I was travelling with my wife and 8 year old son on Route number 500D at 5:20 PM back from Hebbal towards Silk board. We had daily pass for volvo with us and when the conductor asked for pass and ID me and my wife showed him the same.But the rude conductor asked for my eight-year old sons ID also.I tried to reason with him that a 8-yr old does not have any photo-ID but he just kept mumbling rudely and threatened to throw us out.Even the driver tried to support him. Please take necessary action against this conductor for this extremely unpleasant harassment . He actually asked for a voter-id card and driving-licence from an 8-year old.The rude conductor had no badge on his uniform so I couldnt note down his name.

Dear Sir, BMTC regrets the inconvenience caused, taking note of your complaint action will be initiated against the erring crew for his rude behavior. Further Pl. provide the vehicle no to identify the crew and to take necessary action against the erring crew. Further this is to inform that, as misuse of passes we have introduce the any ID card is compulsorily to get the daily pass and commuter has to show when the conductor asked and for your 8 yrs son you cant show the ID like DL, PAN, or some other but you can show the Adhara Card as a proof. BMTC

    A BMTC Volvo Bus Reg No: KA-57-F-1286 Route No:335 was driving vary carelessly, driver hit my car and the backside of my car got damaged completely. This incident happen on 26th May'2015 around 12:15 PM near Vydehi hospital. I tried to stop the bus, but the driver intentionally moved the bus. I hope this complaint would be considered seriously and expecting the claim procedure.

      today morning around 9 am i was travelling from varthur to marathalli in KA 01 F- 907, conductor issued me a ticket of 17rs for which i paid him 20 rs and 3 rs change was due on his side. as usual he wrote 3 rs on the tckt and handed me, as i was approaching my stop i asked him for the change and he denied, even on repeated asking he started yelling at me to give him change instead. now he couldn't pay me 3 rs change but he expects me to pay 7 rs change instead??they are not even scared of the higher officials when told that we will take action against them. its not the matter of 3 rs, but thing to be concerned about is all this extra change is going in their pocket. i request the authorities to please take some action as this is becoming a regular practice. and we as residents of Bangalore are not going to take this nonsense henceforth.

        This complaint is against bus conductor Route no 352 ( Electronic City to KR Market ) Bus no: KA 01 F 4818. Incident happen between 20.35Hrs - 20.50Hrs on 20.05.2015 I was travelling in a bus where I found that one man ( who was not a bangalorean ) got on the above bus at the mentioned time and sit on the empty sit just near the driver seat whereas the conductor was then asking for ticket to other passengers. When he saw that man who was also carrying some stuff in hand and was sitting there. the conductor came and very harshly and abusive way asked him to get up. The man doesn't know the local language but can very well understand the way the conductor said to him. He asked the conductor to mind his tongue and asked politely but the conductor got hyper and started shouting him in kannada and said how can you sit in my sit, still the man said that you speak properly or else I will go to police and no where it is mentioned that it is your sit and you first behave your self. This make the conductor every more angry and called other passenger and asked them to forcefully push the that man out of the bus. Even the conductor did not let the driver stop the bus at the place where he suppose to get off and in turn drop him near Nimhans. This poor man do not know what to do and finally he got down. The conductor then started murmuring and discussing with other passenger, feeling that he did a great job. The conductor was saying, this people from other state coming and increasing burden for our city. I was there and was watching how can the conductor be so harsh. I am also not from this state and what if the same incident happen to me or my family in this unknown city. Is this the way outsider should be treated here in this city. We do not have respect and self esteem. How bad I felt. There is no humanity left. Not only this there are instances where conductor behaved very badly. So I decided I should atleast raise my voice this time. Hope some action will be taken on such conductors and some mannerism classes to be conducted for and on such people. Hope this step will help stopping such harsh act to happen again on any people be it local kannadisan or anybody from other part of the nation. Thank you SRH.

          I was going in my bike near bellandur, it was a slow moving traffic and hence i was riding my bike slowly, there was a Volvo bus behind me who kept on honking even though there was no way to go fast, suddenly he came from the left side and hit me on my head, i was wearing a helmet, i stopped to ask why did he hit me and the driver who was a muslim (no offence please for specifying the religion) started abusing me with bad words continuously and he was telling that i am not giving him way, as i told before it was a peak time and trafffic was slow moving, his abuse continued and he also threatened to come out and assault me again, i just started my vehicle and moved on sensing the rude and violent behavior of the driver, i am shocked due to the incident and i am thinking of filing a police complaint against the driver, I also request you to take strict action against such drivers. because of this kind of rash and violent drivers there are increasing cases of road accidents which brings shame to BMTC which offers one of the best services in the country.             Today, on 20th of may 2015, at 12 pm ist, i was traveling in bmtc 500d bus, bus no is ka-01 fa 2323. Conductor of that bus was misbehaving with girls. He was imitating girls and was using abusive language. He said "in karnataka only kannada language is allowed. He won't give ticket if someone doesn't ask in kannada. It is mandatory here to speak kannada." what line was that? I have never come across any such rule. I don't think karnataka govt has ever announced such thing. Is this the way people from karnataka behave? Are all kannada people like this? Just because of that conductor bangalore is getting bad name.

            If this forum is really genuine then i should expect some satisfactory action against that illiterate bloody conductor.

            Let me see how sincere karnataka govt is. I will wait for the action. We need justice.

Today one incident happened in our Bus Three Person get in and asked for Ticket conductor was entered 10 No's and he was asking for money finally till he take the money he was not left. In between discussion he was absuing Ladies also. First it self he need to ask who are all the 3 person's Not asked inbetween that he was absuing passangers also.                 I request the authorities concerned to please do away with the old seats and introduce new seats in bmtc buses. The highly innovative male population of Bangalore have devised methods to abuse women by putting their hands from inbetween the gap in the seats in which women sit. There shouldn't be any scope for them to be anonymous and get away. I hope you do pay a heed to my suggestion.

                  One of my female friend was traveling from udipi garden to jaya nagar 4th block on 14 may 2015 most probably on the bus number KA 01 F 9542. Lady conductor in the bus was so rude that she started hitting/pushing my friend to make a way for her in the bus. When my friend resisted and wanted her to behave properly she started yelling her in cannada. After that she started beating her. My friend got injuries on her eyes and neck. More then that she is in great shock that no body helped her and driver also started shouting at her. I request you to look into this matter and arrest that lady as soon as possible else these people become more fearless day by day.

                    Today I boarded the bus KA-01 FA 306 from Whitefield to Domlur (335EP), at 10.45 am from Whitefield (Mayura Bakery) bus stop. I gave the lady conductor Rs.500 and she gave me back 430 . Then afterwards while issuing ticket she told i have not given her 500. Since i was very confident that, i had given the money, I told her to check properly and confirm. Then she started arguing with me and abused me in kannada. Finally she snatched the 430 which she had given me earlier and took another 70 from me for the ticket. In effect I had to pay 570 for travelling from Whitefield to Domlur. I was embarrassed and shocked to see such a behavior. I tried to make her understand, but she was adamant and did not listen to me. This is such a bad incident and such individuals should be punished for their behavior. I have the ticket with me. the ticket number is 709282.

                          Hi, I daily travel in 335E volvo buses from majestic to ITPL . Most of these buses either don't have working AC or keep the temperature high. So its has been very difficult to travel in these condition leading to suffocation if the bus is crowded. Can you please ensure all the buses have working AC. Thanks

                            While driving on the old airport road, a bus heading towards Kadugodi at around 9.20AM (335 series), was switching lanes frequently and driving at high speed. After crossing NAL bustop, I was driving ahead and there was constant honking from the driver behind me. I was towards the left lane though as he was switching from left to right, right to left ; it was extremely difficult to determine which lane he was to take so that I could make way. With great difficulty I had managed to escape being hit by him at the signal . Later also noticed that he was talking over the phone while driving. Buses should be instructed to follow a single lane and compulsory no rash driving and no use of mobile phones. If not this could result in the loss of innocent lives.

                                bus no. KA57F950 I got into the bus at wipro gate EC and since was holding money for fare and continuously calling the conductor for ticket but he came only when was about to reach Udupi garden which is my stop. Then he started shouting at me and was talking very badly. Took money from me but did not give the ticket. I asked several times but he was just shouting and slanging me.

                                  A BMTC Volvo Bus Reg No: KA 01 F 9581 Route No: 500C was driving vary carelessly and was about to crash with my car on may 1st 2015 around 10 PM. When I stopped the bus at Jayadeva Hospital bus stop and questioned him, the conductor wanted me to board the bus and argue with the driver but I was not willing to do so. But I tried to stop the bus, but the driver intentionally moved the bus and the bus hit me on my shoulder and I fell on the road. He sped away. Please let me mention here that BMTC is a state run organization and these drivers are government employees.

                                    sir The system issuing monthly bus pass in karnataka bmtc is not correct. we have to take bus pass exactly 1st day if the starting month, if we take other day of that month that will valid that month only. This is not correct system, some people we cannot get money that time. So I'm kindly requesting that the system should such that it should valid for 30 days from the day he has taken bus pass.

                                      Hi this is pushpa working in MV center for Diabetes .I use to travel every day from Varthur to Koramangala and I use the way of Domasandra and every day we are getting problem from bus no.342 and last time also i have complained regarding the diver of 342- KA-01- FA-123 about his bad behavior and the same driver today with the bus no-342H -KA-01- FA-1676 again i have a compaint.Today while coming in the morning around 7.20am morning from Agara i was trying getting into bus of no-342H -KA-01- FA-1676. But purposefully that bus driver moved the bus and dint stop that im a pregnant of 8 months just missed otherwise i may fell down and little far he stopped bus because of the other person not even for me he don't have human behavior also to see what happen for me and again i ran and got this bus and when i asked if anything will be happended who will be responsible but how conductor behaved is more cruel . He was telling that y your coming in bus go to auto and so many buses are they y you came in this bus as he was acting that bus was his own and he dint even see I'm a lady he his behaving like a too much and when i told that il complaint for bmtc .but he dint bother.

                                        hello This is a complaint regarding harassment by a conductor in the bus route KBS to ITPL (335A), bus no -Ka-53 F-002 This happened on 28th april, between 4:0 - 4:30, on the race course bridge. He said his name to be "shivkumar". He wrongly accused me o[censored]sing a student’s pass, which is accurate in everyway. He snatched my pass away and threatened me to get down from the bus even though my pass was 100% valid. He tried to throw me out of the bus and abused me verbally. But what was worse was that he kept threatening to hit me.He insulted me continuously for 20 minutes. And this is not a rare incident, it happens on a daily basis to a lot of people. I hav been harassed for asking my change back, for wanting to know the correct stop, for demanding the ladies seat be given to me… etc.. I cannot sit by and let this keep happening. This is a bigger issue than people are aware of. I have been harassed and I seek justice. Please help me get this complain through and also help more people participate because I am sure m not the only one
