Bus Number:KA57 F-1428 Date and Time: 31 Jul 15, 6:20pm Place: Silk Board Hi, Today I took a Non-AC bus from silk board to BTM as there was a huge traffic and AC buses were not available that time. The moment I got on to the bus, the lady conductor started asking me to go back. Since it was fully crowded, I said there is no place. She the started shouting at me in kannada and then pushed me. I said "Behave properly". Then again she came back and hit on my hand as I was holding the pipe and she wanted to cross it. Anyways I know the behaviour of conductors will not be changed. Even Lord Bramha cannot teach uneducated people but still I request BMTC higher authorities to atleast give it a try to teach conductors how to behave.

    This bus driver was very rash while driving from Kundalahalli bridge to to ITPL, the driving was zig zag, did not follow the lane rule and was about to hit our vehicle. on that they stopped and abused our driver and was about to hit our driver, for no mistake. this is totally unacceptable on BMTC that such drivers are still in the department and creating chaos on the city roads.

    Hope you will take some action to stop such things happening on the road.

      I boarded bus No. 144E around 6.15 pm (which goes to Rose Garden as I wanted to go to Infant Jesus Church) at St. Philomena stop and gave conductor Rs. 20 when he asked for change of Rs. 2 which I told him will give if I find and collect back Rs. 10 as ticket costed Rs. 12 only. When I reached the last stop I asked for my remaining Rs. 8 to refund he started abusing me saying I owe him Rs. 2/- . Conductor was so rude. I really felt hard and told him God will punish for cheating people. How can they digest food when eating others money. They should be shame of such behaviour. Its not matter of Rs. 8, but loyalty matters.

        Hi, I am taking buses from Makalakutta Bus Stop to Electronic City. Every Day we take buses from Makalakutta Bus Stop to Electronic City or Bannaragatta or Hosur Route. Today (Date:[protected] at 9:30 am) Buses didn’t turned up in this route. Around 80 people were waiting near the Bus Stop. After Enquiring through customer care number we got to know that Bus Route is changed. When I asked the BMTC officer (near Kalasi Palya Bus Stop) why Bus Route is changed all of a sudden then he said, if you want to complaint then give to Traffic Police people. Today they have changed the route. Kindly find below map details, Chamarajpet Circle Makala Kutta Circle Kalasi Palya Bus Stop Bassappa Circle Minerva Circle I have informed this concern last time also, but no action or reply to my mail. There are certain problems we are facing, kindly find the below 1. People traveling from Hanumantha Nagar or Chamarajpet Route, have to get down in Makala Kutta Bus Stop and walk till Kalasi Palya Bus Stop to Catch the Electronic City / Bannaragatta Buses. 2. Few times Bus Conductor or Drivers don’t stop or opens the door in Makala Kutta Circle or Minerva Circle. Because they says that there is no Bus Stop. a. So there is no Bus Stop from Kalasi Palya Bus Stop till Lalabgah 3. There is no proper bus facility to Shivajinagar, So that we can get down in Lalabgah (From Hanumantha Nagar Route) a. We have only one Shivajinagar Bus per hour from each area. Kindly consider our request and do the needful. 1. Kindly provide us BUS Stop near Makala Kutta to travel towards Electronic City/ Bannaragatta 2. Or else increases the Buses for Shivajinagar route from Hanumantha Nagar(via Grinaga, Avalahalli, Srinagar, Hosekarhalli) Regards, Nethra P

          Respected Sir, I had taken route # 500CA (Volvo) from Sarjapur Signal to go to Vydehi Hospital, Whitefield on 16th Jul, 2015 at around 9:30 AM. The ticket price for this journey is Rs. 60/-. As I did not have the change, I gave Rs. 500/-. The lady conductor gave me the tickets and wrote Rs. 440/- at the back of the ticket as the due amount. However, on arriving at the destination she refused to give me the change. As I had urgent work, I had to get down and leave without taking the change. Later that day, I enquired at the Vydehi BMTC depot as to how can I collect the balance and they informed that I needed to go to Kathriguppe BMTC Bus depot as the conductor was based from that depot. I went to that depot on 18th Jul, 2015 to enquire about the matter and was informed by the booking clerk that I will need to call the conductor directly and get the matter resolved or else come to the depot early morning before the shift starts and talk to her about this. He gave me the number[protected] to get her mobile number and speak with her. However, there is no response on that number. And now I donot know how to get the money back. Please help.             Hi, Today I boarded bus number KA 57F324 from Bellandur Petrol Pump at 10:05 AM. The display board was displaying bus number 500 - Electronics City - Wipro Gate. The conductor issued me a day pass as any other BMTC bus. But the bus stopped from where the airport buses starts. When asked the driver and conductor denied that the bus was supposed to go to Wipro gate and they said the display was never showed Wipro gate as the destination. I am new to Electronics City and I found it is an utter harassment and frustrating. When I asked them that from next time do not mislead people on the wrong bus number and display they replied rudely and said I can complain and they dont care.               misbehaviour of conductor with women My name is Anchal.While going to office today( july 17th 2015), a bus conductor of 335A of bmtc misbehaved with me. I took a ticket and paid him for that. after some time he asked something in Kannada and again he gave me another ticket and started asking for the money again. When i showed him the previous ticket and told him that i already have the ticket, he misbehaved with me...and threw the ticket on me.I want serious action to be taken.                 root number 320 (near itpl) today I when I get into bus around 10:00, I asked conductor to issue bus pass, he issued the yesterdays date and denied to change the pass. Bus no: KA01 FA 0829, Pass no: TCM 6458880. I think the conductor has issued the same date before who collected the daily passes from him.

                    Hello... It's a very pathetic condition for students who travel in bmtc bus to clg.! Students get tired due to travelling where they cannot concentrate in studies... N there r not many buses which travel frm sarjapur to agra... There r very few almost lyk 5 buses.. Where students have to stand till their destination .. So it's very difficult .! Buses r nt following the proper timings..! There r very few buses frm agra to sarjpur .. N I also request to put few volvo buses in tat locality... There r hardly 2 volvo buses... N no proper buses for travelling... N the conductors r very harsh... Hope u understand..! We students need to study.. But our energy is spent In travelling in bmtc Please Please Please Please.! Do put more buses from sarjapur to agra

                      The worst bus i travelled on[protected], where the rod was broken and used to fall on the passengers which is extremely dangerous .The support rod was broken which the passengers used to hold for their grip, i also have the bus number so it makes easy to identify and rectify the problem, BMTC BUS NUMBER KA-01 F-4951

                        I purchased monthly pass on 29 th of June for the month of July and forget to put my signature in the pass.On[protected] I was travelling from St.Johns to Bellandur Gate in BMTC Bus 342H [from Check-post[st.johns] to Sarjapura], started at around 6.10 pm. BMTC checking staff entered the Bus in Jakkasandra and started checking.When I have shown my pass, they threatened me to fine and also to take me to Police Station since my signature was not there in Pass, However, I was having my ID Card with Signature.At Iblur Junction, they took me down and collected fine of Rs.500/-, without issuing any receipt .Further, my monthly pass was also destroyed . Please take up the matter with BMTC on following matters: 1]Whether the checking staff can fine me when I am having valid pass with ID Card issued by their office. 2]When I am paying fine for my mistake of not sighing the monthly pass, whether they are having power to take me to Police Station for filing FIR. 3]Why my genuine pass was destoyed. 4]When they are appointed for avoiding pocketing money by conductors, how they can pocket the penalty of Rs.500/- collected from me. 5]What is the exact fine applicable for travelling with monthly pass not signed by the passenger. Please request BMTC to take immediate action against the checking squad of three people, who are cheating the innocent person like me.I am just 23 years old and searching for Job Therefore, I have been travelling in BMTC Bus daily with monthly pass.I once again request you to ensure the action by BMTC against them, so that such things will not happen to innocent persons like me .                           Respected All, BMTC Authorities (mysore road) are refusing to allow morethan one changeover. Many students are travelling from far distances are to change 2-3 changeovers in middle stops (junctions). Just I would like to know how many changeovers are provided in students bus pass ??                             Sir, I request you to please increase the number of bus in the route from Shivaji Nagar to HAL for Bus (330, G-1). We are facing big problem during pick office time at 8AM to 10AM and office off time at 7PM to 9PM. Please think about it in point of view from public that we face daily. We the people are hanging on the bus's door and travelling by taking risk of life. You appoint the T.C for checking ticket, but you need to inspect the public problems too. Regards, B Shankar

                              I am a daily commuter in BMTC bus in JambuSavari Dinne route. But the buses which are operated in this route have BMTC tag on it but the BMTC officials have lost complete control over their drivers and conductors here. The buses timings and where they stop the buses for how much time is all decided by the drivers and conductors. These drivers and conductors in this route think commuters do not have any work because of that they are sitting in this bus and dont follow timings. We are simply spending 45min to 1 hr for 20 min journey. There is bus stop called Kothanur Dinne which is 4th bus stop after JambuSavari Dinne starting point. Actually buses after starting from starting point should not unnecessarily stop in any of the bus stop for long time. But the buses starting from JambuSavari Dinne comes and stops in this Kothanur Dinne Bus Stop for almost 15 min at any time of the day. I have being complaining against this with the BMTC from 6 months but they have not taken action against this issue. Because of this i have missed my connecting buses and being late to office. Worst thing is i had to travel to some other city once so i wanted to travel to Majestic bus stand. The time from JambuSavari Dinne to Majestic should be maximum of 1hr 30 min. But the bus here took almost 3hrs and i missed the bus. Many people have missed their trains also. If we tell this things to drivers and conductors they come over us like goondas. Every bus in this route has drivers and conductors who are like rowdies and do not treat the passengers with dignity.They should understand that people who travel in this buses are highly respected in this society than these drivers and conductors. This issue should have solved by this time by BMTC but even after 6 months of complaining they have not taken things seriously. The buses form JambuSavari Dinne should not stop in Kothanur Dinne for more than 20 seconds and should reach Jayanagar 4th block in 20-30 minutes. The bus drivers and conductors in this route must be severely punished for acting like goondas and rowdies.This is our demand. Please atleast from the Indian consumer Complaint board we will get the issue solved.

                                I Mr.Anand Bhatagoud resident of Vijayanagar, Bangalore from past one year. I traveled daily from vijaya nagar ro rajaji nagar and use daily public transport that is Our Proud BMTC bus, today (04/07/2014 at 7o'clock) as usual i was traveling from manavana to Maruthi mandir in bus no KA01 F3923 conductor asked me for 5Rs change, but due to the lack of change i gave 10Rs. when I reached the stop I asked for my remaining 5Rs change. But conductor said that the charge is 12Rs and he refused to pay my remaining amount. and used abusive language and thrown the ticket through the window which i was handover ed to him for my change, behaved unmannerly. So Please help me out so that in future this will not repeat with poor people who depend on public transport to save their live hood.

                                  Respected All, BMTC Authorities (mysore road) are refusing to allow morethan one changeover. Many students are travelling from far distances are to change 2-3 changeovers in middle stops (junctions). Just I would like to know how many changeovers are provided in students bus pass ?? If yes - whom to contact on this issue? if no - under which rule applicable ? kindly suggest

HERE IS THE REPLY Dear Mukund, With reference to your mail this is to inform that the student concessional pass is issued to accommodate the student from the place of their residence to the place of their college/school with one place of change over of their convenient place. Further there is no provision for two place of change over for the student concessional pass. You take the pass to travel from Devaiah park to Kumbulugod via KBS as change over place from which place you can get 'n' no of buses to both end. With regards, ATM(public complaints) BMTC.

                                    Today i was waiting for bus at domlur the one near flyover in domlur koramangala intermediate ring road at 8:35AM on 3rd july 2015. I saw a BMTC bus number KA01 F9404 deliberately collide with fellow bus Route 8. Resulting in damage of window glass of route 8 bus. I got into the bus ( KA01 F9404) who was at fault of this accident. When all passenger asked to the conductor on the irresponsible behavior of the driver, the conductor too replied harshly and also said the driver did the right thing

                                      I had boarded a Volvo bus 500 CA (ITPL-Banshankari) at around 8:30 AM IST on 2'nd, June, Thursday 2015 at Kundanhalli gate. Registration Number- KA 01 FA-1391 It quickly got crowded with many passengers. As a result I was unable to spot the conductor when he was asking for tickets. After few stops when the bus became less crowded, I gave him money and asked him for a ticket from Kundanhalli Gate to Silkboard. He immediately starts scolding me and abusing me in Kannada! I do not know Kannada very well. I tried explaining to him that because of lot of passengers infront of me, I was unable to spot him. But he does not listen to me and tries to threaten me with fine. When I try to switch with communicating with English, he starts insulting me with rude language. Thankfully some co-passengers calmed him down and he gave me the ticket. As a conductor he should be more understanding regarding the situation and should not take out his frustration on daily passengers. As a traveller, I had bought the ticket and completed my duty. Its the conductor's duty to check and ask for tickets especially when the bus is fully crowded.

                                        Bus service of 127 between Shivajinagar and Jeevanahalli is not only infrequent, but most afternoons, passengers board one bus and are kept waiting endlessly for the bus to move from shivajinagar. In the interim, another bus comes along, and all passengers need to disembark to board the second one. It seems passengers travelling on this route are being given free rides, hence this treatment. It is necessary on part of the BMTC to not only improve the frequency of the Bus service but also make sure that buses run on time.

                                        Bus service of [211E we have only one bus still last more then 20years itself] and we are also safer less bus connectivity in kodiyal karenahalli rote we get bus in market only we don't have direct bus in the KBS or some other bus stand after none also we have to wait more then 3to4 hours either market or bansankari some buss or not come market also in that time
