25PM, me and my friend boarded the bus from SILK BOARD to UDUPI GARDEN. We gave 10 rupees and asked for 2 tickets. To which he replied he will give later. When bus reached UDUPI GARDEN, the signal went red. So i asked him for tickets before getting down the bus. He clearly denied. I asked him 3-4 times, to which he shook his head in a NO and signaled me to get down the bus.
      So, I got down and noted the bus number. But now also, he did not give me the ticket, instead he laughed at me and said that "go ahead and note down the number, it wont affect me anyways."
      Even after that I went back to me and sternly told him to give tickets. He forcefully handed over 2 rupees in my hand and pushed me.
      At that time, signal went green and so i had to back off. I felt very helpless as all people were silently watching me but no one stood up for this.

      Sir, please do something. If this continues to happen, youth of india will surely start loosing hope. Corruption at such small levels will produce wrong image of India.

        Hello,
        I have lost my Volvo Bus Pass with Pass No: 047451 (given by my corporate company) along with my Voter ID (EPIC NO: TYA0617662) both in a pouch. If reported please let me know. Is there a way to get a duplicate pass issued?

        Since BMTC need original ID proof to have a bus pass, we will lose pass along with our original ID cards if both kept in a pouch or any kind of wallet. Is there a way to keep Xerox id proofs to produce with bus passes?

          Time: Around 5.30 evening on 15 Feb 2016

          Respected sir,

          I would like to complain about the lady conductor in the above said bus and route on the same day. As my daughter who is in 7th grade travelling from Chamarajpet to Uttarahalli, she behaved very badly and snatched her bus pass and asked her to bring a letter from your school principal tomorrow to collect the pass. When she questioned, she almost went on to hit her and pushed her out of the bus and started scolding my daughter in bad vulgar language including my daughter's parents (that is we...!!!). Child got down the bus, stood in front of the bus not allowing it to pass on until she collect her bus pass. She came home crying, imaging how an young child must have felt when conductor abusing her in front of lot of people.

          Is this the way to treat a small girl child when she has finished a long day travelling from home early morning and having a hard time at school and coming back home in the evening ? Please take action about the lady conductor in this bus (child could not find out the conductor's name) and teach them how to behave with the commuters.

              I have not seen any BMTC buses having separate seat alone for conductor. However, primarily conductors are not supposed to sit and relax when on duty. Today I got into a bus (KA[protected]A - Blue bus - Bsk to Hebbal) at 7.45am near ragigudda bus stop.I had to get down in RMZ ecospace stop. Bus destination was hebbal. I got the very first seat to sit. On reaching Agara, conductor started behaving rudely to get up from the seat so that he can sit and relax and also he gave me one of the worst explanations that he was done with his duty of issuing tickets no one will get into the bus or get down from the bus. I was wondering how could any conductor even say that his duty was over even before the bus reaching its destination. Icing on the cake was he was not issuing tickets to those who were getting down in nearest stops. He took Rs.10 from and did not issue tickets even when the passenger insisted to. He was also behaving rudely with the female passengers by shouting at them.
              I do not know how this issue will be resolved but I would expect that at least this conductor should get a feedback so that he wouldn't dare to do this again to anyone.

                **This is a general case, and hence cannot provide any proofs or documentation of the bus number or any.

                The Bus that leave from KBS, (335E) was full of mosquitos and couldnt get rid of them on the whole ride, As it was a AC bus and The ventilation is central, nothing could be done by the cunductor either.

                But what can be done is, Atleast Minor cleaning of the bus on daily basis before it goes on road.
                Since the environment is prone to new diseases day by day, avoiding mosquitos, that too in a Service like Volvo (3*normal bus fare) should be considered of high Priority.

                Please take care of this

                  Respected sir, On 18.01.2016 my wife along with with her mom after visiting St.Martha's Hospital, they waiting for K.R.Market bus that time KA 01 F 2586 bus came to bus stop. There is only few passengers were there in the bus. We request him to stop the bus bus but slowing moving the bus she is trying to get into bus. then i tell him to stop the vehicle he stopped they get into bus. After that he started to scolding them very bad words / as well as stupid arguments with the ladies. am not travelling with them at the time.

                    I was coming from banaswadi to tinafactory on 30.01.2016 around 14.00 o clock by 500D route bus and no. is KA-053 F-76. With out any reason The contractor has pushed me to get outside. i had bmtc monthly pass( ID no.[protected] but he do not care and nothing listen to me. Also he used bad language.

                    Now i request to consumer department to give me exact judgment against this behavior.

                          Hello,
                          I want to complaint about physical harassment i had gone through last night.
                          I was travelling from wipro gate, electroniccity to Silk board in bus no cn 356/7 started journey from wipro gate at 8.00 o'clock, reached silkboard at 8.45pm.I had done daily pass ticket of 70 rupees but forgot to do the 5 rupees toll tax ticket as i slept in between the journey.When it reached silkboard two person checking squad came inside the bus, one was male, other was female.They were behaving very suspisious. That male person pulled my daily pass ticket from me and didn't give me back.I was asked many question by them.I told them i will pay the fine.They disscuss something between them shelve.Then the male person scolded me, that FIR complaint will be lodge against you, the conductor will lose his job, So, settle something with us.The male and female person were behaving very rudely to me, they even pulled my neck collar.I was very much afraid.They asked me to give 250 rupees. i was not having that much money at the moment, They callupon a car from hsr layout and took me to Citybank atm near by hsr overbridge and forcing me to bring money from atm.Even they misbehaved with me, pulled my coIlar, my phone, pushed me.I was very much afraid of my life as it was 9.15 pm of night.Eventualy they made a challan of 250 rupees having challan no -045675.Later on when i checked the challan i came to know they have made the challan for travelling without ticket price of 25 rupees.As for the knowledge i did the daily pass ticket in the bus no 356 travelling from silkboard to wipro gate, started it's journey from silkboard at 9.45 am and reached wiprogate, electronic city at 10.20 am in morning.If this type of things will happen to general people, where is the safety.How can we be safe.I am very much fruastrate

                          To correct my information i did my daily pass ticket in bus no 500 series started it's journey from marathahalli at around 8.37 am and reached silkboard at 9.37 am in morning.

                          To correct my information i did my daily pass ticket in bus no 500 series started it's journey from marathahalli at around 8.37 am and reached silkboard at 9.37 am in morning.

                          On 06-Feb-2016, I boarded BMTC 215CA (red color, Reg No: KA-57-F-1049, conductor's bag bearing NO: 437) bus from Jayanagar 4th Block to Jamboo Sawari(my stop was Brigade Millenium), at around 6 O' Clock. The moment I sat, all of a sudden the conductor uttered rudely 'hey get down !'(hey ili ili). I looked at him and said, can't you speak properly?(nimge chennagi matadoke baralwa?). Then he repeated the same(yen chenagi matadodu, ili ili). I said, are you not ashamed to talk like this?(yekavachanadalli matadtirala, nimge naachike agolwa?). This time he uttered, "hey ILIYA LE". Then I said, I will register a complaint if you continue to talk like this. But he kept uttering the same, no idea for what reason. All this while, the driver kept onlooking, in between stopped the bus expecting me to get down, seemed to be supporting him. Kindly take action against the conductor(height 5.3'' to 5.5'', very lean) for the ruthless behavior & attitude. Please don't just regret or apologize, but act upon too.

                            I have got in BMTC noraml Bus from Manyata tech park to Hennur main road. Bus was 500 series and bus number might be 4806 (or might be 4860). I asked for hennur main road ticket but conductor took 10 RS and went back side of bus to collect tickets, I requested him 3 to 4 times but still he did not turned. Finally I called him to give ticket as my stop is near, while returning change also he is not ready to give full money back. By the time Driver started moving bus from my stop, finally I got down 200 mt far from my bus stop. This kind of behavior is really hurt lot and after paying money if we get treated like this mean other people will start giving money to conductor and get down in their bus stops. Please take appropriate action and conductor or driver rude behavior is not acceptable. We are not taking BMTC service for free, we are paying for it.

                                Let me explain the situation. When I took a bus and gave Rs50 to Conductor he said he do not have change and asked me to get down of the bus in next stop. But immediately he gave a change of Rs100 (ticket cost only RS10) to another passenger. So, I asked him why you refuse to give me change. By this statement the conductor got rudely saying in kannada and starting hitting me and pushing me and later dragging me thrown me out of bus. Entire bus everyone was looking this but no one said anything . When I got down then I said that I will complain BMTC and for that I started taking bus pic to get the number . The conductor got down and again caught my shirt and trying to drag me . He was behaving like criminal(Gunda). This is worst experience, I have had in Bangalore bus . If we can not check such bus conductors' & drivers' behavior, then we will loose faith in gentlemen behavior in public transport.

                                  Dear BMTC, A Driver who drives bus (KA 01 FA 611) talking unprofessionally. Date of Incident: 9th Jan 2016 Time of Incident: 11.30 AM Place of Incident: Near Mysore Bank stop Department: Dept 3 Document Proof: A Day pass took from that driver : 0739911 (Attached a document on this) The bus is from Electronic to Majestic . I was travelling to Majestic. The driver has stopped the bus near Mysore bank 200 Mtrs away from the stop. so i asked him to stop near bus stop. He immediately Raised his voice with harsh talks towards me and Insulted infront of everyone . I asked him according to rules he supposed to stop near bus stop. for that he said Which Rules? What Rules? no rules here, you have to get down where i stop. Then i raised my voice asking him to stop the bus. Bus he closed bus doors where he never opened. he never stopped where i asked. Finally i told him that i will raise complaint to BMTC Depot. for that he still behaved like a hell. and never stopped. will you complaint to Dept? then i never stop he said. He didnt give respect to a woman. Instead he insulted me infront of everyone. I was not able to do anything as a woman. the Incident have hurt me a lot. Dear BMTC, Requesting you to kindly take an immediate action on him. otherwise he still feels more easy to insult people or harsh talks towards a woman. Please take an Immediate action on him and i'm expecting a response from your end. Otherwise, i will inform My parents on this and we will raise a Severe action on him by sending legal notice on him to Higher authority. As a woman this is my humble request to BMTC depot to take an Immediate action on this driver.

                                    Email to : [protected]@mybmtc.com Hello, I boarded the BMTC bus - 500 A (upto banshankari) - a white colored UD bus (low floor AC) from Tin Factory on 2nd January 2016 around 10.30 am. I bought the monthly bus pass worth rupees 2300 and gave the conductor 3000 rupees. He made the pass and said he did not have change. He said he will give it later. After that I reminded him once during the journey and he said he still did not have change. I had to get down at Sarjapur bus stop and missed to ask for change again, and the conductor never gave me the pending 700 rupees. Please advise what is the procedure to track this person and claim my money back. My bus pass number is 337313.

                                      I lost my purse containing my BMTC bus identity card along with my monthly pass for Jan 2016 while travelling in BMTC pass from hebbal to Maharani college. The bus was a market bus via vidhan soudha which reached maharani stop by around 10am on 2-1-2016. The purse also contained my pensioner ID ( Govt. of India), election ID etc. If that purse is not stolen and happened to fall down in bus, I request if the driver or conductor has got it may return to me - Remadevi EMPRI phone no[protected]

                                        Bus conductors are forcefully not giving tickets. For 12/- exactly 12 rupees i have to get ticket, otherwise they will take 10/- from us and will not give ticket. Some times they will give 5/- ticket. If we are not ready for that they will tell to get down from bus. Today i argued and conductor told to get down from bus, otherwise he will not take bus.[ bus no. is KA01 1703]. 5 days 4 bus per day ie 4 times 2 - 2 rupees per day i have to keep in hand, otherwise i cann't use BMTC. Take some action against this.

                                        >If the ticket fare is 18 rs and if you pay 20 rs to conductor he will give you the ticket and keep quite. You have to ask him for 2 rs then only he will respond saying I don't have change will give it at the time of you get down from bus actually when the time comes they don't give change saying I don't have it.

                                        >If customer is not aware of the fare amount for his destination, conductors wantedly giving a ticket of 19rs, 24rs so that they can hold the 1 rupee change with them.

                                        I request BMTC Officials to have a random check and ask the passengers in the Bus.
