Dear Sir,
With reference to the above subject the person in the counter issuing monthly pass, today misbehaved
with me and very rude to me, did not accept my money and sent me back without the pass with silly
reason that the Rs. 1000 note has red ink mark, just because I pointed out his continuous talking over
his mobile and not bothered of people waiting for the pass for long time.
This was very ridiculous that he has not gave me the pass and threw the 1000 rs note to me and
abusing me with loud voice. His attitude was not just acceptable and many people present at the
place were also pointed out his attitude. Just to avoid running behind police station and make it
a big issue I stepped back to complain against him in the police station. This has caused me
big problem that I did not get the monthly pass and I have to run around again.
I hope you consider this complaint and warn him not to misbehave with ladies/girls and should respect, also
to attend the customers and not to chit chat over his mobile with his friends during busy working hours.
