Hi Team, I want to bring to your notice that many of the BMTC drivers and conductors do not answer to our queries in a polite way. They do not know how to talk or behave with women passengers. They pick up irrelevant topics if any query is asked to them. The level of decency they maintain is so horrible. They behave like gundas, rowdis to the passengers. Some people behave like as if they own the bus and everything is under their control....
