Sir, Iam 66 yrs old Sr citizen regularly travel by BMTC bus from Stage Gottigere on Bannerghatta Road towards city and back. Of late I observed BMTC Conductors are not issuing concession tickets to Sr Citizens and their behaviour towards sr.citizens is far from satisfactory. Abusive behaviour of conductor and taking extra money

Today, I travelled from Kasturi Nagar to Multiplex Cinema (Marathalli) in 500D bus with registration number KA 01 FA 1925. I am a regular BMTC user, travelling since 7 - 8 years regularly (almost everyday) and recent times I am seeing that the buses are not cleaned regularly.
