There will be no buses after 8.30 PM in Chandra layout, Bangalore. Because of this, public are facing too much problem. Especially ladies are suffering. Nowadays, we are getting too many complaints on sexual harassment, robbery etc. So, please put some buses in this route, Chandra layout-Vijaynagar-housingboard-Basaweshwar nagar. It may helps hopefully. Thank you.

    Often I travel in Kendriya sadan bus, which routes from vijaynagar to kendriya sadan bus(madiwala). Passengers (not all) who travel regularly in that bus are quite rude . because this happened to me few times. yesterday morning i had occupied window seat after few min a lady came to me and asked me to leave her the seat as she always occupies the same seat. I told its note fare being so rude and left the seat for her. unfortunatley even today i got the same seat and same thing happened as yesterday, but today I told no, as other seats were also empty. she started shouting at me and i was quite telling that "no i cant leave". Her argument continued on saying that " this bus route was created for them, so preferences should be given to them". her words were supported by few men in the same bus for which again i refused to give seat. negative comments kept on passing for few minutes. when that lady got down she abused me again . I am not sure to what extend BMTC forum will look into this situation. But its really bad if the bus is not for passengers excluding kendriya sadan employees.

      Dear Sir, With lot of pain I want to draw your attention regarding the unparliamentary, slang and illegal behaviour of your crew staff of BMTC bus I travelled from Rajaji Nagar ( Near Warrior Bakery Bus Stop) to KBS of Majestic on 12th December 2014 approximate time Between 4.15 Pm to 5 PM 1. I boarded the bus at Rajaji Nagar ( Near Warrior Bakery Bus Stop) for KBS Majestic. 2. Bus Driver stopped the bus in front of Bangalore City Railway station and informed all the passengers that " It is Last Stop" and he asked all the passenger to get down from the bus. 3. My self and an old lady surprisingly enquired that " Bus should go inside Majestic Bus stop than why you are asking us to get down"... 4. The old lady begged them to take the bus inside bus stop because she was not able to walk properly and she need to catch another bus for other destination . But the driver and conductor denied and told that they have some work there and they will stop for a while. I asked them to take the bus to KBS and than to pursue their personal work. 5. With a very angry mood the driver asked me to wait for a while and stopped the bus in front of "Santala Silk House Shop" and he went inside the bus stand and came back after 10 minutes. 6. Once the driver came back than the Conductor started driving the bus towards inside of the KBS . He stopped the bus at Traffic signal o[censored]pperpet ( Near Sangam Talkies Traffic signal) . I requested him to open the door but very rudely he answered me that " Now I will show you what I can do ...Don't show me the rules" and started scolding me in unparliamentary slang language. 7. After reaching inside the bus stop also he denied to open the Bus Door and continuously scolding me in loud voice. The old lady begged him to open the door of the bus than the conductor opened the door . 8. While getting down from the bus I took a photo snap of that conductor with my cell phone camera. ...Unfortunately he saw that and jumped from his seat and he was in the verge of beating me and trying to snatch my mobile phone. But It was my good luck that people gathered near me and after seeing the crowed he could not able to man handle with me. 9. Without creating further nuisance I left the place and decided to forward a complain to your kind consideration. 10 I had already complained to the toll free complaint number [protected] and received a complaint Regd no."bmtc10106998" 11 the photo snap of the conductor and scan copy of my bus ticket is attached for your reference. 12. With lot of hope I am expecting prompt action and a reply mail of action from your end. Kindly give me your mobile phone and land line number so that I can narrate you the matter more accurately. 13. If I will not get any response from your end than as a citizen of India it will compel me to take this issue to Bangalore City Police Commissioner and Public News Medias.         I was travelling in 141K. The bus driver applied a sudden break. Some people started shouting as a small kid fell down from the bus and had lot of injuries in his legs. But it was not the fault of the 141K driver. I must say the Lady driver of 201 bus series was rushing to somewhere. 201 was behind 141K. But the lady driver turned her bus in such a way near Vivek Nagar that the 141K driver had to apply a sudden break. After doing all this also that lady driver didn’t even stop the bus to look back what has happened. Take this as a serious note. Somebody’s life is not a joke. Take action against her on priority. So, that she doesn’t do such nonsense's ever and obey the road rules.

          Hi, Time: 6:15pm Date 10/12/2014 Bus No: 334E Today when I was traveling from Marathahalli to Whitefield, there was some argument between one guy and conductor regarding signature on bus pass. Suddenly at Kodi bus stop conductor took that guy near to the driver seat. After that driver started hitting that guy. So I stand up from my seat and tell the conductor how they can hit someone. That moment driver came to me also and slap me and grab my neck. Somehow I was able to came out of that bus otherwise they might have hit me more. I was so scared that I left the scene without saving the bus registration number. This driver can even kill someone. I want to file a FIR against this driver and conductor.             Today morning (9/12/14), I boarded 500 A Banashankari bus around 7:45 on ORR. The bus # is KA-57 F-259. The conductor asked for tickets, I said "pass". He asked me to show the pass and I showed it to me. For no reason, he tapped on my hand. I found it weird. Then I started observing him through out the journey. He kept pushing his weight around women. He will just come back and lay his back without caring if any lady was standing behind. No "SIDE PLEASE". He continued to do this multiple times. Suddenly he will come and fall on somebody. He missed telling "STOPS" in this behavior and had to be yelled by male passengers. Once he even pushed his back to a lady with a bag. She tried to pull her bag from behind the conductor but the conductor will not budge. Another male passenger had to bring the conductor's notice to the girl's plight. This conductor's behaviour is downright disgusting and unacceptable. He should not be allowed near any female passengers. Please sack him soon. He did not have a name tag otherwise I would have noted it down. He was medium height and had long hair.

              Dear Concerned, This is to bring it your notice that the bus number KA57 F 1134 route number 600C at around 11.15 today morning boarded the bus near J P Nagar 1st Phase. Driver was very reckless and didn't bother to hear the passengers plea to drive slowly. After a while the sudden break of the bus made me to fall on the floor and raised my voice to drive slowly but unfortunately the driver started abusing me in a local slag. When approached to the conductor, with no surprise he also joined the driver to abuse further. Attached are the bus photo. This is really worst behaviour from the government service men. Kindly look into it and take appropriate action so that others should not go through the same. Sincerely, Naveen

                This is to inform that, BMTC bus number (KA57F1177) at Bommanahalli signal, Driver name: Nagalingappa B Badigare, south division, Emp ID:22347, License no.5960)) has made accident to an ordinary bajaj platina bike ( 10cc) driven by IT person. Mistake was made by BMTC bus driver not even carried DL on 8th Dec 2014 (8.45pm). Lot of damages were occured to bike, also to an IT person, as stated by traffic police at the mentioned signal .Bus driver has also accepted and promised to bare repair charges, if not compensated need to take further steps. Bus driver has shared his mob: [protected].
                Lets check whether BMTC Dept or BMTC bus driver will return the amount for the damage occurred for the vehicle.

                  I am a student of CMRIT college here by want to bring under your consideration that the buses are not stopping in CMRIT bus stop. We students stand in sun waiting for the bus for hours together, as known there are very few normal BMTC buses in this route which allows Pass, This route is filled with Volvos. We are facing problem with transport, BMTC buses even if empty do not stop for us This bus number KA57F300, will be empty everyday but wont stop even if we ask him to stop Please do the needful

Dear sir this bus driver has been driving very rashly all the way long and was about to hit a two wheeler near by HKBK College and when we tried to warned him for this he was not ready to slow down instead he stopped the vehicle near by thanisandra and told us to dare and complaint if we can and he said "IDU NANNA HANE BARAHA E DUTY MADTA IRODU" in kannada and was looking least bothered about the lives of people in that bus.                       Dear Sir/Madam, I want to lodge a complaint against BMTC Bus driver Manjunatha (KA-01F-4727) - Route# 282. Time - 7pm The incident took place today around 7pm at Yelahanka Old town near Hanuman temple crossing were the bus driver ramped up and hit my car from right side and badly damaged the side door and bumper. I got the green signal from traffic constable to cross the junction whereas the BMTC bus driver was asked to stop by the traffic constable. However, ignoring the cops instruction, the driver jumped the signal and hit my car badly and later abused me as if I did a mistake by crossing the green signal. As soon as I called cops for help, the driver flew away from the scene. I understand that the BMTC bus drivers have the right to hit anyone since they are on govt. Duty and they know that no one is going to ask them and are not at all concerned for the vehicle they are driving since its not their private property.                         helo sir... My name is hari.I am searching job here.And also new to bangalore.Hardly asks some one the places name and find the location i want to go.. Now i can c many buses have advertisment attached to upper glass. and makes travelers cannot see the stops wer exactly the bus reach. in some buses conductors say the stop and in som buses anouncing system is ther...but most cases both dosnt happen.So plz attach the ads to glases in such a way that new peoples and who dont know the place can understand the places.                           Hello Sir, BUS NUMBER-KA57 F1143 ROUTE NUMBER-500A TIME-10:50A.M. (approx) DATE[protected] STOP-HSR (agara) depot I take bus from HSR depot (agara depot) to silk board everyday. Never in my experience of past 1 year I came across such misbehaving conductor. Today, i.e.[protected] I took bus from HSR depot stop at around 10:50 A.M. As I got in to the bus I saw the first seat empty (just beside front door) and I sat there. Conductor in a very rude manner asked which stop and when I told Silk board and paid him 12/-, initially he resisted to give ticket but later when I asked him to give ticket he handed over a ticket to me. This is a minor issue. The main issue is stated below. Once the ticket was issued, conductor rudely said "when so many seats are vacant at the back why do you want to sit in that seat? Cant you see those seats?" By the time I turned to check seats some passengers got in to bus in next stop and went and sat there and only the seats facing in the opposite direction were left empty. I don't prefer sitting in those seats as I get headache and start vomiting so I continued sitting in first seat. Mean time I tried to explain my situation to conductor but he was so rude that he almost he came on me and started abusing. When I again tried to tell him what is the problem he lost his temper and started abusing with very bad words. He told driver to stop the bus in between and told me to get down. Driver was so cooperative (for wrong things though!! ) that he actually slowed down bus so that i can get down. But then I explained my situation to driver and he did not force me to get down and told conductor to keep quiet otherwise she will vomit. Only then the conductor went back to issue tickets to other passengers. In any case if he wants me to sit back he can tell the same thing in a normal way instead of scaring girls by getting on them and then start abusing them. Had I raised my voice, the manner less conductor and driver would have gone to any level to humiliate me and abuse me. Being a girl I had to keep quiet thinking its risky for me if I quarrel with them. As they may harm me. My question is, Is there any rule that passengers should not sit in first seat? If so why is there a seat? More over there was no old/physically disabled person standing and I am still continuing to sit without offering them my seat. Bus is not at all crowded, so I can sit wherever I want ( reserved for ladies). So what made this conductor to misbehave with me ? If such people are not taught any lesson then they will continue harassing passengers especially ladies. So I kindly request you to teach him manners and he should be punished/fined.

                            Sir, we are a group of private firm women emplo yees whose time in seconds is worth million. The Athibele bus bearing no KBS3 KA 57F-1240 do not stop at maharani's college stop at all.We have noticed this particular bus never stopping at all eventhough the bus is almost empty we have to run amidst the heavy traffic to climb the bus and inspite o[censored]s seen running the bus did'nt stop. at last due to traffic the bus stopped and w hen we tried climbing the conductor harshly denied us entry .This is the third time the conductor has acted this way, please take immediate action.. because we will definitely not rest untill justice is done to us. thanking you, Geetha.D.philip,

                              Hi, We are one among those who get harassed every day by the auto drivers, bus drivers, sometimes even the literates. One incident on 7-Nov-2014 crossed the thin line of limit of tolerance. It was around 9.30 PM. I was driving my car to my mother';s house. My husband was following me in a two wheeler. We were going to park our car at my mother';s place and get back in the two wheeler. On the road from Banashankari temple to Sarakki junction, near the vegetable market, there was hardly any traffic. And the roads are at it';s worst state. Hence, I was driving carefully when a BMTC bus tried to overtake from the left. But there was no way he could get through as there was hardly any space even for an auto to pass by. My husband, who was right behind the car and next to that bus called out and asked him to wait. The driver started swearing at him. We ignored and passed by. To us, the story ended there. We went ahead and stopped at the Sarakki signal for the signal to go green. The bus guy managed to come and stop right next to us, continues swearing. The dirty language pisses off any human being. There was a conductor and other driver in the bus who came down and started picking a fight. My husband was alone in the two wheeler, vulnerable with drunk uncivilised rascals around him. He fought back because there was no mistake from our side. The so called public came down, in support of their bus driver. And it was fun for them to harass someone. No one know what happened, no one cares who is right or wrong, no one knows justice. Amidst this chaos, I managed to note the bus number and take a photograph of the BMTC officials who started all this. It hurts me to say that I saw my husband getting hit for no reason. We were being harassed while the public enjoyed. And that';s where it crosses all limits. I want to Complain against the bus driver who seemed drunk, the other BMTC Officials who were surely drunk. Please help let them know that they were wrong. This is just a initiative so that no one else goes through the trauma for no reason. It';s high time the BMTC drivers learn some traffic rules and discipline. The bus number was KA01-FA-210. The route number of the bus was 213. The photo I managed to take is also attached. Please help save innocents from such daily harassment. Thank you. Bharathi S.

                                This happened on 31st november. I boarded the bus at BEL Circle, I asked him the ticket to MS Palya he asked me to give 14 rs, since I didn't know the route and how far is the destination exactly asked him is that cost that much, for that he started making fun of me, he continued for couple if minutes then I asked him wether asking ticket is that much big offence for that he started scolding me like anything and he used very harsh words on me and also yold that he will kick me('Odhitini' in KANNADA) he dragged my father name while scoldinng. He scolded me till the MS Palya. Bus no. KA-50 F-058F-058 Time: 5:45 pm. Date: 31 nov 2014

                                  I caught G3 bus (which goes from EC Wipro to Brigade road, Bus No. KA 01-FA-2254) from Forum stop towards Brigade road. The actual bus fair is Rs.12. But the bus conductor gave me ticket of Rs. 19 which is a used ticket and drawn Rs.8 on the back side of the ticket. When reaching the destination, I produced the ticket complaining against the fake ticket, then first he thrown the ticket and second he refused to give the remaining amount (8) on demand. This shows completely no respect to the passenger as well as no respect to the citizen. Please take serious action against him, in order to avoid such violation in future to the citizen. Regards.

                                    Bus number KA FA-01 110(Flyover (Wiprogate) Get into this bus from slickboard around 11 AM(28/10/2014).This bus conductor was chewing paan parag while giving ticket to passenger ..When he was given ticket to me some bad smell came out from his mouth .I think on duty he was drunken .To avoid that smell he used paan masala. Not given balance to one lady when she was get down at electronic city stop.Another girl he didn't give balance so refused to get down that stop.So he given when it was reached next stop. Please take action against that bus conductor immediately.They are public servant they should have some responsibility while they are in this job.Next time If I see that conductor in same manner I will put complaint against him in the court with valid evidence.

Was about to hit a two wheeler rider to death. He keeps shuttling from extreme right to left horning and annoying people.                                         Hi Sir, my friend is a lady went in bus no KA 57 F 488 from mahadevpura to multiplex marathahalli and she gave 20 rupees and she told that she had no change bt conductor told between the way get down and she also told what amount u have in change give me still the conductor behave badly timing 18th Oct 2014 in between 3.30pm to 3.40pm i need call from ur side other she will go to consumer court misbehaving to her by BMTC also will give FIR in that bus no.so, i need resolution by today.and i want to see that conductor who is behaving like south indian and north indian people. call me -[protected]
