Hi sir/madam, Yesterday I travelled in bmtc volve KA 57 F 907 from marathalli bridge to graphite India but conductor didn't gave a stop at graphite India bus stop instead he stopped in graphite India signal when the signal was red and he told to get down. I asked to give stop in graphite India bus stop but conduct refused to give stop, instead he took extra money saying I didn't get down at graphite India bus stop. More the thing is the conductor is not issuing tickets from source to destination properly for It employees who use to travel in that bus I request you to punish the conductor for his misbehaviour with the public and take necessary Action I am a localite, for me only the conductor cheated and please think about daily how he is cheating for the people who don't. Know kannada. Here are the details of the bus, BUS NO- KA 57 F 907 Ticket No. - 086203 Time - 08:16:46 Source - marathalli Destination - graphite id And the details of new ticket issued for me purposefully Ticket no. - 086233 Time - 08:41:16 Source - graphite Id Destination - sathysaihos And I have attached the tickets, please find the tickets and take necessary on the conductor by tracking him.     The glass panel above the seating is totally covered by full size commercial ads. by which the commuters are totally not able to see either the road nor the location or bus stop where they have to alight. By this the commuters are put to hardship, specially elders who will be floating a place having some identification of road or bus stop etc., I sincerely address to the concern authority to either to remove these stickers nor reduce the size to one quarter or half which will be of great help and will be befetching to your organisation's manifesto. Thanks and hope that suitable action is initiated at the earliest and ease out this hardship to your commuters. With regards A common man journeying with your transport system form the past 54 year.

      On 22nd January i was travelling from Cunningham road towards kodigehalli Bus No.288A it was coming from Shivaji Nagar Bus stop, one lady with his son he was some 6 yrs old suppose to get down in Hebbal bus top, wherein she could not get down there as soon as bus started moving she said she has to get down there, but this conductor was started shouting and they did not stop the bus, conductor and driver stopped the bus in the middle of the flyover where the deviation is there and they made that lady to get down in the middle of the flyover since she was not ready to get down there and they made her get down in the middle of the flyover and asked to go walk from here. Any body please tell how can she walk in the flyover with a kid those shameless conductor should have issued one more ticket and stopped her in esteem mall instead of that he made her get down there. i was speech less that time it happened suddenly. Later I questioned him how can that lady with a kid can walk top of the flyover he started abusing and telling me you should have helped her why you are asking go do your work? is it the way public officials talk to public and causes inconvenience to people? please some manners to these conductors and drivers let them know that they are working for people they should always think about public safety first and help them instead of putting them in trouble.

          BMTC bus ticket from Kadugodi to ITPL is 12 rupees(Stage 2). If i travel same bus from Kadugodi to Hope Farm is 5 rupees(Stage 1), then Hope Farm to ITPL is 5 rupees(Stage 2). So total 10 rupees only. Why this much price difference? Same bus, same route and same destination but price difference is 2 rupees. Please change the BMTC bus fare to rupees 10 up to stage 2.

            On 13th January at around 13:00 hrs got into BMTC bus KA-57 F-1123 from HSR Layout to Silkboard. The Conductor was sitting and writing something in a while he got up to issue tickets. I had given Rs.10 for the ticket to Silkboard and he had got the Money without giving me the ticket. When I asked for the ticket he said the ticket is Rs.12 then I gave him Rs.2 but this time he gave a old ticket worth of Rs.15(which was given to someone earlier but got it back with one of cheating Option). I refused to get the ticket and asked for new ticket for the Rs.12 and now he started scolding also said you can complaint to whoever and no one can do anything. The cheapest Thing he did is that he collected the old ticket and asked me to get down as it was the last stop. I had this several times where the conductor simply doesn't give ticket but collects the Money. Atleast I couldn't do anything against it. When I had asked one of other BMTC employee about that I want to complaint and he said it's not possible without a valid ticket. I don't know why These BMTC conductors are so greedy and know the reason why BMTC still runs under loss even though it's one of the costliest public Transport in India. Hope some day These guys will realize.

              in koramangala bus stop conductor took 20rs and then said that igave 10rs, and he asked for a change of 4rsi said i dont have change, he said to get down frm the bus..bus number G3 F 2238...please consider the complaint seriously ...even all conductors do the same thing for the passangers..if there is no change around 5:30 pm bus was going to wipro gate on 17/1/15

                I was travelling from silk board to Banashankari and bought ticket by giving 20 rs. Conductor gave me ticket of 14rs and change of 5 rs never gave me back 1rupee change. This is not only for me. I also heard same story from my co passengers. Behaviour of conductor is also not good. This happened in bus registration number KA 01 F- 2752. On 16th January 2015 at 6 pm. Need to reprimand this conductor.

                  Hi Team, I do understand that the majority of the BMTC bus conductors are obedient and have helped me earlier and the opposite of that too exists. I had a very bad experience today where the conductor refused to issue ticket nor give change. I boarded 500D bus from HSR signal to Silkboard and paid 10rupees, the conductor ignored and moved towards the driver without issuing the ticket. When I approached him and requested all I got was a strange stare and he argued that the fair indeed was 12Rs and I was supposed to pay 2 more rupees (actual fare is 6 rupees). ' The conductor was arrogant and was communicating to the driver in a very cheap language. Requesting you to please look into this and ensure such people are removed from service immediately. Please give opportunity to people who are well educated and deserve this job.                     Earlier there was a bus-stop at Richmond Circle and bus nos 13, 27 & K-6 used to pass through this route. However, though the buses still pass through this route, but since there is no bus stop at this place buses dont halt at this place. Hence, it is very difficult for commuters like me who have to walk from St.Marks Road to Double Ro Kindly reinstate the bus stop at Richmond Circle so that many commuters like me are not at the mercy of these bus drivers who may or may not halt at this place for commuters to get in.

                    The above complaint posted by me is unresolved till date. You may send your representative to check near the Richmond Circle signal to find the number of persons waiting for the bus to reach Jayanagar, Ashoka Pillar etc.

                    Kindly reinstate the bus stop which was available at that place earlier, and help hundreds of commuters like me who are being put to unnecessary inconvenience.

                      Driver Doesn't see the car in right side and suddenly drag the bus(KA01-F-3633) to rightside for overtaking eventhough when i was honking and went without stopping near malleshwaram link road, I have the pics of my damaged car. As i was late to office didn't got time to complaint. Please take necessary action against driver or else let me know will register an complaint against him..hit and run case.

                          Dear Team, today 5th Jan 2015 at 7:45pm opposite Training command (Mekri circle), vehicle number KA-40-F948 banged my car he know there is no place for him, but still he took that rute and banged my car paint came out from left side above tyre on front side. When I asked driver to see what he had done, his behavior was very bad. He is telling what, even conductor behavior was very bad he said nothing happened and asked me to lodge complaint in police station. I am expecting help from your side that they should rectify the damaged done from BMTC bus. Regards

                              Hi, There are no regular service of bus Route number K-3 from Vijaynagar to Koramangala during morning time 8.30AM to 9.30AM. Usually there will be 3 buses should be available in between these timings. But Even though I have waited for more than 1hr there are no K-3 buses. This is happening 2-3 times a week. Please look into this issue ASAP& take necessary action. If possible plz arrange more number of buses in this route as all the time K-3 buses are over crowded. Thanks, Ranjita.

                                Dear Sir, With reference to the above subject the person in the counter issuing monthly pass, today misbehaved with me and very rude to me, did not accept my money and sent me back without the pass with silly reason that the Rs. 1000 note has red ink mark, just because I pointed out his continuous talking over his mobile and not bothered of people waiting for the pass for long time. This was very ridiculous that he has not gave me the pass and threw the 1000 rs note to me and abusing me with loud voice. His attitude was not just acceptable and many people present at the place were also pointed out his attitude. Just to avoid running behind police station and make it a big issue I stepped back to complain against him in the police station. This has caused me big problem that I did not get the monthly pass and I have to run around again. I hope you consider this complaint and warn him not to misbehave with ladies/girls and should respect, also to attend the customers and not to chit chat over his mobile with his friends during busy working hours.                                   I appreciate the immense help provided by Mr. Pasha of Agara bus depot (Control Room) on 15/Dec. in finding my bag containing important documents. He not only tracked the 500D Volvo bus I traveled by, but also provided me mobile details and location details of the conductor of the bus and also informed me that my bag was found. So within a period of 4 hours (5pm-9pm), I was able to locate my bag with important documents. I also appreciate the conductor of the 500D Volvo bus who was in constant contact via mobile with me and handed over my lost bag at the nearest 500D route bus stop. THANK YOU gentlemen for your immense help, coordination, and quick work in helping me find my bag.

                                    There will be no buses after 8.30 PM in Chandra layout, Bangalore. Because of this, public are facing too much problem. Especially ladies are suffering. Nowadays, we are getting too many complaints on sexual harassment, robbery etc. So, please put some buses in this route, Chandra layout-Vijaynagar-housingboard-Basaweshwar nagar. It may helps hopefully. Thank you.

                                      Often I travel in Kendriya sadan bus, which routes from vijaynagar to kendriya sadan bus(madiwala). Passengers (not all) who travel regularly in that bus are quite rude . because this happened to me few times. yesterday morning i had occupied window seat after few min a lady came to me and asked me to leave her the seat as she always occupies the same seat. I told its note fare being so rude and left the seat for her. unfortunatley even today i got the same seat and same thing happened as yesterday, but today I told no, as other seats were also empty. she started shouting at me and i was quite telling that "no i cant leave". Her argument continued on saying that " this bus route was created for them, so preferences should be given to them". her words were supported by few men in the same bus for which again i refused to give seat. negative comments kept on passing for few minutes. when that lady got down she abused me again . I am not sure to what extend BMTC forum will look into this situation. But its really bad if the bus is not for passengers excluding kendriya sadan employees.

                                        Dear Sir, With lot of pain I want to draw your attention regarding the unparliamentary, slang and illegal behaviour of your crew staff of BMTC bus I travelled from Rajaji Nagar ( Near Warrior Bakery Bus Stop) to KBS of Majestic on 12th December 2014 approximate time Between 4.15 Pm to 5 PM 1. I boarded the bus at Rajaji Nagar ( Near Warrior Bakery Bus Stop) for KBS Majestic. 2. Bus Driver stopped the bus in front of Bangalore City Railway station and informed all the passengers that " It is Last Stop" and he asked all the passenger to get down from the bus. 3. My self and an old lady surprisingly enquired that " Bus should go inside Majestic Bus stop than why you are asking us to get down"... 4. The old lady begged them to take the bus inside bus stop because she was not able to walk properly and she need to catch another bus for other destination . But the driver and conductor denied and told that they have some work there and they will stop for a while. I asked them to take the bus to KBS and than to pursue their personal work. 5. With a very angry mood the driver asked me to wait for a while and stopped the bus in front of "Santala Silk House Shop" and he went inside the bus stand and came back after 10 minutes. 6. Once the driver came back than the Conductor started driving the bus towards inside of the KBS . He stopped the bus at Traffic signal o[censored]pperpet ( Near Sangam Talkies Traffic signal) . I requested him to open the door but very rudely he answered me that " Now I will show you what I can do ...Don't show me the rules" and started scolding me in unparliamentary slang language. 7. After reaching inside the bus stop also he denied to open the Bus Door and continuously scolding me in loud voice. The old lady begged him to open the door of the bus than the conductor opened the door . 8. While getting down from the bus I took a photo snap of that conductor with my cell phone camera. ...Unfortunately he saw that and jumped from his seat and he was in the verge of beating me and trying to snatch my mobile phone. But It was my good luck that people gathered near me and after seeing the crowed he could not able to man handle with me. 9. Without creating further nuisance I left the place and decided to forward a complain to your kind consideration. 10 I had already complained to the toll free complaint number [protected] and received a complaint Regd no."bmtc10106998" 11 the photo snap of the conductor and scan copy of my bus ticket is attached for your reference. 12. With lot of hope I am expecting prompt action and a reply mail of action from your end. Kindly give me your mobile phone and land line number so that I can narrate you the matter more accurately. 13. If I will not get any response from your end than as a citizen of India it will compel me to take this issue to Bangalore City Police Commissioner and Public News Medias.
